We had to transport guests from four hotels to our wedding venue and back again. NTT has a 5 hour minimum reservation policy, so we also included an afterparty location because we had the bus until after midnight. Even with all the different moving parts, everything went off without a hitch. Our guests arrived on time, everyone was happy, and everybody got home safely. The staff were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. If I had to do it all over, I'd use them again!

We used two charter buses and a private sedan from NT&T for our wedding day. The buses shuttled the guests from the hotel to the venue and back again. The private sedan was used to bring my grandfather and his caretaker and take him home when he was ready. We arranged everything through Meghan Wisely, who was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive, detailed, easy to communicate with and was so sweet about making sure my grandfather was well taken care of. One of our buses had mechanical issues on the way back and took longer to drop off the guests at the hotel, but they did not charge us for the overages. Overall, great service!

Naples Transportation and Tours was a great company to work with!! Many of our guests booked a hotel that was not in our wedding block and NT&T were so helpful changing out the stops of our shuttle last minute to make sure all our guests could be picked up (we also changed the time on them last minute and they were so quick to adjust our reservation!!!). The buses are clean and drivers super friendly. We definitely recommend!

Christy was amazing to work with! VERY Responsive and great at giving guidance and suggestions for our wedding transportation needs. The day of my wedding was seamless. The buses, trolleys, and car were all where we needed them to be at the exact right moment and in perfect condition! All of our drivers were beyond courteous and accommodating. As I got on the bus to go to the church we realized there were stains on my dress. The driver jumped right into "problem solving" mode getting water and paper napkins. He even brought us to CVS to get some additional stain removing items! Very accommodating and helpful. I LOVE NT&T!

Naples Transportation provided great shuttle service for our wedding guests. They were timely and efficient. Drivers were very professional and staff was helpful to set up proper times for the shuttle services. Highly recommend!

We reserved a trolley for our Naples wedding and it was the perfect addition to a very fun day. We had a small group so it accommodated as transportation from the hotel to the wedding site. Then we went to a few Naples hot spots after the ceremony - and everyone had a ball. The woman that I worked with to book it was very nice and helpful. Our driver was good as well. I thought it was a little expensive when I reserved but it did add alot to the day!

I won a certificate for three hours from this company. They were professional and the driver was very friendly. Overall, I would recommend them.

I was a little disappointed with their service on the day of the wedding after one of the ladies on the staff bent over backwards to accomodate us on her time off months ahead of time. My wedding ceremony had to be moved from the beach to inside the resort due to the rain so I wanted to push back the time they picked us up by 1 1/2 hours and only extend the drop off time by 15-20 minutes so we could take the bridal party out to the beach for pictures after the ceremony when the sun came back out. They had already received full payment from me for more than the hours I now needed them so I didn't think it was too much to ask since it was due to the weather. They refused the proposed change on the phone w/ my mom, so 1 hour before I walk down the aisle I'm having to deal with them on the phone to get it right...not the type of stress I need on my wedding day. On top of that I come to find out from my photographer that after they picked up the bridal party to take them back to the hotel... they stayed there instead of coming back to pick up the groom and I since we took more photos after they left. My photographer had to track the driver down to get him to come back and pick us up. And then we received an additional $100 charge a couple weeks after the wedding that I had to call them to take off our account b/c they messed up on our account information. LOTS of hassle for not very good service. WATCH OUT!

Clean and nice limos.;The first limo was on time from ceremony to reception location. The 2nd limo (with my bridal party and me) was 30 mins late!

They were easy to work with and did and excellent job.

We had a change of plans with timing and an extra location to stop, and they were very accomodating to whatever we wanted.
