Highly recommend NY Trolley for wedding day transportation! They were quick to reply to emails, reasonably priced, and our driver took great care of us. He was helpful with my dress, encouraged us to turn the music up, and navigated the narrow streets of Hoboken with ease. He even helped one of the bridal party carry the stroller onto the trolley. There was plenty of room for our whole bridal party and family members. Some of my favorite wedding memories were enjoying drinks on the trolley after the ceremony.

We hired The New York Trolley Company to help with transportation on our wedding day, and to provide our family and guests with a fun way to travel to and from our events. We hired New York Trolley Company for our wedding. I knew I wanted transportation for my bridal party and guest but wanted something more unique than a limo or bus, and with a bigger group, I needed something larger than a vintage yellow cab. I found New York Trolley Company, they checked all my boxes, and created such a wonderful experience for our special day. I worked with David to schedule the trolley. He was extremely responsive and very helpful in answering any questions I had. He offered really competitive prices for the NYC area, and the booking process was quick and easy. On the day of our wedding Allen (our driver) and Dolly (the trolley) showed up on time. Allen was so nice and an excellent driver. Dolly was clean and comfortable --both temperature and seating wise. I had a bigger dress and was able to sit with plenty of room and no worries of the dress getting wrinkled. Having the trolley created such a wonderful photo op. Our photographer captured some of my favorite photos while we were on the trolley. Our guest have said not only was the trolley was such a great way to get them from our hotel to the venue, but such a unique and fun experience for them. For our wedding, we needed a travel option that would comfortably accommodate transporting our family, friends, and a lot of decorations / party favors between multiple locations. The New York Trolley Company accomplished all that -- and was adorable and fun. Our driver was so kind, prompt, and excellent on the road. He managed to navigate tiny Brooklyn streets with many double parked cars and a protest on Flatbush -- and still got us to our reception early! He also had an excellent selection of music, turning our wait time as guests to trickled in for the final trolley ride home into a dance party. I would absolutely recommend them for weddings or any event where you want to get from point A to B in style.

The trolley was beautiful and clean. The driver arrived a bit late but was responsive when we called to check in. The trolley was also a beautiful addition to our wedding day and for the pictures.

We absolutely loved working with the NY Trolley Company. We booked them for services between our hotel in Downtown Brooklyn to our Venue in Williamsburg. They were extremely flexible with the schedule and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our drivers were Reggie and Daniel, and they both were fantastic. They both assisted our family in getting on/off the trolley, and even held up traffic so we could take a few photos on board. Highly recommend them and the NYTC team.

Everyone at the New York Trolley Company was fantastic to work with! They dealt with last minute changes with grace and made movements on the day of our wedding super smooth. Daniel was great and our knight in shining armor when we got so cold we had to move location during our first look. The guests loved taking pictures with the trolley as well!

We booked a trolley to transport our large wedding party and immediate family for our 11/6/21 wedding. Reggie was our driver and he was very easy to work with throughout the day. The trolley transported us to the ceremony and reception venues promptly. The trolley also gave the wedding party somewhere to hang out while my husband and I took photos around town. We were able to bring our own snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the day. We also were able to bring a bluetooth device to listen to pump up jams while traveling around town. The trolley looks beautiful in our photos and was a unique part of our wedding day. We would highly recommend this company to couples looking for a fun and beautiful wedding transportation option. We're so happy we hired New York Trolley Co. for our 10/1 wedding. They were super accommodating with our very detailed itinerary, and Daniel was a very friendly and professional driver. The trolley was a great way for me (the bride) to travel with my huge dress, but there was plenty of space for everyone else in the wedding party as we went from getting-ready location, to first-look photos, to the venue. Plus, it was a great shuttle option to offer guests who stayed in our blocked hotels. Definitely consider the trolley as a unique, fun, reliable transport option for your big day!

This review is long overdue! We used the New York Trolley Company for our July 25th wedding and they were great! Originally our wedding was scheduled for May 23rd in NYC but we had to postpone and change venues due to COVID. David was extremely accommodating and flexible, which is much needed during these times. Our driver Reynaldo was great, he was on time and professional and offered to take pictures of us. Overall my husband and I had a great experience with New York Trolley Company and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or a special event!

NY Trolley was an easy decision for our wedding day in NYC. They were so helpful in getting our bridal party around town for photos and then all of our guests to the venue. We just gave them our scheduled for the day and they got everyone to the right places on time. The trolley was much more fun than a traditional bus and it looks great in photos, too - its very well-kept. Booking them was so easy, David was always available for our questions, and they allow you to put the tip in the invoice so its one less thing to think about on your big day. I would hire them again without reservation.

We used NY trolley co to shuttle between a few hotels and our venue in September and could not have been happier. The driver, James, was very attentive to the passengers. We booked New York Trolley to transport guest form the hotel to the venue and back. Essentially everything was arranged and taken care of before our wedding day, and EVERYTHING happened exactly as planned. I wasn't called or bothered with anything on the day of our wedding and everyone got to and from safe and sound. Great experience!

Rather than hire a limo or a party bus, I went "outside the box" and booked New York Trolley for my daughter's wedding party and her special guests who needed to be transported from our hotel in midtown to the church and then to the reception in Central Park. I booked with Dave via E mail and he was nothing but efficient, pleasant and reliable. Our driver, Allen, was a dream. What a nice gentleman. On the way to the church we played and sang wedding songs via an I-phone plugged into the trolley's sound system. The trolley seats 34; it is unique and comfortable and we all had a blast. My granddaughter, who was the flower girl, proclaimed that it was the best part of the entire wedding. New York Trolley is the way to go

We used New York Trolley Company for a fun way to provide transportation for our wedding party on our big day. I can not say enough good things about this company. We had Allen as our driver and he was amazing. We needed him to be to our hotel in Brooklyn at a certain time and he was 20 minutes early! We had a somewhat complicated route we needed him to follow to take us around to all of our photo locations then to the venue. He had no problems driving where ever we needed him to. We had to change our route a few times during the day due to various bridal party issues and he happily changed where he was going and got us everywhere on time. This man's driving skills were top rate. There were a few tighter streets he had to drive down and he had no issues! Love love love this company. It made our wedding day extra special.

The New York Trolley Company provided SUCH a fun touch to my wedding! First of all, Dave communicates so quickly and organizes everything so well--extremely easy to work with! We hired a trolley for two hours to take us around NYC after my wedding in Central Park. Our driver, Reggie, was incredible! He let us get on and off the trolley whenever we wanted for pictures and was willing to drive through congested areas (like Times Square) without a complaint for us to get cool pictures. He was so friendly and held out his hand for some of our older guests and assisted with my dress on and off the bus. His personality was super fun! The trolley was on time. It was safe, clean, and had a great connection for fun music while we danced. I couldn't ask for anything more! THANK YOU for making our wedding so special! Highly recommended!

Thanks to Dave for making sure our wedding guests got from the hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites LaGuardia/Flushing) to our daughter’s wedding venue (Queens Botanical Garden) and then to the reception (Manducatis Rustica, Long Island City) safely and on time. Reynaldo our driver was on time (early, actually), knew where he was going, and was friendly and helpful. The pictures of the bridal party in front of Ollie the Trolley are amazing! With 10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, 4 ushers, and the bride and groom, the ride from the church to the reception was definitely a party! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with this service. We had a vintage themed wedding and wanted a mode of transportation to match. It was a bit of a splurge for us, but we both agreed it was well worth it. It made our wedding day extra special, and the trolley looked lovely in our photos. We used it to shuttle both our wedding party and the guests back and forth from the hotel to our venue. Our guests absolutely loved it, and it was a lot of fun to have everyone together. Dave made the booking process easy and answered all our questions. The driver, Reynaldo, was prompt and courteous. They were also very flexible (let us decorate the trolley with a "Just Married" sign, bring on food and drink, etc.) Their sound system even worked with my iPhone, so we could play my wedding playlist through the speakers!

We hired NYC trolley company to transport guests to and from the hotel to the church. The booking and payment process was super easy. The night before our wedding we were alerted one of the trolleys was out of service , however the trolley company worked with our wedding coordinator to find alternate transportation for the guests who were to be in trolley 2. The drivers showed up on time, were very polite and went out of their way to rectify the situation. My only disappointment was having the 1 trolley vs two but it all worked out in the end - otherwise would definitely give 5 stars.

NY Trolley Co. was an affordable and charming choice for wedding transportation. I was able to take care of the entire booking process via email exchanges with David which I loved! My husband and I wanted to check out the trolley prior to booking and David made it easy for us to visit prior to signing on the dotted line. We did have some concerns with the overall upkeep of the trolley post our visit which I vocalized to David (chipping paint on the interior, mismatched doors). He assured me all would be fixed before our wedding and kept his word. The trolley pulled up 45 mins early to pick us up on our wedding day. It was clean (with the exception of a cooler someone left behind from a prior trip) and our driver, Reggie, was kind. He didn't know his way around Jersey City very well but willingly took directions from our photographer. We booked the trolley for 4 hours and while I felt the cost was high, it was much lower in comparison to other trolley rental companies in the area. While the trolley didn't come with all the bells and whistles other companies were offering (waters, champagne, red carpet, TVs, fireplace, padded seats as opposed to BYOB and that’s pretty much it), the price point sealed the deal for us. Word to the wise though, check out Groupon before booking. Post signing our contract I did find a deal for the trolley which would have saved me $600.00! My only complaint would be the trolley needs a new sound system. I would recommend an upgrade or request one before booking. We weren't in the trolley a ton and our stops were close to one another so not a huge deal for us but if you are traveling a distance, it could be annoying. Otherwise, I would recommend NY Trolley Co to anyone looking for a unique ride for their wedding! Thanks David!!

As part of my daughters wedding day in New York in May, we hired the trolley bus for 3 hours to take the wedding party (17 family and friends from the UK) around the sites. We were a little apprehensive in advance, as the booking etc was all done over the Internet, however we needn't have worried as we had an absolute ball, my daughter and her husband describing this part of the day as perfect. The Tram was stunning, and Gerard was the perfect driver, caring, patient and professional. Gerard took us to exactly where the bride had asked, and offered advice along the way, ensuring we managed the photographers time at each location and arrived for our dinner cruise exactly on time. David made the booking easy and was always on hand in the lead up to answer my queries. 10 out of 10 service, and way exceeded our expectations

NY Trolley Company definitely helped make our wedding day unique and unforgettable. They arrived on time and the driver was courteous and professional. The trolley itself was awesome to ride around in because everyone could stand and walk around. It wasn't cramped and short like in a limo. Overall, 5 stars, at first I thought it was a little pricey, but when I compared it to other transportation options, the price was actually just right.

I hired NY Trolly Co to drive me and my oversize wedding party on the day of my wedding. The trolly was on time, made two trips to the church. The first trip was the bridesmaids and the second was me and my parents. After church he drive us to the reception hall and then home at the end of the night. We hired NY Trolley Company for my wedding day and I felt very compelled to write a review because everything was PERFECT. The trolleys and drivers were one of the best aspects of our day. Everyone loved them! Not only were they clean and on-time, both of our drivers (we hired 2) were fun, friendly, and courteous. It truly made our wedding day a million times better. I have referred them to everyone I know!

DO NOT USE! We hired NY Trolley Company to transport the bridal party to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. We received a call one hour before the trolley was to arrive that it had broken down on the highway and that we would just have to find other transportation. There was no offer made to send replacement transportation, help us to find additional transportation or to pay for the incremental cost incurred as a result of having to book last minute transportation. This poor level of customer service was aggravating and very disappointing. While the break down was ideal for NY Trolley Company either, it suggests that the trolleys are old and not well maintained. If you are considering using New York Trolley Company I highly advise against it.

Got the trolley as a wedding party transportation. It's a fun (and vintage style) alternative to the tradition limo or the Bland looking party bus. Reggie the drive was great. One time and keeping us posted his position enroute. The only complaint I have is the charge for leaving the borough (the wedding was in the bronx the reception in New Rochelle 15 minutes away) doubled the price of the trolley, I could under stand if it was further away but the were less then 5 miles apart. So keep it in borough and it's a great cost effective alternative, plus it's BYOB - so the champagne doesn't have to be cheap swill. Otherwise fantastic to work with!
