Newport Beach House: A Longwood Venue

We fell in love with Newport Beach House from the moment we visited and knew we wanted to get married there. The space is absolutely breathtaking and perfectly fit our vibe of upscale but fun. We were quickly matched with Leighton, our event specialist, who couldn’t have been more wonderful. Leighton was detailed, responsive and enthusiastic at each part of our wedding planning process. She answered questions from both of my parents, my husband and me to make sure everyone was informed and involved. She took note of our priorities - personal touches, great food, and a fun atmosphere and made suggestions that supported our overall event. The day before our wedding, Leighton supported our rehearsal and was exactly the type of person you’d want running your wedding - everyone was having fun but absolutely listening and understanding what she was saying. Wedding day itself was truly a dream for us. It POURED the day of our wedding and I was trying not to panic as our vision of the beautiful outdoor ceremony went away. Leighton and the Newport Beach House team went above and beyond making sure the indoor space looked beautiful and created options for us on where/how to host cocktail hour with the most seamless flow for our guests. The sky opened up for some sunshine right as we said our vows and the team made adjustments to our timeline so we could grab some outdoor photos - so glad we still got to take advantage of First Beach! Overall, we thought the food was amazing. Our family doesn’t take food lightly. For our cocktail hour we had mini lobster rolls, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, caprese bites, mac and cheese bites, Korean beef skewers, Tuscan chicken kabobs plus a raw bar, charcuterie & cheese board. All were delicious…my favorites were the seafood options. Our dinner options were filet, chicken and eggplant and we got a lot of compliments on all 3. We also opted for late night options including churros, smash burgers, fries, ice cream sandwiches & s’mores bites. It was a really fun way to include dessert without interrupting dancing! Our bartenders were excellent, as was the entire staff at Newport Beach House. I really felt the team went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t experience anything different with the weather, managing and changing all of our vendors appropriately as we watched the day. We got married here last weekend (upstairs in the Eventide space) and it was a DREAM. Leighton was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process & day of, and her response time was so quick. I highly recommend asking to work with her if you get married here! The venue is gorgeous and the food is SO good. The staff were both professional and friendly to our guests. Getting married at Newport Beach House was worth every penny and I cannot recommend it enough!

My fiancé and I recently got married last weekend at the Newport Beach house and are currently in Rome for our honeymoon but we had to stop and write this review to show our deep appreciation for Ardriana. To begin, Longwood Venues is beyond lucky to have Ardriana on their team, she is truly one of a kind and will be their every step of the way to ensure you have the wedding of a lifetime. If you are planning to get married at the Newport Beach House or Bel Mer venue, be sure to ask for Ardriana. We just wanted to thank Adriana from the bottom of our hearts for everything she have done to make our wedding so special and memorable. Without Ardriana, our wedding day would not have been possible and we couldn’t have been happier to have her take part in our special day. Everyone had an amazing time, the food was delicious, and the venue was perfect. Mark and I are so truly grateful and genuinely happy to have her with us throughout this whole once in a lifetime experience. There are not enough words to describe our appreciation for her help and assistance through the planning process and on our wedding day. My fiancé works in hospitality for the St. Regis Marriott hotels and he says that there are very few to no people that treat their customers to the standards that Ardriana did for us. She went out of her way and was absolutely incredible!

I had the BEST experience working with Ardriana and the rest of the Newport Beach House team for my wedding in August 2023!! The level of service and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. Ardriana was very responsive throughout the whole process as we finalized our guest count and made tweaks to our food/ rental options. The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to all of her hard work organizing the timeline and coordinating with our vendors. We had our reception in the Eventide room and were lucky to have great weather for an outside ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests raved about the beach/ sunset views from the deck and how delicious all of the food was. Newport Beach House was truly the venue of my dreams!

I cannot recommend this venue enough - the view speaks for itself, but the people and service we received were beyond our expectations. Daria was amazing to work with, so detail oriented and made our entire day flow perfectly. She worked with me through email and calls leading up the big day, answering all my questions no matter how many I had for her! On top of a great customer service experience, the food was amazing - all our guests are still raving about it.

Daria and Newport Beach House were 10/10 across the board! Daria kept us on top of things and made everything so much easier. Everyone at the venue was so wonderful throughout our wedding day, before, and after. The food was amazing, delicious, and some of the best food we’ve had! I highly recommend Newport Beach House!

Our wedding at Newport Beach House in June was nothing short of a dream. The view, food, service, and drinks were spectacular!!! We lucked out with perfect weather too, so we got to have our ceremony outside :). Our reception was in Eventide. Our guests really enjoyed using the deck throughout the night. Everyone told us how much fun they had and how much they liked the food. Daria was our Event Specialist and was AMAZING! She was professional, kind, prompt, responsive, organized, and detail oriented throughout the entire planning process and the day of. She made sure our day ran smoothly and was even the one to bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out! Thank you Daria, Carly, and everyone else at NBH for an amazing day! I wish we could relive it again and again.

Our wedding day ended up being far better than what we even imagined! As disappointed as we were to not have the ceremony outside, the inside “plan b” ended up being just as amazing and beautiful. Hands down, one of the best wedding venue food I’ve ever had too. Also, Daria was extremely helpful and flexible with ensuring our day was perfect and to our expectations! Jess was also amazing the day of and was there for every single need all the way up the end! So happy we chose to book the Newport Beach House.

We got married here May 2023 and we can't say enough good things about the venue and the staff. First off, the venue is absolutely stunning. We used the Eventide, Deck and Terrace and it's beautiful without taking away from the spectacular views seen out all the large windows. We worked with Emily and Ardriana during our planning and they both answered any and all questions even at odd hours. We probably could have asked them for anything and they would have figured out a way to make it work. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and we couldn't have done it without them!

When we first visited Newport Beach House, we knew this was where we had to have our wedding. The breathtaking views and backdrop were absolutely perfect and were just as amazing on our wedding day (despite a somewhat rainy day). We used the Eventide room for our ceremony and reception and the Oyster Lounge for our after party. It was great having the entire day and night at the same location, and each room/part of the night still felt like a new experience. The food was fantastic; everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Our guests were raving about their meals and those with dietary restrictions and allergies were very appreciative of how much attention the staff paid to these. I cannot speak highly enough of Ardriana — she was the absolute best! From the initial stages of planning to the final details, Ardriana made it so easy for us. She always supported any decisions we made and went out of her way to make things work. She made the day feel so personal and it felt like she knew us so well. She was so cool, calm, and collected and her confidence made us confident that our day would go perfectly. We didn’t have to think of any logistics on our day. Ardriana and the team had already thought of everything and planned for it with such attention to detail. We are truly so grateful for the team at Newport Beach House for helping us have the perfect day.

My husband and I got married at Newport Beach House on November 12th. While just a little over two weeks out from our wedding, it is all we can think and talk about! While we live in Rhode Island, all of our guests were coming from out of state - making it a bit stressful for us to ensure that guests had amazing food, service and experience due to the extra time and money they would spend traveling to celebrate us. Every single guest came up to us and said if they had someone they knew looking to get married out of our home state of New York, Newport Beach House would be it. The food was outstanding, the drinks were strong, and the venue itself was stunning. We really lucked out with the weather on our wedding day, but regardless would have been beautiful. From start to finish, we could not have asked for better support from the team at NBH - starting with Emily our initial point of contact, to Daria our wedding coordinator who I cannot thank enough, to our bridal attendant Kenya. The servers, cooks/chefs and bartenders were engaging and top tier. While it was definitely an expense, it was worth EVERY PENNY! With nearly every guest saying it was the best wedding they ever attended, we knew it wasn't just a polite compliment, but they truly believed it was a top experience. I would not get married anywhere else. Thank you for making our day so special!

We had our wedding at Newport Beach House in November 2022. From the moment I laid eyes on the venue, I knew I wanted to have our wedding here. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful - a clean and modern yet beachy and boho space of my dreams. The views outside on the beach are as stunning as they are inside the venue itself. We rented out the entire venue for our wedding, which I highly recommend, especially for a larger wedding. Our event coordinator, Ardriana, was amazing to work with from start to finish. She made the entire process so easy. Everything from the food to the service was incredible on the day of our event. The only complaint we had was that the venue does nickel and dime for anything you want to add on. This was completely unrelated to Ardriana but when spending so much money on a venue, it seems a little silly to charge an additional $500 for needing to get into the venue 20 minutes early for a first look. This is probably pretty standard in the industry but felt a little stingy. Regardless of this, I would choose NBH again and again and cannot recommend them (and Ardriana!) enough for helping us host the wedding of our wildest dreams! All of our guests had an amazing time and absolutely loved the space.

A dream venue!! The very best venue option for food, service, location and aesthetic. I truly had my New England dream wedding! The food service and space far exceeded my expectations. All of the food was delicious and came out timed perfectly. The bartenders did an amazing job creating picturesque signature cocktails and overall the service was seamless. The event space is airy, with tons of natural gorgeous light and spectacular view of the beach and iconic cliff walk. The interior design of the space is also very well done. The décor is somewhat nautical without being obvious or cheesy, it's very tastefully subtle which I appreciated a lot. Working with the NBH team was so seamless and easy. Our event coordinator was with us every step of the way and made me feel so at ease going into the big day knowing that our venue had us 100% covered on everything being coordinated. We did not need to hire an outside Planner because the amazing staff of NBH took care of everything. I was completely stress-free entering my reception and seeing everything set up perfectly as I had envisioned. Newport Beach House has some of the most stunning views in Newport and the location is perfect for being close to downtown but still a little removed so that your guests don't have to worry about busy areas, crazy hotel rates or transportation. There are great hotels right across the street which saved us a ton on transportation costs!

Just an absolute dream of a venue. We worked with Ardriana as our day of coordinator and she answered every question, concern, and late night email we had in record time. She took extreme care making sure our day was perfect (and it was), and the venue is just an unmatchable backdrop. We can't wait to go back and visit!

From the moment we stepped onto the grounds - we knew Newport Beach House was our dream wedding venue and the team absolutely delivered! We can't say enough good things about the incredible NBH team. Our wedding planner, Daria went above and beyond to keep us organized and execute the perfect day. The Newport Beach House from start to finish proved to be the perfect choice for my daughter's wedding. From the first tour 16 months ago until the end of the after party (which is conveniently on the premises, downstairs!) the NBH and the staff surpassed all expectations! Our friends have sent me texts raving about venue, the food, and the GORGEOUS setting! "best wedding food, best appetizers, my steak was cooked to perfection, everyone had a clean plate at our table, gorgeous setting" is just a sampling of the comments I have been receiving. Daria and her staff went above and beyond at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. Every time I turned around someone was asking me if they could do something for me. My daughter, her friends in the bridal party, and my immediate family were treated so kindly. Everyone was gracious, helpful and accommodating. I have never experienced service like this anywhere. I could not give a higher recommendation to the NBH and their fantastic staff. They don't miss one detail! I wish I had another daughter so I could look forward to hosting here again!

My wife and I were married on 10/14/2022 and had our reception at the Newport Beach House. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The location, the views, and the upkeep of the venue are unbelievably perfect. The staff here truly cares about the quality of their events and goes above and beyond to ensure the couples have a great day. The food alone is worth it, all of our guests were raving about everything from the appetizers to the late-night snacks. If this venue is on your list, I would truly consider it.

We cannot recommend Newport Beach House enough! The views are absolutely stunning and the venue is a blank canvas to help make your vision come to life but what really is the best is the people. They helped us plan and execute the perfect wedding and we cannot stop getting compliments. Our wedding coordinator, Ardriana, was such a pro. She is organized, offers great advice and is cool, calm and collected which helped put us at ease. The day-off staff was fantastic and were there to help answer any question or request. The food was fantastic and everything came out hot and delicious. When my husband and I were caught up going table to table and our food got cold, the staff noticed before we did and got us hot plates for when we sat back down. We cannot recommend this venue enough! They made everything easy and were so accomodating!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this venue. I had my wedding on 9/10/22, and it was the most magical and beautiful day EVER! First of all, the venue itself is stunning. When looking for venues, I had wanted an outdoor ceremony with a modern indoor reception; and this is exactly what we found here! We had our ceremony outdoors with the most amazing sunset, followed by a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour, and then moved inside for the best night!!! From the beginning of the process, Newport Beach House was very easy to work with, I enjoyed so much working with our event specialist, Daria, she made everything so easy, seamless, and not to mention she was so so easy to communicate with. Made me feel so less stressed for the big day! The food was also AMAZING and bartender service was great! We received so many compliments! I wish I could relive this day again; such a great experience!

THE VIEW! THE STAFF! THE FOOD! IMPECABLE! Our daughter and son-in-law were married this past August and everything was amazing at Newport Beach House from beginning to end. There are not enough wonderful words to convey how exceptional every detail was taken care of. We began two years ago with Carly who helped us book the venue. Carly was terrific with beginning questions and local vendor assistance. From there we had the unbelievable good fortune to be assigned to Daria who was our dream coordinator come true! Daria is simply amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, organized, intelligent, fun, hard-working, caring, gracious, friendly, unbelievably responsive and so kind. Daria truly cares. We felt as if we were her only clients and was with us every step of the way. She was there the day of the wedding, along with the Venue Manager Isam and wedding attendant Jaykenia, who were absolutely terrific in making sure everything was perfect. From start to finish - including the private tasting (so fun and so delicious) to meal choices, linen selections, rentals, communication with vendors, billing questions, after party information, and packing up after the wedding was taken care of with ease by Daria and the amazing staff. The chef is outstanding, the food amazing, the view spectacular and the staff top notch. Thank you Daria, and everyone at Newport Beach House for helping to make this wedding more than we could ever have hoped for.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Newport Beach House as our ceremony and reception venue. If you are looking for a romantic, beachside venue with an amazing staff and catering/bar/rentals all in one place, then this is the venue for you. Starting a little over a year in advance, we worked with Carly for several months who was so helpful in our initial booking process. We then worked with Ardriana from the point of our food tasting onward and she was the absolute BEST. Her organization and communication was impeccable and her enthusiasm was unmatched (on our two week pre-event phone call, I couldn't tell who was more excited, myself or Ardriana!). She was also our day-of coordinator and went above and beyond. From finding 50 bobby pins to stabilize my veil when the coastal winds kept ripping it out to running out on the deck in a torrential downpour to save our outdoor signs, she truly did it all. We are so grateful. The food was some of the best wedding food I have ever eaten (and yes I actually got to eat because the staff were so helpful in making sure my husband and I did!). Many of our guests said the same thing. The drinks were also great! Everyone loved our signature Aperol Spritz. They also added a beer to the bar list for us because my husband and his guys love Michelob Ultra. I could list many more small details they did to make our night perfect but instead I will just say, don't think twice and book it!

I can not say enough about Newport Beach house and Ardriana and her team!! From day one everyone was so responsive, easy going and helpful! They were so accommodating and paid attention to every little detail. Our guests can not stop raving about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue itself was! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. We got to have the beach wedding of our dreams thanks to them!

Newport Beach House was the perfect venue for our perfect day. I cannot rave enough about every detail NBH offered. The interior is newly renovated- lots of clean white modern decor, open and airy and very luxurious while still feeling beachy. The lawn where we got married has breathtaking views right on the water and the dramatic staircase entrance for the bridesmaids and bride was SO gorgeous. The staff is amazing. Daria was our coordinator and was extremely organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process as well as day of. I did not have a single stress on my wedding day because she took care of every detail and the execution far exceeded our expectations! Our guests still rave about the food at NBH- many say it was truly some of the best wedding food they have ever had. In addition to passed apps, we splurged for an oyster shucker and a New England station with traditional New England favorites (clam chowder, lobster rolls, etc.) and it really elevated the entire cocktail hour. The reception timeline went off without a hitch, the dance floor was a great size for our 200 person event and the indoor / outdoor feature the balcony provided was so perfect to entertain a large crowd on a summer night! They offer an after party location onsite in their Oyster Lounge. It feels like a whole new space- has fire pits and is indoor/ outdoor. We had a dj, late night apps, and dancing and it was the perfect way to keep the party going! Highly recommend NBH!!

I truly cannot rave enough about NBH. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew it was my venue. Pristine views, crisp & modern interior, fantastic and accommodating staff, and a knowledge of Indian weddings. I hosted my Indian ceremony/reception for my fusion Indian/catholic wedding here and they were phenomenal. From the baraat on the beach to the ceremony in the lawn to the cocktail hour downstairs and the reception upstairs, the service and attention to detail was immaculate. The food is out of this world (highly recommend their in house Indian/fusion menu) and the bartenders were fantastic. My bridal attendant was SO attentive, and Daria (our in house coordinator) was so easy to work with and kept the day moving along perfectly. This was no ordinary wedding, there was so much packed into one day, but the beautiful beach house was so accommodating that it felt easy. It’s an expensive venue, but worth every single penny. I’ll be remembering and reliving this day for the rest of my life. Thank you, NBH.

Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful, their staff is so professional, helpful, and efficient. Everything from booking the wedding back in 2019 to our wedding day in 2022 was perfect. They were super accommodating with COVID when we decided to move our wedding date. I can not recommend this venue enough! Also, the food is cooked on site by their chefs and is amazing!

We had an overall amazing experience with Longwood and in particular with our Longwood coordinator, Daria. The location is gorgeous, both outside and inside, and the staff is incredible. They do their food in-house, which is also incredible - our guests kept saying it was the best wedding food they’d had. Longwood also was flexible and added a few touches for us, complimentary, which was such a nice touch. We were looking for a place that did it all, because we didn’t want to deal with hiring lots of other vendors such as caterers, etc., and Longwood was a perfect choice.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful the team at Newport Beach House is! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day, and that is in big part due to Daria and her team! i want to give a special shout out to our wedding attendant, Kalina, who was just the sweetest and had everything packed in the car and inventoried by the time we left! I know there was an issue at one table that needed to be cleaned up, but both my husband and I weren't even aware until the next day! They cleaned it up without even causing a disruption. The food is amazing and the flow of the night was perfect. When there was a storm rolling in last minute, they were ready to hustle to move the location of the ceremony before we all decided to start early and that wnt down flawlessly as well. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our day everything i wanted and more!

We visited Newport Beach House in August 2020, shortly after getting engaged. Carly guided us throughout the space and we instantly knew this was where we wanted to get married. Carly was so easy to work with and we communicated with her until we were assigned Allegra as our venue specialist. We worked with Allegra to finalize all our day of details. She was amazing to work with, was responsive to all our emails and helped guide us in making decisions. Our wedding day was perfect! So many of our guests were impressed with the space, the views and many told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had! If you want a beachside wedding in Newport, book your day at Newport Beach House!

The Newport Beach House was an amazing venue for our daughter’s wedding! The location, gorgeous view, beautiful interior delicious dinner , and wonderful staff, were all 5 star!. Friends and family are still raving about it! Among Infinite Events wedding planner, Erica Trombetti, the band, Sugar, and this venue… the wedding was a huge success!!

Ardriana was our coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her, she was AMAZING and made our wedding day perfect! There really are no words to describe my appreciation for Ardriana, Jess and the team at Newport Beach House. My husband and I started planning our wedding in 2019 scheduled to be married Nov 1, 2020. Due to Covid we were forced like so many to move and reschedule. NBH and their team members made everything so easy, stressless and seamless during this hectic time. Their venue, view and staff are second to none and the service is the best you could request. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My mom and I bought a ton of decor to decorate the tables, room and cocktail hour to match our fall rustic theme; we left everything in the hands of Ardriana and she blew us away with the way the room was set up. We really can’t thank her and everyone there for their support to get us to our reception day (finally) and would advise everyone that Newport Beach House should be the place you chose to be married.

If this venue is on your top list of wedding venues, look no further because this place was a DREAM to work with. Working with them through COVID was easier than I could have ever imagined. They worked with us on every detail in order to help us postpone and gave the best advice. Ardriana was the most amazing person to work with through all of wedding planning. She was so excited with us and supported us with every decision and helped us every single step of the way. Not only that, but the week of the wedding she was amazing and had every detail down. Planning a wedding is never an easy task but planning one in a pandemic adds another layer of crazy! After having to reschedule several times due to COVID, we finally were able to have the wedding of our dreams. From start to finish, the team at NBH was communicative, supportive, and all around amazing. Daria was fantastic to work with, handling my million questions with ease and we loved our day of attendant Susan - she went above and beyond to make sure we ate, stayed on time, and overall had an amazing experience. The food was truly exceptional, our guests were absolutely raving about it. The venue is truly beautiful - the views are stunning and the building is so modern and gorgeous. After rescheduling our wedding 3 times, the NBH saved us and made our dream wedding finally come to life. Ardriana was a pleasure to work with, always answered our questions timely and did her absolute best to accommodate all of our requests! Newport Beach House was the perfect location for our modern beach wedding. Planning a wedding during COVID was difficult to say the least but this team was there during each step of the process. Our wedding day was amazing in every single way. The food was delicious (our guests are still raving about the petit filet with shortrib), the service was outstanding, and the venue was absolutely beautiful. Daria and her team were there the entire day, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Our bartender Suzanne was also wonderful. I absolutely recommend booking this location for your wedding!

Our wedding at Newport Beach House was everything we had hoped for. We were delayed multiple times due to Covid and NBH worked with us to move our dates with ease. They answered all of our questions, worked with our vendors, and thought of all the details to ensure our wedding day we only had to think about having fun. The staff and team did an amazing job and all of our guests had a great time. Most told us it was the best wedding they have been to. Thanks Newport Beach House for a memorable evening!

I 100% recommend working with Longwood Events & Venues. They are responsive and so professional and were incredibly flexible and easy to work with. We had a couple of hiccups that I wasn't even aware of because the venue just made sure we were relaxed and having a great time instead of worrying us about the fact that the table numbers got lost on their way to the venue (probably my own fault). I even hugged our wedding coordinator (Daria) at the end of the day because she was incredible and made our day so special. Our wedding had to be postponed 3 times due to Covid but Newport Beach House/ Longwood was there with us every step of the way and were always knowledgeable and on top of what the current restrictions were. The staff also wore masks the entire time and sanitize everything between each wedding. The place itself is beautiful. We chose this venue for the following reasons: 1. It is just as beautiful inside the venue as it is outside so we didn't have to worry if the weather didn't hold for our day 2. The whole place is air conditioned 3. Everything is wheelchair accessible for the older folks that attended our wedding 4. The food is AMAZING and cooked all on site I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wow! Where do I start. We instantly fell in love with NBH the minute we saw it and booked the next day. Since we booked right before the pandemic our event coordinator changed 4 times. This made me extremely nervous but could not have been happier with how things turned out. We mainly worked with Adriana and Daria who were both extremely responsive, nice, accommodating and on top of everything. After our amazing food tasting we didn’t get our hopes up that the food would be as good the day of. Boy were we wrong! Our guests can not stop raving about the food and venue. The wait staff was also extremely attentive and always there refilling drinks at the table. They even gave our sober guests ginger ale to toast with. Ivana the wedding attendant was unbelievable. She was always there with whatever we needed from having a new drink for us every time we were running low, scrubbing out the black on my dress AND blow drying it, and packing everything up at the end of the night. Thank you!!

As a result of the pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding date three times. Despite the NBH team being amazing with all of the dates, I was regretting not just eloping. And then the day came, and it was AMAZING. Daria and Dan were a dream team-- we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our guests have been talking about the food and environment nonstop. I could not say more about the people and venue-- I wish we could get married there every day to experience it again and again.

Newport Beach House was an absolute dream especially since we had such nice weather for our ceremony. I can’t say enough great things about the food and venue space. Truly beautiful setting. Our wedding coordinator was also easily one of the best parts about our day. Ardriana was professional, responsive, smart, and a dream to work with. You do need somewhat deeper pockets to get married at this space, but for us it was totally worth it. The other note I’ll make was that we had to rearrange due to COVID, and they were good at accommodating and being understanding of this situation.

Our wedding at Newport Beach House could not have been more perfect. Adrianna and her team did everything they could to make sure our vision came to life. Wedding planning during Covid was quite stressful and initially we did not have a reliable point of contact as our planner was furloughed. When Adrianna was added to our team all of that changed, our concerns were heard and the planning really came to life. We got married on Memorial day weekend and it was forecasted to be a washout weather weekend. Adrianna was in constant communication with forecast to make a plan that we were happy with. The weather was on outside and we were able to get our ceremony done just before the rain and all of our outdoor decorations were moved inside and displayed beautifully. Our day of coordinator Ivana was more than I could have ever imagined. When ever I turned around (not in an overbearing manner) she was close by to see if we needed absolutely anything. From bustling my dress, to grabbing us drinks, to ensuring we took a moment from talking with people to actually enjoy our meals. She was such a big part of what made our day so amazing. We could not be happier with our choice to have our wedding at Newport Beach House.

Newport Beach House was so incredibly amazing throughout our entire planning process. We had booked them about 1 month before the pandemic and they were so great the entire time! Our original date was June 19 so we were lucky we didn't have to postpone but did have multiple conversations with Sarah and our event planner Ardriana about the restrictions in the coming months before the wedding. Ardriana was amazing and helped us stay so organized! The food was AMAZING! All of our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and were saying its the best wedding food they have ever had. They made the wedding of our dreams come true and made the stress of planning a wedding during a pandemic easier. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this venue ASAP!!

I can't even put into words how wonderful my experience with the Newport Beach House team has been this far. From viewing the venue to our tasting to now rescheduling due to the pandemic - each team member has been absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. Our wedding date was scheduled for this September 2020 and we JUST decided to postpone with 4 weeks to go. Throughout the whole pandemic Sarah the Director of Events has been responsive, attentive, and incredibly understanding and patient with us. Even when I know she is short handed and has a lot more on her plate than usual. We decided on having biweekly calls leading up to the September date which made me feel less anxious knowing she was available to answer all questions and concerns. She always started the calls asking what we were thinking/feeling. Although making the choice to postpone was difficult, I am so excited for our new wedding date next year. Big shout out to Carly and Meghan from the team, too! This is such a difficult time to be in the events industry and you are all doing wonderfully!

Incredible to work with. From our original tour of the venue to our wedding day, the service and attention to detail was top notch. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to help make our day unforgettable and the planning process as easy as possible. Truly will recommend them time and time again. This place knows exactly how to make weddings gorgeous and seamless events. Their knowledge of wedding timelines and how to execute them was greatly appreciated, the food was DELICIOUS, and Megan Johnson was the sweetest planner to be by my side the entire day. She was also a fabulous coordinator to work through - her responses were always kind and professional, thorough, and prompt. There is nothing more I could have wanted from the entire crew and venue at NBH. Finally, I am getting compliments from people I never imagined with regard to how beautiful and well-run the venue is. Thank you all so much for making our day a complete dream!

Newport Beach House was the perfect venue for our wedding! My wife & I could not be happier the venue & staff. Olivia & Jered were awesome but our Bridal Attendant Courtney was amazing! She was there for us whenever we needed anything. We both would highly recommend this property and staff for any newlyweds.

Newport Beach House was amazing, specifically Olivia Smith, our wedding coordinator. Calm is an understatement....nothing fazes her. Her advice was spot on, her attention to detail and responsiveness was more than we could have ever asked for. On top of it all she was so sweet and always had a smile. The wedding industry can be tough...she makes it look easy. I don’t think she missed a beat. She even provided us with the most beautiful weather that day!!! Words will never express how thankful and appreciative we are of what she did to pull the wedding together. She’s a true professional and we will never forget her.

The venue was stunning, food amazing, and our wedding coordinator Ashley Whalen was absolutely wonderful. I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to praise this venue. Reasonably priced and practically a one stop shop. Only things we were responsible for were the photographer, videographer, florist, and officiant. Worked extremely well with coordinating with the other vendors and made the day flawless and exactly what I envisioned.
