Our wedding was absolute perfection! From the beginning of the planning process all the way until we left after our wedding was over, every single detail was tended to. My husband and I met at No. 9 Park and we also celebrated our engagement there. The team made the entire day everything we dreamed about and more. We had our ceremony in the same room as our seated dinner, and the team somehow managed to flip the space during cocktail hour without any of our guests (or us) being disturbed. Our multi course dinner was executed flawlessly, even though we left in the middle to take more photos and had a plan to change tables for every course, they were able to keep everything organized and completely seamless. Our guests still rave about the beauty and flavor of the food almost 10mo later! After dinner, we had more guests arrive for "party time," dessert and some other small bites for those that were not at dinner. Again, perfect. The pastry chef made our cake, which was absolutely gorgeous and delicious! My husband and I got the wedding of our dreams, and we are so lucky to have had the No. 9 Park team there to make it happen. Thank you!
This review will speak to an exquisite 6 pp wedding dinner at the semi-private Owner’s Table which overlooks the Boston Common and State House. However, I have no doubt that any size wedding event here will exceed a wedding couple’s, and their guests, expectation. Sarah applies her passion and experience as an event manager at a level above the rest. The perfect wedding use case for the Owner’s Table is inviting 4 of your closest friends to witness your ceremony at City Hall and gather everyone to a posh dinner where the food, service, ambience and staff at No. 9 Park elevate the experience to be on par with a large reception. This venue worked for me because I do enough event planning in my job and I wanted someone else to be hands on and provide me a concierge experience; and I got just that! Sarah provided me options that I could just easily pick and choose and she executed with precision. We communicated all over email and Sarah invited us in three weeks beforehand to review the menu, discuss logistics and ensure she had all the proper details written down. Sarah ensured we had flowers, candles, place cards, personalized bespoke menus and wedding cake made by the in-house chef (but we could have brought in a cake if we wanted). I loved the ability to allow guests to choose their main course, but we had the option to preselect starters such as a gorgeous seafood platter with a champagne toast followed by beautiful appetizers as shared plates (oh, the prune stuffed gnocchi!) The sommelier will partner with you prior to ensure you are drinking the wine you like and in the price point you are comfortable. If you are seeking an intimate, classy, romantic and sparkling wedding dinner, Sarah and the team at No. 9 Park need to be on your short list. After this experience, I will plan to book our 1st anniversary at the Owner’s Table and undoubtedly for the years to come.
