At around 3 months my fiancé would go to pick up the dress as it had "arrived" but Chandler would say she is stuck in traffic, then it was shipped to her house and not the store, there were shipping delays, she would send pictures of other dresses via FB Messenger asking if she liked any of them...after reaching her breaking point, my future wife yells at her while balling her eyes out demanding that she tell her the truth. Chandler admits she never ordered the dress but then reverts back to lying, stating she will order it, have it express shipped and it will arrive on time for the wedding. My fiancé trusted her intuition, placed an order elsewhere which arrived in three weeks. Roughly 1 month after Chandler "ordered the dress" (the 2nd time) my fiancé's sorrow had turned to frustration so she tells Chandler that if the dress isnt available by "X" date, she wants a refund. Chandler lied to her right up to the arranged date at which time my fiancé demanded a refund. Chandler sends a fake invoice for the refund through FB Messenger, which is never processed, and follows up with her after 5 business days and states she doesnt know why it didnt go through. My future wife is furious at this point when Chandler asks her if she has a venmo or cashapp she can send the refund through. We were able to get the refund processed approxamtely 9 days before our wedding on September 28th of 22'. Do NOT trust this business owner she will lie straight to your face without remorse and I honestly am unable to fathom how this business still has its doors open. Please, save yourself from a horrible experience and place your order anywhere else.
