We knew that we wanted a caterer that allowed us to provide our own alcohol (wine & beer), so it was a huge plus that Nopalito allowed this. They were even amazing enough to have their servers pour our champagne toast and cut and serve the cake. Overall, we were extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. Not to mention, this was all planned long distance, so you can rest assured that they are on top of everything!

Our only hesitation was that they were not the cheapest caterers of those available. However, once we started working with Alexis (Nopalito’s catering and events coordinator), it became glaringly apparent that they were the perfect and best choice for our wedding. When planning a wedding, there really is no substitute for professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude; Alexis exudes all three of these. From the start she provided us an itemized proposal which laid out the standard options they provide and allowed us to customize our choice to fit exactly what we wanted. Alexis worked creatively to ensure our final selections were within our budget. We chose three passed appetizers as well as the taco bar which included three types of meat (beef, shrimp, and chicken). The food was...PHENOMENAL. We cannot tell you how many people came up to us raving out the passed appetizers. In fact, one of our guests was so impressed she assumed there was not a full meal since the appetizers were so good and there were so many of them. Dinner was also spectacular. The Nopalito catering staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and polite. They were incredibly efficient throughout the day and at the end of the night, they had everything organized and packed promptly. At the end of the day, there is no way to describe how satisfied we are with Alexis and the Nopalito team. If we had all the money in the world and could go back and re-do our wedding, we would always choose Nopalito based on the quality of the services they provided.
