Absolutely blown away by Paula and her crew at Nosh! They were amazing, and made my wedding day a literal dream come true. The food was spectacular, and they did a fabulous job with setting up our venue. Highly, highly recommend!

Paula and the entire Nosh team provided a truly incredible experience from the first tasting all the way through the event. The food was beautiful, delicious, and we have received so many compliments since the wedding. The staff was polite, attentive, and left the venue kitchen absolutely spotless. Nosh Creative Catering was the caterer for my daughter’s wedding. Nosh uses locally sourced and seasonal food which was very important to us. As my daughter and son-in-law live in California , I did most of the local implementation according to their wishes. Working with Paula was a dream. Her professionalism, attention to detail and kind ways were greatly appreciated - not to mention her responses to my many emails. Her first meeting with the bride and groom was at the tasting. She listened carefully to their wishes and offered helpful suggestions. On the day of the wedding she went out of her way to make the bride and groom feel special. The appetizers and the entrées were well presented and very tasty (thanks to the Chef, Paula and her team.). Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal and all needs were met. I highly recommend Nosh Creative Catering to anyone needing a catered event with a special touch, a creative and talented Chef, and an efficient staff led by Paula.

We could not have been more pleased and impressed with the excellent customer service from start to finish. The food prepared for our reception was outstanding. We have had so many compliments from our guests regarding how much they enjoyed everything.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paula and her team! She didn’t just meet or go above expectations, she exceeded and soared above expectations. Every little detail was taken care of. From the first tasting/meeting to the table details, to the bar and table service, and even offering to do a little extras throughout the evening for me. Even when last minute a guest asked to have an unplanned vegan entree, she assessed the situation and made it happen. If I had to pick any of my vendors who stood out regarding making my special day extra special, it was Paula, hands down! Thank you Paula and the entire Nosh team!

I simply can't say enough about our experience with NOSH Eatery & Creative Catering. We got married on a fairly chilly November day and NOSH just knocked it out of the park. Paula was *incredible* with helping us plan our day. I was so nervous about getting the details right and making sure our day was perfectly us and I honestly didn't need to worry at all. Paula paid such close attention to the details I didn't even know we needed and the day of the wedding was simply seamless. THE TEAM. We felt like this team of people truly cared about us the entire night- they were all so kind - from setting our ENTIRE day up to tearing down after our event. I just can't say enough. And they braved the cold with smiles on their faces. There are not enough thank you's to this entire team. THE FOOD. Our guests could not stop talking about the food. All of the food is as locally sourced as the seasons allow and incredibly fresh. The chefs were detailed oriented and were able to accommodate many (and some last minute) dietary changes and restrictions. We are so grateful for such an incredible, perfect day and we simply could not do it without NOSH.

Nosh catered our October wedding. I was blow away by these professionals; it was honestly the best planning decision we made. I did not love the planning piece of getting married and was fortunate enough to work with Paula who supported what we wanted and took charge on areas that I needed guidance on. This team offers so much customary support to the individual and made it a fun experience for us. And when I was stressed or had concerns they addressed it extremely promptly and proficiently. Fast forward to the day of, this staff was fun and I felt like they wanted to be there! The food was raved about but literally all my guests. They thought of everything and I was able to sit back and really be present the day of. This team does it all, Paula and your crew thank you so much! If you're considering Nosh, do yourself a favor and book them! There's plenty else to worry about, Nosh really comes through and takes so much stress away!

Our guests could not stop talking about our food! Everything was delicious and so beautifully presented. The staff was superb - seamless delivery and very prompt. My family loved working with Paula so much we hired Nosh to cater additional events! Nosh was an absolute DREAM catering company for our wedding! From our very first interaction, we knew they were different than all the other catering companies … and we knew we had to have them!!! It’s hard to consolidate all the positives into one review, but here’s our best shot. Throughout our engagement, Paula was incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive to anything we needed. (And trust me when we say that we needed a lot lol). She was always willing to offer her insight, and guide us in making our perfect wedding come to fruition. We cannot say enough nice things about her. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make us feel special and make us feel like we were a priority. She changed our entire wedding-planning and wedding-execution experience, and we will always be grateful to her. We want to plan more events just so we can continue to work with her! On our wedding day, the staff was amazing! Super kind, helpful, pleasant, professional, and always available when we needed something! Now the food…. OH MY GOD, YOU GUYS! I am not joking when I tell you it is unbelievable. Our guests are still telling us it was the best chicken they’ve ever had! The quality on the day of was exactly as it was during our tasting. Everyone was blown away by the quality of the food, and experience! The chef came to speak with us after dinner service, which was a sweet and nice touch. Overall, hiring Nosh for our wedding was one of the best decisions that we made. The entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect - they love and appreciate their couples, and it is very clear to see!!!! We would hire them time and time again!

I used Nosh for a lunch and a rehearsal dinner on the same day. I cannot emphasize enough how professional they are. During the planning of the events, they responded to emails almost instantly, and were perceptive and responsive to our needs. On the night of the event, they went above and beyond their duties to help us box up yummy leftovers and get flowers out to the cars. Friendly staff and the food was amazing. You can't get a better caterer.

Working with Nosh was truly a dream! Paula and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed for our wedding day. We were so appreciative of Paula's continuous positivity and open communication - by our wedding day she felt like a long-time friend. The Nosh catering team was truly outstanding for our August 2022 wedding. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and the service exceptional, but Paula and her team went the extra mile in every way. They had great communication and advice for us during the planning process... and on our wedding day they frequently checked in on us to make sure our day was extra special. Guests approached us all night telling us how wonderful the entire team was during the event. I would 100% work with them again and am forever grateful for how much effort they put in to ensure we had a wonderful time.

I can't say enough good things about Nosh. Paula, our event coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her team helped make our day run so smoothly. They are extremely detail oriented and make sure everything goes as you'd like. The food was fabulous and I loved the variety of apps and entrees. Nosh is simply the best. We booked Nosh for our July 2022 wedding and they made the process so easy from start to finish, which allowed us to be able to relax and enjoy our celebration without having to worry about the details. We first got to meet Paula and the chef during our tasting, during which we got to sample many of the chef's amazing dishes. All of the food was phenomenal and we got glowing reviews from our guests during and after the event. The chef also provided some great recommendations for restaurants in the Akron area. We don't live in the area, so communication was important in planning our wedding. Paula was very quick, reliable, and responsive, and was even on site on the day of the event. Nosh was also very accommodating for our guests with special diets. We appreciated all the attention to detail - down to the engraved Mr. and Mrs. forks that were provided for our cake cutting. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Nosh and would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding (or other kind of event) in the Akron area.

Nosh has some of the best food I've ever had. When we had our tasting, I knew immediately that they were the best ones for our wedding! The staff was very professional and great at what they did. We received nothing but glowing compliments on how great the food was. Thank you Nosh, and especially thank you Paula for the care and attention you took in helping manage our event!

I Hope I can capture how amazing the staff, chef, and Paula are at Nosh in this review. From the day we booked them to after the big day, Paula was making sure our experience was top notch. Paula should teach a master class in professionalism and customer service. She went above any beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for - with the best attitude and grace! From the many quote preps, to rental needs and timing scheduling, she made sure we made the decisions that best suited us, even when we didn’t know what we were doing. Props to chef Derek and the team for the excellent food! Our tasting was the best meal we’d ever eaten, no exaggeration. During and after the wedding, guests were and are still raving about how delicious the passed appetizers and meals were. Trust me when I say you need the firecracker shrimp in your life. This team thought of everything! They saved the groom and myself some appetizers that we’d have otherwise missed due to pictures. THEN Paula packed us each (bride and groom) a box of hot appetizers for late night snacking after the main event. MORE FIRECRACKER SHRIMP! These boxes also came with a lovely card she and the team made out to us. These are the things that made us feel special and well taken care of. You will have a wonder experience working with Nosh and your tastebuds will thank you for booking them! We are trying to find excuses to book them again for more parties because we want Nosh all the time! Writing this has brought up so much joy. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Nosh!

Nosh Catering was the best vendor of all those we worked with for our May 2022 wedding. Paula is a DREAM - she was basically our day-of coordinator. She kept us on pace, in the know when needed, and supported all other vendors. She even drove a group of guests to our hotel when a shuttle fell through! We got SO MANY amazing reviews on the staff and food - it was the highlight of the day! Everything was so delicious. And it felt so classy, despite being the most affordable option we found for what we wanted! We had 150 guests and each guest was cared for by Nosh. I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire team was.

Paula and Nosh were absolutely incredible to work with! From the beginning, there was open communication and they were available to answer any questions. We had many dietary restrictions and Paula and her team did an incredible job accommodating these needs. We loved our food and heard nothing but great praises from our guests as well. We had a lot of specific diets and food allergies to accommodate for, and Paula made sure that absolutely everyone could eat and enjoy a full meal. Paula and the team at Nosh were absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about all of them! Firstly, the food was perfect. Very tasty, farm to table, local, and we received many compliments to the chefs! We have several family members who have food allergies (dairy free, gluten free, vegan, etc) and Nosh was flawlessly able to accommodate all of them. Furthermore, Paula (the Nosh event coordinator) exudes professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. She ensured that all of the dining rentals were in line with our vision and worked very closely with our planners to execute them. It was a lot of work! She always lent an ear when things became overwhelming and was able to solve any issues we had. We will hire them again if we ever need a caterer!

Nosh absolutely nailed our plated dinner at our wedding on May 8, 2021! Matt and I were married in our hometown of Akron, Ohio, but Boston and New England have been home to Matt and I for over 5 years now and it’s been the place where our love story began and blossomed. When we had to pivot and change our menu to be safer with COVID-19 restrictions, Nosh made sure to think creatively when reimaging our menu. It was so special having food on our menu that told a little bit of our story of both our hometown in Akron, Ohio, and also with some New England-inspired dishes. Paula is absolutely incredible and made us feel like we were her only client. Her attention to detail is unmatched! When we realized we forgot to buy/rent champagne glasses for the Matt and I, Paula offered to bring her very own champagne flutes from her own wedding. It's a detail and gesture we'll never forget. We feel so honored and fortunate to have been able to work with such an incredible team for our wedding.

Paula and her team were absolutely incredible to work with from beginning to end for our wedding day! Paula was incredibly patient with me as I noodled over food choices, linen options, and guest count changes during the wedding planning. She was never hard to get a hold of when I had questions! The day of... everything was perfect. I was skeptical that everything would taste as good as it did during the tasting, but somehow everything was even BETTER. On top of that, the service of Paula and her team was incredible during our reception. They made sure not only we were being taken care of, but also our guests too. Our guests were so impressed with how efficient the service was and how great the food tasted. Also, as my husband and I are vegan, we were SO excited to have so many delicious options for ourselves and other guests who had dietary restrictions. If you are considering Nosh for your event, DO IT! You won't regret it.

Our wedding was at the Akron Art Museum where we were given a choice of around 6 approved caterers to choose from. We looked at them all, contacted over half, and were instantly drawn to Nosh, not only for their farm to table food, but for their professionalism as well. It took a little longer to set up our tasting due to COVID, but wow was it worth the wait! We were blown away by the taste, quality, plating, and personalization options. After meeting with Paula (events manager) & Derek (executive chef) for the tasting, we knew we didn't need to look (or eat) any further. It was a one and done with Nosh and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every vendor we hired was an integral part of our wedding, our caterer being no exception. They provided everything from the appetizers (passed & a display station), servers & bartenders, the delicious meals, the linens, & all necessary rentals, so they were extremely important to us. At our final meeting before the big day, Paula went over everything with us, including many details we hadn't thought of. It took so much weight off of our shoulders and made us feel so excited for the wedding, knowing it was in great hands. The week leading up to the wedding, Paula was my right hand; any last-minute questions or concerns, she was there with an answer and two solutions. We had quite a few last minute changes due to guest counts etc., and Paula handled all of them with ease. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors leading up to and the day-of... working with the DJs on the timeline, and with the venue on the floorplan. The day of, everything went off without a hitch...well as far as I (the bride) was concerned. I found out later after speaking with my mom that a few things had come up (as they do at such big events), and they were all handled so quickly & professionally that no one even noticed. Paula and her amazing team set up the entire reception room plus the decorations, made sure the bridal table was set with the passed apps, and made sure myself & my husband had our drink of choice waiting for us... we truly felt so special. I can say confidently I've never been to a wedding where the food was a 'wow' factor...but we got so many compliments on it. Multiple people were asking for Nosh's contact information to pass along to newly engaged couples or businesses for corporate events, and that alone speaks volumes to me. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that with Nosh you will get a staff that is attentive, professional, and hardworking, a chef that can create a unique and delicious meal specific to your likes/dislikes (it'll be pretty, too), along with an event manager that cares so much about making your day all about you. Our only regret...not getting a picture with Paula at the end of the night :) Thank you team Nosh!!!

I cannot begin to express how much we loved this vendor, from start to finish. From the very beginning Paula and her team were very responsive, accommodating, and invested in our event. A variety of dietary needs were met and care was taken to ensure our gluten free and guests with severe allergies were kept safe. Our wedding was held at my childhood home (I live out of state making things a little more complicated) and obviously not a venue that was used to having events like this and the Nosh team were experts in making it seem effortless. I never had to worry about anything, as Paula managed the rental vendors and the set up. There wasn't a detail too big or too small that wasn't managed. The servers were fun and professional and the food was AMAZING. We still have friends and family raving about the quality of the food. It was honestly the best event food I've ever had! Paula and her team ensured that my husband and I had the best day and we were able to be present with each other and our guests while Nosh and their professionalism managed everything. They are beyond 5 stars!!!

I don’t think words can justify how special Nosh Catering is. It’s not just a caterer. Without Paula’s amazing support, expertise and professionalism, our wedding would not have never been the most perfect day it was. Not only did she coordinate the whole setup of our wedding but also cared about us as a couple. She is the sweetest person to work with and her full heart is in what she does. The food that Chef Derek and his team created was phenomenal. There aren’t many catering companies out there that manage to keep the same quality between the taste testing and the actual event. All of our guests complimented on the delicious food. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Paula and the team at Nosh were more than wonderful and professional....they were personal. From the first inquiry to the final day, they anticipated our needs and needs we didn't even know we needed yet! You know your catering team is authentic and genuine in caring for your event when you miss them after the event is concluded because somehow you became friends in the process. Other than wonderful food (beyond exceptional) and the attention to detail, Paula and her crew knew that brides and grooms tend to have to wait a bit for the photographers pictures and she took the time to take some during our ceremony .....some of the first we saw! Nosh deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!! From the delicious food to the staff they have the best team! Paula is an absolute sweet heart to work with and starts to feel like a friend through the whole planning process! She made sure everything was always how we wanted it and for our wedding day to go perfect! She pays attentions to small details so you don’t need to! I was never stressed about any of it and knew we were in good hands with Paula and the team! The whole catering staff is awesome, our guests still talk about how nice they all were! The food is delicious, and the chef even made sure to see us at the wedding to make sure it all came out perfectly, as it did! I can’t recommend Nosh enough for anyone needing catering, you will not be disappointed at all!!

Paula and her team are amazing! Paula is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She was always very accessible and wonderful to work with. As soon as we did a tasting with Nosh, we knew we wouldn’t want anyone else to cater our wedding. The food and presentation are above and beyond any wedding catering we’ve ever had, and we also loved the farm to table aspect. We used Nosh for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter and I appreciate the farm to table aspect and the freshness of the food. The food was excellent. Our guests all complimented on the quality and presentation of the appetizers and main courses. The service was good. Throughout the process Paula was very easy to work with, helping to guide us through the process.

Paula and her team are incredible. When it came to catering, I had no idea who to reach out to. A handful of people suggested I reach out to Nosh, and I am so grateful that I did. The menu and the food were absolutely incredible and I had everyone coming up to me and commenting on how good the food was - but it goes beyond that when you get to work with Paula. She is knowledgeable and kind. I was talking to her probably two times a day (I had a very short engagement, about two months long) and every time she got back to me with answers on rentals, the venue, things constantly changing. I know that my whole wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. When I was running around in the cold taking pictures after getting married, she stopped me and asked if I wanted some food and a blanket before we kept going. I did. After the wedding, she sent me a picture she took of my dad the first time he saw me in my wedding dress (I cherish that picture). It’s those little moments you don’t even think about when you’re planning all the big stuff, that create memories on your wedding day. I’ll never forget that. The amount of stress that was removed from myself and my parents because of Nosh is immeasurable. The staff was incredible, my beer was never empty and everyone felt very taken care of. The food was so fresh and actually delicious. I’ve never had wedding food that I’ve liked that much, and multiple people made sure to tell me that as well. I feel lucky that Nosh was a part of my wedding. I hope we get to work together again on my wedding renewals years from now!

Nosh was the glue that held our wedding day plans together. They helped me plan not only the menu but the venue details and rentals. Planning a wedding is hard enough but planning a wedding during a pandemic and making modifications to plans is even harder. Nosh took away any of the food or rental oriented stress. Their staff goes above and beyond to make your day as special as possible.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Nosh. They were such a pleasure to work with, and through Covid changes remained compassionate, understanding, and flexible down to the day of. They worked with our dietary needs (we are both vegetarians) and the food was delicious and fresh, not to mention beautifully packaged. We received so many compliments. They are so wonderful, we are thinking of excuses to use them in the future!

Amazing!!! Beautiful and Delicious! We were completely impressed by the sincere respect and effort that Team Nosh brought to our table. Because of the unusual circumstances and the reconfiguring of so many details, relationships had been formed. We had full confidence and trust in what Nosh was providing. True planning, effort, muscle, and skill brought all to fruition. The salads were perfect! The dinners were perfect! To be on the receiving end of such enthusiasm and dedication to quality was a delight. This was such a truly special occasion for us and all was a wonderful success thanks to the Team Nosh!

We were thrilled that the team at NOSH was available to cater our outdoor, winery wedding in Sept 2019! As we planned our wedding, we knew we wanted the food we served to be a top priority along with venue and photography (we found that flowers and some other things were much lower on our list). I cannot say enough wonderful things about how easy Paula was to work with, both remotely as we did our planning from Boston and in person at our tasting and our wedding itself!! Paula and the NOSH team truly went above and beyond in helping us figure out our menu, coordinate rentals, and manage details day-of. At our tasting, we loved getting to sit down with the chef and talk through different options and learn about how each dish was put together. My parents joined us and were blown away at the level of attention we received and the quality of the food. On top of all that... the food at the wedding was delicious!! We got such positive reviews from all of our guests and felt great about the whole experience. I would give the NOSH team my HIGHEST recommendation!

Nosh catered our wedding in October 2018 and Wow! they were incredible. I still have guests raving about how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff was. As the bride, I appreciated how easy it was to work with Michele and her team. Any time I had a question I received a prompt response, anytime I wanted to change something on the proposal it was instant. During our tasting we were just blown away. The chef sat with us, so we could review the menu and food choices. Not only was the food delicious, it was beautiful! The attention to detail on every plate was stunning. We left the tasting feeling confident that our event was in good hands. Throughout our reception Nosh was prompt, organized, friendly, attentive and professional. Our guests were impressed with how they were never in want of anything. The staff was on top of it all! The team even made sure that the venue was cleaned before they left- so clean that the owner of the space commented on how Nosh left the space better than how they found it. Nosh was simply outstanding. They were professional and courteous to work with and their food was delicious. They accomodated dietary restrictions for our guests without losing anything in flavor.
