Nuvole invites you to start your day getting ready from the comfort of their stylish on-site dressing suite. This is the perfect place to assemble your beauty station and apply the finishing touches to your outfit. You can host your ceremony on the terrace with an audience of up to 175, exchanging vows before a ceremony arch or floral design of your choosing. After you tie the knot, you can slip out for your portrait session while your guests mingle over cocktails at the bar. Later, you can reunite on the terrace for your reception, enjoying a celebratory meal on romantic round tables. This space exudes refinement with sleek, contemporary-style interiors, wrap-around windows, and a minimalistic color scheme. The outdoor section also contains a comfortable lounge area with a stunning glass-covered fireplace, ideal for cozy evening gatherings.
Nuvole bar and catering team offer craft cocktails and small plates to refresh you and your guests, providing barware, flatware, glassware, tables, and chairs on-site. You can also explore their land and sea dinner menu, showcasing a mouthwatering selection of dishes you and your guests will love. Nuvole was a high point of my Charlotte trip. They were slammed on 10/24 for the Bills game that weekend but we still had great service at the bar. Beautiful views and nice atmosphere. We only split an appetizer and it was very good. We were s...
taying in the hotel and appreciated they posted early on that they would be closed for a private party that weekend; otherwise, we'd have come back. Charlotte has no shortage of beautiful rooftops and this was one of them.

The views were immaculate!!! One of the best rooftop bars in Charlotte. The service was quick, consistent, and genuine— so much so I made friends with our server!

jito was very refreshing but strong. Out of all the food here I’d recommend the Mediterranean platter or the sliders bc the veggies were kinda disappointing.
But gurlll look at the view!!! And parking is right under the hotel and only like 10 to 15 for over 4 hours.

I arrived shortly after 6 o’clock, just before sunset, to witness the stunning transition from day to night. The atmosphere in the establishment truly came alive. I probably spent a bit too much on drinks, but isn’t that part of the experience?...
The Old Fashioned cocktails were quite good, although I wasn’t particularly fond of the walnut flavor; it was still acceptable. I would consider ordering it again, but the classic Old Fashioned was perfect.
I also tried the sliders, which were delicious, and the accompanying sauce with the French fries was amazing. I would definitely eat there again and highly recommend this rooftop spot if you can get there early—try to grab a good seat next to the fire; it’s fantastic.
Additionally, I want to mention that the hostess stand has a sign stating that gratuity is automatically added to all receipts. Many rooftop bars don’t inform you about this upfront, and it’s frustrating to realize later when you leave a large tip. But this place was honest and clear about it—kudos for that!
