A One-of-a-Kind Mobile Bar: Walter, our vintage Citroën van, is more than just a bar—he’s a conversation starter and a photo opportunity your guests will love. With his double European tap system, custom wood bar, and unique design, Walter stands out from other mobile bars in the Hudson Valley.
Professional Bartenders: Our standard package includes 4 hours of bartending service from our experienced and friendly team.
Custom Bar Menu: We’ll work with you to design a personalized bar menu that fits your style, preferences, and budget. Whether you’re serving signature cocktails, beer, or wine, we’ll create a beautiful menu display to showcase your drink options. Plus, we’ll help with drink calculations and shopping list suggestions to make planning stress-free.
Water/Beverage Station: Keep your guests hydrated with a self-serve water station, featuring a glass vessel filled with plain or infused water, cups, and optional decor.
All-Inclusive Supplies: We provide everything you need for a seamless bar experience, including disposable cups, napkins, ice, mixers, and garnishes for your signature drinks. If you prefer real glassware, we can arrange rentals for an additional fee.
Set-Up and Clean-Up: We’ll arrive 1.5 hours before your event to set up and stay after the allotted time to ensure everything is cleaned up. You can relax and enjoy your event while we handle the details.
