About six weeks before our wedding, our venue was going through a turnover and essentially ghosted us during a really critical time. Even though this was well outside the scope of typical day of coordination, Hannah stepped in immediately and helped us navigate the situation. She advocated for us, helped negotiate pricing, and made sure we were supported and protected when we needed it most. Her calm guidance during such a stressful moment made all the difference. From there, both Hannah and Ashlee went above and beyond in ways I never expected from a day of coordination package. Hannah took the time to truly understand my vision and made sure every detail came together exactly as I had imagined. The night before the wedding, she even came to our home to pick up all of our décor, signage, and details and personally transported everything to the venue so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On the wedding day, Hannah and Ashlee executed everything flawlessly. They worked seamlessly together to ensure every setup detail was perfect and that the timeline ran smoothly. I never once had to think about logistics or stress about what was happening behind the scenes. Hannah helped me through dress changes and kept everything on schedule, while Ashlee was constantly making sure everything was set up correctly and running exactly as planned. At the end of the night, when most coordinators would have already wrapped up their responsibilities, they were still helping in ways we never expected. They packed up our entire bridal suite, organized all of our belongings, and helped load everything into our friends’ and family’s cars even using her own car to help transport items. She then personally drove us back to our hotel after the wedding, which was truly above and beyond. What we received wasn’t just day of coordination  it was genuine care, dedication, and two people who were fully invested in making our wedding day perfect. Because of Hannah and Ashlee, we were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day.
