There website does not do them justice going in the store you know you are in a friendly environment. They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and if they didnt have it in the store they would make sure they could get it. I needed my engagement ring resized and they were able to do it right away because they have people in the store that can do everything they dont need to send it some where else.
