Customer service was helpful, Cake was delivered on time. However, the cake did not taste the way I expected. I ordered a butter cream cake but all I could taste was pure sugar. I expected more from this bakery since they have been around for years.

We got cupcakes and an anniversary cake from here. They were delicious! The colors of the icing matched perfectly with our wedding colors! Prices were great too!

I chose the Mayfair location for my wedding cake. My husband took part by choosing a photo on another bakery's website, and letting me know what flavor(s) he did/did not want. The very same day that I called to ask for an appointment, they were able to meet with me. They cheerily showed their cake book, and gave samples to taste. I showed them the picture that my husband picked out and within a short time our wedding cake order details were all figured out. I found it impressive that while handling the details of my cake, they never skipped a beat in handling their daily business flow with just as much enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism. At the reception, our cake was beautiful and delicious.

This cake was beautiful and it's details were amazing it tasted great and they made it buttercream instead of fondant as per my request. I love them.

Lets just say we had a hard time picking out what kind of cake we wanted.. everything was sooooo good!

I used the location on Fairdale ave and they were wonderful! Not only did they work with me to have the design I wanted but the flavors were super yummy! Everyone loved my cake! And the grooms cake was awesome too!

I had ordered a wedding cake that I wanted flowers to cascade down the side of. I provided the flowers and made sure to get plenty extra in case. Although the cake tasted delicious, they completely overkilled the flowers and it ended up looking like I had a giant number one on the side of my cake.

I was so very happy with the quality of our wedding cake. It was elegant and simple but beautiful, exactly what we wanted. They were very patient with me, as I was anxious about the sheer volume of my guest list and I wanted to be sure that there was enough cake for everyone. They made us a six tier cake-plenty for the guest list-after going through countless possibilities with me for the styles to choose. Couldn't be happier!

We had their pound cake. It was great! The icing was not overly sweet. It was just right. Also, we went with basic icing flowers on the cake and they looked great.

I did not like my wedding cake from Oteri's bakery. Although I went for a cake tasting before hand, the cake itself did not look up to par (it was un-even and looked distorted)! I'd only use them for shaped-cakes in the future!

We had selected a 3 tier cake with a FULL center floral arrangment. To our surprise the arrangement on the 2nd tier was much to be desired. it looked as though they ran out of time or something. Although, the taste of the cake was awesome the look was not what we were shown. We were very disappointed to say the least.

i bought in a pic of the cake i wanted and it was exactly the way i pictured it...I have been purchasing cakes from there for years. It was delicious and pretty. I got a lot of compliments on my cake

I loved the fact that they had a wonderful photographic selection of cake pictures to choose from.;I have had many cakes from Oteri's and they have been excellent. My wedding cake was dry, but it was beautiful.
