They were great! We changed our plans more than once before the big day (thanks covid) and each time we called they were friendly and accomodating. The bus that drove us from our Ceremony site to our reception site added an extra stop for pictures no questions asked! The car that picked us up in the evening was on time and had water ready for my new husband and I! It was a quick and easy way to leave the reception!

On time, great service, needed no follow up to confirm. They were just there when we needed them! Great for brides who want to hire and then not worry about following up.

Fantastic service and experience! We used one of OCS's executive shuttles for our wedding. Arthur was fantastic and easily manipulated the bus around the large amounts of construction downtown to get us to our photo locations. It was a perfect vehicle for my large dress and a great shelter for the short downpour we experienced during photos.

We used OCS as our wedding party transportation and I'm so glad we did. They were extremely responsive and Jeff helped me with any and every question and change I made to the reservation. I had used OCS before for my friend's bachelorette party and had just as great an experience. Our driver the day of was very kind, patient, and timely. Day of, I had an amazing experience with Overland Chauffeur Services. Our driver was kind and on time. The bus was such a fun experience for us and our bridal party. There was a great sound system and plenty of room for out total group of about 20 people. We were even able to drop off our food and drinks the day before. The staff at Overland loaded it onto the bus for us which was a huge load off our shoulders. It was easier to get in and out of then a limo since the girls all had on long dresses. My main complaint with this company is lack of a timely response. She was great at first after I put in an inquiry. She was able to talk prices for different vehicles and what would work best for our transportation and party size needs. After that, it became more difficult to hear back from our consultant. It would take days and multiple emails to answer questions. I even had to hound her to get us the bill so we could guarantee our reservation. That should be the easiest email! Again, the overall service was great, but I would not recommend them if you are in a time crunch at all.

We booked Overland Chauffeured Services for our wedding photograph transportation and we were so pleased. They were timely, flexible, and the limousine was beautiful. We were very impressed and would use them again for future transportation needs.

I booked Overland Chauffeured for my getaway car after my wedding. I called to make my reservation and they were very helpful over the phone and answered a bunch of questions I had. They texted me a reminder the day of the wedding confirming everything. The day of the wedding, the driver was 15 mins early and patiently waited for us. He helped my husband and I load our stuff in the car, opened the doors for us and was very friendly and helpful. He had a bottle of champagne waiting in the car and served us before we left. He drove very safely and made us feel comfortable. If I need to book another car I will definitely be choosing Overland Chauffeured Services again!

Overland Chauffeured is an amazing company. We used them for limo transportation on our wedding night. Our limo driver was beyond respectful, pleasant, & professional. He made our wedding night end exactly how we imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone & will definitely be using them again.

Overland chauffeured services was great to work with! I wanted to make it a stress free day so I ended up booking a few different rides throughout the day (we got married on 10/20). My groom and I got married at different locations so we had a small shuttle from the hotel to my getting-ready spot on the morning of, from there to the venue later, plus a couple other small transports for my groom and groomsmen. We also did shuttle service for our guests through them- I was so impressed with all of it! Each ride arrived early and let us know they were there but did not rush us- the coaches were extremely nice and clean and our guests commented on how great, easy, and convenient the shuttle service was. Our last shuttle of the night (forgot to catch her name) was amazing- she came into the reception to make sure there weren’t any stragglers to catch the last ride - I thought that was so nice!! Thank you overland chauffeured services for being one thing I did not have to worry about on our big day! Oh and we worked with Patricia leading up to the event and ensured all details were hammered out which put me at ease. Worth the money and would highly recommend!!

They made everything so easy! From the second I sent an email for a quote I was impressed. I received a quick response and thought their rates were very reasonable. The booking process was beyond easy. On our wedding day our driver Stefon showed up early. He was the best driver! Super professional, courteous, great personality and a lot of fun. He made our day that much better! We loved he Mercedes Sprinter Limo Van and you cannot beat the price!

The executive coach party bus was clean and perfect for shuttling the bridal party. However, this is the only vendor we had an issue with on our wedding day. There were clear instructions for the driver to drop the girls off at the venue, and to go to the next pick-up point for the groom and his party. She stayed at the venue for 45 minutes while we were taking pictures (we didn’t notice because we weren’t getting back on the bus), before she left to get the boys. The boys showed up 45 minutes late and barely had a chance to take pictures on-site before the ceremony. Thankfully, we weren’t doing a First Look, or else my husband wouldn’t have had any time for pictures with his groomsmen.

My husband and I booked two rides through Overland for our wedding day. One of the most professional services we've ever seen! Booking was extremely easy over the phone, and they were very flexible when we needed to move the times around based on our tight timeline. On the day of, we were greeted on time by Darren for both rides, and he was just an exemplary chauffeur. He made sure we were comfortable and his driving was flawless. The car itself was very clean and had plenty of amenities such as water. We are very pleased to have booked this company for our big day!

We rented an executive coach bus for our June wedding and it was a great decision! The price was within our budget and our driver Lisa was a blast!!! She even brought water and umbrellas for us (luckily no need for the umbrellas!) Overland was very easy to work with, knew where they were going and when and made transportation a breeze on the wedding day!

I shopped around extensively to find a limo bus for our wedding day to transport the bridal party around Kansas City for pictures between wedding and and reception. I can say with confidence that Overland Limousine Service was the best rate for the nicest limo bus in the KC area (we also got married during Prom season which was an added challenge on the cost front). Our driver was Russ who was SO great! He knew what he was doing! The company also allowed us to drop off beer and other drinks before our event so that they could stock their cooler for us so we wouldn't have to worry about someone hauling a cooler before/after the limo bus. Seriously great customer service! You cannot go wrong.

I was very pleased with Overland Limo! The price was right, and the driver on our day was fantastic - always opening the door for us and making sure we had everything we needed. You can even drop beverages off beforehand and they will have it ready for you the day of your wedding already cold. Everything with this company went smoothly - I could not have been happier!

We used Overland Limo Service for our wedding transportation-- we had an amazing driver who got us all around town. My husband had done all the booking through them and could not stop commenting on how quick and efficient they were. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience using Overland Limo, they arrived right on time and I even got an email with the driver arrived. He was very professional and took us all around for pictures. He even took care of the bouquet vases when we weren't sure what to do with them. They were a great company to go with and I am so happy we chose them.

We only needed a 14 seater van or limo to transport the groomsmen from our venue in Gower, MO to The Gents Place in Leawood, KS then back to the venue for our wedding. We didn’t want it to be a big fuss and everyone over at Overland Limo was a breeze to work with. We will definitely be using them the next time we need group transportation!

We really liked working with Overland Limousine Services. They were on time for every pick up and the drivers were friendly. We used them for our bridal party transportation from the ceremony to the reception, from the reception to our hotel, and from the hotel to the airport the following morning. I would highly recommend this company!

We booked 2 charter buses and a limo for my wedding. All vehicles were clean, limo was stocked with champagne glasses and buses were stocked with water coolers. However I had 2 major issues that caused significant delay and inconvenience to my day. 1) Miscommunication about where one of the buses needed to go to pick up guests 2) The limo that I was in had a mechanical problem and essentially broke down Besides the fact that the miscommunication and engine problem occurred, I think the reason why it was so poorly handled on the day of was because we were communicating with the drivers and expecting them to follow up with the company. Even though the contract clearly stated a contact person/number for problems (my wedding planner), the drivers didn't contact her for clarifications. Even when asked to do so by the guests that knew the bus was at the wrong location. For resolution of the replacement limo, there was only contact through the driver to get it replaced. He said it would be replaced when it started smoking, before it broke down, but 1.5hrs later and it totally breaking down, it still wasn't replaced. In hindsight, we should have contacted the company directly (then had them tell the drivers what to do), vs asking the drivers to contact the company and ask for clarification. The company has since provided some reimbursement and has been very helpful, but I cannot stress enough - if ANYTHING questionable happens the day of, contact the company DIRECTLY, and ASAP. DO NOT rely on the drivers to fix or even communicate the issue to the company.

We had a great experience with this limo company. Our wedding party commented on how nice and thoughtful the driver was. He made sure I had enough water on the warm June day of our wedding. We rented the 20 person limo bus, which was very nice and clean inside. They had two bottles of complimentary champagne for us as they had promised. There was fun music playing, and the driver safely went to all the places that our photographer directed him to go. Everything worked out just as we had planned.

We used Overland Limousine for our wedding in May and had a wonderful experience! Sean, our driver, was on time, very professional, and fun throughout the entire day! We chose the Limousine Coach since we had a large wedding party. We easily fit 19 people and could've had room for a few more, if needed. We loved the ease of being able to stand up and walk in and out of the limo while stopping at different locations for pictures. It was very convenient since I was in my wedding dress and did not want to be crawling in and out of a regular limo. The limo was clean and seemed brand new. Our wedding party LOVED the limo and we are already searching for an excuse to get it again!!

Beautiful cars, many model options depending on party size, friendly and professional drivers, on time every time! Overland Limousine allowed our wedding party to arrive in a safe, stylish, and timely manner throughout the weekend. The company was so easy to work with online and accommodated many schedule changes without any problem. The execution all weekend was flawless.

We were quite satisfied working with Overland Limousine for our April 2014 wedding. We simply needed transportation from our ceremony location to our reception location with a few stops for photos during the trip. We rented the 22-passenger limo bus. During the planning people, the staff people (I talked with two) at Overland Limousine were professional and quick with replying to my emails. The driver was ready to pick us up at the planned time on the day-of. The bus was clean and the driver (Russell) was nice. I was quite impressed with how top-notch the interior of the bus was. I would have thought that our group was the first set of passengers to ever ride on the bus. The leather seats, trim, floors, etc., did not appear to have evidence of previous riders. Everything seemed brand new. Our driver talked with me to confirm the stops that he would make, according to the plans that I had made previously with Katie at Overland Limo via email. I got the impression that Overland Limo is a very well-organized company with a good planning/coordinating process for its customers. From the several limo companies exhibiting at bridal shows to the several other limo companies I from which I requested quotes, Overland Limo was one of the most reasonable and by far the most professional limo company I dealt with during my wedding vendor search. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a limo for their event!

We had a wedding in Emporia, KS and needed a shuttle bus to transport our guests to/from our hotels and wedding site. Overland did a wonderful job! We paid to have Overland drive down from KC, two hours each way, but they were still more affordable than options out of Wichita or Topeka. The shuttle itself was very nice, clean and nice enough to satisfy our older guests with a fun atmosphere (ie you are allowed to drink on-board) for the younger guests. The driver was professional and friendly to all of our guests and was even kind enough to allow my bridesmaids to write in car chalk on the windows! Unfortunately, one of our guests had too much to drink and got sick in the back, so we were charged a $75 clean-up fee, but given the unfortunate situation, I thought they handled it kindly and professionally. I fully recommend Overland for your wedding transportation needs!

The limo arrived on time and our driver was nice and helpful!! Our driver was not only friendly but when something went wrong with our plans he helped us work things out and was really flexible in finding a new place to take photos!! Plus he was helpful when I had a hard time getting myself and my huge dress out of the limo!!

So we got married an night, meaning we took photos during the day, on a timeline and overland limo delivered. We had a bus, so my wife could easily navigate in and out and the music was awesome!

Overland Limo was absolutely wonderful for my wedding. We required extra help getting my grandparents to and from their retirement. My grandparents were very pleased with the service! My bridal party loved the Executive Van and it was so nice not having to crawl in a limo with my dress. Our driver Andy was super flexible following the photographer and doing what was asked. We changed plans several times and Shae was wonderful at answering questions and keeping up with our changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVERLAND LIMO!

I used a limo for my bachelorette party & a trolley for my wedding from this company. They had great customer service (Julie C is who I spoke with multiple times) and were professional & on time. My only complaint was that they were a little pricey since it was prom season (May 1st).

We had a bus shuttle guests back & forth to the hotel. They did a great job of ensuring all our guests made it back to the hotel on time.;We had them for our rehearsal dinner the night before & our bus broke down on the way to pick us up & they didn't call we had to call when they were late however they had excellent customer service after they discovered the problem. They had another bus there within the hour & gave us a discount on our wedding day

We had the limo bus and it was awesome! It fit our entire wedding party of 19 people! It was a lot of fun!

The gentleman driving the trolleys were very friendly and they helped the older guests getting on and off of the trolleys. They went above and beyond.
