I had so many people tell me how amazing the food/cake was! We also used them for bar services/linens as well. I had the best service experience with this company. I love that they're a 'smaller' (only in size, not in capacity of services) place and that they're local. I can't sing their praises enough. We had our ceremony and reception at the Pearl Studio, and they were on the list of approved vendors. They were the most reasonably priced, and gave us everything we needed and more. I loved working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

I'm still figuring out how I can get the recipe for the beef tenderloin medallion they served at my wedding! Not only was the food amazing but the appetizers were fantastic! Highly recommend using for all your catering needs!!

We were SO pleased with our choice to hire Page Barteau Catering for our cocktail hour and wedding reception. They are extremely good at what they do and helped me throughout the planning process to figure out (and not worry about) MANY of the logistics of the night. They set up / cleaned up in a quick and timely manner, and their staff was all professional and efficient. The food was delicious (we had a BBQ buffet) and all of their setups (desserts, coffee, place settings) looked perfect. The cake, which honestly we hadn't given much thought to, looked GORGEOUS, so much lovelier than I expected, AND tasted awesome (and I'm not much of a cake person!), and the mini key lime pies we also ordered were delicious, too. The 3 best decisions we made with PBC were: 1. having our plates brought to us in a separate room while the guests found their seats, so we could eat quickly without being interrupted and have a moment to just relax; 2. having the salads plated when guests arrived, which elevated the look of the dinner (we had a BBQ buffet); 3. having wine service so that guests got refilled during speeches and first dances. Two things I would do differently are: 1. leave clear instructions with both the caterer and day-of coordinator about what we wanted done with extra food and desserts; 2. buy a bit less booze — we ended up with a lot extra (but better to have too much than too little!). We are very happy with how our night turned out, and I would definitely recommend working with PBC for your big event!

We loved having Page Barteau cater our wedding! They came highly recommended from a friend who tried 6-7 different caterers and choose them for their wedding. From the initial call to the late night snacks, everything was perfect. Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with, she hosted us for a fun and delicious tasting, and stayed connected through the entire planning stage. If I wanted to add something she worked with me on price or even added it to our package. We got everything exactly as we wanted from pre-ceremony passed champagne to perfect signature cocktails and ice cream bar. I would highly recommend them for a wedding or corporate event, ask for Katie!

Page Barteau did a WONDERFUL job for our wedding. The food was amazing, the best food I have had a wedding reception yet - and several of our guests said the same thing. The value for Page is also amazing, we provided the alcohol and they provided bartenders. Everything was delicious and Britany (Catering Manager) was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. I would definitely recommend Page Barteau for any catering needs - the food doesn't disappoint!

Page Barteau Catering was easy to work with and the food was outstanding!! So many people told me during and after the wedding how marvelous the food was. Some even said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! There was a lot of variety for guests to choose from as well!

This review is for the Catering Service. I worked with Page, Britany and Chef David Trevino for my wedding March of 2015. I cannot say how wonderful this catering group is on all fronts! They made the wedding of my dreams come true. They food was beyond wonderful and to this day we cannot go a few days without someone commenting on the quality of the food and the cake! Let me just say that the most important this to my husband and I was food, photography and venue (in that order) and Page Barteau Catering was the best choice to make sure those needs were met! Just know that Britany is wonder woman and she will make sure whatever you need and want will happen. She worked with us every step of the way, being so patient and accommodating to my family even though we were planning from Dallas and could usually only meet on weekends (which is when they are doing their catering). They made sure that every detail of the wedding was pinned down. We used them for everything we could: Bar Service, Food and Cake. Bar Service: 5 out of 5 stars We had a full bar and signature drinks and we are also still getting compliments on our signature drinks. We went with Grapefruit Rickey and a Frozen Marg and both were out of this world! Not to mention the staff was incredibly professional and sweet. -- Catering: 10 out of 5 stars Our food was the best part of our wedding (besides the dancing). We had a vision for a New England type wedding and menu and boy did they deliver. We had lobster rolls, steamed potato/corn/prawn bags, and for apps we even had a raw oyster bar! I will be attaching photos, but honestly the attention to detail that Chef David gave our wedding was beyond what we could have hoped for! We also had a dessert bar made of sweets and pastries themed after a french bakery and they were loved and admired by all. -- Cake: 5 out of 5 stars Let me put it this way. My husband and I only tasted one cake. IT WAS A NO BRAINER we were hooked. We had a white cake with butter cream frosting and this was the only wedding I went to where there were ZERO leftovers on desserts, there was not a crumb left of that cake.

Page Barteau provided the meal at my reception, hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, the wedding cake and dessert bar, and the full bar for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. The food was incredible! Guests are still talking about the Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Raspberry Chipotle sauce, and my new husband and I chowed down on the leftover wedding cake around 4am. She and Katie Reno answered emails quickly and generally did all they could to ensure the event went seamlessly. They truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough!

I am so happy that I decided to go with Page Barteau for my wedding dinner needs! We hired them to serve a 3 course sit down meal, in addition to passing appetizers during cocktail hour and manning the open bar all night. They created an absolutely delicious meal that guests raved about - many told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! During the dinner, the servers were attentive and prompt. They also went above and beyond for us - creating mixes for a two signature cocktails that were absolutely delicious! Their chef also worked with us to create a surprise late night snack of chocolate and churros that was scrumptious and a huge hit! We also used their services for linens, and I was very pleased with how elegant, pretty, and reasonably priced their selection was. Finally, working with Britany was a dream. She is incredibly organized and efficient; you can tell she really knows what she is doing and truly cares about making her clients happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Page Barteau to any bride who wants a delicious and memorable wedding dinner!

Every single person at my wedding commented and still tell me my food was the best food they have had at a wedding-ever!! It was awesome! They also did my cake and flowers which was just as great. I have been to 20 weddings in the last year and my food was honestly the best!

We used Page Barteau for our wedding reception at the Pearl Stable. We found them on the list of approved vendors for the Pearl facility. Since we were planning the event from out of state we ended up basing our selection for carter on cost and responsiveness to our emails. The staff at Page always replied to our emails promptly and listened to what we had to say and did exactly what we asked for even before we signed the contract. When we went for the tasting the food was amazing and that held true at the actual event. We even requested that they do a make-your-own ice cream sandwich bar at the event and they were able to work with us to make it happen even though they had never done anything like it before. We also used Page Barteau for our bar. Although the open bar was a little expensive the service was great. We requested two signature drinks and the bartenders ran with our idea and made their own recipes that were delicious! We would highly recommend them for your event!

This review is mainly for Katie, our even coordinator. She was awesome to work with. She came in last minute due to our first event coordinator retiring a month before our wedding and really turned things around for us. My fiance and I had a very strict budget for the catering and could not afford to really go over it. Katie completely understood this and revamped our menu options as well as tweaked other things on our contract in order to suit or needs for the wedding as well as our budget. Even though she worked with a tighter budget, everything was still delicious and beautiful. The food was great and the place settings were very pretty. The bar was also great and affordable. I definitely recommend Katie as well as Page Barteau Catering.

I got so many compliments from all the guests at my wedding from the appetizers all the way through each course at dinner and for the wonderful service. I was incredibly pleased with all meetings leading up to the event and felt so confident in knowing what I was getting with the detailed explanation of how service would go. It was all truly amazing!

They handled it all! I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful my floral was from my bouquet to the centerpieces - everything was breathtaking! My flowers far exceeded my expectations and highly recommend using them! I will continue to recommend Page Barteau Catering to anyone looking for delicious food with exceptional service! We LOVED every bite of food they provided & many guests say it was by far the best meal they've had at a wedding! The cake was also a huge hit! The PBC staff took care of everything for us and we will use them again!

The food was DELICIOUS. Britany was very easy to work with, and we exchanged a lot of e-mails making sure that we had everything we wanted. My venue did not provide anything, and Page Barteau provided all of the tables, chairs, linens, silverware, bartenders (we were able to pay for our own alcohol from an outside vendor to save on money). The staff was very attentive, the night went smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Oh, and everyone LOVED the food and there were tons of compliments!

We had vendor restrictions at our venue and we were afraid we were doomed to over pay for cheese and crackers, but we soothed by the PBC team. We got full buffet meal with grilled veggies, delightful apps, amazing chicken and a professional looking courteous staff. Couldn't be happier with their service. We found out why they are a preferred vendor.

Working with Sheryl at Page Barteau Catering was very enjoyable. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. I was planning from a distance which makes things a bit more difficult, but Sheryl was very responsive ... always quick to respond via email or phone. She listened to all of the little details that I wanted and made them happen. The service during the reception was superb! The captain we very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone was raving about the food ... It all tasted fantastic! Everything was spot on!

This was the most expensive meal I have ever purchased in my life! But it was tasty and the servers were attentive and polite.

I used Page Barteau last month at the Marquardt Ranch. They recommended them and I went with the recommendation because I planned my wedding from a distance. I went and picked the final menu items about a month before the wedding and was really impressed with the food. I was a little worried about the food on the day of because it is always difficult to cook for a large group of people, but the food was still spot on and I had a number of people tell me they loved the food. I would strongly recommend the shrimp. They were absolutely delicious! There were also tons of people serving food and alcohol, so people did not ever have to wait for food or drinks.

I loved working with Page Barteau. They listened to all my crazy ideas and catered to my needs. The food was amazing and all my guests raved about it. We had late night breakfast taco snacks served that I still regret not pocketing more of to this day.

Page Barteau worked with me for over 6 months to perfect our wedding menu. They did a FANTASTIC job and the guests raved about the food. Britany was so helpful and made everything run so smoothly. I would definitely recommend Page Barteau for any type of catering. They also did my wedding cake as well as the groom's cake which both turned out delicious and beautiful.

We had a great time working with Page Barteau and Britany. They really worked with us to get a menu that we loved. The food was amazing! Everyone loved the appetizers. The only thing that did not live up to the tasting was the fish-but everything else went above and beyond.

Everything was delicious, and professional. Very willing to work with clients. Prices were comparable.
