If I could give a zero star I would! My sister rented some benches and table clothes from PPR well our venue ended up fixing some of the issues so we no longer needed the benches and the table clothes. She paid $1059.00. We had only booked the benches roughly 2 weeks ago. (June 10, 2022) and today is June 21, 2022) The wedding isn’t until September 3, 2022 we decided to cancel them due to not needing them anymore. PPR will NOT refund us any of our money. Even though we canceled well in advance. We offered to let her keep the deposit even though her contract says if you cancel in enough time you will not have too!!! I absolutely wouldn’t recommend using her. Her only excuse is that is she a small business well I’m sorry but if you can not refund people their money when a service isn’t used you don’t need to have a business!! She even so much told us that she spoke with her attorney. If you have an attorney on retainer you can afford to give a refund.

Kacy and her team at Paris Party Rentals are top notch. They have the professionalism you would expect from a Dallas rental company with the family-friendly service you would expect in NE Texas. After being completely worn down from having to postpone my wedding due to COVID, I turned everything over to Kacy and asked her to take my vision and make it happen on my new wedding date. In doing so, she became my advocate - she made sure all the vendors were on board with what I wanted. On the day of, people kept saying I was the calmest bride they had ever seen. I just kept telling everyone that's because I have the best wedding planner/coordinator there is and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Seriously ladies - do not try to do this yourself!! Enjoy the day by hiring Paris Party Rentals to take care of all they details for you!! I've attached some pictures so you can see all the details they coordinated for me :)

The best rentals and wedding planning service in NE Texas. I would recommend to anyone. They know what they are doing and make everything less stressful on the bride. I had an excellent experience with Paris Party and Event Rentals.

We rented the Celebrate It reception hall through Paris Party & Event Rentals. Its a beautiful space for a reception or party with the luxury to do as much or as little as you want when it comes to decorating. Kacy Smyers was super helpful and answered any questions we had. Only complaint is that we didn't have anyone on hand the day of our event. They took calls and helped us through things we had questions on (lighting, AC, etc) but it would have been easier to have someone there. Overall, I would recommend it and would rent again if needed!

Stephanie was amazing in helping me plan the rentals I needed for my backyard wedding. The tables, chairs, linens and margarita machine were a huge success and affordable. The owner is extremely friendly and their delivery/pickup was awesome. Would highly recommend to decorate your next wedding/party.
