Park City Club

Park City Club is great to work with and such a fun place to have your wedding reception! I had my wedding reception here last year and highly recommend it! We received so many compliments from guests about the venue as well. I’m really late with my review but figured better late than never!

We had our reception here and it was FABULOUS. Many people commented on how beautiful the view was. When the sunset and then the skylight lit up it knocked people out of their chairs. The service was fabulous. The food delicious (was not crappy wedding food) and the bar choices and drinks the bar tenders made were outstanding. This was the best decisions we made. In addition, Hala is tremendously knowledgeable and helped keep everything organized and planned. It was truly an impressive venue...felt and tasted like a top notch, elite venue. We were so blessed to choose this as our reception.

Our wedding reception was held at Park City Club, and I highly recommend this venue. The floor-to-ceiling windows with a downtown skyline view from a high floor give a unique feel to the elegant setting. The staff executed the event flawlessly. All of the food was excellent. Hala, who helped coordinate the reception, worked closely with us to figure out all of the details, and was able to accommodate some unique requests. She was great to work with, and is a major factor in this five-star rating.

First Class! As my groom said "It felt like millionaires were getting married." and I agree! We hosted our wedding reception at the PCC and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful, elegant, and classy but the team at PCC make the difference. We hosted a plated dinner and open bar. It was real luxury to have jacketed waiters serve us. All of the staff have a great attitude and are true professionals. The wonderful bar tender even sought out the groom and I to make sure I got a cocktail and remembered the groom's beer. We chose chicken piccata, beef filet, scalloped potato, asparagus and an open bar. It was all HOT, fresh, and delicious! Guests are raving about a mystery coconut cocktail. I can't say enough great things about Hala. She made the whole planning and event run perfectly. Believe her (and me) when she says you don't need an outside planner. With everything Hala did, a planner would have been redundant. PCC has a great atmosphere! It has an elegant "Wow" factor, especially when it's all lit up at night and the skyline view of Dallas, yet is very welcoming and not too stiff. It lends itself perfectly to an energetic party where everyone is celebrating and having a great time. PCC takes the place of many outside vendors, which was very helpful for me as I was planning from Austin and only able to visit once. All of their services are high quality. The linen options are beautiful. I also highly recommend their lighting package. They spotlight the cake and centerpieces and any color you want around the room. It's really a magical effect after dark. All of our parents and guests had a wonderful experience and we would choose PCC again in a heartbeat!

We could not have been happier with our reception at PCC! Hala was absolutely incredible from the very beginning- she is incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel right at home, thinking off all the little details well in advance. She was honest about what she thought we would and would not need, always keeping in mind our goals for the event. The staff was kind, respectful, and professional in every interaction, and the food was FANTASTIC! We had a very generous tasting to help make our final selections, and our guests made great use of the buffet option we selected. Hala coordinated with our band, florist and bakery for all deliveries and set up, and them having linens/tables/etc already there made my life way easier when it came to planning. We were also fortunate enough to have beautiful weather that evening, with a gorgeous sunset visible from the windows of the dining area. I would host another event here in a heartbeat!!

Hala and Park City Club were amazing! Of course the venue is beautiful, but Hala really made everything come together. She is so kind and helpful and will make sure your day is amazing.

I had my wedding reception here in December. I highly recommend this venue for your special event. Everyone you work with is helpful, kind, and prompt. The space is gorgeous (especially with the holiday decorations) and has an awesome view of downtown Dallas. The food might be one of the best meals I've ever had and my guests raved how good it was. It was so easy to plan this event, the typical stress of a wedding didn't exist- even in Covid times. I didn't need an outside wedding planner because Hala (the main contact) provides everything and is great to work with. There were no issues the entire night, we were able to simply enjoy time with our guests and a stress free evening. Also- parking is conveniently located in the adjacent garage- easy in and out. If this is on your list for potential venues, stop what you are doing and schedule an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

Working with Park City Club (especially during a pandemic) was a dream. I did not have an outside planner, and Hala at PCC made everything so easy. They have everything you need for a beautiful reception or rehearsal dinner. Our family and friends kept complimenting the whole night and raved about the food. They were incredibly flexible with us up until a few days before wedding. Thank you!!

We got married a year ago and we still talk about how perfect our day was, all thanks to the Park City Club! This was a gorgeous venue for our wedding reception, especially at night, and perfect for the amount of guests we had (about 160). The food was so tasty and the staff on the night of was very professional. Hala was amazing to work with and made the entire process a breeze!!! She was very professional, organized, and had great attention to detail. She helped with everything leading up to the wedding reception and ran the show on the night of; our night would not have been as great as it was if we didn’t have Hala! If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend the Park City Club!!!

The Park City Club did an amazing job hosting our wedding and reception. From the very beginning, Hala was so helpful in the planning process. She responded immediately to any questions I had and was very easy to meet with. The room we had our ceremony in was beautiful, and the reception was even better! The view is amazing and the food is excellent!

I found this place by accident and my husband and I could not have been happier! This place goes above and beyond for their couples. I was lucky enough to work with Hala and she truly helped make the experience and our wedding day smooth. Park City Club (PCC) has a gorgeous view of downtown Dallas and is walking distance to a hotel which we used and was perfect! This place honesty has EVERYTHING. They handle the food and I know sometimes people get hesitant by that but don’t! The variety is so large and honestly every single thing we tasted was amazing! We did a plated dinner but they offer buffet style as well. We had 3 different appetizers, all tasted incredible, 3 different main meal options and honestly I could not have been happier. Plus they have so many side options and we also passed out chocolate chip cookies as our favor and they were delicious and massive. PCC had chairs, linens, the dance floor, table numbers, chargers and even created menus for our guest. We used all of these because the quality was amazing! They also offered flower petals for the exit but we used pom poms for a dance floor prop and doubled it for our exit. The bartender - incredible. I had so many guest come up to me and they were so impressed because the bartender remembered everyone’s orders. Literally all of the guest would go up and the bartender would be preparing the drink they were ordering. Those details were ones that didn’t even cross my mind, but PCC handled and it impressed the our guest to where multiple people commented. My husband and I are forever to PCC because this place made our wedding truly a night for us to remember and we feel that for the price that was paid we got more than we could have imagined. The Park City Club was the PERFECT wedding reception venue! The views of Dallas are beautiful and helped create the romantic setting! The Park City Club staff are very friendly, professional and SO hard working! The food is DELICIOUS! I truly can't say enough positive things about this exceptional venue!!

Absolutely loved our wedding night at the Park City Club! Hala and her crew were efficient communicators throughout the whole process which made the planning so easy. The professionalism of their staff was incredible as well. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the room was on that night and how much fun all the guests had. Would 100% recommend the PCC!

We chose to have our wedding reception at Park City Club and it could not have been more perfect. I live out of state but Hala worked very closely with my mom (and me via FaceTime, a few times!) to make sure the vision I had for a reception was executed to a tee. The venue is beautiful and the views are stunning. The staff was extremely professional and Hala and her team were very well organized. Planning went very smoothly, and the evening of the event could not have been more perfect - the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were a hit, there was plenty of room for our guests (about 150 or so), the layout of the reception area was excellent and made everything flow smoothly. I can't say enough about how many compliments we received throughout the night (and after) about the venue and how well-executed our reception was and how delicious the dinner was (we chose a surf and turf menu option, which we had decided on during a tasting a few months before the wedding). The event was fabulous all around, and I wouldn't have changed a thing! I highly recommend Park City Club, especially for a mid-sized reception like ours was. One tip - a DJ was definitely good for this space, as the main reception area is a bit narrow, and a band would have been a little overwhelming (especially with more than 100 guests).

We had the honor of having our wedding reception at Park City Club last July. It couldn't have been more perfect! Hala is an exceptional lady. Not only is she kind, knowledgable, and professional, she is an absolute joy to know! She listened so attentively, and made sure we had everything we desired - to the littlest details. On the night our reception, not only was the Dallas skyline view gorgeous, but the room was aglow with absolute beauty!! I was amazed at how Hala and the club had it decorated to absolute perfection. The night went so smoothly, and as bride and groom, we got to relax, have FUN, and enjoy every single second. Guests commented at how beautiful and perfect everything was! And I must mention - the food. Oh, the delicious food! If you like mashed potatoes, have the mashed potato bar! And if you're a chocolate lover, the chocolate fountain is oh so decadent. Park City Club is in a class of its own, and it makes for a stunning (and dreamy) place to have a wedding reception. :)

My husband and I got married at Park City Club two weeks ago and we have already received so many compliments on how fun and beautiful the wedding was! We owe so much to Hala for all she did to make the night everything it was! From the breath-taking views of the city to the great service our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of for ourselves and our guests! Hala, our coordinator at PCC was friendly, experienced, accommodating, organized, and all around wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process and the day of! I also had an outside coordinator and she worked with her on the timeline and made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend booking PCC for an amazing wedding reception and planning experience!

Everything about this location was beautiful and top notch. The venue coordinator did a wonderful job of helping us with all of the details and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue. I would highly recommend as it truly made for a beautiful wedding reception.

My husband Charlie and I looked at many event spaces in Dallas and hands down believe we got the most bang for our buck here! The views and the classic charm sold us immediately, and truly helped bring to life our vision for our wedding day. Our guest had nothing but positive things to say about the service, food, and views and everyone had a marvelous time. I recommend the mac & cheese bar - it was a BIG hit!

My husband and I had our reception at the Park City Club this month and it was the best decision we have ever made. Both Hala & Patti took exceptional care of us, both in the preparation and planning stages and the day of. The food and drinks were spectacular too! They made sure that we got to eat before we were introduced to our guests, which was a serious life saver. They made the entire process so fun and enjoyable and easy! I highly recommend them!

Park City Club was perfect for our 150 guest reception. All the guests complimented us on the Dallas skyline views and the beauty of the club. Hala was a pleasure to work with and really knows her stuff! I was able to relax and focus on my guests knowing she had everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Beautiful wedding venue with breathtaking views of the DFW metroplex. Intimate feeling and upscale. Staff is wonderful to work with and very experienced.

Hala at the park city club is absolutely wonderful! She made sure the night was flawless, contacted all vendors prior to the event and made sure to stay in constant communication without overwhelming me. The view is phenomenal the space is luxurious yet able to be transformed to a comfortable wedding venue for everyone to enjoy. The food was excellent we did stations and had only compliments the favorites were mashed potato bar and the salmon carving station. Couldn't be happier with this venue highly suggest.

-Gorgeous view of the city -Centrally located in Highland Park -Pretty old school charm -Tables, plates, glassware, chairs, etc all available for use -Good price on alcohol and food -Catered in house but wide variety of options and very tasty -Dance should be bigger, but still holds lots of people -Possibly move dance floor to center of grand ball room, but that does cut out table space -Event coordinator with the venue, very helpful -One server with bad behavior, but the Club has dismissed the server quickly -Very pretty place with lots of built in bonuses

I can't thank Hala and her team enough for creating such a beautiful reception. The staff was amazing from the beginning. Hala was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The reception was more than I could have ever imagined, from the decor of the venue to the service of the waiters and bartenders. Our guests raved about both the food and the attentive staff. Could not be happier with Park City Club!! 100% recommend!!

We had a great experience working with the Park City Club! The events coordinators there - Rise & Hala - are wonderful and very helpful! They even gave us great advice about our other wedding vendors! Our reception turned out wonderful and everyone had an amazing time. I grew up in the Park Cities and so having the view of my "hometown" as well as the downtown skyline was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! You won't be dissapointed!
