I had the BEST helpers and bartender for my Wedding Shower. They were on time, completed all the set up, were so attentive to my guests, served the food from Gia Bella Catering and cleaned everything up so well, it was like we never had a party! Highly recommend them to everyone!

My venue allowed for us to bring in our own bartending staff so we hired Party Host Helpers. The team was extremely helpful and professional when booking. They even provided the insurance coverage my vendor requires. My bartenders all showed up on time, they extremely professional and served my guests with a smile!

What can we say. PERFECT SERVICE!!!!! Party Host Helpers was THE BEST! Laura and her team of bartenders, servers, coatcheck, and clean up staff were OUTSTANDING! Not sure how we would have had such a great Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Breakfast, Wedding Reception and Sunday Brunch without them. At first we thought we only needed a couple staff for the wedding dinner but then after talking to Laura, the regional director, she thoughtfully guided us, while respecting our budget guidelines to what we ended up with for the whole weekend. Had no idea they could do so much and so helpful. Grateful can not even begin to explain our feelings about hiring Party Host Helpers for our wedding weekend. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! Don't even think twice about anyone else. Just use Party Host Helpers for your own event staff.

Party Host Helpers was the perfect touch for our wedding in October. We needed polished, professional and friendly staff to bartend, set up and serve the buffet and clean up after. They were that and so much more! Worth every penny. Truly wouldn't have had the perfect wedding without them as our event staff. I would recommend them to all of my friends family (and since I am an event planner myself, hire them for my next event!). Laura Peterson, the Regional Director was so accommodating, detailed and responsive from start to finish. Thank you Party Host Helpers for the perfect addition to our wedding day!!!!
