Party Time Plus

Would have given a better review, but ran into too many issues. The tent was set up amazingly, no sidewalls (it was too hot so we did it later). The tables and chairs were setup nicely and the gentleman kept me updated throughout the day. The initial planning of the event was great until I calmed down and realized I had a lot of questions. One of the owners helped me through and off we were. A few days before the wedding a woman left me a message that said "pay or we can't load your tent," that was the last thing I needed. Afterwords we received another bill, little upset about that, we were not credited with any of the dishes we didn't use or chairs I took down either. Just a note, this experience would have been great, but make sure you read all the fine print and even though you are stressed do not take any vendors word for it, READ IT!

All the parts and tables were great

they delivered and set up tents on time and in correct location. Pricing for lights were a bit steep.

This place is a GREAT DEAL!!! Their tables are super old and scratched and in poor shape, but I rented ivory linens from them, and was able to cover the ugliness. The linens are worth 6.00/piece but still a pain to pay for. Also, specify you want round tables, as that was an almost last minute mishap! I rented a 20x30 tent (I had a small wedding of 50 on the first day of fall in the mountains at a family cabin) and 50 white chairs @1.10 a piece, and it was literally perfect. I drove to and from Billings to pick up these items and the tent set up was surprisingly super easy-we did it with 3 people! All in all, I am satisfied with them and would use them again. Everything I rented tables, chairs, linens, and tent cost about $375.00 +gas (about 300 miles both trips).

Party time plus was a great rental company to work with. They were super helpful and there for me any time I had a question.

They forgot 3 table cloths, they didn't give us a part to the dance floor and they forgot to give us a leg to our stage. They have great stuff just not very good at making sure everything is loaded. They did give us a refund tbough.

Everything they promised they came through on. We received a discount because of the place we got married....so ask.

Easy and convenient.

They had some great options. We only needed a select few items. The table runners matched perfectly with the rest of our decorations. The chairs were comfy and convenient (glad they had an ivory to match). The bar we rented worked well for its purpose but had been very heavily used in the past and had a few dings in it. They unfortunately didnt have deliver avalable on Sunday's and came earlier than scheduled for their pick up on the Monday after. Other than that they were great.

Unfortunately, Party Time Plus is the only place in town with a decent selection of tents, otherwise we would have rented somewhere else. Their prices were reasonable on somethings and outrageous on others; they charge you for every little thing. They charge several hundred dollars to pick up on a Sunday (plus we were required to hire a security guard to watch everyhing overnight at $22/hour) so we had to shut down our wedding reception at 10pm on Saturday because we could not afford the extra money to pick up on Sunday. Aren't they in the "party business"? Don't most parties happen on Saturday? They were pretty hard to work with. Their set-up crew was great (even though they hit a sprinkler line) but I would try to go somewhere else in the future.
