Pat's Apparel ~Bridal Alterations & Tuxedo Rental~

Pat assured me my wedding dress would be ready on 2/7/19 two weeks before my wedding. I called the store to see if my dress was ready and was told if I had not been called that it was. I show up and for 20-30 minutes they can’t find my wedding dress. It was misplaced and alterations had not begun. Upon finding my dress she assured me it’ll be ready in two days she even opened the store early for me to come in and she hemmed my dress far to short my shoes show in my wedding dress! My mom is a seamstress and she looked at it and said that pat actually stitched the lace on my dress to the lining causing the dress to hike up as well as cutting it about 1.5 inches too short my mom did not want to alter my dress because she felt it was too important to get right and she is now working frantically to fix this mistake . Pat still charged us $200 for alterations. I am not a confrontational person but I really wish I had stood up for myself. Hopefully other brides will read this review and not risk taking their dresses here .

I absolutely adore Pat. I've been taking my work clothes to her for years but when David's Bridal ordered the wrong size dress, & told me to bring it back a month before the wedding for alterations, I RANCID to Pat's cause I knew she'd take care of me. Pat was able to make the dress fit, and had it done within a week! I've told her several times she is a wizard of fabric. I can't say enough wonderful things about her!!
