I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Andrea! From start to finish, she made the entire planning process feel so easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail, organization, and calm demeanor kept me at ease every step of the way. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch, and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Andrea is a total rockstar, and I’m beyond grateful for all her hard work and dedication!
Our wedding was at the Howey Mansion on 4/20/24.
If anybody is trying to decide on a Wedding Planner to choose from. STOP, and choose Pavone Events. Andrea was there for any of our questions for the 1.5 years we had her booked for our wedding. Her organization, recommendations, and preciseness made our day Fairytale Picture perfect. If there were any hiccups at our wedding, her and Zoe made everything seem perfect. Our friends and families are still talking about our wedding. We cannot Thank Andrea and Zoe enough for how perfect our wedding was. It was amazing.

There are not enough words that i can write to express how thankful we are to have had Andrea as our wedding planner. Every step of the way, she was so caring, helpful and resourceful and was even there to calm me down during my stressful times. Our wedding day was a huge success because of her. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her during their wedding process. Go Peacocks!
I don't even know where to begin with writing this review, but the summary is if you are having your wedding in Central Florida you should ABSOLUTELY hire Andrea and you won't regret it. My wedding on 2/10/24 was FLAWLESS and that was all thanks to Andrea. To quote my parents, who are not easy scorers, "I don't know what we're paying her, but whatever it is, it's not enough."
I talked to a few planners, but immediately connected with Andrea. When you first start planning your wedding, I don't think you realize how many hours you will spend talking to your planner. From planning meetings, food / dessert tastings, and for me even above and beyond support at dress alteration appointments. I couldn't imagine a more thoughtful and genuine person to spend so much time with during this process.
Despite only hiring Andrea for month of / day of services, I couldn't be happier I booked her a year in advance. She made herself available to me at every step of the way and was such a good sounding board for me throughout the planning process. Due to her extensive experience she thinks of things you would never know to think of as a Bride. She genuinely listens and takes your feedback on what is important to you to heart. I never felt like she was trying to push an opinion on me but always made sure to professionally communicate realistic expectations, especially when it comes to budget.
Finally, Andrea is EXTREMELY detail oriented. It can be overwhelming early in the process when there are still so many details to decide. However, I realize now that our big day went off without any drama or worry due to her attention to detail. Our other vendors said they have never seen a more detailed timeline. Which made the event run seamlessly.

We hired Andrea through a recommendation from our venue. We felt her prior experience and easy going personality matched what we were looking for to make our wedding day go as smoothly and stress free as possible. She is fantastic as a coordinator by not only helping to handle the day of coordination, but also with small details that we did not even think of. We would recommend her 100% to any friend looking to get married.
Having known Andrea both professionally and personally for several years, there was no one else I would have considered for my wedding planning. Her wealth of knowledge was invaluable and made the planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. Within two months of planning, we had our venue and major vendors already selected and contracted, a process which we were able to complete confidently thanks to her vetting and professional relationships. Knowing that we had trusted and reliable vendors who clearly enjoyed working with Andrea was such a weight off our mind – we knew we were in great hands with everyone.
Andrea kept us notified of upcoming payment deadlines, and kept us on track with the planning timeline so that Save The Dates and Invitations went out smoothly and gave our guests plenty of time to make their arrangements. She has many helpful suggestions and was always willing to help make our ideas and goals come to life.
On our wedding day Andrea and her team, including Zoe and Adilen were wonderful. I cannot stress enough the value of not having to worry about any details coming together, knowing that they were handling everything. They made sure the day ran so smoothly and on time, and our day could not have been more perfect.
Andrea and her team became part of our family, and were with us every step of the way. I can’t imagine the different experience we would have had without using their service.
I don't even know where to begin because our special day would not have been possible without Zoe and her team. So let me start at the beginning. We hit a point in our wedding planning where I knew we needed someone experienced and who knew the ins and out of event planning. We reached out to a few wedding planners and Pavone Events was the only one to email us back and set up a call immediately. That small part is a reflection of the service we received for a year leading up to our wedding day. Zoe was able to organize all of my thoughts and put all of my ideas and wishes for the day together. She is so creative, organized, and so full of love, we felt like we were part of her family. I trusted her with everything because she made us feel at home! Our families still talk about our wedding day, but you know what they ALWAYS bring up? ZOE! They talked about the special wedding planner that went above and beyond for us. Again, I don't think words can express how special this team is. We are beyond grateful and this is a team you can trust and have no regrets!
Andrea and Zoe are amazing! Our wedding day went so smoothly and we owe it to them. Andrea worked tirelessly to make sure all details were finalized well in advance of the wedding day, and that everyone on the wedding day stayed right on schedule. To be able to hand over all the details, knowing we were in more than capable hands, was invaluable. It made the wedding day so much more enjoyable. Andrea was a real life saver for us. We had NO IDEA how planning a wedding can be stressful and hiring her to assist us with our big day was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
She was really patient with us, went above and beyond as a Wedding coordinator, provided great ideas and feedback that made our wedding celebration extra magical, and kept everything together on the wedding day ensuring everything was not just going according to the plan, but better than what we expected.
There were chances that it could rain our wedding day and she helped us coordinate a plan B. On the wedding day it turned out that it didn’t rain but it was colder and windier than expected and she helped us pivot our wedding reception in a very smooth way prioritizing our experience and the experience of our guests!

My husband and I used Zoe as a coordinator for our wedding. Right from the start on our phone consultation, I could tell Zoe was the right coordinator for us. She was so incredibly thorough and gave so much great advice and insight, and we hadn't even booked her yet. I knew that she would be able to make my wedding as stress-free as possible for me, and I definitely didn't regret booking her!
Not only was Zoe so friendly and sweet, but she was great at keeping in communication on everything and she was so thorough with creating the timeline and looking at all the details we would need. I don't know much about weddings, but I didn't need to because she had thought of everything and left no stone unturned.
There were a couple of things that frustrated us but they weren't a huge deal in the end. Instead of doing a bouquet toss, I presented the bouquet to my in-laws to recognize their 40th anniversary which was 2 days after our wedding. It was supposed to be a surprise, but Zoe printed it in the itinerary that was handed out to everyone, including my in-laws, so the surprise was ruined.
There was also a discussion on rehearsal day surrounding table placement and our first dance, and I felt that Zoe wasn't listening to me. I think she thought I was just stressed and so she was trying to reassure me, but instead she was actually just brushing off my concerns and not listening. It was frustrating at the time, but it all worked out because my husband and I took some time to figure it out on wedding day when we got to the venue.
Overall I would definitely recommend Zoe and I would use her again in a heartbeat.
I don't even know where to begin. I met Andrea at a Bridal show a few years ago and knew almost immediately that she would bring my wedding vision to life. 2020 ended up putting a damper on our ceremony plans but when I reached back out to Andrea at the begining of this year she remembered me! We had another consultation and she came up with a customized package based on my needs. She went above and beyond expectation. She was there every step of the way helping me with recommendations and advice. When the day finally came everything went by without a hitch. It was a perfect day and everything I dreamed it would be.
We hired Andrea for our wedding, she was recommended to us by our venue and she was absolutely fantastic!! I never once felt stressed out or worried or concerned about any aspect of our day. She took care of absolutely everything which meant we got to enjoy our day without any worries. 100% would recommend Pavone events to anyone getting married ❤️
Andrea and Zoe did an awesome job throughout our wedding planning process. Communication was great pre-wedding and on the big day! Andrea was fully transparent through the whole process which i really appreciated. I honestly do not have the appropriate words to express my gratitude to Pavone Events for creating such a beautiful day for my daughter and her husband. Andrea stepped in quickly when our first wedding planner did not work out and it was as if she had been with us from the beginning. We were literally starting from scratch just a few months before the wedding date!
Andrea and Zoe saw my daughter's vision and brought it to life in a stunning fairytale wedding that my daughter dreamed of her whole life. As the mother of the bride, I never had to worry about a single thing all day and I was able to enjoy the sweetness of the celebration and knew that these two women had our backs. They took such gentle care of the fact that my daughter's father (my husband) had passed away and worked very hard to ensure that his memory was present throughout the day. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this incredible team - they have a gift for making you feel as if they are creating a wedding for their own family members and they went above and beyond what we asked for. Andrea’s punctuality, personality and professionalism are on point! Communication between vendors was seamless, they all had all of the information needed to perfectly pull off our wedding. Pavone Events can provide outstanding planning for your wedding/event and take the pressure off the Bride, Groom and MOB. I know because I was an overwhelmed MOB. A month into planning a wedding for 100 guests, I found Andrea Pavone and what a godsend! She’s knowledgeable, creative, experienced, reliable and just a lovely person. She knows every vendor and venue in Central Florida. She helped us book a block of rooms for 75 out-of-state guests. Our daughter wanted a tropical themed beach wedding. Andrea showed us a hidden gem, a lakeside venue nearby, natural Florida. She directed us to a few vendors in each category that matched our theme. Her years of experience helped the couple choose colors, flowers, chairs, etc. to design a tropical paradise. The wedding day was stress-free because Andrea and and her assistant Zoe took care of everything! Her fee was well worth our money and peace of mind. In fact she saved us money. Hire Pavone Events. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pavone Events. I had the pleasure of having Zoe as my lead coordinator. I was originally hesitant about wanting / needing a wedding coordinator since I decided to plan and decorate my own wedding. My doubt and hesitation was so very wrong. I could have NOT done my wedding without Zoe. She was there for me every step of the way since the second I signed with her. There were things that I would have never thought of that she took charge of and made happen. Not only was she the most helpful, responsive, and attentive leading up to the wedding, but she was a rock star the day before and day of wedding. Anything the wedding party, family, guest, etc. needed, she was there to attend to and make happen. There was not one last minute request that she not succeed at. My wedding was on NYE and so the reception went until 1:00am. Zoe was present until the very last minute! She even boxed up all my personal items and made it so easy to clean and pack up the next day. I could go on and on about how amazing and thankful I was to have Zoe a part of one of the most important days of my life! I highly 10 / 10 recommend!! :)

Andrea Pavone and her incredible colleague Zoe Thompson made our vision a reality. From vendor selection to day-of coordination, we were so confident in Andrea and Zoe’s seamless coordination.
Venue selection: I am so thrilled that we hired Andrea before we signed on the dotted line at a venue. She knew to ask all the questions we didn’t. She knew which limits we could push and which we couldn’t.
Vendor selection: Instead of recommending the “top vendors” for us to meet via Zoom, Andrea clearly took my, my fiance, and my mom’s personalities and needs into account when making recommendations for fit and personality. I can tell she does this for every couple based on how many vendors she works with. She came to every single meeting, coordinating them when I would be in Orlando. She kept all the notes and did all the follow-up communication in a timely way, totally transparent with us. She even found an incredible artist from NYC to design our stationary. She gets to know you and finds the best in the business to fit your personality and budget.
Relationship management: My mom and I are both incredibly opinionated and live in different cities. In selecting a wedding planner, we wanted to ensure that he or she could mediate disagreements between us, if necessary. There absolutely could have been many moments on wedding planning calls when “talking over one another” became disagreements, but Andrea gracefully handled those moments.. She helped us prioritize decisions and offered professional opinions delicately, often bringing the objective ear we both needed. She even made house calls when my mom needed the reassurance that everything was set and that we were in good shape.
Budget: Andrea was realistic in her estimates of cost based on what we wanted, even though at times it made my mom gasp. There were no surprises and she made sure we understood where our money would be best spent.
Day of: The day of our wedding was INCREDIBLE. Andrea managed all of the vendors flawlessly to truly bring our vision of colorful mod to life. The vendors knew exactly where to be and when, even with multiple venues and rain complications for the outdoor event, it appeared totally seamless to our guests and to me. There was not a single “oh sh**t moment” that we had to deal with that day. They helped make sure we ate, drank, and had room to breathe. They even helped me with a totally last minute outfit change after buttons popped off my bustle!
During the week leading up to the wedding and day-of, Andrea and Zoe were incredibly attentive. They picked up and delivered the hotel gift boxes, as well as everything else we needed for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception (which was a LOT of stuff). Andrea coordinated a fabulous rehearsal dinner with my fiancee’s family, all long distance from Chicago.
It’s been more than a week since our son's wedding, and I am still basking in the afterglow of that magical day. Based on our interactions with our son’s future fiance, her parents, and the wonderful party planner, Andrea Pavone of Pavone Events, my hopes were high, but in fact the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception completely blew my expectations out of the water. From the intimate shabbat service on the park facing Lake Eola, to the delicious dinner on the patio at 310 Lakeside Restaurant, and the wonderful accompaniment by gifted keyboardist Krystof, Andrea did an amazing job with the planning and execution of the rehearsal dinner, even though the planning had to be done long-distance from our home in Chicago. Holding the ceremony under an amazing live oak tree on the grounds of the beautiful Menello Art Museum at sunset was like something out of a dream; it could not have been more beautiful. The cardboard fan on each seat with all the pertinent information one would need about the ceremony and how to get to the reception across the street at the Orlando Science Center was perfect. Which brings me to the reception, held on the bare-bones, concrete patio of the museum. What a stunning transformation! My new daughter-in-law and Andrea’s vision for the reception was romantic and beautiful. The many lanterns, market lights and stunning flowers could not have been more perfect, and the same could be said for the food by Arthur’s Catering, and the fantastic band, Noire Productions. Kudos to Andrea and her partner, the amazing Zoe. The wedding and reception all went off without a single hitch thanks to them, and will no doubt remain a beautiful and indelible memory for me and anyone else lucky enough to attend for many years to come!

Andrea was the best decision we made for our wedding. She was so extremely professional and made our wedding run smooth, flawless, and without any worries on our part. From every phone call, to every meeting, she was always so happy and excited for us. Her energy and joy made us even more excited for our wedding! She is exceptionally detail oriented (her final timeline/day-of notes were not kidding 7 pages. Every brides dream ❤️ ), and she made sure every little thing was perfect on wedding day. We had a very large wedding party (9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen, & 2 personal attendants), all in the their younger 20's looking to have a good time. She managed to make sure everybody was where they needed to be at the right time, could grab everyones attention, and made sure we were all having fun. Our wedding party was raving about how kind and attentive she was!

My husband and I were married 1/16/21 at Cypress Grove Estate House. I would absolutely recommend Zoe from Pavone Events to be your wedding planner. From start to finish she was more helpful than we ever could have imagined. Hiring Zoe was as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. She had so much great advice, was always on my side, fought "battles" with other vendors for me, and made my wedding rehearsal and wedding day go so smoothly. Our wedding would not have been the huge success that it was without Zoe. Throughout the wedding planning process, Zoe became more than just a vendor, but a friend I would vent to and lean on for support. Although my wedding day has come and gone, I look forward to sharing more special life events with Zoe over the years. Book her!!
My husband and I were married at the Howey Mansion on October 3, 2020. We immediately decided to work with Pavone Events because Andrea came highly recommended by the venue’s former Special Events Manager. From our first conversation, I knew Andrea and I would work well together, as she presented as friendly, professional, and accessible. In the year leading up to our wedding, we met several times in-person and via video conference. From our conversations, she and her team were able to perfectly deduce our wedding’s aesthetic vision and connect us with the most suitable vendors to achieve it. She was incredibly well-organized, detail-oriented, and supported us in saving money wherever we could, while still ensuring our event remained gorgeous. When the pandemic came about, Andrea was understanding and accommodating, working patiently with us to help determine our best course of action with safety protocols in place. On the day of, all my husband-to-be and I had to worry about was getting ready and writing our letters to each other. Andrea and her team worked with all staff and vendors to ensure everything was as perfect for us and our guests as we had envisioned it to be. Our wedding was a huge, safe success because of Pavone Events and, as such, we highly recommend them to anyone in search of a fantastic wedding planner in the Central Florida area.
We cannot thank Andrea and her team enough for making our day spectacular. It was honestly nothing short of amazing and it wouldn't have been possible without Pavone Events. The biggest mistake I made was not booking Andrea and the entire team at Pavone Events immediately after my engagement. Andrea and Zoe were without a doubt the most helpful and significant part of our wedding. Their taste level is impeccable. Our wedding looked like a magazine shoot but even better, it also looked exactly like US! Andrea listened carefully and worked really hard to understand our vibe and orchestrated honestly, the most beautiful day I've ever seen. All of our guests were blown away. Do not hesitate, get Andrea and Pavone Events involved in your wedding planning as soon as possible and you will never regret it.

Andrea and her team are true perfections. They were my miracle workers always knowing how to coordinate all of our crazy ideas and bringing them to life. Pavone Events (Andrea Pavone) did a PERFECT job as a day-of coordinator for our wedding. From the day we signed the contract with her she immediately began working on the schedule for the wedding. She was always available for any questions we had, answering emails daily. She was extremely attentive to detail and because of that we simply showed up on our wedding day without worrying about anything. She also made us feel like we were her only client. She was the key to our perfect wedding. I cannot recommend her enough.
I knew when it came to our wedding the most important person you need to hire is an AMAZING wedding planner. We have all been to weddings where the bride is stressed and the families are stressed because they have had to do everything. However, when you have a wedding planner they help find the best vendors and most importantly they help you save money.
Pavone Events (Andrea Pavone) was that AMAZING wedding planner. Andrea helped me to find my vision for the wedding and then created the most magical wedding of our dreams. She was full of great ideas and helped me not to be overwhelmed/ stressed by the whole wedding process. On the day of the wedding I was able to enjoy the festivities and didn’t feel stressed one bit. I knew Andrea and her team had everything under control. Again, Pavone events created the most amazing and magical wedding of our dreams. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. If you are wondering if it is worth the money… It is SO worth every penny!
Andrea and her peacock squad are amazing. We worked directly with Andrea and her team member Jamie on the day of. We only used Pavone Events for day of planning and it was money very well spent. Andrea was so detailed and on top of everything. She’s well versed in the industry so she already knew all of the other vendors we were working with. I’m a bit of a control freak and day of I didn’t stress one bit because she was so on top of it. And she’s got a great personality so that helped :) all in all, 10/10.

A true professional. Andrea was pivotal for the success of our beautiful wedding event. We had a Harry Potter themed wedding and she was able to make our magical vision come to life. Her suggestions, connections with local vendors, and professional demeanor allowed us to not only easily plan our wedding, but also made it incredibly enjoyable. She made the process feel simple and smooth. We were so happy that we could relax and avoid stress. Where to Begin, the easiest decision of our planning process was hiring Pavone events. My wedding day was nothing short of excellence, and I owe a big thank you to Pavone Events. They were there for My husband and I from Start to finish. They were sooooo Organized and on top of everything. Made sure every detail was accounted for that all the vendors were on the same page and that we were happy. Our wedding day ran so smoothly that we knew we didn't have to worry about anything. On the day of our wedding, we had a very difficult decision to make whether or not to move our event inside due to weather issues but they assured us that everything was handled and they were always 2 steps ahead. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend there company !!!
Simply the best orginized event, I have ever had the pleasure of been part of. Provone Events understood our needs and meet and exceeded them. She forms a special relationship with the couple, but on the wedding day everyone know Andrea is in control. No drama, smooth, without a problem. The best money spent on our wedding was hiring Andrea and Pavone Events! The Peacock squad is amazing. From the moment we met Andrea we KNEW she was the one! She is detail-orientated, organized, and a true master at her skill! She was literally there every step of the way. Andrea was always available to answer questions either by email, phone, or text. She always gave her professional opinion but left the decision up to us. She set up a google drive that had all of our information for the wedding. It was accessible and easy to keep up. She would give us a few vendor recommendations and then we would meet with them and chose our vendor. She was at all the meetings and asks the questions that you won’t even think of. Although we attended all the vendor meetings, we would have felt comfortable sending Andrea to make the decisions. She always kept our budget in mind and never pushed for something more then we could afford. We also had a design session with Andrea. She listened to everything that we wanted from flowers, colors, a confetti cannon, DJ, champagne wall, etc. She created an entire file with our designs based on our conversation. It was amazing!!!!!
The day of the wedding she had another one of the fabulous Peacock squad ladies there, Jamie. They both were on the go all day, making sure everything was ready to go! They checked in and were there when needed. Many people told me the morning of they couldn’t believe how calm I was. Let’s just say-I am usually a very stressed, anxious person. The only reason I was calm because I knew everything was going to go smooth and the day was going to be perfect because of Andrea and Jamie.
I highly recommend Andrea and Pavone Events. She went above and beyond our expectations. If you are even thinking about hiring a planner, do it and choose Pavone Events!! They will exceed your expectations.

Andrea and her team are incredible, detailed, organized wedding planner guardian angels that every bride needs by their side for their big day. From the planning stages through the reception conclusion these girls have had our back every step of the way. They took the stress of vendor coordination, timeline, and general organization off of me (even as a planner, if you don’t already have resources for your long list of to-do’s, you have to create that too!). When we booked Pavone Events, Andrea shared a file with us that included templates to help us through our planning stages. There were areas for contracts, proposals, inspiration, etc.
She was there with us through key vendor appointments; she listens to your vision and brings it to life. The colors, types of flowers – whatever it is, Andrea is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects in wedding planning. Each step of your big day is taken seriously by Andrea and they will do what it takes to make sure everyone involved knows what is going on. They’re the support you need and want.
I had a hard time visualizing and communicating what I wanted, because I didn’t have a ‘pinterest’ image to share. I like to be different, adding my character to things so though I knew what I wanted, I didn’t know what I wanted. Imagine walking into an appointment with that! lol. Her list of preferred vendors is like a little pot of gold – you won’t be disappointed or misguided with these professionals. I found myself having SO MUCH FUN with every vendor.
I barely saw her in the morning on the day of, simply because she was off to the races coordinating my bridal materials and taking care of everything behind the scenes. Just as a fairy god mother should. Having Andrea as my voice for behind the scene logistics on our wedding day was the best decision I ever could have made during planning.
During the reception any time I needed her, she was always there. All I had to do was look up and look like I needed help. She was there ready to help bustle/pin my dress 500 times. Her team took the tasks of moving items from ceremony to cocktail to reception, alleviating those duties from my family members and allowing them to enjoy the festivities. They take care of the gift card box and every single item that you supplied them that needed returned home and not left behind in the ballroom, ultimately the trash.
We had the most amazing day, despite some minorrr mishaps, but honestly, nothing runs perfect and I get that, with their planning, organization and preparedness, they proactively set Ben and myself up to have the best day ever. And.we.did.

i Can truly say that our wedding day was perfect and I believe it was all due to Pavone Events and Zoe, the planner who worked with us. She was amazing. She was everywhere on the day of our wedding making sure everything was exactly how it needed to be. My husband and I had nothing to worry about because before anything even became an issue, Zoe took care of it. She called all our vendors the month before the wedding, scheduled everything, made sure everyone was there on time and stayed at the venue on the day of our wedding until everyone left. I can truly say that without them our wedding wouldn’t have gone as smoothly and as amazing as it did.
We had the PERFECT wedding weekend because of Pavone Events! From our very first meeting, Andrea and her team (Zoe and Jamie) were so kind, friendly and detail oriented (which I love!!!). As a bride planning the event from out of state, I really appreciated Andrea's follow-up as well as follow through not only with us but the vendors too. When I was in town in Orlando for appointments, she would take the time to meet up with me in person or stop by my makeup trial just to say hi. When we were asking about pricing on items, she would give her honest opinion and make sure we were staying on budget with the numbers we gave her. The weekend of the wedding, Andrea and Jamie were there every step on the way from the rehearsal dinner through late evening the night of the wedding. They truly made our weekend flawless (I have not idea if something ever went wrong...they are that good)! I couldn't have asked for more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If anyone were to ask us what the single best purchase for our wedding day was I would, without hesitation, say it was hiring Pavone Events to be by our side throughout the entire process. Andrea is the most detail-oriented, collected, organized, and brilliant person I worked with throughout the wedding planning experience. She helped us find unique vendors while keeping to our budget, she put out every fire that hit us while calming our nerves, and she made our day go off without a hitch. As a bride who was a wreck all the way up until my wedding day, I was able to enjoy every single second without any fear that something would go awry- she even handled our bridezilla parents! Andrea’s assistant Jamie was also such a major part of our day: always helping me blot my face if the heat was too much and making sure my husband and I had water and food. We will be telling all of our friends to book her once it’s their special day. We could not imagine our wedding planning process without her and her extraordinary team.
Let me start out with how grateful I am for Andrea and the Pavone Events Team. Planning a wedding from Pennsylvania with only one visit planned to Florida before the event, was a stressful situation to be in. I started my research on wedding planners and met with a handful of wonderful Florida wedding planners but when I had my initial consultation call with Andrea, I fell in love with all her ideas, her friendly and outgoing sense of humor, her ability to take her own wedding experience and invasion it with mine, as well as taking the time to get to know who I was as a person not just a customer. Let me just say, I have been planning a wedding in multiple locations for about 2 years before I decided to do Florida. So when Andrea and I spoke, she assured me the vision I had for a small intimate wedding can come true! I wanted to hire Andrea for partial planning but Andrea knew how busy I was (a full-time mom of 2, full-time teleworker, and with an extremely hard working fiancé who was always working) so partial wasn’t going to work for my vision and she was able to speak to me truthfully about the difference between partial and full planning without feeling forced to purchase a full-time planner package. Well guess what, she was right! I would have never been able to plan my wedding if I would have hired her as a partial wedding planner. I was just too busy and wedding planning is a lot of work! Andrea and the Pavone Events Team were hired as my full-time planners. She truly became my best friends for a year and a life-time friend. She was available 24/7, put up with my husband’s crazy ideas, and she was available through phone and text. It was like a fairy wedding planner available when I needed her. I already miss my Andrea’s emails.
During my visit to Florida, Andrea utilities our time properly and prioritized the most important visits (venue, makeup/hair trial, engagement session, food tasting, floral mockup, and even went with me to pick out bridesmaids dresses). She even knew how to handle my most difficult guest. She truly made my event go as smooth as it could have went. Between my vision and her expertise, my wedding came out just like I had envisioned. Till this day, all my guest still talk about how beautiful the venue was, the decorations, the flowers, and overall the entire execution of the wedding event.

My wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Andrea and Zoe! From design (where I felt I needed the most guidance) to communicating with vendors to the day-of coordination, Andrea made the whole process of planning and logistics stress-free. She was flexible when I changed my mind but also steadfast with her professional opinion on best practices and ideas. I knew I could trust her to not steer me wrong. And she did not! I did not feel a single ounce of friction on my wedding day, allowing me to simply enjoy and be present in the moment. That was the best gift I could have asked for.
