We had a rush wedding and the folks at pearl manor were more than happy to accommodate us with only a couple weeks notice. The venue was beautiful and more than large enough for our small wedding.

We had an excellent experience at Pearl Mansion. The facilities are beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious. The space offers many photo opportunities both inside and outside. We booked in July during a heatwave, the air conditioning kept our party of 50 people nice and cool. The staff was very hospitable, welcoming, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Pearl Mansion!

Love this venue. We had an amazing birthday celebration here for my grandmother for her 80th birthday. The location is wonderful. I could imagine this location for a beautiful wedding ceremony. The water backdrop was wonderful. Kendall and Anthony have done a wonderful job since opening. I recommend this location to everyone in and around the Charlotte area.

Such a beautiful hidden gem. I almost forgot we were in Charlotte because it’s tucked back on a ton of land and the mansion is something out of fairytales.

Absolutely gorgeous venue, felt like a fairytale! The pond in the background was perfect for pictures, and the reception area was stunning with plenty of room for all of our guests. The bridal suite was so perfect with the CUTEST vanities for each of us, which made the getting ready process feel really special. Not to mention, the owner was so so kind and accommodating, and really cared that our day was special. All in all, would 100% recommend!

Saying this place is beautiful doesn’t begin to do it justice. It has everything I was looking for & more. Outdoor ceremony space beside a beautiful pond & fountain. A huge gazebo for cocktail hour. The most stunning reception hall with full fabric draped ceiling and a grand chandelier. Not to mention the mansion to get ready in and the BIGGEST bridal suite I’ve ever seen. The grooms room/additional get ready suite upstairs was also such a unique feature. The entire place is just breath taking. You really have to see it in person to take it all in. Everyone who attended our wedding is still raving about it and can’t believe it exists in Charlotte. It’s like a hidden gem tucked away in this private estate, still close to all our guests hotels (like 25 mins max from uptown) but so quite and private to be so close to the everything still. Also the husband and wife who own it are so so sweet and helpful. Also I saw some reviews from years ago that they aren’t LGBTQ friendly and let me clarify that was the previous owner, I made sure before booking and they are very much inclusive to everyone which was so important to me. My day was perfect, I just wish I could do it all again every year. A million out of ten recommend.

I just toured and the new owner is amazing! Do not judge this place prior to her purchase. It’s inclusive and beautiful and I’m excited to plan my wedding here. As a gay woman, I have been treat badly and ignored by other venues in Charlotte but Kendall made me feel welcome and the property is stunning.
