Pecan Springs Ranch was the "perfect" venue for us, the staff was very helpful with suggestions and vendors! Sassy & Opie the drink donkeys were at our cocktail hour and loved by all of our guests. Highly recommend

We loved having our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch this April! Many venues either have a good indoor option OR a good outdoor one. With the possibility of crazy weather, we wanted to ensure we had a good Plan A and B, and PSR provided both. We had four different outdoor ceremony sites to choose from along with the pavilion for a rainy day option. Additionally, the reception hall is both beautiful and air conditioned, which is important in ATX! The grounds are kept up beautifully and the flowers were exploding with color on our wedding day. Many venues are overly manicured and lose the natural beauty and charm of the Texas Hill Country, but PSR maintains the soul of the area perfectly on their 17 acres. They event let us use their golf card to drive my grandma around the venue and also as our "getaway car" at the end of the night. We are so glad we had our wedding at this beautiful place.

Pecan Springs Ranch has it all! Beautiful ceremony locations (multiple to choose from), a large & beautiful ballroom for the indoor option and even a covered outdoor pavilion for rain plan ceremonies, cocktail hour & dance floors. The lights at night are magical and only enhance the view both inside and out! You should see the bridal house! Lots of space for the bridal party to come in and they offer such a long rental period so you can really use it the entire day. I cannot rave enough about how pristine the grounds that are kept year round and there is no off month at this venue, every month has its beauty from grounds & venue itself! Best venue in Austin!

Me and my husband got married at PSR in May 2023 and we absolutely loved the venue overall. The entire property is absolutely stunning and has a romantic, magical, and enchanted feel to it no matter where you are on the property. The venue Manager Brittany made things so easy for us and helped us incorporate everything we wanted to use on our special day. They're very flexible and always do their very best to make sure your event is exactly the way you envisioned it! I absolutely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch to anyone who's looking for an incredible venue!!

What a wonderful place to get married! We barely had to decorate at all and it was really beautiful. The trees and nature were exactly what we were looking for. There were butterflies flitting about the flowers, and we even saw deer and wild turkeys. We really liked that we had access to the venue all day to get ready. The bride's cottage was nice and comfortable and had plenty of space and makeup mirrors. We liked that the chairs and tables were included in the rental, and found it convenient to rent a few extra things from Pecan Springs that weren't included up front. The grounds were really expansive and guests liked to be able to spread out and explore, but things were also easily accessible. We recommend doing dinner outside on the lawn under the Edison lights. It was magical! Generally, it was really easy to work with the venue. The only issue we had was that a week ahead of time they told us that we could no longer do the rehearsal the day before our wedding like we had previously agreed because there was a wedding at that time. That seems like something they should have known about much earlier. Overall, we would highly recommend Pecan Springs! Can't imagine having gotten married anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing!! I love how much space this venue offers and how you can really create your own vision here. I chose to have the ceremony at the creek-side site and it was BEAUTIFUL! It was green and pretty and was even shaded for our wedding! We had the reception indoors and it was gorgeous. It is a huge space that was great for my 86 guests but could definitely fit a lot more people. The venue comes with rentals of tables and chairs and they have additional furniture and signs to rent. The getting ready cottage for the girls was GREAT! The air conditioning worked well, there is plenty of space, great for photos, and there is a full fridge so we were able to bring in lunch and drinks. It was super easy to communicate with the venue the whole time and they were able to suggest vendors they have worked with before which made it super easy. They also have beer donkeys which everyone loved! Highly recommend this spot!!!!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the perfect place for our large wedding. The flow of the reception hall was great. The bathroom situation was perfect (I've been to many weddings where this was an issue!) The team was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our guests RAVED about the beauty of the venue and the donkeys! The ceremony location was everything I ever dreamed of and the ability to arrange the reception hall based on what I wanted was perfect.

My *new* husband and I just got married at PSR last weekend and we truly could not recommend this venue enough!! Everything about it is perfect - it's so green and beautiful no matter what time of day or year, there are plenty of areas for guests to mingle and for the ceremony and reception to take place, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the cost is affordable! We had SO many comments from our guests about just how beautiful the location was and we didn't even need much decoration because the venue spoke for itself. PSR also provided some amazing rentals for us to use day of, and even let us stay an hour later so our guests could dance the night away. I would highly recommend PSR to any bride looking for a magical venue in Austin, not too far from the city!

Pecan Springs Ranch is the perfect wedding venue. They made our lives easy from start to finish and were so helpful at every stage. Katie was our main point of contact and it was a dream to work with her. You won't find a more beautiful and central venue (that has two adorable donkey residents to boot)!

We worked primarily with Katie at Pecan Springs Ranch but the whole staff was great to work with. They did an amazing job keeping in touch and helping us sort out the details of our special day. We saw the venue for the first time in the summer and got married in January and the venue is beautiful in both seasons. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing wedding celebration at PSR. The new renovations to the reception hall make it feel so much more elegant- I’m just happy they were completed in time for our wedding! This place is absolutely gorgeous and, while we weren’t able to due to weather, taking advantage of the green space area is a must. Our on site contact, Brittany, was amazing to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us and was so helpful. We are so thankful for the entire PSR team that made rescheduling, asking questions, adding rentals or late night hours such a breeze!

PSR was an amazing wedding venue for our Indian wedding! We looked at many wedding venues in Austin and this one was really perfect for us. We did have to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, and while this was difficult, the staff were professional to work with throughout the process. We unfortunately had to move our date twice, and we paid a rescheduling fee the second time. There is so much natural beauty and multiple outdoor locations with a beautiful vintage rustic feel. There is a beautiful ranch area that is built out with covered patio areas, swings, benches, and fun outdoor lawn games. Our guests loved being able to explore the grounds and the reception hall was lovely as well. The bridal suite was also very spacious. We had flexibility to have an outdoor traditional indian ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, then an indoor reception with an open bar. The PSR staff worked with us, our planner and our outside vendors to make everything run smoothly the day of. The staff were responsive/helpful and we did two walkthroughs. They also had rentals/add ons such as a donut wall and sweetheart tables that we chose from during the walk through! We are very happy we got married at PSR.

This venue was spectacular! There was so much space for our wedding (~150 people) and it gave our guests the freedom to hangout any where during the cocktail hour. The booking process was very easy and the contract isn't ridiculous- very straightforward! Our point of contact was very helpful and answered our questions promptly leading up to the day-of. Set-up staff did everything as planned. Overall, great venue in South-West Austin that wont break the bank!!

Hard to do this place justice in a review when seeing pictures and visiting the site says what words can't. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it made for such an incredible experience at our wedding. Our guest were blown away. PSR lends itself to be whatever you want it to be for your wedding and that's the best part. It is truly impressive how nice they keep the entire grounds as well. Kerbey and Judy were amazing to work with throughout our almost 2 years of planning (COVID). We had many friends with COVID wedding horror stories about rescheduling with their venues but PSR was truly top notch throughout it all. We can't thank them enough and could not dream of a better venue for our wedding. Highly recommend this venue for any wedding as it can easily fit around your vision. Thank you PSR!

Pecan Springs Ranch is absolutely breathtaking. At first, it seems like just a big ranch with lots of space, but once decorated, the whole place changes. There is so much space for guests both inside and outside, and we loved the patio for our cocktail hour. The bridal cottage is exactly what my bridesmaids and I needed, it's beautifully decorated, nice and cold, and was plenty spacious for everyone. The scenery and landscape is so well maintained, and it turned out to be a beautiful day for out outdoor ceremony. The options here are endless with the multiple ceremony options and décor availability. The site managers were also so helpful and on top of things for all of our questions.

Diane has been absolutely amazing through our wedding experience. It’s not easy planning a wedding for a long distance couple and she has been attentive and supportive through all of our emails, calls and tours! We would be lost without her! The venue is absolutely stunning and her suggestions have matched exactly what we want and need which took a whole heap of stress from our shoulders. My husband and I are from Dallas, but were looking for an indoor/ outdoor venue with gorgeous greenery and trees, which took us to Austin Hill country. We took a tour of PSR and immediately fell in love. It has absolutely everything you need and the staff keep the venue absolutely stunning. The team was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire process and we are so grateful that we found PSR. We got married on a (very) hot day in September but the shade the trees provide made a 100 degree day feel fantastic and no guests even mentioned the heat! PSR will have a special place in our hearts for how fantastic everything was. Highly recommend and thanks to Brittany for all her help!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our wedding!! The grounds looked so lush and beautiful, our guests seemed to really enjoy exploring all the outdoor space throughout the evening. The sunset created an amazing "golden hour" amidst the charming Texas Hill Country backdrop of PSR which made our photos turn out incredible as well! Also, the Bridal Cottage was so cute and the Bridal party and I all had plenty of space to feel comfortable and have fun together while getting ready on the day of. The PSR staff was very kind and communicated quickly and professionally throughout the entire planning process. I can't emphasize enough how happy my husband and I are that we chose Pecan Springs Ranch for our wedding day!

We got married at the beginning of May and it was absolutely all we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful and the staff do all they can to ensure every square inch remains fresh and watered despite the Texas heat. We live in Colorado and our out of state guests were very complimentary about how pretty everything was. We were going for a casual backyard party vibe and Pecan Springs Ranch was the perfect place for it. We appreciated how large the property was and were able to utilize indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend!

We are SO thankful we chose Pecan Springs Ranch as our wedding venue! It was the very last venue we looked at during our initial planning after looking at about 13 venues and at the end of the tour we knew it was the one! We loved the open space and hill country feel. We also loved the location and how close it is to downtown Austin! They have SO many options for ceremony sites which makes this venue very unique and makes for amazing photo backdrops. We worked with Brittany as our venue coordinator and contact and she was AMAZING! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She answered any and all of our questions and we cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. We had the Opie and Sassy as the “drink” donkeys for our cocktail hour and they were a HIT! Guests could not stop commenting about the donkeys and what a fun touch it was at the wedding. The bridal cottage at this venue is a DREAM and the perfect place to get ready with so much room. We truly cannot say enough great things about Pecan Springs and cannot imagine our wedding anywhere else!

We selected PSR as our wedding venue prior to Covid-19 hitting the US and it turned out to unintentionally be the best decision we ever made. PSR was the perfect venue for hosting our wedding outdoors with a variety of different outdoor spaces including a fireplace, multiple covered outdoor pavilions, a patio, lawn space, swings, etc. Our guests really enjoyed everything that PSR had to offer, especially the cocktail hour donkeys! Diane was very easy to work with during the wedding planning process and was very responsive with answering any questions we had along the way.

Everything about this venue is beyond perfect! I first saw Pecan Springs Ranch here on the Knot and instantly fell in love. My fiancé and I did a tour a couple weeks later. The pictures don’t even do it justice! I loved the multiple options for your ceremony site, the openness of the property and the options they have available in case of weather. We actually had weather that could’ve put a damper on our day but Judy was so flexible in setting out chairs at the ceremony. The rain passed and everything went off without a hitch. Oh and you can’t forget about Opie and Sassy! They were a hit with our guests during cocktail hour. The staff is very helpful with the entire wedding process and quickly responds should you have any questions. I worked with Diane and she was amazing. Judy was fantastic on the day of my wedding! Thank you Pecan Springs for making my dream wedding come true! ❤️

This venue is absolutely beautiful for a wedding. It has many ceremony locations and a beautiful plan B option if it rains. The venue is spacious, which was essential when having a COVID wedding. We were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dancing all at different locations, which did not leave our guests bored of staying in a single spot. The greenery, flowers, and beautiful scenery make for amazing photos. You will receive a complimentary two hour photography session, which I highly recommend taking advantage of. I used this time for my bridals and that came out beautiful. One of the biggest highlights of the venue was hiring the two beer donkeys to mingle with guests at cocktail hour. They served beer to the guests and the guests were loving the great photo opportunity with them. Another highlight is due to the spacious grounds, you can hire food trucks and photo booth trailers to make your wedding a unique experience for your guests. We hired the Gourdough’s airstream and the Peachy Camper for our photo booth, and our guests absolutely loved these experiences because they had something to do. Our event manager was Brittany and she did an amazing job with her communication. She was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Many of our guests raved about the beautiful space Pecan Springs had to offer and shared that it was one of the best weddings they have attended. Pecan Springs is a unique venue and has so much to offer. This venue deserves more than a 5 star review, and we highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and fun wedding venue for all!

We had to change our plans due to COVID-19 and PSR was very accommodating to those changes. We had a small intimate wedding in late November at PSR and it was absolutely beautiful. The variety of settings and landscapes make for beautiful pictures. I cannot wait to have our larger reception there in the future.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET MARRIED IN AUSTIN. Stunning venue, amazing people, dynamic atmosphere, large space, private location... these are just a few of the reasons to book your wedding here. Also, you can choose your own vendors, and bring your own alcohol which will literally save you THOUSANDS on an open bar. The people behind PSR are not just in it for the money, they want you to have the wedding of your dreams and will do whatever it takes to help make it a reality. Not only was the venue perfect for my husband and I, but our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Being a pandemic bride was terrible, and if my wedding had been anywhere else, I'm not sure it would have happened, but the team at PSR did not let me down and we made it happen. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this venue.

Pecan Springs Ranch is a fantastic venue, with so many options available and the ability to pick your own vendors! They have a fantastic preferred vendors list! They are close to Austin and lodging. They were extremely conscientious about their covid protocols without making any guest feel uncomfortable.

Y'all from the point of touring Pecan Springs Ranch to the date of our wedding, Pecan Springs was a DREAM. If you are looking for a rustic inspired wedding venue in the ATX area, you need to come check out PSR. I cannot stress this enough, PSR is GORGEOUS and they offer you all the customizability and photo-ops that you could want. We ended up postponing our wedding (Corona Bride here) and Diane and her team went out of their way to still let us come and elope with 10 of our family members even though they had no obligation to do this. We cannot wait to be back in June 2021 for our first anniversary / "second wedding" at the venue. Our pictures turned out gorgeous, they have the space and the props to make a girls dream come true. Their cost is also very affordable and they offer you a wide range of vendors and also the availability to bring your own. Thank you so much PSR and please keep being the best venue in Austin!

Absolutely hands down the most polite, accommodating, receptive, pleasant, attentive staff in the industry. If you’re looking at other venues it’s a mistake. We started our wedding planning pre Covid-19 for a reception/ceremony on 5/29/20 and Pecan Springs Ranch and their staff stood by our side (adhering to the Governors requirements) 100% of the time. When hiccups arose with our caterer they proactively sought out additional willing to duplicate our menu. When I wasn’t able to get to the venue to re-ice down butterflies for my brides ceremony surprise butterfly release, management took it upon theirselves to make sure everything was taken care of. During these trying times Pecan Springs Ranch and staff were a warm embrace in making sure my wife had her perfect day. I can’t express it enough, guaranteed not another venue or staff even close to the attentiveness of ours at PSR. We are and forever will be eternally grateful to them.

AMAZIMG! Pecan Springs Ranch was a spectacular setting for a wedding! The property itself is beautiful and the actual indoor reception area was breathtaking! The tables were gorgeous with lights and, lanterns and candles-it was so welcoming. The staff was so easy to work with-totally professional and knowledgeable. We had an incredible experience! Pecan Springs Ranch is truly beautiful and we cannot recommend it enough!! The staff was a joy to work with, the team is very organized and communication was easy & timely. The property is beyond beautiful and maintained. The location is very convenient to downtown Austin, which was very convenient for all of our out of town guests. You get a Hill Country vibe while still being close to downtown Austin. This venue is so unique and different than anything else and we received many compliments from our guests. We could not have imagined getting married anywhere else, thank you PSR for making our day perfect!

We cannot recommend PSR enough! From our first walk through, we felt welcomed, informed, and excited about the venue. Judy, Kerbey, Paige, Brittany, and everyone on staff was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and helped deliver our dream wedding! The weather did NOT cooperate on our wedding day, but the PSR staff was able to very quickly pivot and make sure that not only were our guests comfortable, but we were able to have a beautiful ceremony indoors at the very last minute! Not many venues are capable of doing that - PSR is certainly the "dream team" any bride or groom could ever want! The venue itself is gorgeous and no details are left untouched. I particularly loved the bridal cottage, which provided a comfortable, beautiful place for me to spend the day getting ready with my bridesmaids. We love PSR so much that we even had a gender reveal party there after our wedding! We cannot recommend it enough.

WOW - Pecan Springs Ranch was one of the main reasons my wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but the people are also great to work with. They allowed us to visit the venue several times leading up to the wedding (for bridal portraits, to choose a ceremony site, to finalize our layout) and were there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. They maintain the venue so well, each time I visited it seemed to look more and more beautiful, no matter what season it was. It is very convenient to downtown Austin, you get SO much included in the price, and you just can't beat the setting. Could not have imagined getting married anywhere else.

Pecan Springs Ranch was the first venue my fiance and I toured together, and every venue after that had a goal to beat Pecan Springs Ranch, but we never could. We got married April 19th and had the most perfect weather. Had that not been the case, their rain plan is a beautiful venue location as well. They were organized and truly a joy to work with. I am so glad that we got married there over! Our photos have been absolutely stunning so far with the backdrop that Pecan Springs Ranch offers on their location. We had the time of our lives!

This venue was wonderful! We opted for an a la carte wedding, and PSR was a great choice. Communication with the managers was valuable and timely.

PSR is a beautiful, versatile property. It was the perfect venue for our ceremony and reception, and was able to accommodate our large head count. The owners are helpful and know what works good for their property. My only complaint was that they don't seem to communicate with one another. They were very responsive to questions and emails, but I would often get 2 or 3 of the same answers from them.

The ranch is just gorgeous and had the perfect feel for our wedding. Our guests were enchanted with everything, especially all of the butterflies that were attracted by the plantings near the main reception hall. I loved that we were able to use multiple spaces, from our chosen ceremony site under the oak tree, to the pavilion, to the lawn with the fun string lights, and to the main hall. Every spot was perfect, and it was a great load off my mind to know that I could have multiple options for rain/bad weather and still be happy with the spaces. It was great to have the freedom to work with any vendor I chose. Overall, this was just a perfect venue for a perfect day!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the most beautiful venue. Judy and Kerbey were so great to work with ever since we booked it a year and a half ago. They were responsive to emails, answered questions, helped us with set up ideas on the day of. We used a lot of their preferred vendors who were all amazing. There are so many adorable spots to take pictures on the property. Everything was perfect on our wedding day and we can't thank them enough.

We LOVED this venue! They were extremely accommodating when the weather didn’t go as planned. This is a great venue because there are so many options if you need to switch from outdoor/indoor. Also, the donkeys! Everyone loved Opi and Sassy! Overall, great experience.

The venue was incredible. It is a beautiful wide open space with a covered pavilion area that is perfect for cocktail hour. Our guests enjoyed exploring the grounds and taking pictures on the many swings. The drink donkeys are also a must. Our guests loved them. Before the wedding, there is an entire house for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. The groom's area is also a great place to relax before the guests arrive. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it.
