The Pelham House had the best food we have had at any wedding or event we have been to. The property and the view is one of the best on Cape. You really get what you pay for with Pelham House. We didn’t have to tour another venue after visiting. Kelsey was an amazing coordinator, the staff was great, we had an amazing time with our friends and family, and we really wouldn’t change a thing! Everything was a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend if you are considering booking.

I would recommend the Pelham House Resort to any couple who is on the search for a venue! From the support from my coordinator, to the weekend of-staff, to the venue itself - I wouldn't change a thing. My husband and I got married ~3 weeks ago and I am still getting daily texts from friends and family about how gorgeous the venue was, how their meals consisted of the best food they've ever had at a wedding, and how they hope they get the chance to attend another wedding at PHR. The buyout wedding (meaning that you have the entire property for the weekend) made the weekend feel like a getaway for our guests, and having the private beach and pool to ourselves for the weekend was a unique touch. I worked with Katie, specifically, and she was so much more than just a day-of coordinator. From the moment we signed our contact, Katie was communicative and was willing to hop on a call with me any time I requested it. The whole PHR team are experts in their fields, and it truly showed both leading up to the wedding as well as day-of. Not only did our wedding weekend exceed our expectations, but we are so excited that we have such an amazing place to visit each year on our anniversary!

As both the bride and the wedding planner, The Pelham House Resort proved to be the ideal venue for our wedding. Throughout the entire process, our dedicated wedding coordinator, who was part of our wedding package, was incredibly supportive and an excellent communicator. They assisted me in selecting vendors, creating schedules, and choosing amazing dishes. Our guests enjoyed an open bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres, gourmet main courses, and a beautifully crafted wedding cake, all provided by Pelham. Starting with the ceremony on the lawn, followed by the cocktail hour on the patio, and ending with the reception in the ballroom, our guests were truly impressed. Even now, we continue to receive compliments from our wedding attendees. Note: The only issue I encountered was not being informed about the absence of a bathroom in the bridal suite. Consequently, my bridal party and I had to use the upstairs bathroom, which was shared with the bustling brunch crowd on the restaurant's second floor. Given that it was Memorial Day weekend, the bathroom and upstairs area were overcrowded, and as the bride, I did not have the desired privacy.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the charming New England architecture. I’m not exaggerating when I say that at least a dozen guests took the time to tell me that ours was the best wedding to which they had ever been! The beach, the bonfires, the rooms, the staff, the drinks, the food, the reception, the ceremony- all perfect. One guest said that having the hotel full of only our guests all weekend made the resort feel like a warm, loving hug. Guests mingled, bonded and exchanged contact info. Casey is a superhero with her organizational skills, reassuring responsiveness and all around lovely personality. If you are interesting in booking your wedding at The Pelham House Resort… don’t wait! My husband and I got engaged here in June of 2023. The property is absolutely gorgeous and we knew immediately that we HAD to get married here! Before we checked out we contacted the front desk and asked if there was any way we could meet with one of the wedding coordinators. That is when we met Katie who ended up being the best wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! We ended up hosting our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and after party at Pelham. We also booked 16 of the guest rooms and had all of our close friends and family staying with us at the venue. Having everything and everyone at one location was super convenient for everyone! Everything flowed seamlessly for all of our events and we were able to be fully present with all of our friends and family for the entire four days. The day of our wedding Katie was amazing. She had this super calm energy which made me feel very relaxed and I was able to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids getting ready. Katie worked with me for the year leading up to our wedding so she knew my vision and she brought it to life. I trusted her 100% and the day of told her she was in control of any last minute decisions that needed to be made. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, other than enjoying my wedding day. Her team is incredible. They set up the entire room and ceremony and I didn’t question anything. Everything was PERFECT! They even steamed all of my linens, washed my vases, and unwrapped all of my décor that was packaged up including over 100 candles. All of the tedious little projects I thought I would have to help with the morning of the wedding, they did for me. The staff at Pelham is incredible! They are all so happy and always greeting you with a smile. They were always willing to help with any requests and truly made us and our guests feel at home! They have their own bakery Pelham on the Rise. You do have to have your desserts done by them and honestly it was so convenient and one less vendor to book! They provided our pastries for the morning of the wedding. The provided our wedding cake which was exactly what we wanted. They also provided our cheesecake bar for our wedding and a birthday cake for one of my best friends that we brought out to her at our after party. Our after party was on the beach and we had a beach bonfire. Pelham provided late night snacks and coolers stocked with a variety of beverages for our guests. It truly was the perfect ending to the best day! One last thing I want to mention is the food! The catering chef succeeded our expectations and our guests were all raving about the food. My husband is a chef so he can be hard to please and he loved everything! Chef approved! If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue with breathtaking views that make a gorgeous back drop for your wedding day… book Pelham. Their professionalism and attention to detail are amazing and I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding day dream come true!

We had a small beach wedding and reception in the Nantucket Room and it was absolutely perfect. Everything we could have imagined! We live in Indiana and Tara made all the long-distance planning a breeze! She and her team flawlessly executed every detail. We didn't have to worry about a thing. All the guests commented on how delicious the food was and the staff were on top of everything. I highly recommend the Pelham House Resort.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Pelham House on 6/27/24 and it was perfect! The Nantucket Sound Room is such a great event space for a small group. We worked with Tara who was so lovely, and she made planning such a breeze. They are super accommodating. The food was excellent and the service was great. 10/10 experience!

We hosted our wedding at the Pelham House Resort on May 19, 2024 and it was the absolute best day of our lives. Every detail was perfectly executed and just as we envisioned. Our planner, Tara met with us on multiple occasions to go over all the details and was prompt and knowledgeable in replying to emails, answering any questions we had along the way. The staff on the day of went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. They made sure we had a plate full of hors d'oeuvres and always had a fresh drink in our hands. Our guests raved not only about the gorgeous venue and accommodations but also about our appetizers and dinner. The day was seamless and stress free due to their experienced and dedicated team. Don't miss out on this dream venue!

The Pelham House was an absolutely beautiful venue to have our April wedding. The day of details were flawless and the team did an amazing job making the space exactly what we wanted. Waking up and just walking over to the bridal suite made things very relaxing and not stressful. While both of us got ready for the big moment, we enjoyed food and drinks that were easy to order. The weather almost took a turn, and Kelsey was there asking me what I wanted to do. Kelsey did a great job organizing our fun crowd and again it was flawless during the ceremony. At cocktail hour, every server was passing out fun drinks and amazing appetizers. The amount of staff that was there to help was awesome. When the food came out it was hot and delicious. Our guests could not believe it was wedding food. The entire night each staff member had a huge smile on their face and was there to help with any questions we had or a guest had. There was a wedding the next morning and the team at The Pelham House made it easy to load all of our decorations into our cars. Thank you so much for making it a perfect day for us!

If you’re deciding on where to get married, stop right here! I do not have enough amazing things to say about The Pelham House, but I’ll give it a try. Location: It’s on the beach! What’s not to love! The resort has a private beach and pool for all guests to use throughout the weekend so your guests can also make your wedding weekend a mini vacation. The venue is directly next door to where you and your guests will be staying making it an easy “commute” over to the venue when the wedding festivities start. It’s also a great location so it’s easy to explore the Cape if you want to go off the resort! Exclusivity: When you get married at The Pelham House, you have full exclusivity of the resort meaning that only you and your wedding guests can stay on the property. This was a huge selling point to my husband and me and it was the best decision we made. When the reception ends, you can keep the party going all night long with your favorite people because the resort is yours. We had an absolute blast! The Staff: Everyone who works at the Pelham House is truly wonderful. Every staff member was so helpful, nice and amazing at their jobs. Planning a wedding can be stressful nailing down all the little details, but having great people helping you execute your dream day makes the experience 10x better. So thank you to everyone at the Pelham House! Special shout out to Kelly Mannion - Kelsey was our wedding coordinator and helped us have an unbelievable weekend. She was so kind and organized, answered all our questions promptly, and was truly a pleasure to work with! Any couple would be lucky to have her. Seriously, she is the best! The Food: After our wedding, our guests could not stop raving about how incredible the food was. From the hor d'oeuvres to our meals to our wedding cake, everything was fantastic. We had the absolute privilege of having our dream wedding at the Pelham House in Cape cod this past August. The entire team was extremely professional, organized, and so much fun to work with. We truly believe that we couldn't have picked a better venue to have our wedding at and a better team to work with. Casey, Katie, and the rest of the team were so detailed oriented and made planning much less stressful and much more efficient. Not only was the Pelham House team so extremely impressive from a planning standpoint, but their execution was flawless. The entire wedding weekend went without a hitch and was the best weekend of our lives. The food was incredible, the venue is beautiful, and the rooms are extremely nice. We don't have one thing to say about the venue or the team that isn't positive. The staff were our rocks through the planning process and through the wedding weekend. We highly recommend having your wedding at the Pelham House. Between how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the staff is from top to bottom you cannot go wrong!

There is no better venue than the Pelham House to have a wedding!! It a beautiful venue in a location having their own portion of Seastreet beach, what truly sets them apart from other venues is their buy-out wedding weekend. This allowed only our guests to be on property for the night before, wedding day and morning after, it gave my husband and I time spend with our loved ones we haven't seen in a while vs. a quick hi and bye. Another thing that's sets that apart is THE FOOD!! We have been to many weddings, and this not your average wedding food. Our meals/apps were top notch gourmet and everything we had over the weekend was to die for!! Lastly, I will also not stop raving about the staff!!! They were absolutely incredible. especially the front desk staff, John, Matt, Grace, Emma and our wedding coordinator Katie!! They are so nice, work so hard and long hours to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone is fully satisfied with their experience. Since the moment we checked in we didn't need to lift a finger or worry about a single thing. The whole weekend was just absolutely perfect and can't thank the Pelham House enough. We look forward to returning for our anniversary next year!

I couldn't have had a better experience working with the Pelham House Team for my my wedding. The food, the location & how easy it was to plan with them. Being that I was pregnant Tara & her team made the day go so smoothly for me with our skipping a beat. I can't say enough good things about having any type of event with this team.

Pelham House Resort was a wedding dream come true!! Everything was top notch. I have never heard so many compliments about wedding food before! The view and location are unmatched. But the thing that really makes this place stand apart is the service! Tara (who we absolutely adore!) and her team made our vision and timeline for our wedding day come to life. Everyone was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout the entire process. I honestly don't have a single critique. Pelham House Resort is one of a kind and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get married or visit Cape Cod.

We had an amazing experience at the Pelham house. We wanted to have a 4 person elopement that still felt luxurious and like a wedding. Our coordinator Kelsey was so friendly and helpful to make this come true. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the view was breathtaking, Kelsey had a bottle of champagne with our special glasses to help past followed by a great dinner at the rooftop. Elopement or big wedding I would highly recommend Pelham house 🫶🏼

Everyone at the Pelham House is truly incredible! From our first visit when we were looking at wedding venues all the way through our wedding weekend, we were treated with the finest service and the greatest attention to detail. All of the staff at Pelham House are true professionals and help to make our wedding day the best day of our lives! No words can express how amazing this venue and Casey and Grace are...actually the entire staff...we actually held a Nigerian wedding on Friday night and a traditional wedding on Saturday...Perfection is the only word I can say...the food was over the top...as one of our guests said "this is not traditional wedding food....how did they do this!" Views accommodations and venue is more than everything we ever dreamt of....if you are considering an exceptional venue and support system this is it.

We had our wedding at the Pelham in August of 2022 and it was the best decision we could have ever made. Not only are the views and venue absolutely stunning, but having all your events on site from ceremony to after party is truly priceless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and catered to me and my guests the entire weekend. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Choosing Pelham House for our September ‘22 wedding was the easiest and best decision we could have made. After nearly 2 years of planning the Pelham team helped execute an absolutely flawless day. Our coordinator Kelsey was amazing, even while she was planning her own wedding just a week before ours. If you are looking for a stunning venue, incredible and thoughtful staff and a location with a full wedding weekend feel look no further. Our guests raved about the experience and we’d choose Pelham 10x over. Oh yeah - and the food is incredible! 5 stars really isn’t enough.

Kelsey and the whole team at Pelham were absolutely amazing to work with (plus the gorgeous hotel and venue are a huge plus)! Though a little pricey, honestly worth it. They were so attentive and extremely well-staffed all weekend. Anything I asked for got done quickly and Kelsey even made sure I had plates of food while I was socializing. Plus, the best part is having all your guests stay in one place since they are most likely from out of town – makes traveling to the wedding easy when it’s right next to your hotel!

We knew from our first visit (pre-engagement) to the Pelham House, that we wanted to get married here. As locals, we have spent many a special occasion here. Because of the Pandemic and the border to Canada being closed, we had to postpone our wedding. Pelham was truly understanding and incredibly helpful with allowing us to move our date. When the day finally came, the food was amazing. The resort decor was perfect. And most of all, the staff was fabulous. They checked on the bride multiple times to make sure she was given food and drink. Every staff member that we passed by that weekend asked if they could do anything for us. It was truly a magical weekend.

Fabulous wedding weekend at the Pelham House! Excellent hospitality throughout, accommodations, food and beverage, landscaping and beachfront location…all exceeded expectations. But by far, it is the people who make the Pelham the perfect Wedding Venue! John McCarthy leads the pack and has supported a culture that breeds that “let’s go” attitude at every level. Grace Grieco knows all the details to make the day sparkle for the Happy Couple and she has a very capable assistant, Alina who picks up wherever needed! Chef Dan works culinary magic both at the events and at the rooftop restaurant! And Pastry Chef Patty made the most beautiful wedding cake fulfilling yet another dream of the bride. We are ever grateful for a “best day ever” produced by Pelham House Resort!

I really don't know where to start - 5 stars truly isn't enough for the Pelham House. The PHR is worth every penny and then some. Thank you for the incredible staff for giving us the absolutely perfect wedding weekend. Aside from the obvious in that everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating, the entire property is unbelievably well-run across both the hotel and restaurant/wedding venue. My brother-in-law works in the restaurant industry and is always paying attention to the kitchen/wait staff at weddings - he said the Pelham House team is the best he's ever seen at a wedding. Not only was the food incredible (everyone keeps talking about how the filet was perfectly cooked and came out warm for everyone - I don't understand how the do it), but the food was also delivered to every table within an incredibly short window, it was amazing. Grace and her team also collected all of our decor at the end of the night (even little things like the paper table card numbers, which I would have expected to be thrown out) and organized everything into boxes that we could pick up the next day. No question or favor was too small for the PHR team, and every question was answered with a smile. I never had any concerns through the weekend about anything that was within the Pelham House's control - I knew they had it covered. Huge shoutout to Grace for keeping that place a well-oiled machine and always responding to my emails in such a timely fashion and literally always being available - I really don't know how she does it, and the PHR is so lucky to have her. You are in great hands with her and her team if you have your wedding at the PHR. To John and Heather for inspiring such a special staff and vision, and being available to help us as questions or issues came up (though there were really no issues). I'm not even going to spend time talking about how beautiful the venue is or how insane it is to have the whole property/hotel to yourself because I think everyone knows this - but the staff is what makes this place amazing. I even had guests telling me how much they loved their table servers, which they knew by name (especially Vlady!). Yes, there may be other places on the Cape that are less expensive, but you will not get the same level of service or the luxury experience. The room block rates for our guests were also incredible compared to what the rooms are going for on a non-wedding weekend, and are without a doubt the best value for hotel rooms in this area of the Cape. The night before the wedding we had an amazing welcome party by the pool with delicious food from the Pelham House and live music - everyone had a blast, and I can't recommend highly enough having a welcome party by the pool! Then we had a bonfire on the beach with smores - I expected only a handful of people to come to the bonfire, and literally almost everyone from the welcome party made their way down to the beach - everyone was just having so much fun. Everyone keeps telling me ours was the best wedding they're ever been to, and they had so much fun - while this is because all of our vendors were great, it's primarily due the the Pelham House property and staff. Rain or shine, the Pelham House has beautiful options for your ceremony, cocktail hour, etc. Having our friends and family stay onsite with us made it the most unique and special weekend. They really are the best ever - book your wedding here!!!

We were lucky enough to recently have our wedding at The Pelham House. Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially during a worldwide pandemic. From our first contact with the event staff, we knew in our hearts that it was the perfect place for our special day. Any issues, concerns, or changes were promptly addressed by Alina and Grace. It was a pleasure to work with Alicia to coordinate our guest’s accommodations. As months turned into days, and days into hours, The Pelham House staff was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The event could not have gone any better! A discouraging, cloudy/rainy forecast turned in our favor just in time for our rehearsal dinner; a Cape Cod barbecue at the pool. The sun shined down on the beautiful property for two full days. It was such a unique experience having exclusive access to the hotel for our guests for both nights. No traveling between hotels, churches, and ballrooms. The view, food, and staff were all spectacular. Servers, kitchen/bar staff, housekeeping, grounds/maintenance, valet, everyone ...they were truly professional. It is clear that everyone at The Pelham House cares about and adds value to their brand. Our family and friends are still talking about what a great time it was. The Pelham House is developing a strong reputation as a premier Cape Cod wedding venue and we’re honored to be one of the first large weddings in their new space. Looking forward to visiting again for anniversaries, special occasions, or just a weekend away! LETS GO!!

We just had the first wedding of the season on Saturday April 24 at PH. What a venue. If you want a picturesque venue with 'top notch' service, food, accommodations - you should chose this spot. Not only is the PH Team easy to work with to plan a perfect day- they are friendly and 'care' about the couple and the wedding guests. They are organized and proficient. The Polaske/Gallagher family would highly recommend this 5 star!!!!

Pelham House literally saved our wedding! We originally had another location that was not understanding during the pandemic. Thank goodness we found Pelham House! John, Grace, and Alina helpful and encouraging every step of the way (we switched venues less than two months before the wedding). Seriously.. they jumped right in to help plan.. and they were HAPPY to do so! You can tell they are truly passionate about Pelham House, which makes it even more of a special place. The new renovations are stunning, the view is unbelievable, and the food.. oh my goodness. Not only did we get the PERFECT day, but our guests are even STILL talking about how amazing it all was. Thank you Pelham House for making our dreams come true. I cannot recommend this place enough to other couples!!

Pelham House is an amazing venue. If you want to have a fun wedding weekend then this is the venue for you. They give you flexibility to design your wedding the way you want. It’s amazing having only your wedding guests staying at the the venue Friday and Saturday nights. The location is fantastic, the newly renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful. It’s the best beach wedding venue.

We had the best wedding we could have dreamed of at the Pelham last month. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the entire planning process and the weekend of. They were so helpful and patient with guests coming in from out of town at all different times and everyone raved about how much they loved the venue. You can't beat being right on the ocean! Highly recommend the Pelham to anyone interested in having a wedding in Cape Cod. The entire experience was absolutely incredible and we couldn't have been happier.

Pelham is such a great place for a wedding!! It is a beautiful and casual oceanfront property with a beautiful lawn and beach. Room prices are very reasonable for guests, and it is so fun to have 80 of your guests staying right on the property to continue the celebrating at a bonfire after the reception. We wanted a casual, fun ceremony, reception, and after party all in one place, and this was the perfect setting for it. Tim and John are very casual, easy-going, and great to work with. All of their staff are also very kind and welcoming. It was the perfect setting for a beach wedding!!

John & Tim and the entire staff at The Pelham House are amazing! We wanted to have a fun Cape Cod wedding.....The Pelham House let us have the most wonderful wedding, even better than I could have imagined! We had family & friends with us for the whole weekend, we enjoyed a cookout the night before, fires on the beach both nights...delicious breakfast each morning. The guest rooms are awesome, the view is spectacular, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They also provided the bar service for the wedding night and the staff was super friendly, we had tons of good wines & beers, signatures cocktails & mixed drinks for those that wanted them. We even were allowed to have our boston terriers in the wedding!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about them! From planning to the actual wedding day they were so helpful! From the moment my husband and I stepped foot onto the Pelham House property, we were in love (with each other, AND the resort!). It was 100% the vibe we were going for, simple and classic Cape Cod. The view is what makes this place truly breathtaking. John and Tim were responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We were thrilled that we were able to make a whole weekend out of our wedding, since they only do one wedding per weekend. Most of our friends and family came in on Friday and stayed through Sunday. We loved that we were able to rent out the entire resort, and the whole place was filled with our friends and family. We were literally surrounded by fun and support the entire weekend! Just keep in mind the rooms are NOT air conditioned -- which wasn't a problem for us since we had ideal wedding weather (I am still thanking God!). The bonfire on the beach after-party was the icing on the cake. S'mores and BYOB. This venue had our name written all over it, and it was perfect for us. Couldn't have asked for more or changed a thing.

If you are looking to have an authentic Cape wedding- tent, lawn, ocean, and plenty of room for your guests to hang out then this is the place- a much more down home feel than Chatham Bars Inn or the like. It depends which type of Cape wedding you are hoping for. They can accommodate a larger wedding which many other venues on Cape Cod cannot (We had close to 175). You are only renting the grounds of the venue so you have to provide and coordinate EVERYTHING else (tent, chairs, dishes, food). This is exactly what we were looking for so it was perfect for us (we were looking for a venue where we could bring in our own caterer as well). There are close to 40 hotel rooms which can be blocked off for the wedding and there are many hotels nearby if you need more rooms. We had out of town friends and the younger rowdier guests stay there and then older guests and older family stay elsewhere. The rooms are great, the pool area is nice, the lobby is welcoming and spacious, and the included breakfast is good. The Pelham House does run the bar for your event. Their prices are good and they can arrange special requests. You can have a bonfire right on the beach the night before or following the reception as well, we were unfortunately rained out but the lobby worked out as an after hours location. Make sure to follow up with any verbal communication via email (do this for any vendor on the Cape though) and with John (the manager) directly. If you are clear about your needs and expectations they will follow through. We had a fantastic wedding reception and weekend there- our guests had so much fun, loved the rooms, and loved the venue.

We recently had our wedding at The Pelham House & it truly was the most perfect setting I could've asked for. The staff were so accommodating, helpful and a real pleasure to work with. I never once had to worry or stress as everything was taken care of quickly & efficiently. It was everything we hoped for and more!!! All my guests have been saying it was the best wedding they have been to & I thank all my vendors for making that possible!

The Pelham House was fabulous for a beach wedding!! The waves were crashing, the beach ceremony was intimate and romantic. I couldn't have asked for more. The Pelham House exceeded my expectations for my wedding!! I loved it!! Also my family loved it so much they are planning a trip out there next year! HA!

We rented a tent and had it on the lawn at the Pelham house. It was casual and comfortable, and just how we would have scripted it. we loved having a beach bonfire at the end of the night as well.;we told them that they would be on the lawn, so comfortable shoes were reccommended. also, it may be chilly, which it definitely was not, so we reccommended people bring a sweater.

First we had the wedding on the resort's private ocean beach. Then we walked up 12 stairs to our tent area outside with the head table overlooking the ocean. Everyone who stayed had an ocean and pool view room. Breakfast was complimentary so after having a farewell breakfast with friends and family right there we had a grand send off for our honeymoon. They also had a seperate guest house for the parents of the bride and groom.;The only thing I would mention is that the music and lights have to be out and done by 10pm but that doesn't mean you can't go back to your rooms.
