Ranae at Photofrog was wonderful to work with. We booked her 18 months before our wedding and she was so easy to work with the entire time. My husband and I live in Colorado but were planning a wedding back home in the Quad Cities which added an extra dose of stress trying to plan a wedding from 1,000 miles away. However, Ranae made the miles seem negligible. Her communication was always open and prompt, and she was willing to listen to ideas for a long time, from a bride who was very far away. Because we lived far away I had to rely on the reviews of others back home. When I first found Photofrog I asked my Mom to go check out the studio. My Mom can be skeptical of my budget-conscious mind and we often disagree about where I should open up my wallet more – she didn’t want me to be cheap and skimp on important aspects of the wedding, but I’m always determined to get the best value for the most affordable price. After my Mom went to the studio to check out Ranae’s work she was pleasantly surprised with her work, and said she would do a wonderful job on our wedding photos. I booked her on the spot, and I’m so happy I did – the value was worth the price of her work. Lastly, Ranae has a soft, quieter personality and I was a little nervous about her ability to corral my bridal party into paying attention for the photos. We have pretty boisterous friends and family as it is – but when you combine that with the few times a year when all of our friends can reconnect in person, fuel it with the excitement of a wedding and encourage it with drinks it can get pretty rowdy, fast. However, I was blown away by Ranae’s professionalism and how she took charge and gained control of the group. My sister is a professional event planner and works on large-scale, high-end events and she said multiple times that day that she was extremely impressed by Ranae and her abilities as a photographer. The photos were gorgeous and captured the perfect amount of love and joy from the day. We can’t thank Ranae enough for all of her wonderful work – we’re very much looking forward to working through our 900 photos soon to re-experience our wedding day all over again.

Renae is simply amazing. From the moment we walked into her studio I knew we would be working with her. She's incredibly organized, thorough and most of all, talented. Her packages are incredibly affordable. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful moments captured of our big day...all because of PhotoFROG!
