Pinehurst Resort

I highly recommend any of the wedding venues at Pinehurst Resort. My husband and I got married two months ago in Pinehurst and had our reception at the Carolina Resort. Stephanie Powell was assigned as our catering manager and representative. Stephanie collaborated with my wedding planner and engaged with me on tasks requiring my input to ensure everything performed smoothly. Stephanie is a professional, very agile, and attentive to her client’s needs. She was very accommodating of what I envisioned for my wedding. Working with Stephanie on the wedding venue décor, food options, and other vendors’ deliverables was invaluable and she left out no detail. She worked tirelessly with my wedding planner (Nicole Smith) to deliver a magical wedding reception which exceeded my expectations. If you are planning an event at Pinehurst Resort, Stephanie should be your coordinator and you will not be disappointed.

Our wedding planner was always quick to respond to emails answering questions or to schedule meetings. With COVID, the venue was flexible and willing to make adjustments. The venue for the reception was beautiful, and the staff were all friendly and professional.

Getting married at Pinehurst was hands down THE BEST decision we could have made for our wedding. Everything was so convenient which is exactly what we were looking for in a venue. We were able to take care of our catering, rentals, decor, flowers and cake all through Pinehurst and also had a dedicated wedding coordinator through the venue which was a game changer. Natasha and Michele are amazing planners and were very responsive and accommodating. All of our guests stayed on the resort which made the weekend completely seamless and stress-free. The ceremony and reception views were stunning and made for incredible photos. The venue is so beautiful on its own, you really don't have to do much. The Pinehurst staff are top-notch service professionals and provided amazing service every step of the way. We had the best weekend ever and would choose Pinehurst again in a heartbeat.

Michele Soderquist of Pinehurst Resort was GREAT to work with. We had our destination wedding at Pinehurst and navigated with Michele's help any adjustments due to the pandemic. My desire to have an intimate wedding on the porch among the charming white rocking chairs was capably handled by Michele and her team. She was responsive, had great suggestions, and the day of the event was worry free as she and the team delivered a beautifully decorated room, cake and space for our wedding vows. My guests raved about the food and service. My husband and I could not have been happier!

With everything going on this year we had to reschedule our wedding multiple times. We had to change venue at the last minute and decided to look at the Pinehurst Resort and I’m so happy we did! Our wedding planner Michele was awesome. Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better day!

Where to begin but that Pinehurst Resort (Hotel and Club) absolutely made my wedding dreams come true!!! I am technically a "Corona-bride" (June 6, 2020 date), but my wedding and reception were perfection and exceeded our expectations thanks to the talented, friendly and amazing Michelle and Natasha, the staff at the Hotel and so many more (including the club members on the porch who cheered as we walked down the aisle after saying "I do")! We decided to shift plans from our Durham wedding about three weeks before our June 6 date but still wanted to do a special ceremony and dinner after for our immediate family of 12 people, and what better place than the picturesque and quaint Pinehurst. However, what Michelle (and Natasha) helped me plan completely went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. We were treated prior to and the day of like we were a 200-person wedding, waited on hand and foot, and guided through such a beautiful and special day. The menu selection, timeline and day-of-coordination were seamless (and all in three weeks!) Originally we had planned to do a “minimony” on June 6 and then a big celebration in 2021, but Pinehurst completely outdid themselves and made it so that we don’t even need anything else! Seriously, it was that romantic, dreamy, beautiful and timeless. I will always look back on my wedding day and remember the intimate and special memories thanks to the talented Pinehurst staff. My dad said it best, “I couldn’t have written a more perfect story.”

Michelle and Natasha were both great to work with and always got back to us in a quick manner with any questions we had! Everything is conveniently located to one another which is especially nice for out of town guests that are not familiar with the area.

My wife and I had our wedding there back a few months ago. Everything turned out wonderful and better than expected. The only drawback was the amount of time we had for everything. You get 5 hours to reserve the venue and that's including the ceremony itself.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everything from the smallest details to the biggest aspects of the wedding were perfect. Our day would not have been nearly as successful and stress-free if it wasn't for the staff and Pinehurst Resort as a whole! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and they genuinely looked like they enjoyed the night! Our coordinator/fairy godmother, Bailey, went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Due to another wedding happening at the same time, Bailey's double, Courtney was just as fabulous in making sure that memories were made and that everything went smoothly!

Bailey was our day of coordinator and she made our wedding planning process a breeze from the start! She was there to answer our many and frequent questions. The rest of the staff at Pinehurst Resort were always courteous and helpful during our stay. Our food and cake was raved about that night and afterwards, thanks to the chef and bakery at Pinehurst Resort. The ceremony and reception venue were beautiful and exactly as we pictured thanks to the great scenery of Pinehust and Bailey! We had no stress the day of the wedding due to Bailey coordinating vendors and running point during the ceremony and reception.

Bailey is absolutely incredible! My husband and I are so happy that we held our reception at Pinehurst Resort. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their venue, Bailey was extremely responsive and attentive to detail! When I mentioned that we had family coming in from France, she immediately asked if we would like to incorporate some elements of French cuisine into our reception! We happily took her up on that, and the food was delicious. Everything turned out perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!

My daughter got married in Pinehurst and held her rehearsal dinner, welcome party (for the attending guests) and wedding reception at Pinehurst Resort and Country Club. We chose Pinehurst for the ease of planning due to our busy schedules. We priced other venues and found they would 'nickel and dime you' but we did not experience this at Pinehurst. We felt it was the opposite, a good value for everything provided (all inclusive, no hidden fees). Bailey Grinde was her wedding planner and exceeded our expectations. She communicated with us and vendors to ensure we had everything needed for the events and did not hesitate to contact us with questions. From start to finish it was a seamless process by Bailey and her team. We had 125 guests and all said it was the 'single best wedding weekend' they have ever experienced, a perfect 10! The Resort rooms and golf courses were amazing and staff very attentive and customer focused. We finished the weekend at the Pinehurst Brewery playing corn hole. Overall, it was one of the best weekends I've ever experienced and highly suggest considering Pinehurst for your wedding and/or party needs!

I cannot thank the Pinehurst Resort and Bailey Grinde, our wedding coordinator, enough for making our wedding more incredible than I could have ever imagined. Their wedding package offers fantastic value for your money: including a honeymoon suite, day at the spa, round for four, flowers and much more! Bailey was also very flexible when working with us on budget and pricing, ensuring that we were getting all that we wanted but still at a comfortable price point. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was flawless. Just one example: I forgot my garter at our airbnb. Noticing this at the reception, she drove over to get it for me so we didn't have to skip the garter toss or interrupt anyone’s fun. The venue itself is outstanding and the catering staff on the day was professional and polished. They even upgraded our flowers last minute with no charge It felt like a formal event. I have absolutely no complaints and endless praises to give!

I wish there was a way to give Pinehurst more than 5 stars, because that is the review it deserves. Pinehurst will make your wedding an absolute dream come true just like they did with mine. From the breathtaking scenery of the ceremony and the stunning reception venue to the delicious food and delightful cake, absolutely no detail was missed. Bailey, the wedding planner, is the sweetest, most organized, and accommodating planner I have met. Anything you had a question on or needed help with, Bailey and her team were there. Even was expected rain on our big day, Bailey had a calm about her, which put me at ease (luckily, there was no rain either). Pinehurst also offered a unique setting for our out of town guests. Many stayed at the resort and said they felt like they were on a true vacation, even for our guests who do not golf. Thank you so much for making our wedding so wonderful and I know Bailey, her team, and the resort will make your day, too!

We are so happy we chose Pinehurst Resort. Our coordinator, Bailey, truly made our day wonderful. All of the staff is punctual, courteous, and very helpful. The courses and ballrooms are just gorgeous! 10/10 recommend Pinehurst for all aspects of your wedding day!!

Pinehurst is where I proposed to my wife. Somehow our wedding at Pinehurst number 9 was even more breath taking. Bailey (our coordinator) was amazing, she was so helpful and was able to turn our fairy tale wedding into a reality. She put as much work into making everything perfect as we did. If you get married in North Carolina and don’t do it at the Pinehurst resort I don’t know what you are thinking. The venue, staff and food were simple out of this world. Bailey added the little touches that brought everything to life. Pinehurst now holds a special place in our hearts and we look forward to coming back to celebrate future anniversaries.

It was without a doubt the best decision we could’ve made to have our wedding at Pinehurst resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The food and drinks were all so tasty with such a great variety to choose from. Our planner, Bailey, was a joy to work with, very responsive, and always gave genuine advice and helpful recommendations. The resort staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Pinehurst just has that charm, that something special that you’re looking for to share with your loved ones on your BEST DAY EVER. We loved visiting during the whole planning process and can’t wait to return. It’s such a happy and relaxing place to be, I can’t imagine anyone thinking otherwise.

Bailey did a great job helping to organize and plan my son and daughter-in-laws the wedding. She was very professional and quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend Pinehurst and Bailey for your wedding.

Our wedding reception at Pinehurst Country Club was the finest event we could have imagined. Bailey Grinde did a superb job of helping us plan the food/seating/place settings for the evening buffet reception as well as orchestrating the details for the dance floor, band, and the flow of the evening. Bailey was very prompt and professional in answering our questions and providing helpful guidance at every step. The food was fabulous and the wait staff was very courteous and professional. Leslie of Jack Haddon Floral and Event Design did a wonderful job with the flowers :) I highly recommend Pinehurst Resort and Country Club for your wedding reception!

Hosted a lovely bridesmaids luncheon on the Carolina Inn Porch! Excellent service, delicious buffet ! Staff was professional and attentive! Pre-planning with catering manager was exceptional !!

Our daughters’s wedding at Pinehurst was absolutely fabulous. It was beyond what we had hoped for. From the setting to the delicious dinner, everything was perfect. The staff is so professional and will take care of your every need. Could not recommend Pinehurst more highly!!!

Planning a wedding can be very stressful. Working with Bailey Grinde was far from stressful. She was very professional and always on time. She listened to our wants and paid close attention to the details. My daughter's wedding turned into a beautiful fairytale wedding, thanks to the coordination of Bailey. I highly recommend her and Pinehurst Resort for a wedding of a lifetime.

We looked at so many venues, and nothing looked as good to us as #9! We had a 100 person wedding, and the venue was just perfect! Thank you to Pinehurst Resort and of course, Bailey! Our wedding day was extremely well organized, the food was delicious (!!!), and the room looked so beautiful!!! It was such a magical evening! Our ceremony took place outside...and it was more that i ever dreamt of! The set up was amazing!!! It's very stressful for every bride to plan a wedding, and it's important to find a vendor that is professional, responsive, flexible, and understanding. Pinehurst and Bailey were all these things! We planned our wedding only in 6 months...i never thought we'd be able to do it at the beginning of the process but thanks to our wonderful venue, we did! Bailey was responsive to ALL my (thousands of them! ;) e-mails and always so understanding...thank you for your patience, dealing with brides is not an easy job :) We also had our welcome party (for all guests who arrived to Pinehurst early!) at the Carolina Inn, and it was beautiful!! Thank you again Bailey and the team for helping us plan this amazing celebration! Can't recommend this venue enough!

The entire team at Pinehurst Resorts made our wedding seamless and effortless. They took care of everything and we could just enjoy our day! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! Bailey Grinde (the coordinator) was fabulous! She handled everything from the cake tasting to the set up of the ceremony to the rehearsal dinner! Her positivity and helpful suggestions facilitated a stress-free wedding planning experience! I can’t say enough good things about her and the staff at Pinehurst! I highly recommend them for any event!

My husband and I got married on October 20, 1018 at the Pinehurst Resort and I can honestly say it was the BEST. WEDDING. EVER!!! Bailey was outstanding in every step of the planning. She was pleasant, communicative and very reassuring. The venue was beyond our expectations; our ceremony was held outside and was beautiful. The reception was magnificent and the food was delicious! We had an amazing time and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed being at the resort. Thank you for making our day everything we wanted and more.

Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing and perfect. I still get cold chills thinking about it. :) If you want a perfect wedding, THIS IS YOUR VENUE. Bailey was our planner/coordinator and went OVER and BEYOND to make sure everything was 100% perfect. She is a natural at her job and will put you at ease. She carefully went over every detail from Day 1 and met with us as often as we needed (we had a timeline, charts etc to help keep things in order). The food was AMAZING along with the cake which had guests talking for weeks. The staff was just as amazing and made our guests feel just as special as we did. I felt stress- free the day of the wedding and it was definitely due to Bailey and her staff. Thanks, Pinehurst Resort for the best day ever!

I cannot think of a better place to have had my wedding than at Pinehurst. The venue options are gorgeous and historic; the staff from start to finish are incredible; and our wedding planner Bailey--who works for the Resort-- made the event go off without a single hitch. Having everything located within the Resort made things SO much easier: the food was incredible, and options were so plentiful I didn't feel at all limited. Pinehurst's recommended florists and photographers were also top notch, and their familiarity with the space made everything turn out better than I could have hoped for. On top of all this, the options for guests are wonderful--you don't have to worry about anyone having a good time. Hands down, you won't regret this choice.

Bailey, our wedding planner was INCREDIBLE. She was the calm to our storm. She was with us from Day zero to the wedding day. Just from the start, she had the TOTAL personality to help us! She was so fun, motivated and just so sincere. She even helped us with how to get our wedding certificate and everything. She worked with us when my husband couldn't make the time for the cake tasting, and she even surprised us with more designs on our wedding day than we originally reserved. The food was incredible, and she kept us on track ALL day! Me and my husband didn't even know what time it was, at all :). So grateful for Bailey!! The only thing that concerned us on that day, was the resort said we had to check out NLT noon even though our wedding went until 2 pm. It was a little frustrating, but some of our guests went and took care of our different rooms for us, so that we could still enjoy. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Bailey to ANYONE. She will make it all happen. Thank you so much Bailey and Pinehurst for a beautiful wedding day.

Bailey and her team of hospitality pros at Pinehurst were the most supportive, creative, and professional event planners we could have hoped for to plan our wedding! From the welcome party to the farewell brunch, Bailey enabled us to focus on our guests by taking care of everything behind the scenes and responding to special requests at the drop of a hat. Bailey was exceedingly patient and collaborative when listening to our requests for food options, drinks, linen choices, cake flavors... well, everything! She especially made our family feel like a part of the team, too; her calming presence put everyone at ease throughout the whole planning experience. We cannot imagine having planned our wedding without Bailey. She was always quick to reply to questions with great advice, and never made us feel like we were being pressured or sold to do anything other than exactly what we wanted to do. When we arrived at the reception (in the gorgeous Outlook Ballroom), we felt a sigh of relief upon seeing Bailey and her team. She took us straight into a holding room where she had food and drinks waiting for us before our introductions. She coached us through the night by reminding us of the best cake cutting techniques, making sure we always had drinks in hand, and working seamlessly with our other vendors. We felt like royalty. One of the servers, Thomas, took especially wonderful care of us throughout the night. The next day, we expected less than half of our guests at brunch; when nearly all of them came, Bailey made it work without missing a beat. We don't know how, but her team somehow managed to summon twice the amount of food without adding an ounce of stress or worry to the situation. Bailey and the Pinehurst Resort team deserve the utmost praise for a job well done from beginning to end. They truly made our entire wedding weekend unforgettable for us, and our families and we will be forever grateful.

When we first met Bailey she told us there would be wedding magic! We were not disappointed!! Over the year spent planning, never was there a second of disappointment!! From the tiniest to largest details, Bailey expertly guided us! Her number one focus was her bride and groom, ensuring that their day was perfectly their own! I cannot thank Bailey enough! The grounds were amazing with the flowers and landscaping. They made perfect backdrops for wedding photos so there was no need to travel anywhere. The staff was very attentive to all of our need and request and made everything thing stress free. I honestly had an amazing time at our wedding and enjoyed every moment. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew the staff of Pinehurst was professional, attentive, and flawless.

Absolute perfection! The wedding planner made this day as stress free as possible. Food was out of this world. Two weeks later and people are still talking about the food!
