Communication with her was always easy—she was incredibly responsive and always available to answer questions or offer ideas. On the big day, she and her team ran everything with such precision and calm that we were able to just soak in the moment without stressing over a single thing. Every detail was accounted for.

s not only professional but she is also extremely thorough and organized which gave me peace of mind. Needless to say, I, too, am now singing praises for Garbrielle and her team. They did a phenomenal job! From our initial conversation and my interim emails before her term started to the planing and execution phases of the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, they had their stuff together!!
Gabrielle added value by providing insight and guiding our decisions regarding other planning aspects of which we were less knowledgeable or undecided. Once the six week term started, Garbrielle took over all communication with each of our vendors and worked out all the logistics. She created a timeline of the entire wedding day. Garbrielle and her team worked hard to make sure everything went as planned including a prompt start time. Garbrielle and her team handled whatever issues arose while my fiancé and I enjoyed the day, each other, and our guests.. Knowing nothing at all about wedding planning, when I got engaged in January of 2022, I knew that I would need a planner that would be very hands on and could guide my now husband and I through the process. I knew I wanted to have a beautiful and unforgettable ceremony, but wasn’t sure at all how to bring that vision to life. I needed someone who was both flexible and listened to what I wanted, but also was able to gently steer us in the right direction. From my very first conversation with Garbrielle, I knew I had found just that. Platinum Eventions was the 3rd wedding planning service that I interviewed, but undoubtedly the best match for me. I am vey big on vibe and energy, and I felt a calming connection from someone I believed could deliver while making the process peaceful and enjoyable.
Living in Atlanta where there is an abundance of Black excellence, it was also very important to me to hire vendors that were of highest caliber in addition to being black-owned. As I have come to see throughout this process of wedding planning, there seems to be a notable lack of diversity across mainstream wedding sites. That’s another reason I was so grateful to Platinum Eventions for providing excellent referrals to the team of vendors who also helped us manifest our dream wedding. .
I couldn’t have chosen a better team!! From beginning to end, Garbrielle Allen is extraordinarily detail oriented, made impeccable vendor recommendations, set up all of our vendor meetings and sat in on every call. She was responsive and flexible and always had a way of breathing positivity and grounding energy at every step.
The execution of our wedding in the weeks leading up to it, and especially on my wedding day, was second to none. I truly can’t imagine going through this process without Garbrielle.
Even though I don’t plan on ever getting married again (thankfully, I chose the man of my dreams this first time around, lol) I would recommend Platinum Eventions 1000 times over!!

We had monthly plannings, and when the wedding date approached we would meet more frequently but Garbrielle was always available to answer all of our questions. Her team really helped make our wedding day as stress-free as possible. We had a long day, with three different ceremonies and the day just flowed seamlessly from one event to another. package so that I could plan leading up to it, and they would simply help me with making the plan come to life on the big days. Garbrielle met with me before the wedding to go over all my ideas and plans and was amazing at listening to my desires and making them come to life at the rehearsal and on wedding day (ceremony and reception). Everything exceeded my expectations. She also gave me great suggestions when I needed guidance on areas I was unfamilar with. She and her team definitely reduced my stress with their organization, professionalism, timely, and "can do" spirit. At the rehearsal and on my wedding day I felt completely relaxed because I knew they had my back. Best of all they did all of this at a reasonable price which helped a lot with a small budget. I am so grateful I hired them and would definitely recommend!

She was a very friendly person and I ended up sharing my plans for the year and telling her how I didn't know where to start and she let me know she actually does this type of work for a living. We met for an initial meet and greet to see if hiring an event planner would be the best idea and I was blown away. I shared some simple info with her up front during our first encounter and it was like she downloaded what was in my head into a perfect planning document. I knew I had to hire her. My sister and brother-in-law were very happy with how the event turned out. Some say the rehearsal dinner was better than the reception!!! This was my gift to my baby sister and the professionalism, attention to detail and pleasant personalities exhibited by Platinum Eventions made for a very smooth and properly executed event. You can't go wrong by hiring them. I was trying to figure out an excuse to keep reaching out to Garbrielle as she was such a delight to work with, all of the staff were!
