Was a gift for my 10th wedding anniversary. Diamonds are large and sparkle. In the video, it is the band closest to my hand. It looks great stacked with my original wedding band and engagement ring!

I was a little apprehensive about buying this ring, but it is absolutely gorgeous and very large. It sparkles beautifully and the details on the side make it unique. The price is incredible as well. The video and the pictures don’t do it justice at all.

I just received my diamond bracelet, and it is gorgeous! The diamonds are so sparkly, and the bracelet quality is amazing. As usual, the price is unbeatable! I purchased this smaller size to wear everyday with jeans and polos. I think the size is more casual and adds some sparkle to your everyday look. I have purchased many diamond pieces from Pompeii3 and will continue to do so because I have loved every piece. This is my new go-to jewelry store!

She loves the screw back earrings. She lost one before this set. We now have no fear of an earring falling out. The earrings are gorgeous and of course the screw on backs keep them secure.

Wife is allergic to all metals but platinum - her ears were having allergic reaction to metal from pins in ears. Had to send back due to her not being able to wear them for longer than 24 hours without a reaction. Diamonds were nice though! Wish the reaction didn't happen she really liked the earrings

Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I love it. Sparkles beautifully. Sizing runs a little on the small side (my finger measures a 6.5 but I ordered a 7). Shipping was faster than I expected. I returned a previous item and received my refund timely as well. I will be shopping here again.

The solitaire is beautiful, but prongs broke within 2 hours of wearing it. Having to have it reset in a different setting from a jeweler. So of course more money. Had to give 4 star or wouldn’t post my review. So that’s shady.

The chain and pendant is dainty but the sparkle is something else 😍 It's beautiful, it's really all you need to wear. The diamonds were clear enough for the price. I was so nervous because of the negative reviews for Pompeii3 but I am so pleased with my purchase. The wait is long but worth it. The photo and video I have doesn’t even give it justice. For the price, you are getting more than what you pay for I think. Clarity is so good.

Bought a $10,000 engagement ring from Pompeii3. Had the ring appraised and found out it was fake and not natural as advertised. Pompeii3 refused a refund because it was past 30 days but it was within the warranty period. They had us return the fake ring and sent us a replacement ring that was real, but terribly cloudy and worth far less. They also sent their appraisal as "proof" but it did not match the ring they sent. The company still refuses to refund us. They can't deliver on the products they advertise. I would NEVER buy from these scammers again. Buyer beware!!

I had inquired about a wedding band being changed from white to yellow gold. The response was prompt, courteous and answered in less than 24 hours! Would definitely do business with!

Designed a custom setting... the entire process was made smooth and easy due to great communication during each phase had me feeling confident and excited. When I finally received the finished ring.. It far surpassed any expectations. It was everything I hoped and more... 8 yrs later and it's just as amazing as the day I received it.

I ordered a 5 stone anniversary band, and it is gorgeous! The lab grown diamonds are sparkly and eye clean. There was a prong that needed to be fixed, but I chose to take it to a jeweler for a simple repair rather than deal with sending it back for an exchange or repair with Pompeii. I never contacted them about it, so they did not have a chance to remedy the situation. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again.

Great experience with Pompeii. I worked with their jewelers to create a custom ring for a special anniversary. They were patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. As with many others, I was hesitant to purchase diamonds online-no regrets! I highly recommend Pompeii!

If you’re reading this, consider yourself lucky, first and foremost nowadays, you don’t know what company to trust. I ordered my granddaughter, some screw back, diamond earrings I pull them out, lost one of the backs. so I called customer service very professional, and the lady was apologizing to me. And I explain to her it was not her fault. Approximately five days later they sent me t two replacement backs for the earrings, at no charge. They kept me posted all the way with a tracking number customer service make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I will give this company a five star rating. The earrings are absolutely amazing. Purchased a beautiful anniversary diamond band did not not fit, hence a diamond band cannot be altered. Returned, money refunded within timeframe stated. Will purchase again from this company.

Don't Believe the Haters Hi, writing this because this company has saved me so much money and my self respect. Face it, markup on jewelry is shamefully high. This company offers an alternative. I had bought a pair of diamond studs 3yrs ago 1+ carats each. Came back gorgeous and exactly what I ordered at a fraction of what you would pay at a walking store, that might rhyme with 'Pails' or 'Rays'. I recently proposed and bought a wonderful 1.5 carat ring and band. My fiance was ecstatic and on clouds for all of about a week. Then she got real upset, apparently she checked websites with bad reviews of Pompeii3. I had seen them myself, but I had the previous experience with the studs and no hangups. I took her and the jewelry down to a local one man shop and he confirmed that she was holding quality merchandise. Case closed. She's confident about the ring and studs and making me 'happy' for all of it. *I did buy the 'appraisal' on the ring, not sure if that helped in quality or not (just laying this out). I am so put out with what I can only assume are haters or competitors writing crap. I know this must be a cut throat business and that markups are a ripoff way to make a dime, but HOLY SHT. These people need to lay off. I expect either way Pompeii3 will continue to kill it, and I will be back to buy more as the years march by. This ring would be beautiful if the craftsmanship was decent on it. I tried to take the ring to 3 different jewelry stores to try to get it resized (rather then to ship the ring back to pompeii) and all three jewelers would not even consider resizing due to how poorly the diamonds are placed. The head of the diamond is very crooked as you can see in the picture attached. Almost none of the side diamonds are placed evenly, they are either pushed down way to far or also crooked. I already tried calling customer service to get the ring replaced or refunded and they will not do either because the ring was purchased over 30 days ago (I just received it as gift). The only thing they will do is resize it and fix UP TO 3 of the diamonds. This rings need a lot more attention then only up to 3 of the diamonds. It is very sad and discouraging that they are standing behind the workmanship of this ring. **My added comments below are directed towards trying to leave a review directly on the pomeii website. I would also like to add that I've been trying to submit this review with ONE STAR and it keeps "not posting". I tried submitting with a better star selection, and there it is!!!! 4 stars is the least amount it will let me give and show up for everyone to see. ALSO, my previous post that did show up for everyone to see yesterday was just deleted today. The fact that the company does not allow negative honest feedback, with pictures supporting it, says a lot about how they run their business and just how much they actually care about their customers. I've had really wonderful experiences purchasing from Pompeii. They are able to create high quality rings for a fraction of the price, the customer service is amazing, and the turn around is fast. The team will help you customize your ring, and the results have been impressive. I keep coming back because the experience is honestly better than any I've had with more traditional jewelers.

VERY SHADY!! We ordered two white gold wedding bands for our upcoming ceremony; after multiple assurances that our purchase would arrive on time, we received ONE of the rings the day before. Our phone calls and emails went unanswered, and we have disputed the charge with PayPal. We will now be going shopping at a local jeweler for wedding bands literally on our wedding day, thanks to the incompetent and unprofessional people at Pompeii3. RUN AWAY!!!

Pompeii3 is shady at best. I paid $365 for diamond stud earrings that never arrived. I had a FedEx tracking number but FedEx showed no tracking information at all after it had been picked up in Illinois (I am in SC). When I questioned Pompeii3 customer service I was told they had confirmation from FedEx that the earrings had been delivered and signed for and I would not receive a replacement or a refund. I replied that this was unacceptable. I had not received the earrings, they could not provide any tracking information so if they had a delivery signature, it wasn’t mine. I was then told that Pompeii3 would file an inquiry with FedEx about my package. So I agreed to that, but then a few days later I was told it had been denied by FedEx, so I was just out of luck. So, I also filed my own inquiry with FedEx and filed a complaint with the BBB and with PayPal which I used to pay for the earrings. PayPal had given Pompeii3 until May 5 to respond, and so it was no coincidence that I received an email from Pompeii3 today, May 5, that they had "reviewed my case and decided in my favor". I checked my PayPal account, and there is indeed a pending refund. But the tone of that email that *they* decided in my favor made me livid, especially after I had engaged in a dozen email exchanges, filed a BBB complaint, a Fed Ex inquiry, and a PayPal complaint. In reading the reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue with Pompeii3 - not sending items purchased and refusing to refund when the customer complains. So my advice is to steer clear of Pompeii3 and go elsewhere to purchase your jewelry.

Be extremely careful on what you buy Not as described, as advertised, looks used and made massed produced NOT TO ORDER ! Deceptive business tactics , misrepresentation , fraud The ring Doesn’t weigh what it is advertised , in this case .5 grams , that is 10% of the total weight and is significant! Had they included the appraisal it would have been a straight up lie !! , , Now to the actual quality of the ring , it gets a Meh at best !!the gold has scratches , the diamond is dull and lacks shine and they could honestly care less. They won’t get my money again. Weights have to be over what’s advertised not under it. I know there’s more if I thought longer on it , I’m just gonna forward all the info I have to the BBB and there states attorney for fraud , misrepresentation, and deceptive business practices. I’ll post more pics later And then when I left the review they hid it because the company that handles their reviews allows Pompeii3 to edit them any way they see fit ... so all the reviews are fake or manipulated at a bare minimum

The stone was lovely in artificial light. It was TERRIBLE in natural light...totally fractured. Customer service was virtually non-exist. Return postage was not free. They honored no coupons ...even the ones they issued directly. I was sent one for my birthday. I attempted to use it on the day IT WAS received. It was rejected. TERRIBLE ring and TERRIBLE experience.

I ordered an opal ring with diamond halo and when it came in it was entirely different than the ring was previewed as. Upon arrival 3 of the diamonds were missing, the opal doesn’t have the rainbow appearance, I ordered an LED Ring box that was left off my order and was said to have arrived with the ring. After I sent the ring back and paid for shipping again, I received the ring back and the opal center gemstone was loose and fell out while we were walking. I plan to get the ring check for authenticity by an actual jeweler.

Absolutely junk have not had my rings a year. In total nine diamonds are missing. I have contacted them and have got no results. I would never purchase anything again. The reviews are fake.

I purchased a 5ct diamond tennis bracelet (55) small diamonds only (2) are clear. retail valued at $7000. PLEASE be aware their diamonds have A LOT of CARBON which is black in the diamond. It is not ok to have soo many flawed diamonds with that value.

I can not stress this enough! These people are crooks! They outright lie about the clarity of their diamonds. Seriously, the ugliest diamonds ever! I had to pay $100 just to return the crap, because I had to pay for shipping insurance.

Ok, so here's the Reader's Digest Condensed version of this purchase: I bought the 14k White Gold 2ct TDW Forever Us Two Stone Engagement Diamond Ring from Pompeii 3 through Overstock.com, with the understanding the main diamonds were i2/i3, and when I gave the ring to my fiancee, she noticed a black inclusion in one of the diamonds.  I contacted Customer Service at Overstock, and they acted as the "middle man" between me and Pompeii 3, and let them know I wasn't happy about the inclusion, especially since the other main diamond didn't have one. So, I sent the ring back to Pompeii 3, and that's when the "fun" began.  First, the tell me they can't replace the ring because it has scratches on the bottom of the ring. Well, my fiancee had only been wearing it a few days, and she works in an office environment, so, I don't know how many scratches it could've had, not to mention, they could've simply used Rhodium to resurface the ring.  Anyway, after a lot of back and forth through Overstock, we came to a 'compromise'...they would simply change the diamond with the black inclusion for one that was similar, but without a visible inclusion.  Reasonable compromise I thought...until I got the ring back yesterday, and in what seems to me as an act of spite, especially since I called them out and gave them a difficult time, the diamond they replaced the original one with is worse than the original one. It does have an inclusion, however, it's clarity is worse then the original...it now looks cloudy.  I mean seriously...are they that petty? I asked for a diamond that more closely matched the diamond they didn't replace, and they went in the other direction. I seriously and honestly don't think anyone should be anything from this place, especially since they seem to be, and least in my perspective, petty and spiteful, and they seemingly don't care about service after the sale, and seemingly don't stand behind their products especially when you complain about their product. Based on what they've done, I should've had them simply send the ring back as it was, because now it's worse.  I will be posting this review in other social media sites as well as other business review sites.  I'm even considering checking if IL has an office of Consumer Affairs within the State Attorney General's office and contacting them.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!MUST-READ!!! I order a DIAMOND necklace online and they sent me a defective one (that tells you that they don't care before they send it) After that, I sent for repair and took them almost a month to fix it!!! A MONTH!!! As soon as they were done with that I don't know how but the package was lost in USPS and they are making me wait for them to resolve the claim that's their policy (which doesn't make sense). What do I have with your claim I just want my necklace, the WORST part is that I still don't have an answer and I can't do anything about that and they don't at all!!!

I wore my engagement ring for 2 days and 3 of the prongs broke. Luckily, I found the center stone. We had to return the men's band because of poor craftsmanship and it was the wrong size. Terrible experience with this company. I will never purchase from them again. They mailed my diamonds to an email address and not an actual street address . My diamonds never arrived . The company will not refund or replace. Not only did they not make sure they were mailing to an actual address they did not ship with insurance. They refuse to make right . They have 33 complaints alone with the BBB. I encourage you to do your homework and research them ! I would highly suggest not purchasing from this company !

I have had this ring for a little over a year. I have had to send the ring back 4 times now for missing stones and cracked band. Each time you need to send it back you are required to pay the shipping both ways. This comes to about 30$ each time and that is if you do not add insurance or any protection if it gets lost in the mail. Now that doesn't seem like a big deal until it starts adding up. I have spent 120$ so far having my ring fixed each time having the ring back for less than a month before the same stone falls out. I work at a desk and am in no way hard on jewelry. I emailed with the company asking for them to pay the shipping since it seems to be an issue with the ring, they refused! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT ON A COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF ITS PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS!! I would love to see theses reviews updated to see if anyone else is having these kind of issues.

I brought the extra warranty, after getting the ring resized, we received the ring at the end of December. After 7 weeks, diamonds have started falling out of the ring. It is not as described on the website, because the diamonds are not prong set, it looks like they are glued. Very poor craftsmanship. Despite all of this, the company are refusing to refund the purchase, just 7 weeks after receiving it. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a half carat 14kt white gold diamond band. It was a great value ($219)!! The diamonds look nice, the only complaint is that the back of the band is very thin, but overall I'm pleased! Shipping took 13 business days, however customer service was very helpful and upgraded my order to priority 2 day mail so I would receive it before Valentine's day!
