Ok shop. They have a lot to offer and beautiful dresses. We purchased my bridal dress here as well as my bridesmaids dresses. We worked with Stevie to find my dress and she was great! So helpful and easy to get in touch with. My dress was ordered in February and arrived in August. Alterations also took a while but my dress was good to go about 3 weeks before my wedding. Where we had some issue was with the bridesmaids dresses. They ordered their dresses in March and 3 of the dresses arrived in the first week of September and the 4th dress arrived 3 days before the wedding. Our wedding was October 1st. The issue was lack of communication on the shop’s end. The last dress wasn’t ordered when the others were and we weren’t told about that for a couple weeks. My MOH had trouble getting her dress back after alterations. Two bridesmaids weren’t able to get their dresses altered at the shop due to lack of time for their seamstress. Overall I didn’t feel like the management and communication was great. We couldn’t get clear answers on when dresses would be ready. Happy with my dress but we went through a lot of trouble.

After 4 other bridal shops and many dresses, I went into Posh by myself to see what the selection was like. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated considering I was there alone and trying to call my mom and bridal party during the appointment. Shoutout to Melanie for being so helpful with getting pictures and video to send! The FIRST dress I found and tried on was the perfect dress. I was not expecting to find my wedding dress that day, but it was fate. The wonderful staff were so accommodating and considerate of my budget, and even sold me the floor sample (this is during their moving sale). I highly recommend Posh - thanks for all your help!!

Don’t come here if you’re looking for professionalism!! I came in to look for my wedding dress in February (wedding in may 2022). My first time going was a good experience but every experience following was disappointing… one of my alteration appointments, the lady was almost TWO HOURS late the the appointment… no one seemed to be that apologetic or concerned with me waiting almost two hours… they originally told me that i was supposed to take my dress home that day but it was not finished…two weeks later i came back expecting to take my dress home but again, it was not finished… It is now TWO WEEKS before my wedding and i still do not have my dress! No one has called me to tell me anything…im really starting to panic….

I had the absolute best time at Posh picking my gown. I went on a weekday, which I definitely recommend because I had SO MUCH personalized attention. I got to try on a bunch of gowns and both of the ladies there were so helpful, particularly Sydney. She listened to all of my thoughts and chose dresses that were exactly what I wanted. I was a little nervous to try on dresses but my experience here was just amazing. The best part is, the owner of the salon has relationships with wedding dress suppliers such that they have their own private line of dresses only sold here! I ended up getting one of their in-house designed dresses and I couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by Posh if you are in the area! I can't wait to see what the newly renovated boutique will look like and go through my alterations journey with them. oh yeah, they have in-house tailors too!

I am so glad I went with Posh! Nedra and her girls were so helpful during the process. I was not a very "bridal" bride, but they made the process very easy, and even managed to help my mom pick out her MOB dress during one of our visits. We had several alteration visits, and Nedra made sure everything was perfect before I picked up the dress. I love shopping small, local businesses and I'm so happy I was able to support Posh Brides for my wedding.

When I was starting my search for a wedding dress I was so excited to find this shop so close to my house! I had a great experience buying my dress and getting it altered here. Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgable.

Nedra is an absolute gem! This is exactly the bridal experience that I wanted. She was patient, helpful, and charming. They have the most beautiful dresses and and accessories. Definitely swing by Posh Brides on your hunt for "the one"!

I walked into Posh Brides & Grooms knowing that as my first bridal salon I may not find the perfect dress but I was happily proved wrong. Every dress in the shop was gorgeous and Nicole’s ability to understand what I wanted with so few words was incredible. I couldn’t possibly find the right words to express how wonderful my experience was. With all the chaos in the world I was dreading shopping for my dress but Nicole made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. If you are anywhere even remotely near Carlsbad I highly recommend you give them a try!

Prior to walking into Nedra's bridal boutique, I felt so anxious, a little hopeless, and quite honestly, exhausted from trying so many dresses on at other stores. My mom and I walked into Posh and were greeted by Nedra, who my mom and I instantly connected with-- a warm, incredibly sweet, and inviting woman. We went through the selection of gowns that she had (a great variety, I might add) and I did my thing--picked out dresses that I have been trying on time-and time-again that I thought would look great on me, but never moved me. As I am doing this and Nedra is listening to my likes and never-wants, she grabs a dress and places it in my changing room saying "I think this will fit you perfectly". I hadn't even seen which one she chose. Fast forward a few dresses, the moment I put this gown on, one that I never would have gone for before, I had THAT feeling. Prior to meeting, Nedra, I really never thought I would get THAT feeling. I am in love with my Willowby dress and I have Nedra to thank 100% for this. Nedra KNOWS what she is doing. She is a pro. She is a complete pro, but she doesnt lead with that. She listens, makes you and your guests feel comfortable, she is not pushy to say the least, and she really knows what dress will fit which bodytype and most importantly, which personality. She is the best of the best, I am convinced, and I am so excited for future brides to work with her (including my sister--just need her BF to propose now). I have nothing but positive, positive, positive things to say about my experience here and I cannot wait to come back in a few months to do my fitting and see Nedra again! I might even stop by and say hi in the meantime! Thank you, Nedra! You have turned what I thought was such a stress-induced experience of trying on dresses to an incredibly meaningful moment and memory for my mom and I to have and to share.

Nedra was so kind and helped me find my wedding dress! I absolutely love my gown. It’s an adorable little store and it was so nice to have one-on-one time with her and trying on different gowns.

while picking out my wedding dress and my maid of honor's dress was a nice experience, afterwards is where I started having problems. First my maid of honor's dress was supposed to come in within three or four months but it came in five. Next when we pick up the dress it was supposed to be a dusty rose color and it was a purple mauve color. Luckily we found a replacement because we did want to risk the fixed dress not coming in time for the wedding. After that I asked about my alterations for my dress that I was told would be taken cared of because I purchased the floor sample. I was given a card to give the tailors. when I got my alterations done I did and was given a twenty percent discount,not all of it but I took it. However the main problem is when I bought the dress alterations were played down ,that it would be may be a couple hundred dollars. It had to have major alterations done, which add up to almost eight hundred dollars for just the necessities. Luckily with the card it went down and the tailors were kind enough to take away another hundred so I only had to pay about five hundred and thirty dollars. If I had known that I had to do all of those alterations, I wouldn't have bought the floor sample.

I just had my appointment at Posh and had a great experience! Nicole helped us out but Nedra was also there and they were both friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The dresses they had were gorgeous and affordable, which is always great. Nicole was great at pulling dresses she thought I would like and made me feel comfortable from the start. I ended up finding my dress there and I can't wait to wear it at the wedding! I highly recommend making an appointment here!

Could not have had a better dress shopping experience than at Posh. I went to ALOT of bridal salons before finding Posh and talk about night and day difference. The ladies there truly know what to pull off the racks based on your body type and wants. They helped me find my perfect dress and well within my budget. My dress was less than $1000! If you are looking for a dress in North County please check them out, their shop is the cutest little boutique and right in Carlsbad Village so it makes a fun day of lunch and dress shopping.

I found a specific dress online that I wanted to try and was told it was at this salon. While I was waiting for my appointment, it unfortunately sold off the rack. The owner called me and informed me as soon as she knew and I luckily kept my appointment. She worked with me to find styles similar and other styles that worked with my body type. She offered her opinion on the other dress I was looking for and was able to help me envision that dress. I ultimately said yes to a different dress at this salon. The owner is very knowledgeable on various designers and popular dresses and worked with me to find the dress of my dreams!
