And I haven’t event started talking about the food! It was SOO good! Guests kept coming up to me to comment about how amazing the food was. Pozé even incorporated produce from my husband’s family farm to make it more special. Seriously- Pozé is the best!

Poze Catering served hors d’oeurves, a full dinner with multiple entrees, and dessert. Our guests were completely blown away and could not stop telling us how amazing the food was. In fact, the first thing my husband said to me when we began eating our meal was, “Wow, you picked the right caterer!” :-) We are so happy and incredibly thankful to Christophe and his team for making our day extra special.

He never hesitated to listen to my and my husband's requests; after meeting with us he put together a menu that truly reflected our personalities and the foods that we enjoy. Working with Dawn, his manager, was an added bonus as she helped narrow down possible wedding decoration ideas. As I didn't have a wedding planner for the event, it was a huge relief to know that Christophe and Dawn were there to make sure that dinner ran smoothly. He worked with the flow of the day, easily adjusting to our need to push the reception back by 30 minutes and ensuring that all of the food came out on time. Pozé truly helped make the wedding special.
