I was so in love with how our flowers came out. I discussed with Joan my color palette and my favorite flower but the rest was all her. I had arrangements at the Church, bouquets, and boutonnieres and they were just perfect. She even let me bring some of my lace from my dress to add to my bouquet. It was a little rough at first getting a hold of her but worth the effort in the end.

There are not enough stars to give Prange’s florist....... Joan Prange is the absolute BEST! Her talent is amazing and I knew with her doing all of our arrangements and bouquets I the nothing to worry about, and that for sure was the case. The quality is top notch. She is the sweetest too work with. Would not have anyone else!

I cannot imagine going to any other florist for my wedding. Ms. Joan is the sweetest person we worked with through all of our wedding planning. She was able to work SO well with our small budget and the arrangements came out so beautifully! I knew nothing about flowers but she was able to gather whatever ideas I had and made it better than I could’ve imagined! She even gave us awesome ideas for our reception decorations that saved us some cash. The day of she delivered all of the flowers on time and they were perfect! I cannot recommend them enough! Beyond worth it!

Joan is an absolute dream! She offers beautiful arrangements and is very practical. She doesn't try to push anything on couples but she is also open to seeing your vision realized for your big day. She is super down to Earth and treated me like I was family. Would recommend to anyone, she was fabulous!

I hired Joan as a florist for my wedding on October 25th at Sweetwater Branch in Gainesville. Prange’s Florist was the most affordable florist I could find in the area and her work is outstanding and beautiful. She did bouquets for my bridesmaids and myself, corsages for mothers, boutonnieres for the men, centerpieces, cake flowers, and flowers for the ceremony colonnade. She stayed within my budget while attaining the look I had imagined for my wedding flowers. She is reliable and dependable. She can help you with suggestions because she is very experienced. I am so happy with how the flowers turned out for my wedding and I would 100% recommend Prange’s Florist for your wedding day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joan Prange. She is so down to earth, wonderful, and amazing at her craft. She did the most incredible bouquet for me. My MOH bouquet was stunning. And she decorated my cake that is literally my favorite thing about the wedding. Sent her pictures and chatted with her about what I wanted and she delivered ten-fold on my expectations. I let her do her thing and it was unreal. Cannot recommend her enough!! Especially for a laidback bride for myself, it was so nice to work with someone unassuming, relaxed, and willing to work with us on what we needed. LOVE LOVE LOVE

After meeting with several florists before Prange, I was blown away by their genuine desire to see our vision for our wedding decor. The owner, Joan Prange was amazing to work with! She listened carefully to every detail and gave us a reasonable, straight forward cost for each item we needed. She was even kind enough to teach us how to make one of our own decorations so that we could make it affordable on our grad-student budget.

Joan Prange was amazing to work with. She knew exactly how to execute my vision of modern-eclectic, tropical-inspired, greenery-focused wedding florals, and she nailed it! I also loved how hands-on she was - she would sketch ideas during our meetings and met with us to help coordinate the construction of our DIY ceremony backdrop that she attached greenery to. Joan was also very accommodating - she met with me and took my phone calls on more than one occasion, even when she was busy with other things at that moment and searched high and low for a particular flower we had wanted and of course found it for us. She also impressed me by knowing the species name of basically every flower on the planet so I knew then that she is top-notch. If you are looking for a florist in the Gainesville area, I would highly recommend Prange's!

Prange's was great to work with! They did an amazing job on our wedding in the Ocala National Forest! The flowers were beautiful and exactly as we envisioned! On the day of, they were even flexible enough to change out some last minute flowers. Highly recommend!

We loved working with Joan! Both my husband and I got a good feel from her. We went in to the meeting with ideas already in mind. She wrote down every flower in the picture I showed her and guessed that my now husband would want something "weird" and fun. Her attention to detail is amazing and I loved loved loved my bouquet and other flowers! The colors were bold and beautiful just like I wanted. Joan is amazing.

Joan Prange's flowers were prettier than I could have ever imagined. They look like something straight off of a Pinterest board! The boutonnieres were fabulous and the bouquets were so gorgeous and impressive that they made me start to cry. Her centerpieces were everything I imagined and more. My vision for the reception was a pride and prejudice themed party, and she made my vision a reality. I really cannot say enough good things about this florist. With that said, I had a few issues with communication breakdown, though in the grand scheme of things they were minor, such as delays in getting invoices. However, at the end of the day, I wouldn't pick another florist!

She arranged the gazebo flowers for our ceremony. They were absolutely beautiful and surpassed all of my expectations. The guests complimented the flowers all night and even days after the wedding.

I have used Pranges for many events in the past, so it was a no brainer to go see Joan for my wedding! I brought in milk glasses from my grandmothers collection to use and Joan put together the most beautiful arrangements for them! Between those, the hydrangeas and the eucalyptus runners, what we had was a beautiful botanical tablescape! My bouquet was Antike and Tibet roses and it was stunning! The girls carried pink hydrangeas. They are a great budget friendly flower since you basically get a bouquet a stem! If you are looking for gorgeous arrangements and amazing customer service, go see Joan and her lovely team! You won't be disappointed!

Everything that they created for wedding day was absolutely beautiful! When they showed up on wedding day to deliver all of the flowers, the sweetheart table arrangement and my bouquet had been prepared with the wrong colored main flowers (pink instead of orange). Had the difference not been that noticeable, I wouldn't have cared. However, they looked like a spring arrangement as opposed to a fall arrangement, which I requested. My maid of honor called the shop immediately and they offered to amend the situation without any question. The person that delivered the flowers returned them and came back with the correct ones promptly. Due to how professionally and tactfully this situation was handled, I would absolutely still recommend them to anyone and use them again myself. Sometimes, mistakes happen. That is the reality of running a business and life itself, however, it was how the situation was handled with emaculate customer service that truly matters. My flowers were beautiful. :)

I chose Joan at Prange's Florist because I felt she understood my vision and listened to what I was looking for more than other florists I met with. When I used pictures to show what I considered a general idea of what I was looking for, she did take more of a literal approach to the image than I imagined. With that said, I got exactly what I was looking for. Joan used creative ideas along with the images I presented her and her expertise to create arrangements better than I could have imagined. I appreciated that she advised me on when and how to use each flower I chose which allowed us to have arrangements which lasted and looked great the entire evening!

Prange's made magic happen for my wedding! I was married in February, and a lot of the flowers I wanted were not in season. Joan worked with me to make sure we found alternative flowers that I liked that would definitely be available. She was upfront about what would or would not be feasible, regarding not only flower varieties, but also my budget and venues. Come the day of my wedding, I was ecstatic to discover that she had hunted down some of my dream blooms and incorporated them into my bouquet and decor! I loved everything and received so many compliments. They really went above and beyond to make my day special.

We loved Prange! They were willing to listen to all of our requests and gave great advice on what would work best with our venue and budget. Budget friendly but definitely not scrimping on BEAUTY!

Joan Prange was great! She helped me stick to my budget while providing beautiful flowers for our wedding. I was considering doing a lot of DIY things (centerpieces being one of them) but Joan was abe to give us gorgeous centerpieces that were cheaper than DIY. I really appreciated that she didn't pressure me to spend more money but still gave us an absolutley gorgeous floral arrangement.

When I went in to Prange’s Florist, I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted for my bouquet and my fiancé’s boutonniere. We had a Gator wedding, so our colors were orange and blue. I thought I wanted orange gerbera daisies and some type of lily I saw online. When I met with Joan, she was able to come up with the perfect bouquet by offering her extensive knowledge and experience. She suggested I add blue hydrangeas (which gave the blue without being too much) and knew the perfect flowers to use that would stand up to the day and to my fiancé. She was easy to work with and the prices were extremely reasonable considering the quality of the product. The arrangements she created were more beautiful than we could have hoped for and they looked amazing in the photos, too.

Joan Prange did an amazing job with our flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and we got numerous compliments on how the colors just popped against the dresses and outdoors. At the end of the night, guests were even asking if they could take some of the flowers from our arch decoration home! Joan fixed the only issue that arose (changing the corsages from pin on to wrist) within a very short time and everything was set to go and fresh for our pictures and ceremony. I was absolutely thrilled with my bouquet and appreciated everything Joan put in to make the day so beautiful!

AMAZING! She is so great and goes above and beyond to make it for you and so wonderful. She made my day even better. She put together a breathtaking arch and centerpieces to make you smile. She had everything we could need and more! She would have to be one of the best I have ever seen..and we were lucky enough to have had her as our florist! THANKS

My husband and I were married at the beginning of June, 2011 and we hired Prange's to do our flowers. We were so happy with the result-- the flowers wer beautiful and just what we wanted. In the initial planning phase my husband and I weren't positive on what flowers we wanted and the woman we met with (I am pretty sure her name was Joan) was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped us out, and she was fun and had a great sense of humor too! We were really pleased with Prange's, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Gainesville area.

I did not use Prange's Florist for my wedding but I was very impressed with their customer service and follow up with my inquiry. I decided not to use Prange's because I choose to do my flowers myself.

I used Prange's because I used to work with Joan and her team and I know her quality of work. I could not have asked for a more beautiful array of flowers for our wedding! I let Joan know what I liked, what I didn't like, the colors I wanted and then gave her the reigns to bring our big day to life! It was truly amazing! Our venue was splendid and Prange's was the icing on the cake! Her work for us was elegant and romantic. And she worked magic to find peonies in the middle of the summer!! I would not have used anyone else!

Prange's was so easy to work with! They listened to all of our ideas and thoughts and made sure to work them into our budget. They were extremely flexible with changes and so attentive to our wants. Couldn't be happier!

Joan is incredibly talented at what she does. She really takes into account what you want, and puts it all together for you. I had a couple pretty big problems come up during my planning, and she was so helpful and calm (which helped a lot because I was panicking!) She knew exactly what to do to make it all work. She was a delight to work with, and I absolutely love her!

Joan is very helpful and will assist you with lots of ideas and information on flower arrangements, bouquets, and options for decorations. She is knowledgeable about lots of different wedding venues and vendors so she works well with getting details settled to personalize decorations. She has lots of creative ideas and advice for other areas of your wedding as well! My bridal bouquet took my breath away! I had given her a picture of something in the line of what I wanted and the end result on my wedding day was stunning! It was like she had taken a picture of my dreams and made it a reality. The bridesmaid bouquets were exactly what I wanted without even knowing it and all the arrangements were beauiful. She helped set a lot of things up and was definitely a joy to plan with!

They were great! Even came through with extra last mintue things, including covering up the cake which collapsed the day of!
