The limo was amazing, big enough for our entire wedding party. Plastic champagne flutes and glasses were provided for our ride from the ceremony to the reception which made life easy on my part. The only downfall was the limo had the wrong address for my parent's house and we were about 25 minutes late to my church ceremony which disrupted our entire timeline. Other than that it was good.
Great on time service. Reasonably priced
We used PLR for our wedding and they were wonderful. The arrived right on time and the driver was very nice. The limo was clean and fully stocked with glassware and napkins to match our wedding colors. Would definitely recommend.
Premier actually saved me from a bad limo company. They were very helpful, and reliable. The only negative is my wedding was on one of the hotest days of the year and the limos were super hot. My driver tried to help to get the air running but we all pretty much melted in both limos, we couldn't wait to get out. It would have been a perfect experience if we had cool limos.
Our limo driver was a mess. He got lost, he didn't know how to work the air conditioner, he wasn't friendly. Our complaints were addressed by Jim, who was an improvement, but it was still the biggest disappointment of our day.
Service was wonderful. Limo bus was clean and arrived on time. The driver stayed with the bus at all times, was polite, and professional. Inside of the limo bus was very cool. Would recommend for a wedding!!

On 7/22/11 I paid to have a 2011 Bently Flying Spur (white w/tan interior). But at 8:52pm (est) on 9/3/2011 I was notified that the car I paid $1000 to have on my wedding day which is today which was 9/4/2011 at 2:30pm will not be delivered. Upon learning of this I asked if another accommodation equal to what I had already paid for was available because the car was a present for my soon to be husband and I and we now had NO transportation to our wedding which was at that time was less than 24 hours away. I was told there was no other accommodations available to me because they telephoned my fiance on 9/2/11 and told him that he didn't have the Bentley that I paid for but that we could have a 2010 Rolls Royce (same color). However, the issue is that I got at 8:52pm est (again which was less than 24 hour to my wedding day) was to inform me that not only was I not getting the Bentley that I paid for but that I was also not going to receive the Rolls Royce that was promised as a back up plan because the Rolls Royce was in an accident earlier in the day of 9/3/11. The first issue here is that Max contacted my fiance on 9/2/11 which was totally inappropriate because I was the one that paid for the car and it is my name that the Bentley was confirmed under my fiance being a passenger and he was only to be telephoned about the car when the Chauffeur arrived but not if there was an accommodation issue because the car was supposed to be a surprise to my fiance as it was my gift to him..this was of course ruined when he received the telephone call telling him that the Bentley in which I paid for was not available. Next, the reason for the lack of delivery of the Bentley is because it was in the shop for mechanical issues..problem here is, when the car was put in the shop why was I not notified of the possibility of the car being unavailable immediately, instead of a telephone call being made to my fiance (ruining his surprise) on 9/2/11? Had I been notified of this it would have given me a reasonable amount of time to get my money back and find other accommodations. However, I was not notified until 17 hours before my wedding day (which was at 8:52pm on a Saturday night) so it left me no time to find any other way for my husband to get to our ceremony at the church nor did it leave us any way to get to our picture venue or to our reception. As a result, my fiance was left to catch a ride with friends, and we had to also catch a ride with a friends to our picture venue and to our reception.
After being told by Max that I was not going to have the 2011 Bentley Flying Spur that I paid for, nor was I going to have the replacement 2010 White Rolls Royce that he promised, I was told he could put me in a Chrysler 300.....I said, NO because it was not equivalent or worth $1000. I then asked him to call other rental placed to see if he could accomodate me by renting something equivalent for me from them. He said he called from NY to VA and nothing was avail. He then said, he could give me a 2007 Rolls Royce (Silver and Black in color) I said I need white and tan he said he didn't have it,I was desperate so I said I'll take it but I need some of my $ back he said NO. Take it or leave it. He gave me my full $1000 refund and we had to hitch a ride all day on our wedding day but I didnt get the $ back until 2 days after my wedding so I couldnt afford to rent anything else.
