We used Premier for our wedding shuttles and they did an amazing job. Annie was extremely helpful in the planning process to make sure everything was correct and was always a phone call away to answer my questions and help me with whatever I needed. Would use them again!

Premier Transportation was so great for our wedding night transportation! The driver, Earl, was so nice and the car was super clean! They even accommodated our request to stop at our Airbnb so we could change out of our wedding clothes before heading to the airport hotel! Overall, Premier was a great choice for our wedding night transportation!

They gave us a great deal due to COVID, and the staff was responsive. The bus had some AC issues and was nothing to rave about.

One of our concerns with booking our wedding venue was the location and having guests driving- especially since we were having so many out of town guests. We secured a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott in Allen and we used Premier Transportation to transport our guests to/from the wedding venue. We booked (2) 56-passenger buses and had them for the entire evening. They made multiple trips from the venue back to the hotel. Even some our local guests used the buses! The booking process was simple and seamless and the buses were on-time, clean and very comfortable. The drivers were kind and patient and we were kept informed of the status of their arrival via text messages. They did a wonderful job and made me feel more confident that our guests could have fun and be safe!

Premier did a fantastic job shuttling our guests on our wedding day! We got several comments from guests about how nice the driver was and how much they appreciated not having to drive to our venue, which was about 30 minutes outside the city. Thank you for an excellent job!

We were so impressed with the professionalism and kindness! For our wedding, we had a limo and limo bus to take us between venues, and when the limo overheated, the company and drivers took action to make sure that everyone made it to the ceremony on time. The limo bus made multiple trips and they sent another car over from Dallas (we were in Fort Worth). It worked out perfectly and we were thankful for the efficiency to make everything go smoothly! I highly recommend Premier Transportation. I contacted them to help fulfill a last wish for a hospice patient who wanted to take his wife to WinStar Casino for their 53rd (and probably last) wedding anniversary. I already had transportation set up for the trip going, but needed transportation for the return trip. Premier was wonderful in making this happen for this couple. They sent me along with the couple up-to-date reminders and status updates regarding the driver's arrival. Laura in the office was professional, helpful and kind as she helped make this happen. This meant the world to this couple and Premier helped to create memories that will help them get through upcoming tough times.

Arrived early, well informed driver, polite, helpful, friendly, understanding, patient. Even when I got sick in the car the driver got out to help me. Excellent service!!

We were getting married about an hour outside of Dallas and we wanted to provide transportation for our out-of-town guests. We also need limos to take the bridal party to the venue and a “get-away car.” Laurie at Premiere Transportation was wonderful in coordinating the different types of transportation we needed for our wedding. All of the vehicles arrived on time, were clean, and the drivers were all so nice! If you are looking for wedding transportation, definitely call Laurie at Premiere Transportation!

Very easy to work with and early/on-time for all pick ups! We used them to transport the bridal party to the ceremony, to a second venue for pictures and then be dropped at our reception venue. There was bad weather the morning of our wedding and our driver, Tony Willis, did the best job of getting us close to the door and/or dry pathways!

Premier Transportation is the way to go if you're looking for high-quality transportation services for a fair price! They kindly accommodated every transportation request of ours and even threw in some extras, just because. We booked their 50 passenger charter bus as well as a getaway vehicle, both of which were very nice and clean. The drivers were kind and professional. We have no complaints on how our services turned out. I am so thankful for the Premier Transportation team!

We used PT for a shuttle back and forth from hotel to the venue and also a get away car. Although we did not get to go on the shuttle the guests really enjoyed it and called it a party bus 😂. We wanted a fancy get away car but it was about $600 out of our price range so we used a more reasonable car they had. It was still very nice. After the end of the event the last shuttle left the venue and my cousin was cleaning and didn’t get on the bus. Someone contacted premier and miraculously then went all the way back to the venue and took her to the hotel way after they were done. They are top notch.

I highly recommend Premier for wedding day transportation! About 75% of the guests at our wedding were from out of town so we wanted to provide shuttle service to/from the hotel. Premier was incredibly easy to work with and reasonably priced for the quality of their vehicles. Being on time is EVERYTHING on the wedding day and they delivered on that flawlessly. Don't cut corners on this vendor choice in particular - if you want to reduce stress on the day of, go with Premier!

Premier Transportation was awesome! We booked them to transport our wedding party and I would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional and responsive. On the day of, our driver was early and super communicative. I really appreciate the messages we received on the day of with location and status updates. We used Premier's services for pickup after the wedding and to and from airport for our honeymoon. We had a different driver each time and all 3 were exceptional! Premier went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely use them again!

Great experience! Exactly what we needed! Had to rent for 2 hours but it is hard finding a limo place that will do less than that unless your going to the airport. Would really recommend!

What a great job Premier did at my daughter's wedding. The bus arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early which is always great. Took the bridal party to the chapel, re-routed due to accidents so they were not delayed. Transported the entire wedding party around town then dropped then off, with smiles on their faces and "what a great time they had on the limo bus" was heard by all. Then, due to bad weather, we had to scrap our original helicopter departure and Premier came to our rescue, providing us with a limo to wisk the Bride and Groom away. What a great job by a first class company.

We selected an Equus for our getaway car due to its sleek look and the affordability for a 2 hour time frame. The driver arrived right on time (maybe even earlier) & was SUPER professional. Very kind and offered congratulations, then stayed quiet the rest of the drive while my husband and I talked! Since you put in your destination online, he knew exactly where to go and got us to our hotel making great time. Gratuity was included in the price we paid for the car according to the website, but my husband was so impressed with the driver he couldn't help but give him an extra tip. Overall very impressed and pleased that we used Premiere!

I can't explain how important it is to book with this company. Think about it, if a limo is late, your whole wedding runs behind, and if you are providing transportation for your guests, they could be late. My husband and I booked a limo (for the parents and grandparents), a party bus (for the bride and groom and bridal party) and an executive shuttle for hotel guests to get around, and it was all seamless. The drivers all showed up 10 - 15 min early, and texted to confirm. They shuttled all our family and guests around seamlessly, and everyone loved the accomodations. Pristine inside, and every driver was polite, and courteous, especially helping our elderly guests get in and out. This was one area of my budget where I spent a little bit more, because I wanted perfection, and they delivered! Highly recommend! Also, Laurie, is amazing to work with and very responsive!

My husband and I rented two big limos for our wedding day and the exit car after the reception. The service was not just very professional, but in the same time personal. We felt pampered on our wedding day, our wedding party enjoyed the luxury transportation equally. Thank you, Ted and your crew!

I am a wedding planner and have worked with several transportation companies but only feel confident in recommending Premier to my brides. I have been ecstatic with the level of service and professionalism. Everything from booking the shuttles to the execution of the event to wrapping up payment has been a breeze. The drivers have all been on time or early and have gone above and beyond including escorting one of my brides into the church with an umbrella on a rainy day! With so many details to worry about on the wedding day, I am so thankful to work with Premier and know that my brides are in great hands.

We rented a limobus and a Lincoln Towncar from them and it was great!! The limobus was so much fun with our wedding party on the way to the reception!! The drivers were very nice and it wasn't hard trying to book them!

I had several stops for the driver to make - all my bridesmaids were picked up at specific locations. Each pickup was made on schedule and everyone made it to the final destination right on time. The driver was helpful as we loaded up the limo to leave for the ceremony.

Luckily, Premier still had a 6 person limo a month before our wedding day to serve as our getaway car. The limo driver arrived right on time and had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We were so exhausted on the way home, but the limo driver was very polite. The price of the limo was about average, but that's expected. The customer service for Premier is amazing! I would highly suggest Premier for anyone who would like to rent a limo!

We used Premier for our wedding on New Year's Eve. Our driver was so nice, helpful, and (most importantly) on time. Because it was NYE, we had to rent the limo for 8 hours, and as a result, I would give value only four stars. We probably only used the limo for 3 out of the 8 hours, so it was a lot of money for not a lot of use. We definitely needed the limo because we didn't want guests staying far away to drive on NYE, and the driver was great, so we still had an overall great experience with the company.

We used Premier Transportation to take us from the reception to the hotel. The chauffeur was incredibly polite and willing to take us anywhere (since we had the 3 hour limit). Prior to the wedding, when setting up the reservation, Marsha was so nice. It was easy to make the reservation. We would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Very good. We had a hard time with the transortation. We got married during prom season. We got the run around from other limo companies. This company was very fair and didn't try to scam us out of money.

The driver was fabulous and truly made us feel like it was our big day. We loved him so much we gave him a cake at the end of the drive. He took us through downtown and showed us the beautiful scenery at night... it was completely memorable!!

They seemed to do everything they were supposed to- we had a limo bus for the wedding party and standard limo for bride and groom.;Seemed to be fine we didn't really have any special requests.
