ntment which included refreshments, a few surprises that they had worked on with my maid of honor, and the whole dress shop to myself and the people I had brought with me. Sarah and Anna were my consultants and they were amazing. They listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses based off of that. They did encourage to try a few dresses that weren't the "usual" for me just in case there was something that surprised me, but when I said I didn't like them they went back to pulling dresses that I was most comfortable with. I think I ended up trying on over 20 dresses, and for most of them there was at least a part of the dress I liked. Sarah and Anna listened to what I liked about each dress, and then kept pulling new dresses based off of that. In the end, I ended up getting a custom dress that I loved.
Before my appointment, I was able to talk about my wedding and what our vision was, and I also sent them dress inspiration so they had an idea ahead of time what I was looking for. I also had sent them a few of the Disney Fairy Tale wedding dresses that I wanted to try on, and they were able to get them in the store before my appointment.

They took their time, never made me feel rushed and were so patient with both of us as we tried on dresses to make sure we chose the best one. They sent me cards in the mail and also sent my mom a card in the mail after the wedding as well. ave to order up two dress sizes it would be easy to have one of their recommended tailors make alterations. I was a little hesitant to order but I kept receiving reassurance from the staff that this was “normal” and all would be fine.
Well, the tailor does not share their opinion that the dress will be easy to alter. She indicated that it is so big and with the lining she would have to completely take it apart and rebuild the dress in my size. She says I should never have been sold this dress with such unrealistic promises. To have it altered to fit me and hang properly, she said it would be more than the dress had originally cost. She also mentioned she was not impressed with the quality of the dress and suggested a few other placed to shop where I would be able to pay much less for better quality.
I did reach out to Premier Couture knowing that they have a no return policy on all purchases. I was hopeful that they would try and make it right since it was never warn and I was assured by staff (and I believe the owner) that the dress would be easy to alter. I honestly believe they are all about the sale and care so little once they make the sale, thus their no return policy. I had a friend purchase her MOB dress here a few years ago, she wanted a size 6, but they insist she get a size 4. She was so unhappy when she picked up the size 4, but would they allow her to exchange it for the correct size? NO, she had to order and pay for a second dress in the correct size. (The dress was over $800!! And then to have to purchase it twice!)
For this reason, I can not recommend Premiere Couture. Please take your business elsewhere. There are many lovely places out there for dress purchases, both locally and online. It may be worth an hour drive to get much better customer service.

w me, my then Fiancé and the vibe I was looking for not just with my dress but the wedding overall. At my appointment, my stylist gave me a personalized gift and after I bought my dress they sent me a thank you letter and another little gift, they even sent me another letter the week of the wedding congratulating us. They even offer dress cleaning services which I have decided to go through with them as well. I did have an overskirt added to my dress which was from a different bridal store (Charlotte's Bridal - La Cross; also highly recommend as they were extremely helpful)

ve an idea of what dresses to pull. Leading up to my fitting, they scheduled a call to ask more detailed questions and my stylist sent a short video introducing herself, which was really sweet.
The shop was beautiful, airy, and cozy. Hannah, my stylist, immediately made me feel welcome. She picked out some great dresses to start and then helped me identify what I liked/didn’t like about them to help hone in on the perfect dress. The shop had enough variety that I never ran out of options. Even when I was pretty sure I’d found the right dress, she was gracious in giving me time to think about it, go to another shop, and try on 2 more dresses before settling on the one I had originally liked. She also helped my mom explore some dresses and made her feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

experience was absolutely amazing! I did the VIP experience on a Sunday and brought my family and friends and we had so much fun! They went above and beyond to make the day absolutely amazing. There was food, drinks, I got my makeup done, and personal pictures! It was such a memorable and positive experience.
Their dress selection was big too. It has a beautiful boutique vibe but yet they have so many dresses to pick from. I absolutely love the accessories they had too! My headpiece was my favorite! 😍 I also got a custom jean jacket which was perfect for the wedding (and bachelorette party too!). I got to pick the pearls on the jacket, shade of the material, font, what it said, and I even added the date of our wedding. I loved my jacket and I still wear it all the time!
My stylist was so amazing! She listened to everything I said I wanted. I love that you can browse the dresses yourself and that you have your own dressing room and then come out of the room so your guests can see your dress. I think having personal time with the dress before everyone gives their opinion is so awesome. I’ve been to other bridal shops where your guests are in the room with you while you change and I wasn’t a fan of that.
MOB and MOG dresses both came from them too. They both loved their dresses, thought the selection was good and their dresses arrived quickly too!

nd made sure I found my dream gown. I tried on several gowns and the staff was patient, attentive, and understanding. They gave space for reflection and offered honest advice when asked. The team even coordinated with my sister and mom to include surprise treats during our visit as it was also my birthday! Once I found my gown they explained all the next steps so that I understood, and they answered all of my questions when I asked. On my wedding day I received nothing but positive compliments on my dress, it fit perfectly (we custom ordered my size) and I was comfortable the entire day! looking and not looking for. The staff person brought out several dresses. Some I specific I was not looking for. A couple of dresses were too small and couldn't try them on. I found two that I liked on. The one I choice after doing my measurements. I felt that I would not be able to get the dress. The sales girl talked about getting it and changing the zipper to a corset. And, that my size was not blocked out. So, she would call the manufacture. I paid for the dress in full. While showing people pics of the dress I picked out. It was obvious that I couldn't get the dress. I was told I would hear Monday or Tuesday. Well, I had to call Tuesday. I got my refund due to the dress was not available in the size I need. I found a dress manufacture with a lot of styles that come in my size. I will be going that direction. I would not recommend this dress shop.

I couldn't leave the store without it. The staff went above and beyond to help me that day, they put me in probably a dozen dresses until I came back to the first one. The appointments were only 45 minutes long because of the special sale and they didn't have the veils on the sales floor but the consultant went to get one for me just so I had the whole look. pushy and almost rude, telling us we needed to make a decision either way as she had girls coming in to look at prom dresses. Additionally, we called ahead of time to see if they carried dresses in my budget with features I was looking for, and the woman on the phone was absolutely certain they could help me. However, all of the dresses they showed me at my appointment were far above my initial budget and the associate acted like my requests were unreasonable (which may be true in the wedding dress world, but I wouldn't know that!). Ultimately, loved my dress, but wish I would have recorded the style and bought elsewhere as I didn't enjoy my experience and ended up spending much more money than anticipated; I would have preferred to support a different business. At a later visit to look at accessories, the same associate was again very short and borderline rude toward my grandmother.

This is the only bridal salon I went to, but I do believe you can find better pricing on gowns if you shop around. Premiere Couture without any problems. I was extra concerned because my colors were complicated (each groomsman was in a different color to match their bridesmaid) and my father and brother both have the same name but were to wear different colors.
I called two weeks before the wedding to be sure the original shop had everything correct and all the sizes were in. Everything was copacetic and correct when I called.
Once we arrived at Premier Couture (we had 5 fellas who needed to be fitted at the time), the staff seemed very confused and unwilling to help. There were three people there, but only one person was helping us (even though we were the only party in the store at the time). My mother in law began grabbing tuxes from the rack to expedite our process as our one helper would periodically disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time.
As I had worried, my father and brother's sizes were mixed up and many other pieces of other tuxes were incorrect.
They were also charging full price for every tuxedo even though our fathers were contracted to get 50% off and the groom's was contracted to be free. This confusion led to another hour of waiting since we still only had one person helping us.
Throughout this entire mess, they continually blamed the Oak Creek store for the problems; despite the fact I had confirmed everything with them weeks before.
Savvi tuxedos are great in quality and price; but do not work with this store unless you order directly from them - and you might want to give them a heads up if more than one or two of you are planning to shoe up for fittings at the same time.

They got the designer, Janet Nelson Kumar, on the phone at least twice during the appointment to ask about a few custom changes I wanted. Janet was open to the changes and they turned out perfectly.

Otherwise the store is pretty and preppy in pink and black, and they have quite a few very simple, classic styles available. My saleswoman, Laura, was totally wonderful and not pushy. A breath of fresh air!
