We are so thankful our planner Heather recommended this vendor to us! They provided us with beautiful table cloths, gold-rimmed charger plates, and a few other things. The tables looked so beautiful I cannot wait to get pictures back from my photographer. This vendor was great at communicating and flexible when it came to getting what we needed. We had a decrease in numbers was expecting so we didn't need as many table cloths, and I asked if we could use the credit towards other items. They were very upfront and honest about the limited items that had since it was so last minute but we made it work and added a few different hand sandtantiers throughout the reception which was great.

Perfect perfect perfect! The service is so wonderful and the products are great. I visited the showroom with my MIL and we picked out the silverware, drinkware, chargers, linens, and place settings we wanted easily. Linda was so helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and they did a great job with the setup and breakdown. I definitely recommend this vendor to brides! They traveled to our location in Plantersville and we had absolutely zero complications or issues.

We utilized Party Time Rentals for many linen rental for our BIG day, but we were happy to also rent a Jenga and cornhole set! It was easy to order and change to our order if needed. The linens were perfectly steamed and the colors were exactly what we wanted (colors true to their online color). We also appreciated the easy, contactless pick-up and drop-off of our items.

Party Time Rentals was a pleasure to work with from start to end. From helping us make decisions about colors and textures, to making suggestions that would help bring our vision to life, the consultants truly helped me feel confident throughout the planning phase. After COVID hit, they were so helpful and flexible each time I needed to make adjustments to our numbers. Delivery and pickup was seamless and helped make our wedding day stress-free! Finally, I have to share that the first time my mother cried on my wedding day was when she walked into the reception hall and saw all the lovely decor, largely thanks to the linens Party Time Rentals provided. I will forever be grateful to them for their role in making our special day perfect.

PTR was so easy to work with and I loved their wide range of furniture options. They had my favorite lanterns i could find anywhere. They also worked with me when my venue had a big event the next day so all the furniture i rented had to be picked up at 11pm after our grand exit. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals in the bcs area!

The linens I rented from Party Time Rentals were so luxurious! I received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. Amy Kujawa helped me put together my entire order and was happy to help with any questions I had and was happy to alter my order when changes arose.

Party Time was fantastic! They were extremely accommodating, I live out of town and my wedding was near College Station so I used them. Lauren was my consultant and she was extremely professional and handled every single detail. She thought of all the little things that made our wedding stunningly beautiful. She understood my vision and took it beyond but helped me to stay within my budget! They had a fantastic variety of tables, dishes, flatware, linens and decor. Anything I asked for they had! They were punctual dropping off and picking up and very helpful with anything we wanted to move around last minute. For any future events I will use them again and I recommend them whole heartedly!

It is so nice to go to one place to get all our rental needs! From place settings of napkins, Chargers, various flatware options, plates and glassware, to linens in every color and fabric style Imaginable - they have you covered. If you want to take it the next step further with decor, statement cake tables, custom bars or backdrops and lounges, they have that, too!! Forget multiple delivery and setup fees, and if you aren’t sure exactly what you want, you can schedule a meeting at their showroom and play around with your favorite setups. Their team is very helpful, patient and kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your event is covered and you know exactly what you need. Highly recommend to everyone!

Party time rentals was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me pick my linens and make sure everything was perfect for my wedding!

Super easy to work with over the phone and via email! They had everything ready for us with no problem and picked everything up after the wedding with ease. The only issue we had was the warehouse staff was a little sloppy during the loading process and ripped my now husband’s bed guard off of the bed.

Party Time Rentals was one of my favorite vendors during the whole wedding process! Their event consultants went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were perfectly happy with our order, even though we changed our order multiple times they were prompt to make it happen. If you are planning a wedding I HIGHLY recommend using Party Time for your rentals. The event consultants there are truly a breeze to work with :)

I highly recommend Party Time Rentals. You can receive a 10% discount if you use them for rentals when working with The Chandelier Room in Navasota. My consultant Lauren was great in putting together everything I needed and even suggested ways for me to save money. I was able to arrange for a Monday pickup instead of paying extra for a Saturday pickup. She was easy to get a hold of and accommodating to any last minute changes I made. They were very punctual on delivery as I needed my stuff at the venue at 9 a.m. and they were ready at 8:55 a.m. to unload everything. They were fast and did a great job.

Party Time Rentals provided us with beautiful table clothes and the most adorable sweetheart table for our wedding! We were able to choose everything in the store, and the day of the wedding everything was ready for us to pick up. I definitely recommend using them for all rental needs!

The day before my wedding I had all the linens and added rental equipment delivered. The morning of the wedding I had different people show up with more equipment that I did not order and began setting it up at our ceremony site. As I am trying to get ready for my wedding I had to walk outside and talk to this very rude & unprofessional employee. Even after I showed him the itemized invoice of the items I ordered he refused to take down the extra decoration he dropped off until I spoke with someone at the rental place. I had to call Party Time Rentals and speak with the ordering manager who was also not helpful. I finally had to explain to him that my name is not the name that is on his paperwork for the items he was trying to deliver. We figured out it was for a wedding the next day at the same venue. After about 15 minutes of discussion he agreed to remove the extra equipment from the ceremony site but was not pleasant about it. About an hour later I walked into the kitchen to set up the catering equipment and the same delivery people left a HUGE delivery for the same wedding in the middle of the kitchen blocking the fridge and walkway. I called the ordering manager again and she says “I will try to send someone out to move it within the hour”. No one showed up within the next TWO hours. I called again and at this point I was completely frustrated. Finally, someone showed up to move the equipment out of the kitchen another hour later. They were the only problem during my whole wedding planning process. Even though they have great rental equipment, I would still not recommend their service.

Party Time Rentals (PTR) were a LIFE SAVER! I cannot praise them highly enough! They are quick to respond, professional, and deliver quality supplies. I rented china, silverware, and cocktail table linens, which were all delivered promptly the day before my wedding. The morning of my wedding I realized the linens we were borrowing from family were completely wrong. I literally e-mailed Amy at PTR "EMERGENCY" to beg for 23 new round table linens and a head table linen. It was her day off, but she still responded asap! My bridesmaids call PTR and coordinated to get all new linens delivered that day by 12pm. Party Time was a crucial part of creating the weddings of my DREAMS, everything was so beautiful and perfect. I HIGHLY recommend them, and would use them again in the future!

Party Time Rentals is amazing! As a wedding planner, quick communication is key and Maria at Party Time Rentals was perfect! We rented a whole backyard wedding setup. Everything from the tent to the decor on the tables. The entire process was seamless and everything ran perfectly! The guys who came out to the site visit were respectful and remembered everything that needed to be done when they came out to set up before the actual weekend! I cannot say enough. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Party Time Rentals did a fantastic job. I had a million add ons after my initial order, and they always responded promptly and got me an updated invoice. I had a major bridal brain lapse moment the week of the wedding and realized I was short at least 25 napkins. They were super quick to confirm that they had what I needed and could deliver the additional linens with my order. Everyone there is so nice, and their linens, wine barrels, and wine barrel table were all beautiful! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Used Party Time Rentals for chair, table, linen, and a dance floor. Everyone I spoke with in their office was so nice and helpful explaining everything they offered and the details for all of the rentals. Even the delivery and setup men were great! They called the morning of the delivery day and arrived at the time they promised. Could not have been more please with Party Time and would recommend to any bride/groom who wants a hassle-free vendor! Party Time is the best!

Working with Party time rentals was so easy! I would definitely recommend visiting their show room and putting together table settings in person. Definitely the place for rentals in College Station!

We shopped around at rental services for a while but signed with one pretty early in the process. We live in a college town so we had to act fast to make sure we could get a tent. First off, they are very friendly there and very organized. If I needed to change or update something everything was done right then and very accurately. We had no problems with the service. The day before the wedding, the tent and linen delivery was a little later than expected so it made it a mad rush before our rehearsal began. No big deal, we had plenty of help but it was a little crazy. The tent was awesome and they set that thing up really well and pretty quickly considering how big the thing was. It was a 20 x 30. The dance floor, however, was a little beat up looking when they set it up. It was even missing one of the pieces of metal on the outside. They made us rent a tent with this particular dance floor, as well. They were out of the "outdoor" ones but we could rent this one as long as we had a tent. I just wasn't expecting it to look so ...used.

They were extremely helpful and quick to anything that we needed for our wedding. prices are reasonable.

they have a large selection and give you a good amount of time with the rentals. we picked them up friday and returned them monday.

Party Rental is Great party rental place for anything and everything you can imagine. We used them for our wedding and they were very helpful, espicially on somewhat late notice to order chairs.

Our linens were in very good shape and easy to pick up and return.

The selection, service, price...I have no complaints! They delivered as promised!

Very relialbe, delivered everything on time, but charged me $20 for not taking down the tables. I had no idea we were supposed to do that. Oh, and for $2,000 they could have at least set up the tables for us!!
