Presidential Limousine

Horrible service. I got the run around several times about my nephew coming on the party bus! After getting it approved I have 2 other incidents of people saying my nephew could not come! After the hassle and stress I found another company for $160USD cheaper. I called to cancel and he didn't even ask why, just said he would send me a cancellation confirmation. Literally a 20 second phone call! Never received the confirmation so I had to request it again! Horrible customer service

From the initial phone call for booking the reservation, to the day of the wedding, we had a great experience overall with Presidential. Our driver arrived on time and was exactly where she was supposed to be so that it was easy to find her. We were running a little behind schedule and she waited without any problem at all. We’d reserved the limo for a photo tour of the Vegas Strip and because we were already late (due to no fault of the driver) my husband and I were afraid we wouldn’t be able to visit several of the locations we really wanted to get to for photos. We were amazed at how quickly and adeptly our driver made it to some of the busiest locations on the strip (Las Vegas Sign, Bellagio Fountains, etc.) on a Friday evening! We hit everywhere on our schedule and still made it to the reception right on time! The ONLY thing I would maybe wish was a little different was that I had to carry my credit card with me. I obviously didn’t have any pockets in my wedding dress and having to keep track of a credit card right after the ceremony was a little bit of a nuisance, especially since I had to give them a card number when I booked the reservation. They manually made an imprint of my card on the day of the reservation and it would have just been so much easier to bill to the card on file. Other than that though, the whole experience was great and Presidential will be the first place I call the next time I need a chauffer in Vegas.

We booked with them for 2 separate occasions, both times the Executive Escalade Limo that seats 8. The 1st time was for pick-up at McCarran International Airport and drop-off at our hotel, The Flamingo Hotel & Casino. The 2nd time we used them was on the day of the wedding for 1 hour, where they drove us from the Platinum Hotel, to the Famous Las Vegas Sign, and back to the Platinum. For both trips we received complimentary champagne & water bottles. Both drivers were on time, and they were polite and professional. Their online booking was quick and easy, and they even have an iPhone app which notifies you when your driver is on route and the status of your ride! This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were an hour late getting on the bus due to running over on our photo tour and a few other unavoidable events. Steve, our driver was more than accommodating. He found a place to park and waited for us to manage to get on the bus. It was not communicated to me that I would need to bring the card I paid with on the bus and I had to have someone go to my room to get it before we started. The bus was very clean with lots of ice for our drinks. I would use Presidential again.

First for the good: I can say that they email you with the drivers name and when they are dispatched to come pick you up. So the communication was good, and having the name of the driver is good for safety reasons. Now for the bad: Our limo got in an accident on the way to the Ceremony. We were already running late, so when we finally got in the Limo I was really wanting to relax. We had complimentary champagne, which was really needed! But then our driver got in an accident! We rear ended someone, so it was the limo's fault. My sister was in the middle seat which had a big hump in the floor so her feet had to straddle it. But because there was nowhere for her to really plant her feet she went flying in the limo and landed awkwardly on her side/leg and ankle. Then the driver said they would send another limo but had no idea when it would arrive or where they were coming from. We were already really late. We sat there for a while, but we could not wait all day! So we ended up having my bridesmaid's husband come pick us up and had to ask a family member to bring an ace bandage for her ankle for the wedding and her and my other bridesmaid's back were hurting not long after that from whiplash. We were only like 3 blocks down the road. Now for the ugly: They at least did not charge us for the limo ride. The very least they could do. Even the roadside manager admitted, it is the very least they could do. And they did not even try to do any more than that. We had the same company, different driver obviously, drive us around in a larger limo after the wedding. They could have at least given us a free ride, especially since the accident was the limo's fault. But that limo and that driver who was one of their senior drivers were great. And my sister called the manager after she got home (none of us were local) because her back and hip were hurting her. So I gave her the number the roadside manager gave us. She called because she wanted to see a doctor but didn't know what to do. She said the lady was rude to her on the phone. That is my biggest problem with all of this. She didn't say she was sorry that we got in an accident or that she was sorry my sister was in pain... Nothing but rude. And of course they don't pay for you to go to a doctor. you have to pay for the doctor and all the services and then apply to be reimbursed and hope that the company agrees to pay. I am sorry but I am big on customer service. It is not like my sister was suing the company and trying to retire from it. She just wanted to go to the doctor. And when I got home I received an email from the company saying they reimbursed us the cost of the limo $69 for an hour... that was fine except because we were off the strip we were charged $103. I emailed them back and have never received a response. My husband had to call them to ensure the whole amount was reimbursed. So again for me that was another pain because I had to email them our invoice for the $103. I am sure they should have had our rate and account in their system and knew what we were charged. So it just didn't seem honest. In the end we ended up being extremely late and our pictures were rushed and we missed some pictures because we didn't have time. THis is a wedding, so pictures are extremely important. That was actually a really huge inconvenience! And I was not impressed with the way things were handled or how we were treated after the accident.

Best priced limo I found. On time. Great chauffeurs. Complimentary champagne inside the limo. Could not have been better.

We booked an Escalade SUV for 2 hours for our Strip Photo tour with our photographer, my husband and I. They were prompt (actually 15 minutes early!) and I really liked how the communication with the driver letting us know he was waiting was via text. The driver did a fantastic job navigating the crazy Memorial Weekend strip traffic.

Showed up on time. We had the party bus. Very clean and very spacious. Very happy with them.

My sisters arranged for a stretch hummer for 2 hours for us to take on our photo tour. There were 14 of us. Timing was perfect, as we walked out of TI, the driver was pulling up. He knew all the short cuts to take so we didn't get stuck in traffic on the strip. He was great with helping me in and out of the limo. Driver was a really nice guy. I would definitely use them again.

Great service! I had to book them last minute do to a scheduling snafu. They were actually cheaper then what I had originally booked!! The champagne was definitely a bonus & not extra. The driver was great! Would definitely recommend!

We booked two limo buses for our Las Vegas wedding to take our guests from the hotel to the chapel and then to the reception. We booked one to shuttle people back to the hotel (2 trips). We also booked a limo bus LV Strip tour a couple of days prior for our families and a few close friends. All were phenomenal. The limos were classy, comfortable, and everyone had a lot of fun. We especially liked Robert, the driver on the tour who we also requested for both one of the buses hotel to chapel to restaurant and then again for the shuttle after the reception. He was nice, funny, extemely accomodating to my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair and uses oxygen... everything you could ask for. During the tour, we hadn't eaten, so Robert was happy to bring us to a place we could get a quick bite and we ate on the limo bus at the beginning of the tour. They were prompt throughout, and the price is on a par with everyone else in town. I'd highly recommend them.

We hired a 6-passenger stretch limo as transportation during our wedding day. The reservation was done easily over the phone. On the day of the wedding, the limo was on time right at the valet of our hotel. We didn't even have to look for him. It was busy that morning that I didn't hear my phone ring, but our limo driver even called to say he was ready for us. Also, I received an email from Presidential Limo when our limo was dispatched from their base. Our driver was very nice and professional! It was an excellent experience with them that I highly recommend them. Also the price was very reasonable!

Service was great, and staff was very friendly! The limo was very clean, and complimentary champagne is always a plus. I will use this service next time I am in Vegas!

The bus that we reserved for our wedding came fully stocked with champagne, perfect ending to our wedding ceremony. The driver was more than willing to do any small errand for us throughout or time on the bus. Fun was definitely had by all and we enjoyed our time celebrating on the bus.

This service was included in my package at The Little Church of the West. The driver was terrible and unprofessional. Evidently we were running late, unbeknownst to us, and instead of taking the strip he took the back way so he could get us to the restaurant faster. Then he had the nerve to ask my husband for 50 bux extra because we went over the time. We were never told that there was a time limit. My husband had to ask his best man for the cash since he didn't have that much on him. Needless to say that it was a huge embarrassment for him

My husband and I recently were married on October 22, 2011. We looked up limo services online, and I found Presidential and all the services that they offer. We decided that we wanted to pamper ourselves, and arrange for airport pickup for us, and both of our parents. Ted was our limo driver and he was fantastic!! He made us feel like Movie Stars!! He had his sign for us when we were getting to luggage claim. From the beginning to end, he was on top of everything! We chose to go get our marriage license straight from the airport, then we stopped by Pawn Stars, strolled down Freemont street, and had our champagne in hand the entire time. It was a luxury that I would do again, and again! We did arrange for our parents to be picked up with the same service. When my family arrived, their driver left one of their bags at the airport sitting at the parking lot, and did not open their champagne nor tell them the champagne was for them. It was a total surprise, so my family was not sure if they could or not. But he did go back to retriev their luggage, luckily it was turned in to lost and found, but their experience unfortunatly was nothing compared to ours. My in-laws, did have a nice ride in, but I think that our driver, Ted, was the best and made the experience unforgettable.

I used this company for my wedding day and found them to offer the best price. I had 2 limos with their service and both were promt on time, clean inside, and professional drivers. The service came with a free bottle of champage and red roses for the ladies...we never received the roses but we were in a wedding and had our own flowers so no biggie.

we used this service to travel to the courthouse to get our marriage license. the car was clean. the driver was friendly and gave us great ideas for going out in vegas. good experience

We rented 2 limos...one hummer per my husbands request and another. The hummer did exactly what we requested. The other not so much. We had the limo for one hour...to pick up at two different hotels and drop off at the chapel. Well he picked up at one hotel and dropped off at the chapel. Never went to the other hotel. He worked for probably 15 minutes and we paid for an hour. When the work order was wrote up with pick up and drop off then on the way bottom of the page was 2nd pick up...no wonder the second pickup wasn't completed....

I did an after wedding "Cruise the Strip" of Las Vegas Tour. My guests enjoyed the comfort of the Party Bus that was reserved as well as the charm, appearance and patience of the driver. KUDOS to "David Thomas" of Presidental Limousine. Keep up the good work! The Joyner's

Everyone kept saying Presidential when I asked about Limos so instead of researching other companies, I just called them up and booked. I was quoted about $50/hour for a stretch Escalade limo, and thinking what a good price that was, I booked. A week before the wedding, I called to confirm, and the woman said they had made a mistake in booking - instead of $200, it should have been $450. I was *very* upset as I had budgeted $200 and our budget was already stretched. I got the manager on the phone and all he said was there was nothing he could do, and "I should have known something was wrong when I got that price" - to be honest, I had no idea what limos cost and figured they were just trying to be competitive. I finally got him down to 10% off but I was just too frustrated and upset by his attitude and the fact that our wedding was a week ago that I canceled and ended up finding a new limo company (James with CL Limo).

We had the limo coach. The driver was on time and very friendly. We decided to stop for food after the wedding and he was more than happy to take us to a place to eat. He was very considerate asking if anyone wanted to stop to use the bathroom (we were headed out to the Valley of Fire State Park and it was a bit of a ride). Overall, we were very happy with Presidential Limousine

They were teriffic, our Driver Chris was the best he took us where we wanted to go, and all on our Party Bus had a great time.

We had the limo bus for the strip tour between the ceremony and reception. We were greeted with roses (the women) and champagne on the bus. My husband thought we had a very cordial driver who made sure all the ladies were helped on and off the bus. The driver along with Todd (my photographer) made sure we hit all the spots we wanted for pictures with plenty of time to make it to the reception.

We showed up to our location (front of our hotel, the ride came with our wedding package to take us to the courthouse for license)and waited 45 minutes for our limo. Around then, we got a call from a random number (turns out its the limo company) saying they will be another 5-10 mins. After about 10 minutes, he shows up. Hes a very friendly guy, helps us in and asks us which chapel we are going to. We inform him we are going to the courthouse to get our license only...not to get married. He drives us to the area the courthouse is but gets lost...he kept hinting that we should look on our phones to give him the address because the person over his walkie wasn't cooperating. We would of had we had smart phones in which we could look up that information. Eventually, we pulled in a drive through chapel and asked a person there and he gave him directions. When we got to the courthouse he tells us that he only gets an hour with us (at this point, we are an hour and half into our appt because of his tardiness and getting lost) and basically told us if we took too long he may not be there. Our trip into the courthouse took 2 mins, literally (we pre-applied) and we called him on the way down the steps. He stopped in the middle of the busy street, ran around to open the doors (but at this point we were already getting in because of all the honking cars) and took us back. Had he not have gotten lost or been tardy, our trip would have maybe of taken 15 mins. By the time we got back to the hotel, it was 2.5 hours after we were to be picked up and the day before our wedding got a bit more stressed. Communication seemed to be lacking. The driver was very nice (not necessarily professional though) and we were very disapointed with the people who called us back at his station. They didn't tell him where we were going nor called to tell us how late they were going to be.

We had them through Little Church of the West and needed about an hour extra between the Ceremony & the Reception. Stacey at LCOW made the arrangements with Presidential and we just paid the extra amount directly to the driver to take us & our photograpgher to the Vegas sign & Bellagio for formal pictures. I was shocked when they showed up (on time!)with a 12 person Escalade when it was 6 people going to the chapel and just Mr. Groom & I afterwards, but it was swanky and the driver was very nice. Def. "Rockstar" treatment! On the return trip to Mandalay Bay was nice - our driver (Jason) tried all sorts of short cuts to avoid the traffic, but alas there was no quick route to be found! He made sure we had champange and I got a rose when we arrived. We tipped him nicely and he arranged to have our bell captain take our gifts to the room for us. Overall we had a great experience and I will be using them again on future trips to Vegas!

i had the limo booked for 2 hours. the limo ended up spending the first hour and a half waiting outside my venue because i was not ready to leave. i got word that the limo driver had come in looking for someone to tell them that he was tired of waiting outside. that bothered me because i paided him and i could have him do whatever i wanted. we ened up using him for a half hour to take us to our hotel because it was only about a ten minute drive. the driver was ok but nothing special. i think all limos are about the same.

We rented 1 white Cadillac stretch limo for the brides party and 1 black Cadillac stretch limo for the grooms party, to the venue. Price was affordable, had enough time to cruise around the strip and head to the venue in time. The grooms limo even made a pit stop at In-n-Out so the groom can eat his last single man meal and calm his nerves. On the way back from the venue to our "party stop" we rented a party bus for both bridal partys and extra guests, Limo made 2 pit stops and dropped us off at our party spot and the experience was great! Staff was great and very accomodating, pleasant to work with and communication was great! Highly recommended.

We rented a party bus for my bachelorette night & the cost was good for what we got. Everyone had a great time and we were able to get around to all the spots. The only downfall was that at the end of the night he couldn't take us all the way back up the strip because he had to get the airport...at 11pm??? So we got off a few hotels down and walked or cabbed it.

Presidential Limos were extremely prompt, actually really early. The driver was very friendly and the added beverages and flowers was a nice touch.

Our driver (I wish I could remember his name right now) was AWESOME! He knew I was into all the history of Vegas when he was driving us to the Neon Museum and he would chime in here and there with little facts and stories and even restaurant reviews. He also knew everywhere we wanted to go and got us there in a timely manner since we were on the clock with our photographer. I booked this company through the Flamingo Wedding Chapel so I'm not sure if they have a better connection there but I have to say I was very happy with the service, especially compared to a different limo company we had used earlier in the week.

We used Presidential to transport the bride (me) and bridesmaids from the hotel to the ceremony location. We were so woefully late. Driver arrived at 2:45; we weren't ready 'til about 3:15. But the driver was the picture of courtesy and class. Didn't make us feel a bit bad about our tardiness and got us where we needed to go safely and quickly.

We had to rent a large number of limos because there was a HUGE event in town that had everything rented. They were on time, even considering the heavy three day weekend traffic. They got us to our destination on time and provided champagne and roses for the ladies. Drivers were very polite. I would use them again, just BOOK EARLY!

After we got married, we went on a 2 hour photography tour of the Las Vegas Strip. It was amazing! We were picked up at our wedding venue, Chapel of the Flowers, and started off at the famous Las Vegas sign. Our photographer, Mindy Miller of RedRock Studios, took us to some hand-slelected destinations along the strip and did our photographs. They turned out so perfect! Our driver was great! He was patient and very helpful. He helped every single time we entered or exited the limo, which was a job in itself with my big dress. This is a great limo service and I would recommend it to anyone in the Las Vegas area!

We used presidential limos to transport our 80 guests from the wedding ceremony location to the reception dinner. The service was amazing, the drivers very professional, extra touches such as roses for all the women, and champagne for the ride was much appreciated. The company was very flexible at meeting the needs of our party and ensured everyone had a safe journey to the dinner and back to the hotel again. We would definatley use their services again.

One time; reasonably priced; and def. took care of the wedding party and guest. My husband and I will use them again for other events.
