Sean did an amazing job for our wedding on 9/10/22 at the Thompson Inn in Durham! I knew of Sean from a family friend who he filled a wedding for 13 years ago. His cinematography skills are incredible! In the course of an hour long video, I was tearing up, laughing to tears and smiling so big. He encompassed all the important elements of our day and so much more. He was so easy to work with and such a nice person, which made the choice to work with Sean that much easier! If you are looking for a videographer who is easy to work with and can produces a high quality video of your day, Sean is your guy!

The wedding highlight video that Sean put together was amazing. He truly captured the essence of the day in the video. Being able to relive our vows, ceremony, and speeches is truly priceless. While we we debated the need for a video when we began planning, after seeing the final product that Sean put together we are so happy with our decision to hire him! We absolutely LOVED working with Sean at Press Play Stuios! He was so easy to work with - booking him for our wedding was probably the easiest part of wedding planning! At the wedding he captured all of our favorite moments, and the video came out perfect and exactly what we wanted, the perfect mix of all of our sentimental and funny moments. Sean is HANDS DOWN the best wedding videographer there is. He is the sweetest and most talented wedding vendor we worked with. There were times we forgot he was there, which is such a blessing for a bride and groom to be able to enjoy the day authentically. A few weeks after the wedding, he gave us a full video and a social media video that PERFECTLY sums up our day into 3 minutes which was a such a gift for us to share with our families and friends. My family is in the television business and we know our stuff-- so there is no way I would recommend anyone else BUT Sean and Press Play Wedding Videography. He's the best there is--- and very reasonably priced!!

We are so happy we hired Sean with Press Play Studios!! We really enjoyed his communication style pre and post wedding as he was quick to respond to any questions and followed-up if needed (it is shocking how many vendors DON'T do that). My husband and I live in Washington DC and were planning our wedding in New Hampshire so we didn't get to meet him prior to our big day, but he was just so professional and there were so many times we didn't even realize he was there. Even though Graham and I really felt like we were able to be present in the moment and really enjoy every minute of our wedding, we were so happy to get our videos back to re-watch one of the best days of our lives. My dad gave an AMAZING toast at our wedding and Sean was able to edit that and send to my mom within the week after our wedding, and then he sent our 5-minute highlight video and full 2.5-hour video less than a month after our wedding. He even made a few small edits we had. Again, so easy and pleasant to work with. We HIGHLY recommend!!

We absolutely loved Sean from Press Play! He was incredibly flexible and hardworking and it showed when we received our wedding video! We loved all the moments captured throughout our day and will be watching it for many years to come. I can't say enough great things about Sean Mitchell with Press Play Studios!!! Sean was a joy to work with throughout the planning process- by FAR the most responsive vendor I worked with. But what really matters with a videographer is the end product. I picked PPS because they were one of the few videographers that gave the option of not "over-editing" into a cinemagic film. Though he does offer this, he offers a more classic documentary style as well, which is why I chose him. There is also great value in his product. He is not overpriced like many vendors. I put a lot of time and research into finding the sweet spot of quality + price = great VALUE and you get that with PPS. We just received our highlights (4 min) and full film (2 hours!) and couldn't be more pleased with the result. We can't wait to watch for many years to come. PS- After viewing the highlights I wanted a bit more reception footage, and Sean was happy to make changes which was greatly appreciated. BOOK THEM NOW, you won't be disappointed!

Sean was recommend to us through our photographer who told us many wonderful things about him. She commented on his professionalism and his outstanding work and style which showed not only through his samples but really showed through on our day. We had a small wedding and I wanted someone there to simply capture it on video. I wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles with a trailer video (even though it would be nice)and all of those extras. We just wanted to raw video file in order to stay within budget but still have someone professional. Sean was able to accommodate this and worked with my budget. We were so glad that we chose Sean. He was always prompt to respond and very informative. During our day, Sean and my photographer worked so well together it was like they were part of the same team-which I think is very important. Sean had a very unobstructive style- we barely even noticed he was there and he wasn't mistakenly in any of the formal photos, which I'm sure happens. He even helped me stay on track during the day which can get out of hand. He wanted to make sure we got everything we talked about prior so when he knew his time was getting close to wrap up, he notified me of the cake cutting so we could make sure we got that on video before he wrapped up. We are so grateful that he did this. We are very excited to see how the video turns out and we are confident with Sean's work that it will be magically and really capture the day fully. We were married in May of this year. When planning the wedding we weren't sure if we needed a videographer but decided to at least look into it. Sean came highly recommended and after seeing some samples of his work we thought he would be perfect. When I first spoke with Sean he was extremely friendly and understood exactly what we were looking for. Any time I had a question he was quick to respond. On our wedding day he was professional, extremely personalable, and most of the time I didn't even know he was there. After the wedding we received the video within the agreed upon timeframe and the video was absolutely wonderful. Sean did such an amazing job from the quality of the video, to the music. We booked Press Play for our wedding in early June of this year and I have nothing but rave reviews about Sean! We chose the basic package + highlight video and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! Sean was such a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond to my emails leading up to the wedding and was so accommodating in any requests I had in editing our highlight video and full length dvd of the entire wedding. On our wedding day I honestly can say that I forgot sometimes he was there! He definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable and was able to blend in with our guests so that we didn't feel like we had a videocamera following us around the whole event. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer, here is what I would say: Your wedding day goes by so fast; TOO fast! It was over in the blink of an eye. These videos were able to so beautifully capture the most meaningful moments of our wedding day. The small details, to the biggest and most emotional moments of the day! The highlight video I have already watched countless times and it brings a huge smile to my face every time. The footage of myself and my husband celebrating such an amazing day with our family and friends really is priceless to me. Sean was the absolute best part of our wedding (besides getting married of course!) We kept contemplating whether or not we wanted a videographer, and we searched and scoured websites looking for the "perfect" person to shot a video in just the way we wanted. When we found Sean's website, we called him and asked if he was available and thank goodness he was! He was such a delight to work with, and such a pleasure to communicate with throughout the days leading to the wedding. When we met him the day of the wedding, we were even more pleased. He came before the day even began, and stayed until the wee hours of the night when everyone had already headed home. He got every last detail on that video and made not one, but *3* videos (a long, a short, and a mini 3-4 minute video) of our wedding day. If that isn't fantastic, I don't know what is! I recommend him highly, and I wish I lived closer so he could document other special events in our lives. I might just have to fly him out to CO for a baby video shoot one day :) I can't say enough good things and he will capture your special day unlike anyone else and really care about all of the special details. Both my wife and I cannot stop talking about how perfectly Sean captured our wedding day. The most impressive thing is he did so in a non-intrusive way. There are several angles of the day/night that we were completely unaware of until receiving the finished product. Everything - from start to finish was perfect. Sean was a pleasure to work with. I found out about his company online and we liked his samples of work. We never met him until the day of our wedding and I was greeted by him with a big smile as I walked out of the limo to enter the church. His team did an excellent job. I loved that he was available for the entire day. I personally chose not to have him at our houses while we were getting ready because we had lots of people over on both ends and didn't want it to be too chaotic. However, if we wanted to he could have been there. Our ceremony and reception were filmed and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend this vendor! I worked with Sean and Press Play for my wedding day, and I am so pleased with everything! The video came out amazing! When I showed people the video, they didn't believe I used only one videographer! I love how he captured shots I didn't even think about, like putting a GoPro in the back of the gazebo we used for the ceremony and in the photobooth we had at the reception! The DVD is great. I love the pictures on the outside cover, and the fact that our picture is on the actual DVD. Can't say enough great things about Sean, I would absolutely recommend Sean to any bride!

We were unsure about having a videographer, but once we knew that my grandmother wouldn't be able to make the trip, we really wanted to have something to show her. Some details about your wedding day you just do not want to have to worry about (although you inevitably will!). We wanted our day to be captured in a beautiful video, while not spending a fortune as we did not initially have a videographer in our budget. I was in touch with Sean a few months before our wedding, and I am SO glad he was available! Our video package was totally customizable, and he took what little information he had from us, floated in the background the whole day (no one even remembers him being there) and put together an amazing video. I was so focused on the other details of the day that it felt wonderful knowing our videographer knew exactly where to be at just the right times, and didn't miss a thing. I would highly recommend using Sean and his team for your wedding day - you will not regret it!!!

Our wedding videographer was Sean and he did an AMAZING job!!! We weren't going to do a wedding video at first, but then a friend recommended him. We saw some of his work and knew we had to book him! We're so glad that we hired Sean as our wedding videographer! He showed up ahead of the scheduled time, was friendly, and very professional. We just received our wedding video from Sean at Press Play Studios and were blown away with the end result! Sean captured so many special moments, and the overall video was edited perfectly. At first we were trying to stick to a budget for the wedding and were not sure if we would spend extra money on a wedding video in addition to all of the other things we were trying to fit in. We are so happy that we made the decision to hire a videographer now that we have our special day captured on film forever. Leading up to the event Sean was extremely responsive and it seemed almost too easy to work with him. On the day of, Sean was there through the whole day but you would barely know it! Working with Sean was such a great experience! We feel we made a perfect choice for the one to capture our very special day! From the first conversation to the last he was always helpful, pleasant and very prompt with his communications with us. Honestly, we left a lot up to him to decide what would be best since he is the professional and I am really glad we did because the video of our wedding day events is absolutely lovely! We had many great comments on the video. Many folks asked us about the music selections and where we found them and how great they were! Our response was simple, "We didn't it was Sean our videographer who selected the music throughout the video." I personally loved his choices and the overall flow of the video. As far as Sean himself he is very easy going yet professional. During the events we hardly noticed he was there actually! He never seemed to be in the way yet captured all the activities :) quite stealthy haha! He sent us a video for our approval before sending all the copies we ordered. That was nice because we did ask for a little edit to be made and he was more than happy to make that change. Also, I might add that my wedding was a same sex wedding. I only mention that because Sean was creative in coming up with a solution for the microphone. Apparently, it is typically affixed to the groom's lapel...guess what no groom and we didn't really want a microphone attached to our dresses ;) No worries he resolved that issue too! Really, truly, I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Sean. In the sea of craziness that goes along with wedding planning this is one very important item I didn't feel I had to worry about and that says a lot to me! So, Sean if you read this.... We LOVE it! Sean did such a great job putting the entire package together!! We can't thank him enough. Seriously. He really captured some fantastic memories and made the day come alive again. I really love how he filmed the church ceremony and captured how much fun it was on the beach taking pictures with our favorite people afterwards. He did a wonderful job of getting a glimpse our details before the guests entered the cruiseport. I didn't get a chance to do that myself so it was so nice to see! I couldn't believe how much I was on camera and I never even saw him around. In the middle of our video he cuts to some friends outside and gets them to say a few words, he had us laughing out loud (as did the best man's speech, again!). Sean also was able to include our engagement video and photos and videos we took on our honeymoon so everything is in one convenient spot. We can't thank him enough for all of the time he put into this project. I would recommend him to anyone. I just couldn't wait to say thanks, thanks from the bottom of my heart.

My wife and I waffled back and forth for a little while on whether or not we should even get a video for our wedding on top of all of the other things we were doing for our wedding. However, in hindsight we are extremely glad that we did and we are extremely glad that we chose Sean and Press Play Studios. It was affordable and easy. Sean was extremely professional and very available with any and all questions and requests that we had. The day was a blur and we're lucky that we had Sean to capture the footage. It was really special going back and reliving everything that happened from the comfort of the couch. Sean blended in seamlessly with our photography team and did his job as he said he would. The last thing you want to do on your wedding day is direct people. The quality of the video and audio was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to capture their special day!

We chose Press Play Studios because they were more creative, higher quality, and more personal than the other videographers we looked at. They worked really well with our photographer, too, even though they were separately owned businesses. The price we paid was also more than fair for the amazing end products. They not only did our wedding video, but also a growing up slideshow, an engagement video, and a honeymoon slideshow, which they put all together for our video. They were incredibly laid back while being very professional. Our friends said our wedding video is more like a movie that people other than just us would want to see because it is so well done. We could not be happier with our wedding video from Press Play Studios!

Sean was wonderful to work with as our videographer! He was very prompt and flexible based on our package requests and day of needs. He also brought an assistant to help get additional shots. He was very active throughout the event moving between small personal moments to large group dance shots; however what was best about him was that you never really knew he was there. He did not have a huge distracting light or ruin any of the natural fun. He was very professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sean! He was affordable and gave us everything we needed in terms of packages (dvds, pre-roll video, there the whole time).

Like many budget conscience couples we almost skipped a videographer to save money but last minute booked Press Play Studios (who was recommended by our wedding planner). Now that we have reviewed the final product I can say that booking Sean was the best decision we made!! We were so nervous and overwhelmed during our wedding that it was hard to “take it all in.” Sean’s amazing videography is the closest thing to re-living your wedding day. My husband and I have been able to share the dvd with countless family & friends that were not able to be there and it was a big hit. During the wedding he was very sweet & easy to work with. Most importantly he was not intrusive at all….we hardly knew he was there. I loved his style and music selection---not cheesy at all. I've had people close to me have horrible wedding video experiences, and I'm happy to report that everything has been so smooth with Sean and his work. On our wedding day, you didn't even know he was there. But he captured everything we wanted. He has top of the line gear, so you don't have a videographer with all their huge equipment running around. Also, he didn't scare people off the dance floor as I've experienced at other weddings. He captured everything, but without being in everyone's face, which was a huge concern of mine before I found Sean. I would choose Press Play Studios again in a heartbeat! Sean was an unobtrusive element the whole day; he quietly captured wonderful moments between friends and family. He was timely in responding to all my questions and had a positive energy about everything he did for us on our wedding day. His rates are unmatched in the New England area and he is on par with every talent out there. He does a ceremony only service for those interested too. He was even willing to set up a PayPal account for paying, provide a special priced package for us, and he stayed well past the time we expected of him, since we were running late at the reception.
