Primo Restaurant

All's well that ends well?! Our actual day went off without a hitch! Ian was a rockstar. He worked with the other vendors to ensure the event was seamless, set up for Plan A and Plan B (in case of rain), and oversaw the event, making sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Primo was a charming spot to say I Do. The gardens and surrounding grounds are absolutely lovely. The meal was incredible!! It seems every meal I have at Primo is better than the last and I don't know how! Chef Kelly was kind enough to take time out or her night to say hello and gift us some books! Unfortunately the months leading up to the wedding day weren't so smooth. Because of how perfect our day was and how hard everyone at Primo worked to make it so, I've struggled with whether or not to acknowledge the extreme difficulties we previously dealt with, but ultimately feel it must be addressed. After reaching out to Primo late last summer we were bounced around to several points of contact (and none seemed to know what the others had said/agreed to) and for long stretches of time weren't communicated with at all. It left us very unsure and uneasy and also in a state of limbo with booking/missing out on other vendors. I know they went through some staffing changes, so don't want to be too harsh, but it was unnecessarily very stressful. So long as Ian is there, I'm confident that no other bride with have to go through that. I look forward to getting up to Rockland again and dining at Primo!

Price at Primo took care of us and our guests beyond expectations. The place was beautiful, the food was excellent and we didn't have to lift a finger. We've been to the restaurant for dinner and knew everything would be done right, to the letter, and without flaw. We're so happy
