Andrea is a graduate of Galmar Academy and Branford Hall Career Institute. She is a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been working in the industry for over 25 years as a skincare specialist. She started her career as a Cosmetic Esthetician and knew something was missing. She wanted to learn more about the anatomy and physiology aspects of the skin and how she can achieve the best results for her clients to feel more confident in their own skin. She has assisted in a wide array of successful medical procedures and surgeries. The patient’s gratification made her want to continue in medical aesthetics. She has worked with plastic surgeons on the Connecticut shoreline and in the spa industry. She has a strong passion for preventive care and wellness and strives for her clients to receive the best optimum results. Cynthia is a Nationally Board Certified and licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. She holds Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences – New England School of Acupuncture. Her extensive clinical background includes internships at Boston Medical Center’s Pediatric Pain Center, the NESA Student Clinic, Mountainside Addiction Treatment Center, and the China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan. Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Neurological Disorders, Pain Management, PMS, Menopause, and Cancer Supportive Treatment, Cynthia also has advanced training and experience in auricular acupuncture and the NADA protocol for managing withdrawal symptoms associated with substance dependence disorder. Cynthia is committed to providing the highest quality, individually tailored treatment by integrating Japanese and Chinese acupuncture techniques and various evidence-based modalities. Her gentle and compassionate treatment approach fosters deep connections with patients, particularly those new to acupuncture, helping alleviate any apprehensions they may have. Embracing the philosophy of interprofessional collaborative patient-centered care, Cynthia is dedicated to patient empowerment. In addition to her clinical practice, Cynthia serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In this role, she passionately advocates for the complementary treatment industry and shares her knowledge with the next generation of integrative health providers.

Tracee has been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years & level II Reiki practitioner. She studied massage at The Massage School of Boston. Her style has been described as intuitive and healing.

Sally has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Sally received her degree at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy- Newington. She is trained in traditional Eastern and Western massage techniques, and has worked extensively with the elderly, as well as athletes, children and performance artists.

Paula has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a lifelong dancer, Paula has always had a love of movement. That love eventually led her to the fitness world where she pursued her Personal Training Certification. In 2010 she embraced the opportunity to begin her Pilates career. Studying under Peak Master Trainers Zoey Trap and Pamela Garcia, Paula completed over 800 hours of Pilates training obtaining her Level III Peak Pilates Certification. She continues to expand her knowledge of Classical Pilates with continuing education and personal practice. Paula’s teaching style is both challenging and encouraging. She uses Pilates to empower her clients to enhance their physical and mental health. Paula is mindful to address every client individually and cater their program to their specific needs. One of her favorite parts of teaching is the ability to educate clients on how to use their bodies correctly to make them feel better and stronger. Her knowledge of anatomy and movement coupled with her patience and dedication to each and every client has made her a successful instructor. Paula teaches a variety of fitness and Pilates classes. She is also available for Private Pilates and Training sessions.

Traci is devoted to yoga and continually works to deepen her practice through teaching and study. She blends these influences with a safe environment for students to connect to their inner strength. She is E-RYT500 registered with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys the physical challenges the practice offers and embraces the opportunity to quiet the mind and spirit while slowing down and releasing tension. Traci’s yoga class provides a soothing sequence to promote health and flexibility, create calm in the mind, and restore balance and harmony in a mindful practice of breath, movement, and meditation. Yoga has helped Traci slow down a bit and she feels the freedom of breath and movement is transformational. Traci finds the opportunity to share the practice with others a true gift.
