Mackenzie and the Red Rock Casino team delivered an exceptional and unforgettable wedding day for my wife and I. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and they do such a great job of keeping it very clean and elegant. The staff are some of the best in the hospitality business. They really took care of our guests. Communication with the team from day one was easy, responsive and transparent. And our guests LOVED the food. From the bread to the main course to the late night snacks - the cooking team really nailed it. Finally, we were so appreciative of how flexible everything was - from last minute headcount changes to asking them to make a custom signature drink...we really felt they were willing to do anything to make our special day perfect. Thank you Red Rock Casino for making our big day what it was!

We could not have asked for a better venue!! It was PERFECT for us and we have so many wonderful people there to thank. First, our venue coordinator was Jessica Halcon. She first showed us the venue, walked us through our menu tasting, and was there the day of the wedding ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day. She went above and beyond, was always professional but also excited with us, and we didn’t expect her there on the day but we’re relieved to see her because we knew we were in good hands!! Second, Danny the head of food and beverage. He was incredibly helpful at our menu tasting when we met him and made our signature cocktails that were a huge hit at the reception! Thanks to him making an excellent paper plane for my husband though, I lost the competition with guests as most decided it was their favorite. But my Paloma’s were also a hit and MY favorite. Danny even upgraded our champagne to rosé for the speeches which made us feel so special! We loved him!! To the executive chef, the chefs working with him, and the bakery— you made the most INCREDIBLE food and absolutely blew us away on our cake! I had no idea edible flowers could look real and I thought they were until I got up close and personal for the cake cutting. Originally, we thought black frosting would do better than fondant in terms of taste but they let us know that it would turn everyone’s mouths black and while that would be hilarious and it was the weekend before Halloween, we appreciated them telling us so we could go with fondant and preserve our pics without that! Everyone told us our hors d’oeuvres and the meal was spectacular! Lastly, we had an incredible bartender Jared for the wedding. He kept it professional but facilitated us all having a great time with him. He kept the booze flowing for our guests and everyone was the perfect level of drunk throughout the reception without anyone getting sloppy. Thank you SO SO MUCH, Red Rock Resort!! This resort will always have a special place in our hearts now and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding thanks to the hard work of all the staff. They made it seem effortless!!

The Red Rock Casino & Resort Spa was an amazing place to have a wedding. We had the best time with Mackenzie going over wedding details. Mackenzie was great at communication especially when it came to random questions that I thought of days leading up to the wedding day. The best part, if we asked for something the response was always "Yes, let's make it happen." This included a chocolate fountain that was so much fun for our guests. We had a delicious food and cake tasting with the banquet team who fulfilled our every need. Definitely try the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes because I am still dreaming about them to this day. The team was so detail-oriented making sure everything came out just right at our tasting and on our wedding day. We were also a bit worried about the heat leading up to the day and were told that our ceremony space could change even until the last minute. Thankfully, we had our ceremony in the beautiful Red Rock Terrace and everything went on perfectly. The cocktail hour was great in the foyer leading into our reception space in the Pavilion ballroom. Everything we could have ever wanted came true and exceeded our expectations. All we can say is thank you to the Red Rock team.

We had the best experience with Red Rock Resort. The resort provided a best in class experience for all of our guests the weekend of our wedding, and our ceremony and reception were absolutely flawless. The food at our reception was delicious and the service was well organized. We were able to make our dream day come to life without any stress thanks to the team at Red Rock.

Red Rocks was a wonderful place to hold our wedding ceremony and reception. The views were stunning and made for a beautiful setting. The vendor was very easy to work with and communicative and worked with us throughout the planning process. We had multiple compliments on the venue choice, food, drinks, etc. The comped suite was an amazing touch as well. We had a great experience.

10s across the board! Red rock showed up and showed out! From the planning to the day of the wedding and even with checkout. We received VIP service from beginning to end. Mackenzie Masurka, our coordinator made sure our needs were met, and exceeding our expectations with the ceremony and the reception. Answered our questions expeditiously. Accommodated our needs, from the hotel to the cake and especially with the catering. And the Candy Bar was delicious...guests are still talking about it !! Thank You Red Rock!

Hosting our wedding weekend at Red Rock Casino & Resort Spa was perfect! Our guests from out of town appreciated having everything close by and our local friends loved doing a staycation. Guests explored Downtown Summerlin, went hiking at Red Rock canyon, and enjoyed the food and entertainment on property including table games, slots, bingo, and bowling! We had our rehearsal on Friday afternoon, then hosted a happy hour at one of the bars where guests could kick off the weekend, and then had our rehearsal dinner in the private room at Hearthstone. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our ceremony on Saturday was perfect! We selected the Red Rock Terrace which was plenty of space for our 100 guests. The view was beautiful and we had no issues with sound from the pool below. I had hesitations about hosting the cocktail hour in the hallway but the team did a great job of making it look festive. There was plenty of passed hors d’oeuvres and the bars were fast to make sure everyone had what they wanted. We held our reception in the Pavilion ballroom and it was the perfect spot for our celebration! I was concerned that the space may feel too big but the tables were spread out and we had a large dance floor that filled the space up. The bars and buffet were around the edge of the room which allowed guests to move around easily. We got married over Memorial Day weekend and rented cabanas the day after the wedding to host our guests for a day of fun in the sun as we kicked off being Mr and Mrs. I highly recommend doing this if timing works out! I can’t recommend Red Rock and the team enough! They took care of all of the details and answered all our questions quickly. Onsite, the front desk team, valets, dining staff, bell hops, and cabana staff were so helpful and pleasant! If you’re looking for a place where everything is taken care of, definitely connect with the team at Red Rock. 💖

Having our wedding at Red Rock Casino and Resort was the most amazing experience. Lydia, The Director of Special Events, helped us from beginning to end and made the process so seamless. They made us feel so special throughout the entire experience. The catering/culinary team executed the meals, appetizers, cocktails, and wedding cake so beautifully, and not to mention everything was delicious. The staff was friendly, professional, and experienced. Danny was amazing and helped us curate our specialty cocktail - an aperol spritz with passionfruit. We loved having our wedding at Red Rock because it was a unique experience for our guests. We had a rehearsal brunch at the T-Bones patio. We had the ceremony at the 5th floor ballroom terrace, cocktail hour at the cabana pool area, and the reception at the pool area. We loved having our wedding at Red Rock because we took our photos there, spent the entirety of the wedding day there, and our guests were able to stay at the hotel too, so we didn't have to leave! The team at Red Rock was so accommodating, and made our special day so perfect. I couldn't recommend Red Rock as a wedding venue enough!

My husband and I had our wedding Oct 2022 - over four months later, we are still over the moon about Red Rock's venue, the staff's hospitality, and the coordinating team's flexibility. We are 10000% happy with our decision to have had our wedding at Red Rock and would recommend it to all our close family and friends in a heartbeat! We planned our wedding from the east coast, so email communication was crucial for our planning. Red Rock's entire coordinating team was quite responsive, ESPECIALLY Jessica Halcon (catering sales manager) who worked so well with our wedding planner and had such great communication with us that we felt she was a friend even though we only met her on the day of the wedding! The venue itself is beautiful. There are many rooms to choose from, and the staff was flexible with how we envisioned our wedding. I saw some pictures where people really embellished the rooms with ceiling florals, but the rooms look beautiful with just centerpieces too. During our tour, we loved one room that would have been too small to fit all our guests for the reception, so Red Rock allowed us to have that room for our cocktail hour without extra charge since no one had reserved that room! This is just one example of how the team works hard to make your day special. The food was AMAZING. I had many people rave about the horderves. The quality of the entrees were also the exact same as what we were given during our tasting menu. Red Rock also allowed for an entree substitution when we requested it, which again shows how accommodating and flexible the team is to making your day perfect! They were also quite flexible with our cocktails and also with us wanting specific activities during the cocktail hour. There were other aspects of the wedding that I did not care much for (printed menus, drink menus, the details of the cake), and Red Rock was able to step up and utilize their creativity for these items. It really helped that they took on these items, and the quality they delivered was nothing less than stunning. Our cake was so beautiful, even though all we said was that we liked a specific topper and wanted some fruit incorporated into its design. On the day of the wedding, the staff worked perfectly and flawlessly with our wedding planner and all our vendors. I did not experience any hiccups, and everyone was so professional and attentive to our guests. Overall, 10/10 for their hospitality and for going above and beyond to making our wedding day perfect! Red Rock has become our new favorite spot in Vegas!

Lydia and Mackenzie at Red Rock were a joy to work with. They made everything so easy and wonderful for us and went above and beyond. Little things like they had water waiting for us when we got back from our ceremony, and big things like being quick and succinct to respond to any inquiries and questions. They didn’t miss a beat on our wedding day and our reception was a night to remember. It also helps to see a friendly face on the staff at your event, after meeting Mackenzie a few times before, seeing her walking around to make sure things were going well felt like a friend was checking up on you. The food tasting was spectacular and everyone loved the food on the day of. As the bride and groom, we felt like the king and queen of the place and we were given everything we ever needed and more. We didn’t have to lift a finger and all we had to do was have a great time!

If you are thinking about getting married at the Red Rock---get married at the Red Rock. We do not live in the Las Vegas area, so it was important to us to hire vendors who had a ton of experience doing weddings. The Red Rock knows weddings. Every last person that works there goes above and beyond to provide you with the best experience possible. Their hospitality is absolutely unmatched. We held our Ceremony & Reception at the Red Rock, as well as our Welcome Party, After Party and Brunch. Being able to utilize different spaces around the hotel without our guests having to leave was ideal for a destination wedding. Over the course of the weekend, our guests were constantly coming up to us remarking about how impressed they were with the Red Rock--it's surprisingly family friendly for a casino. We now refuse to stay anywhere else in Vegas :)

Beautiful venue with multiple options for an indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception allowing you to have that scenic sunset backdrop along with an attentive catering staff and delicious food. Ballrooms and terraces are all conveniently located in one area without having to trek through the casino, which is a great plus and one of the many things that sold us on having our wedding at this venue. They have some great wedding packages that many other casino venues do not offer. From start to finish, Red Rock’s team was not only professional and responsive, but made us feel at ease throughout our wedding planning process. The food was awesome, which is typically tough to say when you go to a wedding, but from the hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner to the wedding cake, it was all delicious and well prepared! We highly recommend having a wedding at this property! Red Rock Casino sets the bar high.

We are so happy that we chose Red Rock Resort for our wedding! It was a breeze to work with Lydia and Mackenzie to help prep for our big day. The wedding ceremony and reception were well enjoyed by our guests. We are still hearing what a great time and how good the food was from our friends and family. Would definitely recommend Red Rock for any future events!

We had looked at a number of Vegas venues for our over-the-top Gothic, Cabaret and movie themed wedding and we are so glad we opted to work with Red Rock. ALL the staff and I mean every single person involved was so lovely to work with. They made coordinating what could have been a stressful day easy and they were all so much fun. Given that we were planning this wedding remotely from Los Angeles, it made all the difference to work with such a capable staff and venue. We couldn't recommend Red Rock more and all of our family and friends had such a blast. Five stars!

Just back from our daughter’s wedding at RedRock Resort and Casino and could not be more pleased. Lydia Pierce, the banquet manager was a pleasure to work with. We planned several events throughout the weekend - first, a welcome cocktail reception in the Lobby Bar which was perfect. The following day, the wedding ceremony took place in the desert at Valley Of Fire. The wedding planners at Cactus And Lace handled that beautifully. Upon returning to RedRock we had a fabulous dinner in the Veranda Ballroom and selected the Italian Buffet. The food was all outstanding and the presentation was great. After the dinner, we had the 180 penthouse suite for the night and the following morning. Dessert, open bar and dancing until the wee hours and then a lovely breakfast buffet was served in the morning. The suite is nothing short of spectacular - 8000 luxurious square feet with an incredible balcony that overlooks the desert and the strip. The newly weds stayed in one of the two fabulous bedrooms, the hotel having very sweetly decorated the room with strewn rose petals - those on the bed, in the shape of a heart. The floral designer, Byanca, whom Lydia recommended did a fantastic job on the centerpieces and gave my daughter the look and feel of exactly what she envisioned. All in all, we could not be happier with everything Red Rock provided. Would highly recommend without reservation.

We loved Red Rock as our venue. We worked with Lydia for the majority of our time, and she was phenomenal. As we got closer to the date, Jenn hopped in and was super helpful too. The entire banquet team was incredibly helpful the night before, the day of, and the day after. They turned the pavilion ballroom into our wedding. People loved the food, lighting, ambiance, and setup. It was a good time, and we couldn't imagine our fun wedding at another venue. Plus they let our dog join the fun in the bridal photos. They were the best!

Blissful. There is no other way to describe how the whole process went down, from visiting the property to the tasting to the actual event. Jennifer and Lydia were kind, helpful, went out of their way to make sure the day was special and most importantly, calm! They even recommended my wedding planner to me, Cristina from Simply Weddings, whom I could not have done this without. We went with the One80 Suite which was absolutely perfect for the size and timing of our wedding. Chef was fantastic during the tastings, completely open to any changes we requested to suit our personal taste. And plus, for the wedding cake, which was simple and modern, exactly what I wanted by the way, there was a cake topper which represented an inside joke between my husband and me but I could not find anywhere. They created it for me! It was perfect. We had guests fly in from all over the US and they all raved about the hotel. It is in Las Vegas without being LAS VEGAS. You have the ease of an airport with tons of arrival and departure options no matter where you are coming from or heading to but you are not in a strip hotel and all the maddening crowds that entails. The staff was amazing, from helping with restaurants to airport information to recommending hiking trails for my sportier friends. They even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I honestly cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa came highly recommended to us. I am so happy we decided to use the Veranda Ballroom for our wedding venue. From the beginning the Director of Special Events, Lydia Pierce was spot on. We started planning our wedding June 2020 from San Diego during the pandemic and decided to wait until August 2021 to actually have our wedding …hoping for a little normalcy. During our planning period, Lydia was amazing and really attentive. She reached out to us every few months and gave great recommendations from a florist to a wedding officiant to help make our process easier. We even requested black owned business; although they had few to choose from Lydia went out of her way to find them. Those business were eventually added to Red Rock vendor services. Not trying to make a story about this, but we want to express how Red Rock staff made our planning seamless and our wedding day extra special. The scenic background was beautiful, location was ideal and we had many restaurants near by to choose from. On the day of our wedding, we could not have ask for a more smoother and stress free day. Our venue staff were professional and catered to our every need. And our guest were impressed with the delicious food. Red Rock Resort is the perfect destination for an elegant, off the strip wedding. The team really went above & beyond for us to make every request we had possible. Lydia & Jennifer were so accommodating and very easy to work with. The property is gorgeous and our guests are still talking about how wonderful the rooms and amenities were. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no easy feat and the Red Rock team was so accommodating with moving dates and made the process so much easier. From the cocktail hour, to the food, to the service everything was top notch. We can’t thank them enough for all of their hospitality & are so happy we chose Red Rock as our wedding venue.

We got married at the Crimson in the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and it was absolutely gorgeous. We used the Crimson pool for our ceremony and the Crimson nightclub for our reception. The nightclub is amazingly gorgeous and the perfect venue for any couple looking for a unique setting. Lydia and Jennifer were fantastic in helping us plan. Our original 2020 wedding had been cancelled so we found Red Rock within four months of our new wedding date. Their process is so professional. Our tasting was so much fun. We got to do our tasting in a private event room. All of the chefs came out and explained their dishes. We got to sample the wine and champagne. They served us as if we were the guests at our wedding. We got a complimentary suite as the bride and groom which was perfect for the day of because myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids were all able to get hair and makeup done in the suite. We got married the week that masks came back for employees in Las Vegas. It was so stressful waiting to find out what was going to happen with the city council, but Red Rock was great at communicating with us and making sure that we would be able to have the best wedding possible. The resort is also a great place for people to stay as the pool is huge, there are a ton of restaurants, their is a huge bowling alley, a movie theater, and a designated kids area. Our guests truly enjoyed their experience staying at red rock. Definitely recommend!!

Date of original transaction: April 5, 2021, One80 suite was booked/paid for in full Room Block: April 8, 2021 Red Rocks Resort front desk called me 2 weeks ago (end of June 2021, $8,800), stating the One80 Penthouse I paid for and booked is no longer available. No reason was provided, this room cannot be booked through the front desk either. I called multiple times, finally reached the hotel manager who overpromised on discounts they were giving. We know he didn't have authority, and I asked for everything in writing. Given the 3,000sq ft terrace is not available in any other suite, we were provided a free ceremony space and set up. The customer service even dealing with that was off - there was definitely attitude picked up from the call which was not the same experience that I had previously with this specific contact. Nothing was sent for a week, I followed up mid-week without response from AJ. I followed up again on Friday evening, 7:30PM-9:30PM of texting with this hotel manager - this should have been a call immediately. My $8,800 was still not refunded after a week of this room being unavailable and the new penthouse reservation was not even confirmed yet. It has since escalated to AJ's boss, but still without resolution. At this point, 2 weeks out with 40 guests traveling in. AJ retracted what he said, offered a measly $1,500 discount on another penthouse. F/b discount was <$200 (20%?) only off beverages with a tab of $3,500. Also, beware that their hotel manager told me they just did this to another couple a few weeks prior.

The whole planning process with Red Rock was delightful. Working with Lydia and Miroslava was simple. We were unable to actually host the wedding in Las Vegas due to restrictions but at the end of the day I would not trade that venue for anything. Our tasting was exquisite and the options were perfect for us. Lydia was always quick to respond and support in any way that was needed. Even cancelling due to covid was painless. We will forever send people to Red Rock (and vacation there ourselves) because of the excellent service we have recieved. Truly made you feel like VIPs. <3 <3 <3 All our love, James and Kate

I had 2 weeks to plan a wedding, and there is no way I could have done it without William and Lydia from Red Rock Casino. Thank you! I can't say enough good about the wedding and catered lunch. My guests said it was the best catered lunch they have ever had. They made a crazy day, incredible and my daughter loved every minute of her wedding. I will use Red Rock again for another wedding and I highly highly recommend!!

As with so many couples getting married in 2020, our wedding ended up looking different than we had imagined, but I can not overstate how incredible Red Rock Resort made our wedding weekend. We first met Lydia when our room block at a sister property needed to be adjusted based on the opening schedule for that hotel. She was immediately empathetic to our situation and began brainstorming potential solutions to accommodate our guests. As the situation with COVID grew increasingly unpredictable and Red Rock released their detailed health and safety protocols, we began to wonder whether it would be safer and easier to relocate our wedding events to Red Rock as well. From the moment we inquired about the possibility Lydia and Katie went way above the call of duty to help reimagine what a wedding even looks like in the “new normal.” We quickly expressed our commitment to adhere to any and all health and safety protocols, including those mandated by the state government, gaming control board and the extra steps that Red Rock has put in place to protect the health and safety of their employees and guests. Lydia and Katie got to work diagramming what a socially distant wedding ceremony and reception setup would look like and as soon as casinos got the green light to open, we met with them and got a firsthand sneak peek at their vision. Their plans for compliance were so detailed that our parents even felt comfortable making the trip and staying at the resort based on their commitments to keeping everyone safe. As you can imagine, this was amazing news that we would be able to celebrate with our parents who we previously thought would not be able to attend. We managed to reschedule all our wedding weekend events to Red Rock where all of our guests passed through the temperature screening and had ample access to face masks and hand sanitizer throughout the resort and wedding events. The hotel rooms were all deep cleaned and sealed prior to each guest entering for the first time. On the day of our wedding, the team coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, always wore masks, and anticipated needs that we didn’t even know we had. The team that worked serving the food and beverages for the evening were extremely attentive and professional. Multiple guests commented that both the food and the cake were among the best they’d ever had at an event and that the whole wedding was set up in a way that felt simultaneously safe, but also normal and an enjoyable atmosphere for a wedding. Their DJ was incredible and played the perfect soundtrack to the night. Neither of us felt stressed all night which is a feat at any wedding, but particularly in the current environment. As if all of the above is not testament enough to what an incredible team they have at Red Rock, given the current environment, we did not initiate discussions on even being able to have a wedding at all until 6.5 weeks before our wedding date. (We were prepared to hold it in our backyard) The resort only reopened for us to see the venue 16 days before our wedding day and despite all of this, everything was better than we could have imagined. We cannot recommend Red Rock enough and thank the team there from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the perfect wedding weekend.

Having our wedding at Red Rock Resort was the best decision my fiance and I made. There are several venues from which to choose within Red Rock itself, so there is a variety of places to fit your wedding style. We decided on the Pavillion ballroom, with beautiful ceiling lighting and large floor to ceiling windows; it was our absolute favorite! It made our planning so much easier to have a venue that included our ceremony and reception, food and beverages. Plus, the staff was always available to answer any questions and provided us with a great vendor list. The quality of service is unmatched in every way. Red Rock's catering team prepared the most delicious food and it was a treat to be able to offer our guests a great meal. Our cake was beautiful and tasted great, we received a lot of compliments on our flavor choices. Our day was very special to us and Red Rock Resort made it even more memorable by supporting us in making our plans a beautiful reality. It was a perfect day all around and so easy working with Red Rock Casino to plan our big day, Katie and Lydia in the catering department were over and above helpful and responsive. The setting was absolutely perfect. Their whole staff and team were so friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding as well! I HIGHLY recommend booking your wedding here - you will not be disappointed one bit!

Choosing the venue was super easy for my husband and I. We had saved a couple options, but once we booked the venue tour with Lydia and did a walk-through we knew Red Rock Casino and Resort was our spot. Lydia showed us the Terrace (ceremony area) and Veranada (reception room) and gave us an overview of the pricing for each option. We went with a buffet style dinner. Lydia was extremely helpful every step of th way. When we did the tasting, we were over the moon with how amazing the food tasted!! Every single food item was perfect. The chef came in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. When it was time for our ceremony rehearsal, the process was quick and easy. Finally came the Big Day!! Everything went off without any known issues. Our guests could NOT stop raving about how amazing all of it was. From the sunset mountain views to the food to the Staff, everything was absolute perfection!! Consider Red Rock Casino and Resort for your wedding or any special event!!! Absolutely the best place to have a wedding. The staff are amazing and customer service is out of this world. They made my day so easy and worry free. The food was out of this world and every little detail was followed to ensure my day went smoothly. Would recommend Red Rock a thousand times over. Hands down the most elegant venue in Las Vegas with outstanding staff.

Exceed our expectations ! Everything from our first tasting to our wedding day was phenomenal!

Red Rock was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our initial tour of the ballrooms to the day after the wedding, every cog of the wedding machine ran smoothly. Lydia Pierce, in particular, was exceptionally helpful. She was very responsive & open to all questions we had. On the day of the wedding, the service staff were attentive & kept everything moving smoothly. Our guests are still giving us compliments on the appetizers, cocktails, dinner, and the wedding cake! We had our reception in the Pavilion Ballroom (overlooking the pool) in October, but Lydia let us use the balcony for an absolutely beautiful cocktail hour as the sun set. We loved that Red Rock allowed us to use outside vendors (though they have lots of good internal options) for almost everything. This allowed us to have a very personalized feel to our wedding reception. All things considered, there isn’t a better place in Las Vegas to have your wedding/reception. Lydia and the rest of the staff are not only capable, but they are willing to go the extra mile(s) to make sure your every want and need is met. They’re the best in the business.

I definitely recommend having your wedding at Red Rock! Every part of the process from the initial tour, to the tasting, to our big day was a delight. Having our wedding here was the best decision we made. We live out of state and they made planning remotely SO easy. We had one main point of contact, Lydia, from beginning to end. She was always very responsive to my emails and requests, always going above and beyond to take care of us. We toured many possible venues & wedding chapels prior to choosing Red Rocks. This venue stood apart for several reasons: 1) it had enough space to accommodate our guests. ( only 75 guests, but many venues in Vegas have very small limits on the # of guests they can accommodate) 2) There was room for all of our family & friends to stay at the Red Rock hotel, so we could spend as much time with them as possible over a long weekend. 3) Our guests simply had to take an elevator ride and walk around the corner to get to our ceremony & reception. So convenient! 4) The view of the mountains at our sunset wedding is hard to beat! 5) The food at the wedding was AMAZING! 6) The hotel itself is awesome. There are so many wonderful restaurants and definitely check out the spa while you are there. 7) Every member of the staff made us feel like VIPs while we were there. In the end, the only thing I regret is that it is over. They made every part of the entire process so wonderful. I'm just sad that we cannot do it all over again. Thanks, Lydia & Red Rocks!

The Hotel is wonderful to work with. Lydia goes above and beyond for all her clients. I was extremely happy with my daughter's wedding. Everything went smoothly, everyone was happy (especially the bride and groom). Lydia and her staff were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend the Red Rock for a first class affair!!

(1) Great for groups who want to spend quality time together. We wanted a setting where our guests, who weren't into The Strip, could have access to great amenities and many areas to catch up in various groupings. With so many friends and family together for the first time in many years, it was was great to have a good mix of restaurants, the pool areas, the suites, etc. (2) Accommodate Chinese, Indian, and western cuisine. We picked the Red Rock because they were the only venue we came across that instantly said they could handle this combination easily. The tasting proved not only that but also that the Red Rock catering team can pull these dishes off with skill and authenticity. We really appreciated how flexible and creative the team was in making final tweaks, and the team was especially thoughtful to give us during the reception a small side of dishes we ended up not choosing for the final round because they knew it was so hard to decide between all the amazing dishes. (3) Above and beyond. Where the Red Rock wedding and events team and our wedding planner really went above and beyond was to swiftly arrange a private car to take my husband and I, and our photographer, to the local hospital where one of my dad unfortunately was admitted to the night before. My dad got to see us in our wedding clothes, we got to take photos with him, and it really meant a lot to us that we could have this moment. The rest of the wedding schedule was on point, we didn't miss a beat. Recommendations: -The tasting in many ways is the main event. They gave us full portions! I'm thankful that I ate a great deal then because I was so hyper from adrenaline during the actual reception that I barely ate. -Get a suite and use it at the default wedding socializing area. Logistically easier than everyone trying to meet at restaurants and bars. -Reserve cabanas at the pool - this seemed to be a hit with the parents with kids. -There are two Starbucks in the Red Rock. Don't use that as a meeting point. My husband and I really couldn't be happier with the venue, the Red Rock team, and their network of preferred vendors. They were professional, knowledgeable, and really carried it all to the finish line in way that exceeded our expectations.

If i could do my wedding one more time I would definitely choose red Rock. There quality and customer care is outstanding and the staff absolutely wonderful. They made my wedding day so very easy and stress free. I cannot believe they made my big day a dream come true. Everything was absolutely perfect. Red Rock Casino is an absolutely amazing place, far above anything you find on the strip. We rented the One-Eighty Suite for our wedding reception and it was perfect. The decor and presentation was amazing, RRC's staff were so helpful throughout the night, even dealing with external vendors and the 50mph wind we had on the day. The photos were absolutely brilliant, and the inside of the One-Eighty felt grand and intimate at the same time. The food package they helped us create was perfect, and we received nothing but compliments from every one of our guests. Lydia helped us sort everything and her professionalism and service were second to none. We planned a recovery brunch the next day which was a great way to finish off, and Lydia even found a dress we left in our room. We planned out whole wedding from nearly 8000 miles away and it went perfectly. Lydia and everyone at RRC helped make this happen and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, RRC and the One Eighty Suite to anyone. Thankyou all so much.

This is really a mixed review. We had only our small private post-wedding ceremony dinner at TBones. We did not do a full wedding at the resort. Unfortunately, even for our small wedding dinner, the restaurant had some major missteps. Although we had planned diligently with the hotel for our event, all that planning was fruitless. They did not serve our guests the appetizers! Our guests sat for 30 minutes without food. Our pre-arranged menu items to accommodate 2 of our guests with dietary restrictions were not honored. Once the food did come, it was incredible. The service was not. Although Red Rocks did give us a dining credit, no one really, from upper management apologized. If the hotel messes up a small wedding dinner, I would not trust them for a larger event.

The entire staff at Redrock Resort went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding the event she always dreamed of. The food was amazing and the staff made sure every detail was perfect. Lydia Pierce was the consummate professional and by the end of our experience, I think we can call her a friend. Our out of town guests had a great weekend staying at the resort and say this is one of the best weddings they have ever been to. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding at Red Rock on October 9th. We had an AMAZING experience and the day far exceeded our wildest expectations! There are a number of venues in the hotel but we had our ceremony and reception at Crimson which was formally a nightclub. There are outdoor and indoor areas and we opted to have our ceremony outside by the pool, cocktail hour in another area near the pool and reception and dance inside. However, there are a number of different options and configurations depending on your preferences and your group. We had about 50 people and the venue didn’t feel too big or too small but it could fit a lot more! Lydia and her team were so professional and great to work with. Lydia herself is a gem! She responded quickly to all email inquiries and addressed any concerns that arose. Her responsiveness and professionalism is actually what persuaded us to chose this venue over some other contenders. Red Rock was so so incredibly accommodating and made all my wishes a reality - from our cake to the wedding accommodations. There were a lot of great things about our day but one highlight was THE FOOD! I wish I ate more and all of our guests loved it. I can’t say enough good things. We have zero regrets about choosing Red Rock and we wish we could do it all over again! I’m happy to answer any questions or provide further information :)

We had our wedding/reception at the Red Rock Resort and it was wonderful! The Veranda room is perfect, we had 60 guests and the tables were arranged in a circle creating a nice dance floor in the center... Our guests raved about the food at our buffet luncheon... The wedding Suite was fabulous and the Red Rock had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room for us! Lydia kept us informed and all of the details up to date with us and Josh was great with reservations for our guests. I will definitely recommend this Venue for weddings and other celebrations!

My husband and I wanted to host a non-traditional wedding for our family and friends and couldn't have been happier with our choice of a cocktail party in the One-Eighty Suite at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa! My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful Lydia Pierce and the rest of the team was - accommodating, supportive, responsive and overall great to work with. Our guests were blown away by the amazing suite at the top of the Resort with it's wrap-around patio and views of the Las Vegas Strip and beautiful Red Rock mountains, the delicious food and the friendly and helpful staff. I was ready to have the entire party again the next day!

Lydia and her team did it again! We recently had my son and daughter-in-laws wedding here, the 3 rd wedding here in 3 1/2 years, and WOW is all I can say! We were never concerned about a thing. Lydia was amazing. Everything was perfect! The entire team did everything they could to make our event the Special day it was! We had a privte pool party the day before the wedding at the Crimson Pool with a lunch buffet! Security was great keeping our party private. The Welcome Dinner, in one of the veranda rooms, was Amazing! Food was delicious! Then a completely different Dinner the night of the wedding! All the guests were very satisfied with the food. They made cupcakes instead of a cake, because that is what my son wanted! Delicious! I truly can’t say enough about Red Rock Resort, Lydia and her magnificent team! Our Event Planner was Paulina Clute Events, LLC! The Best! She’s amazing! By Dzign LLC did our floral and decor, beautiful work! KMH Photography, another wonderful vendor! These ladies All know what they are doing! Like I said 3 weddings in 3 1/2 years! Trust me...... so HAPPY 😀😊😋

If you’re looking for a locale to host your “fairytale” wedding then Red Rock Resort is the PERFECT backdrop to fulfill your most special day ever. We had sentimental ties to hosting our nuptials at Red Rock as we had first met at a private event inside their incredible VIP Grand Villa suite 6+ years ago. It was my husband’s idea to celebrate where our story began. We chose to do it on July 4th as the resort hosts an annual 4th of July Fireworks show and make that part of our festivities. The Grand Villa suite not only overlooks the pool area, but it features a spacious decked out balcony offering our guests the BEST view of the show plus we got amazing wedding pictures of us during the fireworks too. This suite is for intimate events as it comfortably host 60 guests. We also utilized a Penthouse suite, “The Strip”, for our ceremony. “The Strip” is designed all in shades and textures of white so our photos/especially me in my white gown were simply stunning. Both suites are pretty exclusive, off the charts, lent themselves nicely to what we wanted and were so exclusive that not one of our guests ever had access to these spaces. We worked with Lydia Pierce, their associate director of catering and she was invested in our vision and exceeded all of our expectations on all we wanted. She also had a great list of proven vendors as we needed suggestions for invitations, floral and live entertainment, so feel free to tap into their catering team. We did not want a formal sit down dinner and opted for a variety of food stations/heavy appetizers that would allow our guests to enjoy individual servings. Our menu included the most stunning seafood display on an enormous ice carving that utilized our logo from our wedding invites (Lydia’s idea). It was a show piece. Menu included: lamb chop lollipops sitting in mashed potatoes, quinoa salad, watermelon and feta salad, a sushi station (huge hit) as well as a hummus bar, fresh veggies and cheese platters. THE BAR: Another great aspect of the Grand Villa is its own built in bar. It’s this exquisite back-lit onyx bar and it was the most popular place in the suite. We selected the premium bar package with unlimited drinks per guest. While at first we thought the price was high, we did price out “per beverage” as we knew some of our guests didn’t drink at all and thought that might save us a few dollars. Lydia shared this set up never worked out to the guests’ advantage, and boy was she right. Our crowd definitely made the “all-you-can-drink” package worth our while. DESSERT: We did not want to have a traditional wedding cake, so we opted to have the pastry team create individual desserts. Our guests LOVED this execution, especially the mini-donut bar. Their pastry shop is very creative and came up with great looking and tasting desserts. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: We wanted to have a pianist and strings play for background music only. Lydia found a great location to tuck them away but they truly added to the evening. You could probably have a DJ in there too. We also hosted our out-of-towner dinner at the Grand Café (they put together a special customized menu for us) and the day after, we hosted a post-party hangout at the pool and rented a couple cabanas. 30 out of our 50 guests came in from out of town and had always stayed on the Strip. Now they won’t ever stay on the Strip again. No one ever left the property and they were ecstatic about that too.

If you are looking for a venue in Las Vegas, you can stop right now because there simply isn't a better option than the Red Rock Casino & Resort. It was the absolute perfect venue for us. We had our reception in the Veranda Ballroom, our cocktail hour in the D/E room and our reception in the Pavilion ballroom. The location was convenient for our guests and they loved everything the casino had to offer. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and overlook the beautiful Red Rock mountains. So much light for an indoor wedding (although outdoor spaces were equally beautiful, we just go married in July)! Guests are still talking about how wonderful the Casino/Resort was, the hospitality they received, and how amazing the food was. Every single day I am pleased we went with the Red Rock. Also, since we purchased the package deal, we didn't have to have a ton of vendors, which was nice. Also, the cake they provided for us was so beautiful! There is just nothing bad I can say here. Lydia was an absolute dream to work with. Her communication was also prompt and detailed and she was able to make our perfect day come to life. We were able to see all the spaces early on, the contract was easy to understand, and the follow-through was the best part. Lydia teamed up with our vendors so I didn't have to worry about anything day-of. She also added small details that really made my experience even better than I expected. We wanted to have a fun Vegas wedding without having to navigate the strip. We toured Red Rock and we knew it was the right place for us! The venue alone is gorgeous. The hotel itself is luxurious. The ballroom was spectacular, and everything we wanted out of a knockout space to have a party in. We worked with Lydia through the hotel and she was amazing. She has a great rapport with clients. They have set menus that you can choose a package from, which I loved because it meant having to deal with fewer vendors. There was comfort in knowing that they do this a lot, and truly are experts. Despite them having so many clients, and weddings every weekend, everything they did for us for us leading up to and on our wedding day made us feel special and important. When my mother passed away suddenly, Lydia not only sent the most beautiful flowers, she helped to make sure that my vision was still going to be what I had originally wanted, even though going through the wedding planning process had become quite a challenge through my grief. When we had to reschedule a few things, it was no problem at all. One of the most important things that Lydia and Red Rock did for me was make sure the kitchen for my wedding was completely peanut free. My sister has a severe allergy, and they went above and beyond to make sure that nothing that was being served would come in any contact with nuts. It meant a lot to me that they cared about my guests in that way. Most of our family and friends stayed at the hotel, which gave us a great blocked weekend rate, and was very accommodating. Everyone raved about the luxury of the hotel rooms and suites, the pool area, and the customer service. But the most exciting thing about Red Rock was how up for it they were for our crazy fun ideas! They even let us have a confetti cannon in the ballroom (with a slight cleaning fee, of course!) They were down to entertain all of our visions of fun, and that made for a really great weekend!

Red Rock is amazing! We had stayed there for a girls Mothers Day weekend back in 2016 and when my daughter got engaged we thought of Red Rock for the Wedding. So planned a wedding for my daughter for May 5, 2018 and we were VERY PLEASED. Lydia and her team were AMAZING! they made everything so easy to plan from Texas. I had no worries about anything. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all and made me fell that I could count on them for such an important event in our lives. The ceremony and reception were very NICE and the food was DELICIOUS all our quest commented on how good the food was as well as the cake. We were so happy, money well spent.

The Venue space at the Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa is absolutely beautiful! The food with the catering company was phenomenal our guest raved about how delicious the food was! We all have been to weddings with horrible food so I wanted to make sure our wedding was not that wedding, and it wasn't!! The reason for the 3 stars is unfortunately the wedding/ catering coordinator did not make for a pleasurable experience for me the bride. She was incredibly unresponsive with emails even down to 1 week before the wedding she would take 4 days to respond to me! The staff did not communicate with one another so coordinating vendors was a bit of a nightmare. It was very stressful to not have good communication. The hotel staff was also very difficult with our guest checking in. It seemed a little unorganized for such a large corporation. Overall the day was perfect but getting there was very trying! Great option for elegance, beauty, and good food!

First and foremost Lydia is AMAZING!!!!! My husband and I were married at the Red Rock June 2017. We are from NYC and planned our Wedding reception at the Red Rock Casino Resort & they did not disappoint! We wanted to party like rockstars in the Vegas atmosphere but also wanted a place that was more family/kid friendly. Red Rock exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish! The Resort/Casino it self is absolutely Beautiful! The pool is AMAZING (bartenders were a blast) along with all of the restaurants on site! The rooms are gorgeous as well. We had a welcome cocktail party the night before our wedding on the patio at T-Bone Steakhouse which was absolutely breathtaking! Pictures do not do it justice. Michelle was fabulous to work with! She planned the cocktail menu perfectly! The food was absolutely delicious! Our reception took place in one of the ballrooms with the cocktail hour out on the terrace. Our guests are still blown away by the beautiful wedding we had! Start to finish everything was just about PERFECT! The food at our wedding was outstanding everything was TOP SHELF all the way! The Wedding Cake that the pastry team made was something out of a magazine! Lydia and her team were such a pleasure to deal with. They were so organized and efficient. Planning our wedding was a breeze because of their experience and professionalism. (Especially Lydia) All of our guests were from out of town (mostly from NY) some even extended their trip because they were having such a blast! We truly did have the time of our lives and can't thank the Red Rock staff enough for the AMAZING time! Everyone keeps saying they want us to renew our vows this year just for an excuse to relive such a phenomenal time!

After visiting several wedding venues, we decided to go with Red Rock. I’m so happy we did. We had our rehearsal dinner in the nicest suite in Las Vegas (Red Rocks Suite 180) and got married the next day (August 25, 2017). The Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception were amazing. The staff (especially Lydia, Catering Manager), the venues and food was perfect. We were treated like VIP the entire weekend. My family and friends are still talking about to what a great wedding it was!!

We got married at Red Rock in October 2017 and could barely believe how perfectly they executed everything we had imagined. From designing our own custom menu, to using their outdoor cabanas to seat guests by the pool (a special request they had never done before!) to the amazing treatment we received from every staff member from the moment we checked, we literally felt like they made our dreams come true! Lydia was amazing to work with and accommodated our every request and even helped make suggestions to improve our night even more. About 80% of our guests were out of town and they all stayed at Red Rock and loved the resort. We are so glad we chose Red Rock and would choose it again in a heartbeat!

Our wedding weekend at Red Rock was absolutely unforgettable. Lydia and Kasha went above and beyond to ensure that every issue or concern was addressed, that our event ran smoothly, and that we were taken care of from the minute we stepped onto the property. I planned my daughters wedding. I loved Red Rock and so did my daughter and her,now, husband, and my husband. Great venue, food, and overall great experience. Red Rock helped keep the planning stress free. I have a nephew and niece who have gotten married at Red Rock and another nephew getting married at Red Rock next year. #familytradition.
