ty, and we'd recommend her without reservation. We booked her Seamless Day-of Coordination package and started working with her in September 2025 — nine months before the wedding. On paper that package is a 30-day service. In practice, she took our calls from the beginning, and neither of us had ever planned a wedding before, so her experience was invaluable from the first conversation. We loved her energy immediately. The most useful thing early on was the planning suite she gave us: timelines, checklists, vendor information, all of it in one place. We had chosen to select and book every vendor ourselves, and we honestly don't know how we would have kept it organized without it. We also wanted to use all local vendors, and it turned out almost every one of them had worked with Dallas before and spoke highly of her. Inside the last month, everything shifted into high gear. That was when our anxiety was peaking, and she was on call for every question and every wrinkle. She kept us calm and on track. We also hired her and her team for setup and cleanup, which we'd tell any couple at a private estate to do. Tables, chairs, decorations, even bussing during the reception. On the morning of the wedding I walked down to the venue while the bridal party was getting ready, and watching her team assemble the whole thing was something to see. We never had to ask a single guest to help with anything. The venue looked gorgeous and the ceremony went perfectly. Dallas was present all evening but mostly behind the scenes, coordinating vendors and her team. We found out afterward that we'd been missing some required items for bar service — she called the rental company and went and got them herself, and we didn't know until later. That's the whole value in one story: someone on your side who understands your vision well enough to fix things without interrupting your day. We said it constantly through the whole process: the value we got from Dallas far exceeded what we paid. The peace of mind alone was priceless.

that I felt stressed or overwhelmed and she reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She not only cared about our wedding day, but she cared about us as a couple and what was important to us. I couldn't thank her enough for the amount of effort and thoughtfulness she showed us during this process. She even surprised us with gifts on our special day. Dallas was a dream to work with and if I were to do it all over again, I would book her again and again.

orking with Dallas stood out immediately. She reached out to every vendor, including me, and made sure I felt informed and included from the start. That kind of vendor communication is not the norm, and it matters more than most people realize. On the day of the event, Dallas made sure every vendor felt taken care of — not just the couple. That says a lot about how she operates. If you're reading this as a couple, here's what I can tell you from the vendor side: if Dallas treats her vendors this well, I can only imagine the level of care her actual clients experience. She's friendly, relatable, and brings a genuinely human quality to the process — which, in this industry, is rarer than it should be. When I get married, I'll be going straight to Dallas. If you're looking for a planner, look no further.
