Shopping at the Glasgow store was amazing. I live in the area and decided to start there. My consultant Casey was amazing and made me feel at totally at ease. I’m a plus size bride and was worried I wouldn’t find anything because I heard they didn’t have many plus sizes, while the selection wasn’t huge there was definitely plenty to try on. Casey listened to what I wanted and also had me try on a few that were out of my comfort zone. I think she knew the dress I was going to pick before I did. I’m so glad I decided to start here because I found the perfect dress!!!!

Shopping at this salon in Glasgow felt like a dream from start to finish. This was my first stop in my search for the perfect dress, and I am thrilled that Regiss fulfilled all my needs in one visit! They have a wide selection of beautiful, high-quality gowns, and Casey was extremely attentive, making me feel special every step of the way. The area for friends/ family is spacious and comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Overall, the day was tons of fun and completely stress-free! I highly recommend this shop to any bride searching for her dream dress!

I went to this salon after being treated terriblily by another salon.. THEY WERE SO AWESOME! They seriously make this experience all about YOU! They take everything you say into consideration and give their honest opinions to make you look best on your wedding day. I highly recommend them over anyone else. I literally drove over and hour just to go to them!

My experience with Regiss has been flawless. I shopped at the Louisville store and the selection for bigger sizes was unbelievable. I went to four stores in the area and wished I had shopped there first. It would have saved a lot of time. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this bridal salon!!! When you walk in, your greeted with a smile on all the employees faces and asked how may they help you! They didn't waste any time!! They took me and my party to the area that I was going to try on dresses!! Asked me what I was looking for, then took me to all there wonderful and beautiful dresses! I went in wanting a certain style dress from one designer, and walked out with something completely different!!!! Bethany and her whole team were great!!! When I found my dress, I was beyond excited!! I placed my order that day!! which was this past January. I was told that it was going to come in late Aug. It actually came in late July!!!!! They were willing to mail it to me because I was out of town for work. But I was able make it back to get it. Tried it on and it fit like a glove!!!! There measurements were on point!!! They were all so great to work with!!!! I would go back there 100 times over!!! There prices were very reasonable as well!!!! I cant explain how happy and please I am with this Bridal Salon and all the employees that work there!!!! They truly made me feel really special on the day I was there trying on dresses and when I picked up my dress!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Heather at the Glasgow location helped me find my dream dress! I absolutely hated dress shopping and she was able to bring the fun out for me and was the only person who put me in dresses i actually liked! She kept in touch with me while waiting for the dress and ensuring that it was delivered to the Louisville location. Love this store!

I went to multiple bridal salons in the Louisville area and though I always received good service, none of them could match the friendliness and affordability of Regiss Bridal. Diane was interested in me and my love story from the start. She listened to what I wanted and helped me to find a gorgeous dress at $300 less than the same dress in the East End. They were so excited for me and shared in my happiness. They have an in house seamstress who made my dress fit perfectly. And they were able to find the perfect belt and veil. The ladies at Regiss are just plain amazing. I loved my experience there.

This is a great place to try on wedding dresses. There is plenty of space in the fitting room for a large family AND a large dress! The staff is very helpful and attentive and management is willing to give discounts on certain brands and styles of dresses!

While getting married in Sept. 2014, and being engaged 3 years prior, I had been dress shopping for years, this was what was stopping me from planning the wedding, I couldn't find the perfect dress. After going here I fell in love with my wedding dress. I ordered it in ivory and champagne, unfortunately, i received it back in white on silver. I was so upset and mortified, the ladies at regiss, sent my dress back and got it fixed. Although I wish there was better communication between them I am more than happy that it was fixed. I felt like the ladies seemed to care and kept a relationship with me throughout the whole time.

I found my dress elsewhere in august and they told me they couldn't get it in time for my March wedding. Regiss not only got the exact dress i wanted in in time, they got my alterations done a month early!

The staff at Regiss gives you individual attention throughout the entire process. The day I picked my dress we were given our own area to try on dresses and an employee stayed with us the entire time. Rosa was meticulous with alterations and my dress was perfect for my wedding. Regiss has the best selection with every price point in mind, ignore the look of the building I would not go anywhere else to buy a dress!

I ordered my dress derby weekend 2012 and it didn't arrive in the store until almost the end of March 2013. They are wonderful and have a great selection. As a plus size bride I really appreciated that. I would just suggest to order super early to make sure it arrives with enough time to get it fitted.

I originally ordered my wedding dress and my six bridesmaid dresses here. I was never called about my dress when it came in or any time I called and was told I would receive a return call. Then, my bridesmaid dresses were supposed to be in around mid-April. I kept calling about them but by the 3rd week in May (2.5 weeks before my wedding) they were still not in and no one would tell me when to expect them. Eventually, the problem was that they were shipped from China but no one knew where they were (except for not in China). So with no dresses possibly even in the country I asked for a refund and was granted one. This was a horrible experience and I felt they gave me and my bridesmaids the run about for 4-5 months. I would not recommend anyone go there.

So my review for this place is bittersweet. Obviously, i found and bought my dress there so I liked it to a degree. However, the night I bought the dress, the manager was standing IN FRONT of the store smoking a cigarette (another employee was doing this the day of one of my fittings). I didn't really feel like I was "heard" when talking about what I wanted (ex: I said I wasn't wearing a veil but she put one on me anyway). BUT - they do have some REALLY beautiful dresses. Another plus is that their seamstress, Rosa, was great. Very sweet and knowledgable. My husband got his tux there too and he was satisfied overall. If you're looking for a froo-froo kind of experience this may not be the place for you. But if you don't care about that, you may want to check it out because their selection was decent.
