Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel is known for their elegant yet unique settings, you couldn’t choose a better place to host such an important day. There are a total of 16 event rooms, which give you the freedom to move between a select few spaces on-site to guide your guests through the evening. With a maximum capacity of 800 guests, this venue is perfect for events of all sizes. Inside or outside, the settings are simply magical. The Bay Laurel Ballroom features show-stopping crystal chandelier. The courtyard features natural elements lit up by delicate twinkle lights. The white gondola is picture perfect for an intimate ceremony. No matter what you choose you can’t go wrong. The day of, both wedding parties will have access to Get Ready Rooms before the big reveal. After a long day, you and your guests are welcomed to stay on-site in the premier accommodations to make an easy transition.
Services Offered
You can rest easy knowing setup and cleanup of your event will be taken care of without having to lift a finger. China, chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, and linens are all provided on-site and make setup and cleanup incredibly fast and easy. Lighting and sound equipment are available in event spaces to give you the option to hire additional vendors or not. Parking and transportation services are also available to make arrival and departure for you and your guests as easy as possible.
Cuisine
There are a variety of catering packages to meet the varying degree of serving needs of events and to ensure you never feel like you’re paying for more than you need. Serving styles include buffet, plated, cocktail style reception, family style, hors d'oeuvres, and stations. Bar packages include cash, limited, and open bar options.

My career began in Revenue Management, where I developed a deep understanding of strategy and performance. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue and it was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. They offer different size ballrooms and we had...
our reception at the Laurel Ballroom (the grand ballroom). The venue is beautiful, huge and very clean with a beautiful chandelier that makes the room even more beautiful. The staff are so helpful and flexible. Chanit the venue manager is a pleasure to work with, she was always available to talk to me about any question that I had and addressed all of my concerns.
Staff were helpful with setting up for our venue and even helped packing our food which we had from outside catering.
From our guests what we heard was all staff were so helpful and so nice throughout the whole night.
They made our day very special and I’m always grateful.
