Irene was very helpful. Explaining all the options and the pros and cons. It was my first time renting a tux and I have to say she made it a very easy and positive experience. Prices are great too. Thank you Ms Irene.

Terrible. Staff was unfriendly when we we picking out suits. We waited for a hour to get 1 person of a party of 3, sized properly. Ordered everything on January 15 for pick up on March 25. PAID IN FULL. Received a call on March 22 that they didn't have the sizes. Instead of offering an apology or another option they just said they couldn't do that order. That left me with an emergency to find 3 tux in 3 days. This company is unprofessional, rude and if I ever see them at another bridal event I will be sure to tell everyone what a terrible company they have and they they treat their paying customers like completely garbage and have no sense of decency for wedding parties. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

I can't speak for everyone, but we did not have a great experience here. We rented groom party suits from the location on San Pedro. We can leave 2 stars due to Rex's professionalism (he makes it a point to introduce himself, which is very welcoming) and the ability to provide quick alterations if needed. Our service from this location was terrible! We originally booked our services with an employee (Brittney?), who we loved but unfortunately never saw again. I am unsure if the fault was due to her, but we went through 4 months of miscommunication and confusion from the staff at this location. We started with having the wrong suit color written down, to the wrong number of groomsmen ordered, wrong wedding date listed and ended with not having matching suits. My husband had to call and visit multiple times to ensure the order was correct due to the numerous amounts of errors. Each time we called, we received a rude employee on the phone (Was not Esther but the other lady). Each time we visited, we received new information on our order. This was very frustrating. On pick up day, we were surprised to see that the vest on the suits of the groomsmen where not matching, which we were not going to be informed of but just happened to look. We ended up having to change the vest color to ensure that all of them were matching. Even though my husband paid for all of the suits ahead of time, we continued to get phone calls on a monthly basis about payments due, each time ending with an apology and that they "found it". The day after the wedding, we turned in all suits only to receive a phone call 3 days later that they were missing a suit, which ended in another apology (after 20 minutes) and that they "found it". This is a great place for suit rentals in a short time period (even same day) however it does not exhibit organization, which is very stressful in weddings. I hope in the future, their paperwork process improves. Each transaction should come with a receipt or contract to ensure EVERYONE is on the same page. Also very limited on color selection for shirts, ties and shoes.

They are a great mom and pop shop that have the best variety! We were wanting a navy blue suit but we couldn't find the right color or texture until we stumbled upon Rex's. I am so happy we went with them. I can't wait to see my groom on our wedding day!
