On October 16 my fiancé and I randomly pass by the store, walked in and realized they were having a ring show/expo type of event. The first person who greeted us was Aaron! Immediately he greeted us with a personality that was very capturing, warm, and informative. He was professional while also displaying camaraderie. As we perused the various types of diamonds, he stopped and said let’s go to the Simon G collection. Needless to say we were captivated by this line of diamonds and we fell in love with one of the men’s wedding bands. He then took us to the back and we began a financial process, which was very seamless and straightforward. We ordered the ring and two months later we came and we picked it up. On December 24, Christmas Eve we picked up my fiancé‘s wedding band, and finished the purchase/pick up with DENNISE!!! I thought that we were finished…. Until I realized that I was still in need of wedding bands lol. Because the Simon G collection was so beautiful, that was the first place I wanted to look for mine, unfortunately I was a little disappointed in the female wedding bands… maybe because I was wanting something with a little more pizzazz. She knew I wasn’t feeling it, so then she made a recommendation to the exact type of ring that I was looking for which was the bubble floating Diamond! I had never even heard of that! but the fact that she knew it would spark my attention made me love her even more. She even practiced being my fiancé‘s best man while passing the ring and trying them on… (of course I had to have 2 bands making this passing process more complicated) She was so pleasant, so friendly, not to mention hilarious, and it was such a joy working with her beautiful spirit inside and out. I love Robbins brothers, the people here are fantastic and they know their stuff! Aaron and Denise also insured us that the life and quality of diamonds purchased from them would ALWAYS be up-kept. 10/10 recommend! When you go, ask for Aaron or Dennise! They definitely won’t disappoint!

This place is horrible. First of all, we waited 45 minutes to even be helped. The sales woman was extremely pretentious and the moment I said that I'd like something other than a diamond as my center stone she lost interest. She never even called us back to follow-up. If you want an out of the box ring that everyone else has and you like being treated like a number, this is your place. If you want a custom made, beautiful ring made by people who get to know you and treat you like family go to Rice Village Diamonds. Best prices and customer service in Houston.

We had a great experience here! My fiance and I went together to look at rings, kinds of rings, and what style I wanted. We ended up finding the ring I wanted on the first try! But, they were very patient with us, took us all around the store to see all of the options, and very cognoscente of our budget. Included in purchasing the ring there, we get cleaning whenever we need it. I actually came in right before our wedding day to get the ring cleaned. No questions asked, they cleaned my ring (purchased there) and my family's rings as well - so they would look good in pictures. We are always welcomed with a smile. Love coming into the store. They really make you feel special and ask about other details of your wedding and day. Feels like a family store (in a good way!).
