Working with Heidi was SUCH an amazing pleasure! My journey to Romona started with a Pinterest Inspiration ( as most dress hunts start) in 2015 when I first got engaged for our October 2017 wedding. There was a design that I liked and since I was going to NYC for another appointment at a larger bridal salon, I made my appointment to check it out. It was a perfect experience. Heidi listened to my budget ( being at the designer store was a little intimidating, but they have dresses for a range of budgets) as well as what I felt comfortable in, and I was able to try on 7 dresses that all fit my criteria. This was HUGE because at that other large salon, the sales rep wasn't listening to what I felt comfortable in. Out of those 7 dresses, I narrowed it down to 2, and by the end of the year made my decision. Over the next year until my wedding, I was able to go back a few times to get measured and fitted. At the appointments I never felt rushed or that the staff was just waiting to get through the day. Alma, the amazing seamstress, was able to make the dress fit perfectly, down to even the smallest details. By the time my dress was ready, i honestly felt sad that I wouldn't be going back.
