Paloma was incredible. From the very first conversation to the last moments of our special day and beyond, she’s been by our side, expertly advising, leading, comforting, and coordinating. I never realized how complicated the process of wedding planning can be, but Paloma executed flawlessly. She is one of the most experienced professionals out there and has such a great reputation that many of the vendors gave us special ‘friends of Paloma’ discounts and became visibly excited when we told them who we were working with. I simply could NOT recommend her enough!!!! If you hire Paloma I guarantee you will have the most beautiful stress-free wedding of your dreams. She just doesn’t know how to do it any other way.

I don't know what we would have done without Lauren from Rosetree. She killed it as our day-of coordinator! Lauren coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. She put in so much work behind the scenes. I didn't even think about the logistics that day ... which is a huge win for any bride. I knew that Lauren had everything handled and that I didn’t have to worry. It was especially wonderful that she made sure that all of our decor was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She made sure that our wedding completely exceeded all of our expectations. Jess from Rosetree Weddings & Events was INCREDIBLE!!! We had the best time working with her. Because of her, our wedding was beautiful went off without a hitch. Seriously, it was the most perfect wedding I could have ever imagined. Jess is so good at her job. We hired her nearly two years before our wedding, and I would pay double to work with her again. We interviewed quite a few different planners when we first started planning, and Jess and Rosetree stood out from the beginning. They have the resources of a larger planning company (great relationships with vendors and access to aisle planner) but Jess made the whole process feel so personal. I was honestly so surprised to see how many other (fabulous) weddings Jess was working on while planning ours, because it felt like she was only working with us!! Jess was available whenever we needed, which was especially important as we planned our wedding across the country. She also worked around our busy work schedules when scheduling meetings/check-ins. And then, there was the wedding itself. Jess has a background in design, which was so apparent as she put together our dream vision board and eventually dream wedding. We wanted it to be colorful with a lot of beautiful flowers - and she delivered! She worked closely with all of our vendors to make sure that they were all on the same page when it came to the design and eventually bringing it all to life. Jess also stayed on top of all the logistics during the whole planning process - she took care of all the coordination and communication with the vendors, allowing us to get through the whole planning process with little to no stress. I had no worries going into the wedding day about anything because I knew Jess had it all taken care of. Not only did she keep everything organized leading up to the wedding, but during the wedding day itself she kept us all on track and helped to coordinate a ceremony and reception at two separate venues with transportation for all of our guests. My family all loved her and was all equally impressed. I have too many good things to say about Jess and Rosetree to fit in one review, but all in all, I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is planning a wedding!

Best money spent by far, I worked with Lauren to plan my wedding and the experience was as smooth as can be. I was able to be involved in the fun parts and all of the grueling aspects of planning like budgeting etc was taken care of! If i could recommend anything for all of the future brides is to spend the money on a planner, it is worth it.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Jess from Rosetree Events by our side on our wedding day. Jess was our day-of-coordinator. She reached out to us three months before the event. Right off the bat she was friendly and helpful. She was quick to respond to all of my questions from three months out all the way to the day of our wedding. She comes with a lot of experience and I could tell at the start. That was super helpful for someone that has never been married before! Jess created our day-of timeline and communicated with all vendors. It was so nice to have her to take on such big tasks. She attended our rehearsal at the church where there was an additional coordinator. It was the church’s policy to use their coordinator for the ceremony. Jess was polite and stepped aside but offered additional suggestions when I turned to her during a rather confusing conversation rehearsal. Upon reflection after the wedding, my family agreed that we wish Jess could have taken the reigns on the ceremony portion because she is so organized, clear, and helpful. Jess arrived the day of ready and excited to be a part of this big event. She and her assistant, whom we also loved, greeted vendors and got the whole venue set up for us. That was an incredible task that my family and I didn’t need to worry about. They had it all done in the blink of an eye. They also cleaned up at the end of the night and insisted that the groom and I go enjoy our wedding night. She hugged me, said she’ll miss us, then sent us on our way. So thoughtful! Overall, I have to say that using Rosetree was amongst the best investments I have ever made. Having Jess help with all of the nitty gritty was an immense help and a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders on a big day. We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Jess was the calming presence that a bride needs on her big day. She even knows how to find a tissue when you need it so quickly! We couldn't be more lucky to have worked with Jess from Rosetree, who was there for us from our very first planning meeting all the way through the wedding day itself. We were in touch with Jess almost every other week for 9+ months, and she was more than willing to work around both of our busy work schedules, a cross-country move to start new jobs, and more. As a "Type A" person myself, I knew that it would be challenging for me to let go of the details during my wedding day. I was initially skeptical about using a day of coordinator but Bre from Rosetree proved this service to be worth every single penny & then some! Bre engaged with us early on prior to the wedding (~8 months out) and was responsive to my emails & questions throughout the entirety of the planning process. If you want the wedding of your dreams, you need to work with Jess Schoen. It was undoubtedly the best decision we made when planning our wedding. She was creative, extremely kind, and gave us confidence at every turn. One thing I did not initially consider was how important the event planner is when locking down critical vendors. Jess had the inside track to the all the most talented vendors and it took our wedding to a level we didn’t think possible! This is the second time we worked with Jess Schoen from Rosetree! That itself says something about our confidence in Jess’s abilities, her due diligence, orientation to details, and being the best advocate for us working with various vendors. We hired Jess to plan 3 events for each of the two Indian weddings of our daughters we conducted over a two year period. She worked very closely with the bride and groom, supporting their vision and also balancing the requests and managing confusion of two sets of parents :-) she was professional in her communication and had a way of solving problems and accommodating everyone’s needs and requests. The second wedding was more complex with three locations, double the number of guests, and had more vendor coordination. She kept them and all of us on track, managed last minute issues, came to our place for several hours to help with our last minute issues and organization. We had Jess and Jenna coordinate my son's wedding and they did an amazing job. BRE IS THE QUEEN! From the moment I first met Bre, we hit it off and I knew I met a lifelong friend in her! I know this is a review of my experience with her as my day of coordinator, but it's important context because she treated the entire process like she was planning a wedding for her best friend and not just a client! Bre went above and beyond every step of the way and made the planning process so much fun! She is not only extremely bubbly and energizing to work with, she's also very attentive, organized and detail oriented. She took my clustered ideas and created the most amazing vision board and then brought it to life. Bre took so much weight off of my shoulders helping me find and coordinate with all of the vendors, stay on track with my to do's along the way and put together the most detailed timeline that ensured everyone was on track. I had fully anticipated at least one thing to go wrong because you are always told that but Bre and her assistant Amy flawlessly executed our dream wedding! When I first started wedding planning, I knew I was going to need a little extra help when planning from Chicago a wedding in Minnesota. We were paired with Bre who was an absolute dream! Being as type A as I am, I didn't know if I was going to jive with a planner. Boy was I wrong! Bre went above and beyond and was a true lifesaver the day of the wedding. Not only did she make the planning process fun during the months leading up, but she was the best hype woman and calming voice during the weekend of. She made sure every detail was taken care of before, during, and even days after tying up all the loose ends! In addition, she had a great assistant (Jess) who helped her execute everything the day of! I was able to truly step back and enjoy my wedding day with no worries which is just what I needed. Bre from Rosetree was the highlight of both our wedding planning experience and our wedding day. Bre is organized, thoughtful, creative, and enthusiastic. She was incredibly attentive and responsive, provided many ideas whenever we felt stuck (with vendors, layout, decor etc), and overall was our biggest cheerleader. Leading up to the wedding family and friends would frequently advise that "something would go wrong, but it would be a great day no matter what". We did have a fantastic day and thanks to Bre (and her wonderful assistant Meghan), nothing went wrong or slipped through the cracks. Bre and Leslee were fantastic, and crucial as our "day of" coordinators. They kept everyone on schedule and organized so we could enjoy the day and be in the moment. When we were short bouquets for the bridesmaids Bre came up with an on the spot solution that saved the day. I would highly recommend Bre and Rosetree to anyone.

Rosetree is AMAZING. We had the privilege of working with Jess for day-of coordination. I don't even know where to begin. We were so blown away with the services we were provided. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and an expert in all-things wedding coordination. Not only did she help keep our day perfectly organized, she helped bring our creative vision to life. She is multi-talented...a planner AND a creative! She built the most beautiful arch backdrop for our staircase entrance. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

We worked with Jess for our wedding. From the start she was beyond kind, helpful and organized! She helped keep us on track with all our planing and ensured our vendors were ready to go for the big day. On the day of the wedding Jess was so wonderful. Bre was fantastic to work with! She is super positive, bubbly, and brings genuine enthusiasm to her work. She was very communicative and responsive throughout the planning process, with helpful vendor suggestions and feedback. On the day of the wedding, she was excellent at communicating issues and then immediately telling us how they were already implementing solutions, which for a control freak like myself was perfect (I wasn't blindsided by anything but problems were solved before I had a chance to freak out about them lol). Even when we had a major issue with transportation, she helped immediately set it right and updated the timeline with our photographer to make sure we still fit everything in and the wedding experienced as small of a delay as possible. We had a good amount of DIY elements, and Bre and her secondary coordinator Jenna did great at bringing my ideas to life. I can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks Bre!

My wife and I did not hire Rosetree until after COVID delayed our wedding reception almost two years from our original date. Looking back on our big day, I cannot imagine navigating it without Bre from Rosetree! She was on top of things from our first meeting and shouldered all of the little questions, day-of logistics, and road bumps that would otherwise have fallen to us or our families. Instead, we could sit back and enjoy the evening with our guests without a second thought. I was expecting to be impressed with our venue, the food, the bartending staff, and the band, all of which our guests appreciated. I did not expect how many compliments we would receive due to Bre's charming, professional presence! We cannot recommend Bre and Rosetree enough to anyone considering a day-of coordinator.

My husband and I got married on June 12, and now that we've had some time to reflect, we both agree that hiring Bre was some of the best money we spent on the wedding! Bre's upbeat, positive attitude and attention to detail and organization made our day go so perfectly, and my husband and I are so grateful that we got to simply enjoy our special day and feel no stress at all. Where to even begin with how amazing it was to work with Bre! She was the go-to lady for all aspects of the day, making it possible for us to just enjoy the day. Lauren and her team did a wonderful job helping us celebrate our wedding this past May 2022. Lauren was punctual with pre-wedding meetings and created a day of schedule that all the vendors were able to follow. She called all our vendors prior to our wedding to introduce herself and confirm times. She did a wonderful job keeping us calm during the cake fiasco when our wedding cake was temporarily lost. Overall I would highly recommend Rosetree and their team to help make your wedding stress free.

Working with Rosetree was an absolute dream. We are especially thankful for Jess Schoen, the lead planner who was assigned to us as part of our full wedding planning package. From using Rosetree's organized system for keeping track of deadlines, vendor payments, and to-do items to communicating with vendors to find the best value for our budget, Jess helped us ensure that our wedding events ran smoothly and looked beautiful. The one thing I loved the most about working with Jess/Rosetree is that Jess immediately understood the aesthetic we were going for, so much so that I felt as though she was almost an extension of me because of how well she had understood my tastes. I could fully trust her to carry out our vision and even make decisions on our behalf. On top of all of the amazing work Jess did for us in the earlier stages of wedding-planning, we were also so impressed with her organized and detailed day-of coordination. Working with Jen and her team was amazing! We are so happy we brought on Rosetree for our Wedding day of coordination. We worked closely with Kelly Vinihan, who made the day run so smoothly. She was such a joy to be around, and her organization made our wedding day stress free. Some of my favorite aspects of her service were, handling the vendors, organizing the wedding party, creating the day of timeline, running the rehearsal and making sure everyone and everything was on track. Kelly was on board for some of our untraditional aspects of our Wedding and she helped the relaxed flow of our wedding run just how we envisioned. All I can say is thank you, and if you’re considering hiring rosetree… DO IT! The stress they took off of our backs, and our families was worth it’s weight in gold. Where do I even begin- WOW did Jen (first) and Bre (the real MVP) blow me away. From the initial meeting I had with Jen all through the planning and execution process with Bre, each went above and beyond. Bre has an energy that is infectious. Like a friend you've had for ages even though you just met her. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my big day. She made everything go off without a hitch and even delivered my floral donation after the event for me. I want to get married again just to work with them another time.

Hiring Rosetree Events was easily the best decision we could have made in the wedding planning process. I cannot possibly express how thankful we are for the Rosetree team! Veronica was our coordinator and truly, she is incredible. I showed up on the wedding day and literally the only thing I did was enjoy the day celebrating with my husband and all of our friends and family. Veronica handled. Every. Single. Thing. I am not kidding when I say all I had to do was show up. Veronica worked her magic with all of the details for the day. There is not one single thing I would have changed, and I know that is thanks to Veronica's had work behind the scenes. She knew our vision for the day and made it happen. Vendors set up in exactly the right places, the décor was perfectly arranged, and the timeline flowed wonderfully. A year's worth of planning coming together into a flawless day- it's absolutely priceless. If there were more gold stars to give, I would give them all without question!!! I could not be more impressed or thankful for Rosetree Events!

I was really disappointed with the design package that I added on - it was really just a Pinterest board. Also I did not appreciate being critiqued on my budget when I was asked it and was suggested to increase it.

We had Bre D. as our day-of-coordinator and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else. She made our day so special, stress-free, and smooth as possible. She went above and beyond for us (even offering to kick out my grandparents if they tried to crash the wedding). She is so fun, caring, and thinks of everything! Rosetree is also extremely affordable and I will forever recommend that couples go through them for day-of-coordination.

RoseTree was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We contacted Rosetree because we wanted a day-of coordinator for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Jess and would highly recommend her. She was kind, polite, and relaxed which made the entire experience enjoyable. About 3 years ago, when I was looking for wedding planner, I got lucky enough to come across Jenn Rosen and Rosetree Events. As an out of town bride (living in FL, planning wedding in MN), I was nervous about how the day would turn out not being able to be there in person for the majority of the planning process. With Jenn, there was no need to worry. We postponed our wedding 3 times due to COVID and she stuck with us the entire time. She redid contracts, made sure our vendors were available when we needed them, gave us options when we had to make major changes, etc. We even changed our venue 3 months before and our wedding date so she essentially replanned the whole thing in a few months and it was the most perfect day I could ever have imagined. From the design, to the flowers, to the vendors, to the layout, to the cake, to the cocktail hour, nothing could have been more amazing. Jenn kept us in the loop and always listened to our opinions and desires for our wedding day. She took my vision and turned it into a reality. There were even some surprises to me that were incredible. She was great at working with my parents who were funding the day. Jenn was always understanding and there for us even when we thought our wedding day wasn't going to happen. Being an out of town bride, she made herself available on nights and weekends by phone or in person to make sure things got done. No small detail was ignored. Her relationship with vendors in the area makes the possibilities endless. Anything you want, she will make it happen. The day of the wedding was flawless. I am sure there were hick-ups behind the scene, but I never knew about them. Jenn spent the entire day catering to us and making sure that things went off without a hitch. Jenn and her assistants were there they entire day (from getting ready to cleaning up) and always had a smile on their faces. Our wedding day could not have been any better and it is all thanks to Jenn Rosen and Rosetree Events. Jenn is not only an amazing wedding planner, but an incredible human. She has become a friend that we will stay in contact with. If ever again I throw a party, she is my go to planner. I wish that I could leave her more than 5 stars. Partnering with Bre for our wedding day was priceless. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we had several conversations with Bre to give her an overview of the day, describe our concerns (primarily with one vendor), and indicate where we needed her support most. Rosetree is absolutely amazing! It was so much fun working with them. They were able to help pull off our dream wedding. Paige and Carolynne were a dream team. If there were any small issues at all during the day, they were able to quickly problem solve and fix it. Everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend Rosetree for both design and coordination! We used Rosetree for wedding day coordination. Specifically, we worked with Kelly and her assistant for the day, Tanya. I was extremely pleased with how organized Rosetree and Kelly were. I am a type A type of planner, so I live for details and organization, and Kelly went over and above what I could do. She also was really helpful for answering questions. For example, I did not know how to answer a question from my band about "quiet times", and Kelly had a great answer right away. She was also quick to respond to emails and texts, a definite plus when there is so much to get done while wedding planning. On our wedding day, she handled problems seamlessly and had a great relaxed presence. I would 10/10 go with her again.

We used Rosetree for full service, day-of wedding coordination and we were so happy with the outcome! Kelly and her assistant were incredibly organized and adaptable. My now-spouse and I reached out to Rosetree pretty last minute for support with getting the last few details of our COVID-postponed wedding nailed down, and we are so glad we did! We selected the Christine package and were teamed up with Bre, who brought the perfect combination of enthusiasm and organizational skills to both the last few months of planning and our wedding weekend. She also connected with our family members and wedding party very well -- they all loved her! We especially appreciated Bre's hard work on our wedding weekend timeline, and her taking the lead on ordering and picking up lunch for our wedding party day, as well as helping us figure out tipping. If anything went wrong, my spouse and I did not hear a thing about it because Bre and her colleague Carolynne, who was also a joy to work with, took care of it. The only thing I'd change is us reaching out to Rosetree sooner so we could have spent less time stressing on wedding details, and could have made better use of Bre and Rosetree's tools and connections with other vendors. In summary, reaching out to Rosetree and getting to work with Bre and Carolynne was a delight and a huge anxiety reliever, and more than worth the money. If you are on the fence about getting a planner or day of coordinator, DO IT -- and request Bre and Carolynne!

We had the pleasure of working with Ally as our Day of Coordinator and we cannot recommend her enough! Ally was so organized and didn’t let a single thing slip through the cracks. Ally and her assistant did a wonderful job on our big day and it was such a relief being able to enjoy our day. Ally and her assistant truly went above and beyond.

I worked with Bre from Rosetree and the day went so incredibly well! From the beginning, I was very pleased by her communication, responses, checking-in with me and showing how invested she was in making sure the day & process went smoothly! Bre was professional but SO fun and kept the energy alive for everyone involved, starting from the first minute of rehearsal. I received many compliments about her! If there were little things going on throughout the day, I didn’t know about them because they were handled so well. I know constructive feedback is helpful, but I seriously can’t think of anything because we were so pleased by everything! So- THANK YOU Bre and Rosetree!

My wife and I used Kelly Houlehan from Rosetree Weddings as our planner for our wedding and we could not have been happier! She was very professional but also brought her fun personality to each meeting and the event. You can tell she has a lot of experience doing this because she was able to help with all of the little details we would have never thought of. The best part is, her and her partner executed all of those details during the wedding. Everything went so smoothly, she did an amazing job keeping us on track and we could not have been happier with how the night turned out. She made things so easy for my wife and I, and our families. Rosetree Events is second to none. We are beyond thankful for the planning and coordination that Jenn and the entire Rosetree Events team gave us and our families, as we planned and re-planned our wedding ceremony and reception (four times!) due to the pandemic. Our final attempt came together in a three-week timeframe -- crazy! From Day 1, Jenn and her team listened intently, and communicated timely and professionally. It really reassured us that we were in good hands. They worked around-the-clock, and invested their creativity, resourcefulness and energy into planning our special day. They introduced us to vendors, who were talented, professional and trustworthy. They brought unique ideas to the table so we could put extra personalized touches on our celebration. They were invested as we were, in celebrating our special day. Our entire wedding day was a complete dream and only made possible because of them. We will forever be thankful to Jenn and the Rosetree Events team. xo!

Jenn & her team at Rosetree are amazing. I would highly recommend them for any step of the planning process. Jenn helped us find & coordinate vendor selection at every level. Because of COVID-19, Jenn helped us make all of the necessary changes to adjust our original vision to a smaller, more intimate gathering that still felt beautiful, magical, and safe. I had every confidence that we would be safe with Jenn and her team helping us coordinate every detail large and small. In addition, when it came to bringing our design vision to life, I was blown away by the way Jenn helped to capture our dreams at every detail - it was beyond my wildest dreams. I had an amazing day, and I never could have done it without Jenn and her team!

Rosetree was great throughout this summer 2020 and all of the Covid 19 uncertainty. I received multiple emails and updates about regulation, support, and inquiring how I was holding up. I felt super supported and “in the know”. Our day of coordinator, Paige, and her assistant, Shay, were AMAZING!!! Paige went so above and beyond with helping me plan and on the day of. She was super nice but was able to help wrangle in people so I didn’t have to be the bad guy (like organizing the rehearsal with so many people). The day would not have been as great without her.

Jenn is amazing! Jenn and her team are organized, thoughtful, and creative and I knew immediately that they would help me realize my dream wedding day. Then Covid-19 hit and I had to postpone. Having Jenn by my side to navigate the logistics of postponing, as well as the emotions of it was invaluable!! Jenn was prepared, calm, and supportive as we figured out my new date and moved forward with the planning. This was an incredibly stressful and worrisome time for me, and I could not have done it without Jenn. In the end, my beautiful mini-wedding with a fraction of the guests in person and most on zoom happened, and I could never have imagined it another way! It was so beautiful, and Jenn seamlessly guided me and my family through everything. Thank you for everything!

Kelly was an excellent day of coordinator! She helped guide and support us through a tough process when we decided to change from a large wedding venue to a small back yard wedding due to COVID restrictions. When challenges arose, she presented us with multiple solutions. We felt very supported by Kelly through the process of replanning and replanning again. On the day of, she and her assistant (Jillian) helped set up our entire ceremony and reception tables, chairs, decorations, etc... The setup was beautiful and worked out perfectly. We are so glad we had Kelly to help us navigate the complicated lead up to our wedding and help the day itself be so wonderful!

Jenn made everything so easy. And having Paige day of was a huge help. Paige went to Michael's a few hours before to get something for my hair because I forgot my hair piece. (Not a close drive) truly a dream day all thanks to these ladies!

We hired Kelly as a Day-Of coordinator, and she was incredible! The day's events went smoothly, and my wife and I never had to worry about a thing. Kelly went out of her way to make sure that the event spaces were clean and organized, and that our guests and vendors were happy and enjoying themselves! Thanks!!!!!

Jenn made our wedding planning process much less stressful. She did a fantastic job, especially with following up with vendors. She made herself available, even during weekends. We highly recommend.

Hiring Jenn as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions that we made! I was a full-time grad student and working when we got engaged, so having a wedding planner was a necessity for us. Jenn made the whole process easy and stress-free. She got us in touch with the best vendors, attended meeting with us, and designed and planned out our wedding from start to finish. She was clearly knowledgeable in planning and had great relationships with all of the vendors. She was always available via text or email and responded to all of our questions or concerns. Day of, she was in control of everything. If anything wrong happened, we didn't know about it. Our friends and family complimented us on how beautiful the space was and said our wedding appeared seamless in terms of transitions. Everything fit together perfectly and the design was better than we could have imagined! We would highly recommend Jenn and her team.
