Rudy's Rentals was super easy to work with and responded very quickly to emails. We rented farm tables and nice chairs for our wedding reception. Delivery, setup, and tear down all went smoothly. We recommend them!
Rudy's had exactly what we needed for our wedding day (long farmhouse tables with fun legs!) at the right price! They worked directly with our venue to coordinate drop off and pick up and it all went smoothly day of!

I did a lot of research on rentals for the very specific look my daughter wanted for her wedding. Rudy’s had everything we were looking for at a very competitive price! They had so many other things that we didn’t use but I could imagine being awesome at a venue. Michelle was so accommodating. She was easy to reach and flexible with changes. All of the staff we worked with were professional and friendly. The deliver and pick up went perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Rudy’s Event Rentals for a wedding or any function!
My daughter had a destination wedding and decided to have the wedding reception for 200 guests in my backyard. Michelle at Rudy’s was highly recommended, and I know why. We met with Michelle, she knew exactly what my daughter envisioned for the reception. Michelle recommended amazing caterers and lighting people. The reception was perfect, my backyard was transformed into a beautiful elegant venue. Every detail was perfect down to the “signature drink” goblets! We have received many compliments on the beautiful reception. Thanks Michelle!
We've used Rudy's Event Rentals for SEVERAL events, and have always had a stellar experience! The rentals are gorgeous, the service has always been amazing. We will continue to use Michelle and her team for years to come. HIGHLY recommend!
Terrible at communicating! Went there in person to see the inventory, and was told that I would have my quote by the end of day. I left a voicemail for them to get back to me, still nothing. I finally emailed them and they told me something completely different than when I was there. I am extremely disappointed in their service, and absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.
Working with Michelle / Rudy's for our wedding was overall a good experience.
She was prompt with our inquiry, pricing, invoicing, etc. and we had a good initial consult call.
The day before our wedding, she went through her inventory and emailed to let me know that the commonly chosen chair I had selected was looking a little worse for the wear after a summer of weddings, and offered to upgrade us to a chair that was more better and more expensive – on the house. I really appreciated this gesture, and I believe that it elevated the look of my wedding. It was a lovely surprise and delight during a stressful time. I appreciate the way she handled the issue and ended up making my wedding even better.
They showed up on time and did a great job, even setting the tables up outside my venue so that the ceremony space wouldn't have to have tables around the perimeter of the room (bonus!).
My only caveat is that Michelle is pretty unavailable during the summer months due to the high season. She warns everyone, but it was challenging when I needed answers for other vendors.
Overall, I would recommend Rudy's for the inventory and how she treated me and my fiancé near the end of our wedding planning –
She is super flexible and has amazing inventory! I've had nothing but great experiences with her! She may be little difficult to get in touch with I've had great luck with FB messenger. She instantly responds! Very professional business! Would highly recommend
We rented farm tables and vineyard cross back chairs from Michele at Rudy’s for our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion. She was very flexible and helpful with our changing designs and numbers. She met with us numerous times to create an amazing design. At times, she was difficult to get ahold of though worth it! Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect and her employees that delivered the tables and chairs were very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend Rudy’s Event Rentals for your special event.
As a wedding industry vendor I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle at Rudy's on many weddings and creative events over the years. I have also rented from Michelle for a wedding I hosted. Michelle offers high quality pieces that are visually stunning. She is always adding to her inventory to keep up with what's new so you can be sure to find what you are looking for at Rudy's. What kind of business doesn't answer emails? I reached out several times, no reply. Awful!
They didn't even give us a chance to give them our business. After 3 emails and several phone calls with messages left (no one ever answered the phone) with NO response back, we went elsewhere with our business.
