I have been going to Salon Alchemy for 5 years now. They do such an amazing job with my hair that I knew I had to have them for my wedding. Angela and Jenna did such a beautiful job. I went in two weeks prior and had Jenna do my color and cut so that it would be fresh for the wedding. During that appointment I also did a trial for both hair and makeup for the wedding. They both do amazing work. Jenna not only refreshed my hair for the wedding but styled it beautifully and just how I wanted. Angela glammed me up and gave me the perfect makeup look for the wedding. I love Salon Alchemy and choosing them for my wedding was one of the best decisions!

Angela and Jenna did such an amazing job with my wedding. From my first appointment with them for my trial I knew I needed to book them. They work so well together and are very talented stylists. They took my inspiration photos and tailored the look to what was best for me. Both of them did a fantastic job with hair and makeup for my bridal party. The Salon Alchemy bridal team is incredible! My wedding got pushed several times because of COVID 19. Throughout the whole process, Angela the owner was understanding and accommodating. I was finally able to have my wedding last month, and I can't express enough how happy I am that I went with Salon Alchemy. Angela and Jenna did a fantastic job on everyone's hair and makeup. Everyone looked beautiful and were very happy with their looks. Angela and Jenna took inspiration from what everyone wanted, but executed a look that was tailored to each of us. Having a wedding during Covid was very nerve wrecking. Everything was constantly being moved around. One of the positives was Salon Alchemy. I was originally supposed to get married in April 2020. But because of Covid it got pushed to December 2020. Then it got pushed again to June of 2021. Throughout the whole process Salon Alchemy were very understanding and worked with me. Angela the owner is very sweet and every time I had to speak with her she reassured me that everything would be ok. When our wedding finally happened Angela and Jenna were perfect. We had a start time of 9:00am and they were there at 8:30am to set up everything. We started promptly at 9:00am and the morning went by smoothly. With 6 girls getting both hair and makeup, we were finished by 12:30. Perfectly on time for the photographers. Angela and Jenna work so good together! After everyone was finished I was so happy with everyone's look, and happy that I booked the "For the Queen & Her Admirers" package. Both Angela and Jenna stayed for an additional 4 hours to touch up both myself and the bridesmaids. I could not have asked for a better bridal team. Angela and Jenna are fantastic! I found Salon Alchemy through a friend. She has been going there for years and when I got engaged she told me to check them out. When I looked them up and saw their work, I knew I needed to schedule a trial with them. I had the trial with both Angela and Jenna. Angela did my makeup and Jenna did my hair. The trial went better than I expected and I booked them for my wedding before I left. The day of my wedding went so smoothly. They showed up early to set all of their things up, and they work so well together that we stayed on schedule the whole morning. I was very impressed by how well the work together. Everyone looked so beautiful and I was very happy with how everyone looked. In total the two of them did 17 services all the while with a smile on their faces and an upbeat, cheery attitude. Salon Alchemy saved my wedding! Two weeks before my wedding my original hair and makeup team cancelled on me. I was pressed for time to find a salon that not only was great at what they do, but also available. After looking at a few different salons I stumbled upon Salon Alchemy. I loved the work that I saw so I gave them a call to see if they had availability. Luck was on my side because when I spoke with the owner, she was very sweet and she informed me that they were available for the time that we needed. I immediately booked them and spent the rest of the day emailing back and fourth with her all the information. Angela (the owner) was the best to work with, she reassured me that everything was going to be great. I never had time to go in for a trial appointment. So she said to find some inspiration photos to have for the day of. At the wedding I was blown away at their talent. Angela did our makeup and Jenna did our hair. They were both angels and made us feel comfortable. Everyone looked absolutely stunning and we were all so happy. When searching for a bridal team, Salon Alchemy was one of the top salons in NJ for bridal beauty. After looking at their work on The Knot I knew that I wanted to book a trial appointment. My trial appointment was perfect. Angela (the owner) did my makeup and Jenna did my hair. They were both easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with the trial appointment. I went ahead and booked them for my wedding before I left my appointment. On the day of they were amazing. They work very well together. None of us ever felt rushed and everyone looked beautiful. Angela and Jenna are the best!

I had been looking for salons for my wedding for a while, and when I couldn't find one that fit I looked on The Knot. When I found them and read through the reviews I knew I had to try them out. I first booked a blowout with them to see if they were a fit. When I went for my appointment they were all so lovely. I had mentioned that I was getting married. My stylist starting talking about everything wedding related. She had mentioned that they did bridal hair and makeup but never pushed it. I really liked that. I liked that she wasn't pushing their bridal team on me and that she was genuinely interested in my planning process. I knew then that I wanted to book my wedding with them. Not only did my stylist make me feel comfortable and wasn't pushy, but her blow out was perfect. After my appointment, I later called back and spoke with the owner Angela about my experience and booking my wedding. She was just as lovely as the rest of her team. I booked a trial appointment with them a month before my wedding. The trial went perfect and I couldn't wait for the big day. On my wedding day Angela and Jenna got there early to set up and had a schedule set for the whole morning. There was seven people getting services including myself. The two of them worked efficiently and smoothly. We were all so happy with both our hair and makeup. When booking my wedding I booked one of their packages. That meant that they stayed the whole length of the wedding doing touch-ups throughout the day and night. Angela and Jenna were so sweet and wonderful! If you want to look beautiful on your wedding day, you need to book with Salon Alchemy. You won't regret it.

I have been a client of Salon Alchemy from the very beginning. Over the years I have seen the bridal work that they do and have always been impressed. When I got engaged two years ago Salon Alchemy was my first vendor booked. Angela is amazing to work with and her entire team are fantastic. My husband and two brother-in-laws went to see Marc at the salon the day before. They got haircuts and their beards shaped and Marc made them fresh and ready for the wedding the next day. The day of the wedding Angela and Jenna came to the venue to beautify us. They are truly the dream team! But she was very sweet and understanding. When the day of the wedding came Angela & Jenna (salon alchemy stylist) were the dream team. They were there early to set everything up, and throughout the entire day they were just a joy to be around. They are professional, sweet and very talented stylists. Salon Alchemy is the perfect salon. I found them from my cousin who used them for her wedding 3 years ago. Our original wedding date was for September of 2020, but due to Covid we had to reschedule. Angela (the owner) was very accommodating about the rescheduling. Our new wedding date was January 10th and once again we had to reschedule. Angela once again was accommodating and understanding. We rescheduled for 2022 but had a small ceremony with immediate family. For the ceremony it was only my sister and I who received services. We both got our hair and makeup done. Angela did our makeup and Jenna did our hair. I was very happy with everything. They are very talented stylists and are wonderful to be around. With everything going on with Covid they took extra precautions. I can't thank them enough for everything. They are simply the best stylists that I've come across in years. I can not begin to thank the bridal team at Salon Alchemy. My wedding had gotten cancelled due to the pandemic. In rescheduling my wedding Angela (the owner) was very accommodating. I kept in touch with her throughout the whole process of rescheduling my wedding. My wedding venue was able to do outdoor weddings, so my date was moved to end of August. I was very excited when Angela told me they were available for that day. Angela and Jenna are very professional and enjoyable to be around. They went above and beyond with making sure everything was properly sanitized, and that everyone was keeping socially distant. I highly recommend Salon Alchemy. Before wedding planning I had gone to Salon Alchemy only a few times. I loved the atmosphere and the employees were wonderful. I had heard that they were known for weddings and events so I booked a trial appointment with them. My trial was in February and I was very happy with the way my hair and makeup came out. It was classic, elegant and I felt beautiful! During my trial I was able to meet the other stylist (Jenna) that would be working my wedding with Angela. The two of them have been doing weddings for years, and have been working weddings together for over 4 years. Combined they have over 20 years of wedding experience, and it shows! Angela and Jenna answered any questions that I had and took the time to understand my vision. Before I left I booked my wedding with them. I was so excited for my wedding and then quarantine happened. I was freaking out about having to reschedule all my vendors especially my beauty team and photographers. Salon Alchemy is the best salon in the New Jersey New York area. They were one of the only salons that would travel for our wedding. Angela and Jenna are professional and very talented. They did such a beautiful job with everyone's hair and makeup. They arrived early to set up so they wouldn't take away from their time with us. They work very well together and were organized. I found Salon Alchemy through a good friend of mine. They came highly recommended. I did a trial with them and was very happy with the outcome. About a week later (after I got a head count from the bridal party an family) I booked them for my wedding. I had a summer wedding down the shore. The first thing that I loved about Salon Alchemy is that they travel. Some other salons that I looked at prior wouldn't travel more than 15- 20 miles. My wedding was about 2 hours away from the salon down the shore. Right off the bat they said that traveling was NOT an issue! I was so happy to hear that. The second thing that I loved about them was that they were early and stayed on schedule the whole morning. When I saw that they had arrived a half hour early I was impressed. They said they always arrive early so that they can set up and not take time away from our getting ready time. The third thing I loved about them was how professional and efficient they were. I have never seen a team work so well together. They stayed right on schedule and when I was worried about time and possibly adding another hair and makeup. They remained calm and reassured me that time was nothing to worry about and that they were able to add another person. They are definitely the dream team! The fourth thing I loved about them was their talent. They are super talented and do such beautiful work. Everyone looked stunning, like they were ready for the red carpet! I could not have been happier with the outcome. When I received my photos from the photographer I was blown away with how amazing everyone looked. Angela did all the makeup and Jenna did all the hair. There were 16 services in total including the additional person we added on last min. I found Salon Alchemy through my cousin. She had used them for her wedding in 2018. I was so impressed by their bridal team that I chose them for my wedding. Being a bridesmaid for my cousins wedding I was able to see first hand how they work. They were just perfect! When my wedding came around in December (2019) I was very excited. Angela and Jenna did such an amazing job. They stayed on schedule and did such beautiful work. We ended up adding two additional people. They were very accommodating and even with the additional services they managed to end right on time. I was very impressed. We had a total of 20 services with the additional people added on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Salon Alchemy! They saved the day. I had originally booked a salon that I had frequented for years. About a month before my wedding that original salon backed out and I was stranded. I was freaking out and had no clue what I was going to do. So I started researching top bridal beauty salons in Northern New Jersey. Salon Alchemy was one of the first salons that popped up. I looked at all of their reviews and figured I'd see if they had any availability for October 5th. The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and informative. She took all my information and told me that the owner would get back to me later that day. Within two hours of my initial call the owner Angela called me back. She was very pleasant and told me that they were able to accommodate me. I was so happy to hear that. I was also able to book a trial with her the week before my wedding. During my trial I was very nervous and scared because of what the other salon had done. Angela calmed me down and reassured me that nothing like that was going to happen again. On the day of my wedding Angela and Jenna arrived early to set up all of their things. When I saw them there early my nerves were immediately calmed. Not only did they arrive early but they had created a schedule for that morning. I was surprised to have a schedule because the original salon never provided me a schedule or a break down of timing. Angela and Jenna work so well together. Their timing was amazing, they stayed on schedule the entire morning. They are very talented artists with great personalities. They are NOT the typical New Jersey stylist. They were not pushy or loud and they didn't make us look like a stereotypical Jersey girl. Everyone looked classy, elegant, timeless and most importantly beautiful. There are no amount of words to say how grateful and thankful I am for Angela and Jenna. I went with Salon Alchemy for my wedding for several reasons. 1. I heard only fantastic things about them. 2. They have a 5 star rating not only on The Knot but on Yelp as well. 3. The owner Angela responded to my email within 20 min of sending it. After communicating with her for a few days I decided to come in for a trail run of both hair and makeup. The trial went very well and she did exactly what I asked for and it came out beautifully. When she was done I told her that I wanted to book my wedding with them. Once she was done we discussed over all the details needed. She told me that she would be setting up a schedule for the day of so that everything would run smoothly. While I was there I also got to meet the other hairstylist and makeup artist (Jenna & Nicole) that would be accompanying her. Being able to talk with them about what styles and looks everyone might want was very helpful. I also was able to see some of their previous work and was very pleased with what I saw. On the day of my wedding everything went so smoothly. They were professional and stayed on schedule in a timely manner. They arrived early to set up so that no time was taken away from any of us getting ready. They also finished early and was able to have extra time for touch ups. Everyone looked beautiful and everyone was very happy with how their hair and makeup came out. I just recently received my pictures from the photographer and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I have been going to Salon Alchemy for the past 4 years. So naturally I chose them for my wedding. Angela the owner is very accommodating. When I told her that I would need them to be on location and not in salon, she had no issue with it. I didn't know this until then but they travel all the time for weddings, all over New Jersey, New York and Penn. I didn't have a big bridal party so it was going to be Angela and one other person from the bridal team. I requested to have Jenna as the other stylist, and Angela accommodated my request. The two of them together worked so smoothly and efficiently. Everyone looked so beautiful and were all happy with the outcome. I heard about Salon Alchemy through a co-worker. She had used Salon Alchemy for her wedding and fell in love with them. Before I could commit to booking with them, I decided to book a trial. This was the best way for me to see if they were the right decision for me. The trial went better than I could have imagined. Once the appointment was finished I decided that Salon Alchemy was right for me. I booked them that day. When the big day finally happened I was nervous (pre-wedding jitters). Once the bridal team arrived and started hair and makeup my nerves went away. They were calm, professional & caring. They helped with the mood and atmosphere. I have been going to Salon Alchemy for years and I knew I would be in perfect hands with Angela and Jenna. They are both extremely professional and show up on time. They also stayed on schedule with all the bridesmaids and mothers. All of my ladies loved their hair and makeup and were raving how efficient Angela and Jenna both were. When it came down to my turn, they had photos from the trial run we did during the Summer so they were prepared and knew how long it would take to execute my look. All and all it was a wonderful experience working with them and I would highly recommend both of them for your event.

Angela and the rest of the Salon Alchemy team are amazing. They are all very professional, welcoming & fantastic at what they do. I reached out to Salon Alchemy about 5 months before my wedding. They were very accommodating from the very beginning. The day of the wedding we had both the women and the men of the bridal party get services done. To hear that Salon Alchemy offers men's grooming wedding services was the best thing. All the groomsmen were able to get fresh haircuts and beard trims. They all looked fresh and styled for the wedding. The rest of the bridal party all got both hair and makeup services. Half of them were booked for classic makeup vs airbrush, and they all ended up changing to airbrush. The Salon Alchemy team accommodated us with ease. They had no problem changing everyone over to airbrush. They also had no problem with us adding services on last min. They did such a beautiful job on all of us. Highly recommend! I found Salon Alchemy when looking for salons in the area. I am not from New Jersey, so when looking for a salon I had to rely on reviews. I needed a salon who would travel to Hoboken and be able to accommodate a lot of services. When I contacted Salon Alchemy I had a wonderful conversation with the owner Angela. She answered any questions that I had and was very sweet. She told me that traveling for them was no issue, that they travel all the time for weddings. Also that they would be able to accommodate any wedding size. Once I booked Salon Alchemy, Angela was in constant contact with me up until my wedding. Even with my millions of questions, I was never a bother to her. I really appreciated that. My wedding was on a Saturday early in the morning. Angela and her bridal team arrived a half hour early. They were able to set up with no feelings of being rushed, and even got a head start on all of us. They were very professional and fun to be around. In total including myself there was 24 services. During the time we were getting ready, we never felt rushed or that there wouldn't be enough time. I don't know how they did it but they remained calm the entire time. They worked so well together that we ended up finishing earlier than expected. Angela and her bridal team, (Nicole, Christina & Jenna) were fantastic and did such a beautiful job! I had a wonderful experience with Salon Alchemy. While planning my wedding, I was a little nervous about hair and makeup. I was looking around for a salon that specializes in weddings & events. I stumbled upon Salon Alchemy when I searched for top central NJ salons with a specialty in weddings. Before reaching out I looked through reviews and photos of their work and was very impressed. When I reached out to the salon, I heard back immediately. From the very beginning the staff at Salon Alchemy were very professional & caring. Like most brides I did a trial for hair and makeup. I left the trial happy and the next day I booked my wedding with them. When my wedding day arrived I was excited and anxious. The big day was here and I wanted everything to go smoothly. The team at Salon Alchemy was apart of helping my day go smoothly and keeping me calm. We had a 9:00am start time for hair and makeup. The team at Salon Alchemy, (Angela, Jenna & Christina) arrived a half hour early to set up so we would be running on time. Angela (the owner) had sent me a schedule about a month prior to the day. It had the times that everyone would be taken, along with what services they would be getting. The schedule made the day run smoothly and on time. We ended up adding 3 more services the day of, and Angela, Jenna & Christina were very accommodating. Adding 3 more services last minute on top of our already crazy schedule was a miracle. They did it so effortlessly and with ease. They never got nervous or worried about adding more services. In total we had 23 services done. Salon Alchemy did such a beautiful job with everyone's hair and makeup. All of my girls not only looked beautiful but also felt beautiful. I can't thank Salon Alchemy enough for making my day magical.

Angela and her team are the best out there. I researched a few different salons before choosing Salon Alchemy. I went with Salon Alchemy for a few reasons. The first being that Angela was quick to respond when I reached out. The other salons I looked at took a few days to get back to me. Angela on the other hand had responded to my email within an hour of sending it. From there on out she was very informative and accommodating. Any questions or concerns that I had, she answered. I knew from the start that my experience with Salon Alchemy was going to be an excellent one! I did a trial first and was very happy with the outcome. On the day of my trial I booked Salon Alchemy for my wedding. When my wedding day finally came, Angela and her team were amazing. They got to the venue early so they could set up and prep before we were ready to get our hair and makeup done. They also worked on a schedule, which made the day go so smoothly. There was no confusion on who was getting what or what time they would be. They were very professional and fun to be around. Angela, Jenna & Nicole calmed all of our nerves, and made the environment a welcoming one. There was 10 of us getting both hair and makeup done, and everyone looked beautiful. Getting ready went fast and smoothly thanks to Angela, Jenna & Nicole. I can't thank Salon Alchemy enough for everything they did for me. I now recommend Salon Alchemy to all my friends whether they have an event to go to or they need their hair refreshed. Salon Alchemy is the best choice for your wedding!

Take two women who normally never wear makeup and keep their hair pretty basic and you've got two nervous brides. But Angela and her team were comforting, patient and most importantly insistent about what works best. I was concerned about how heavy my makeup was ... until I saw exactly what Angela said would happen happening... the heat softened the look in a short time and now, seeing the first pictures cropping up, I know she was 100% right to insist I trust her. My sister was also very happy with her results. One bummer was that two of wedding party had their hair done and... I had asked very emphatically whether the team was adept at extremely curly hair and hair on women of color. Unfortunately, the amazing skills they have in general didn't quite transfer over to such specific hair types and we ended up paying for one do that was not quite what was wanted and another that was undone completely and redone by my sister-in-law herself. Nevertheless, I definitely do recommend Angela for non-specialty hair. I loved working with her and would definitely do so again.
