er flexible with whatever changes I asked. The entire team is very talented; on the day of the wedding everyone’s hair and makeup looked so good. I also feel it’s important to mention that they definitely have the right balance of putting on enough makeup to accentuate but not so much that everyone looks like a clown (I’ve seen that so often! You wont get that here 😊) The team was timely and professional—I highly recommend

The stylist that was sent to the wedding was wonderful, but she did not seem prepared with all her own tools. There was no heat protectant spray used the bridal party's hair was da...
maged as a result. Not enough product was used in their hair resulting in curls falling and major frizzing even before the start of the ceremony. The stylist also did not bring her own hair dryer. While my bridal hair was good and held curls majority of the night, the bridal party's hair was mediocre at best.

our contract we do not blow out hair the day of as there is not enough time and that is an additional service that was not discussed before hand. Your stylist was also added an additional person last minute that was not in contract. As she did her best with the time allotted for your group. Thank you for your concerns.
