Where to begin! Sam was the first beauty “vendor” to get back to me on the Knot and she responded within the hour. We met for the trial and it was kismet! She was friendly, approachable, light, and enveloping. We went through pictures for inspiration and created a beautiful look. I asked for more contour, place the blush higher, and more coverage and she was soooo amenable. It was clear to me she was aiming to curate exactly what I pictured while giving me recommendations. On the day of the wedding, she was here early which worked out great! She did the make up for 9 ladies and everyone looked amazing! She brought the beauty on the inside to the outside. We created my lip look on the spot because I was picky about the color and she never once made me feel like it was inconvenient or dismissed. Everyone in the bridal party loved her and chatting with her was like she’s been in the friend group for years. She made it very comfortable and never once made me feel like an idiot or ridiculous (irrational fear lol). I will recommend Sam Rose Beauty 20/10 forever and ever. She’s a wonderful human being as well as truly skilled beautician!

I had the best experience with SamRoseBeauty!! They were very professional and their work was beautiful. They finished eight bridesmaids, two moms, and Me two hours early!! This left plenty of time to take photos and have fun before the ceremony started. Not only that, but My makeup was flawless - I truly have never felt more beautiful than I did on that day. I would definitely recommend this vendor!!

Sam is amazing! She is so talented, and so fun and easy to work with. I had some people in my party getting their makeup done for the first time or who weren't used to wearing a lot. Sam made everyone feel so comfortable and everyone was so happy with how it turned out! She is also very timely and efficient and was able to do all 8-10 of us herself. We also had Tia doing our hair, and she is just as amazing and talented! Highly recommend!!

Sam is absolutely amazing at her job. I have been going to Sam for years for my lash extensions and when I got engaged I immediatley booked Sam for my Make up. I've seen her work and couldn't wait for her to work her magic on the day of my wedding. Being a make up artist myself, it's not easy to hand over the brushes. My make up was exactly how I liked it but better!!! Everyone looked gorgeous. My goal for the day was to have a fun easy going vibe. Sam brought the vibe and her work exceeded my exceptions!! Sam was AWESOME to work with! Her team was great! Did my trial and loved the look! Sam and her team were there and set up on the morning of my wedding before I even arrived! My original hair stylist was sick and Sam took care of finding someone else to take over and didn't mention to me ahead of time knowing it would be another added stressor. They worked their way through my bridesmaids, mother, flower girl and myself in an efficient time frame. They both made everyone comfortable with their looks, taking the time to listen to what each person wanted and keeping them updated throughout the process. Each person got a little touch up kit to be able to reapply when needed. Overall, Sam Rose Beauty was so amazing to work with and I will most definitely recommend them to people as well as use them in the future for any of my makeup and hair needs!

I give Sam my highest recommendation! I met her before I was even engaged where she did my make up for a different occasion and I immediately asked her how to book her for my future wedding. I felt my most beautiful that day and same with my wedding! The airbrush foundation makes your skin look amazing and she is very skilled in doing glam eyes (if that's what you want) without making them look over the top. I looked and felt like myself still which was really important to me on my wedding day. Sam herself is also so fun and easy to be around. She made everyone in the bridal suite feel comfortable and excited. All my bridesmaids were very happy with their make up. I even had one who initially opted out of make up but changed her mind when she saw others and Sam was nice enough to squeeze her in.

Sam is fantastic!!! She did my makeup (and the makeup for my mother in law, mother and 5 of my bridesmaids) for my June wedding. Everyone raved about how talented and easy going she is! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I lost count on the amount of compliments I received on my seamlessly beautiful look on my wedding day. The airbrush feature was amazing. Sam is AMAZING! I used Sam Rose Beauty for my wedding. From my makeup trial to the actual day, I felt so at ease with Sam. She executes flawlessly and really takes your input. Sam did the makeup for my wedding in June 2023 and she was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very communicative from the beginning, personable, and so sweet. I told her my vision for my makeup and she exceeded it! I have never felt more beautiful or confident thanks to her! I was blown away by how many compliments I got at the wedding on how beautiful my makeup looked. I had a large wedding party and she was able to do everyone's makeup beautifully with time to spare. Sam is amazing ! She did make up for my bridal party of 9 and everyone was absolutely thrilled. She even showed up at 445am to start because of our early ceremony time. I got married on 9/8/23, I booked a venue for our wedding date, and the next vendor I booked was S.R Artisrty! I would book with Sam Rose Beauty again, and again! The professionalism, quality of work, and overall service provided was outstanding! Sam was able to apply make up to 10 people aging from 12-75! The makeup looks were absolutely flawless, everyone was getting compliments on how well their makeup looked! We got married on a hot night and everyone’s makeup stayed in place! I was very nervous the morning of my wedding overthinking all the little details, and as soon as I sat in Sam’s chair my worries seemed to melt away. She has such a relaxing, calm demeanor about her. Anyone that talks to me about my wedding says “you looked so beautiful your make up was incredible!” I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. I caught myself walking by every mirror like “damn I look good!” I would book Sam over and over and over again! If you need wedding make up look no further, book Sam! You will not regret it!!

Sam was AMAZING and was just absolutely easy and wonderful to work with. I do not normally wear a lot of makeup and she was recommended to me by a family friend. I did a trial and fell in love with her style and her easy to chat with personality. She traveled to Plymouth MA for my wedding and did the makeup for 10 people including my grandma who looked SO good! One of my bridesmaids who typically just does her own makeup afterwards asked me for her contact info the next day. She even recommended to me a colleague/friend of hers for hair who I booked as well (Bridal Hair by Tia Dodd). And the two of them worked SO well together and just did such an amazing job. And on top of it all they were just so fun to hang out with all day getting ready. Thank you so much Sam for being a part of my day and making myself and my wedding party feel so gorgeous!

Do yourself a favor and make your wedding day so much easier by hiring Sam for your makeup (and Tia- her friend for Hair!). Every one of my bridesmaids LOVED their makeup and 2 of them have been in 5+ weddings in the past. I felt comfortable and at ease with Sam from when we first met at my trial all the way through my wedding day. I loved that at my trial she "started light" and adjusted adding more/less until we got exactly what we were looking for. Sam was beyond amazing for our wedding makeup needs. She traveled to Connecticut for an early morning with myself, my bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom. Everyone was so complimentary of their makeup and shared how natural and pretty they felt. Sam listened to everyone's request and delivered flawless results that lasted the whole August day. And not only did she arrive early but she wrapped up early too allowing more flexibility in our wedding day timeline. Sam was fantastic to work with! She made me feel so comfortable during my trial with her and was very open to any requests I had for adjustments for the day of. She handled all of my bridesmaids, sister in laws and mothers the day of the wedding like a well oiled machine! She finished earlier than we had planned and stuck around to do any touch ups. Sam was FABULOUS! We had very many mixed skin tones and some of the girls were worried about getting their make up done, but Sam came in and CRUSHED it! She was laid back, relaxed, very professional and totally in her element. I don't think i would every let someone other than Sam ever do my make up. Sam is AMAZING!! She is incredibly kind and so easy to work with. At the makeup trial, Sam listened to all of my requests and was open to feedback about the things that I wanted. She offered great recommendations and advice and made me feel so comfortable in the chair! Sam was originally recommended to me by a friend. I was a little nervous because I’m not someone who wears a lot of makeup. I had done a trial with her before my big day and was throughly impressed. Not only did I love how it looked but it felt light and stayed on all day in the heat. Come wedding day I actually decided I wanted her to give me a bit more “glam.” She did, and she did it well! Sam was amazing to work with!! Professional, kind, and warm hearted. Our makeup was stunning, and lasted the whole day/night. All of my bridesmaids loved their looks, and I felt like the most beautiful bride! The airbrush was A+. I trialled my makeup with her a few months before the wedding, she used top tier products. I bought extra for touch ups, but didn’t need to touch up once. All the way to 3 am! Sam was also a very integral part of calming me down when I was having an emotionally tough time. Sam was absolutely THE BEST! During my makeup trial she made such a point to get to know me and what I, and my bridesmaids wanted for our makeup. I really felt as though she truly cared about how we all looked on the big day. She also spent a lot of time making sure my bridesmaids were happy with their makeup (something that was important to me). There aren’t enough words to accurately describe how amazing Sam is! From the initial booking all the way through the day of my wedding she was incredible! She made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and she goes out of her way to make sure your personal style and preferences are reflected in her work. Every single person, including our moms, loved their makeup! So much so one of my bridesmaids said it was the best she’s ever had done and we all agreed! There really aren’t enough words to explain how AMAZING Sam is at her craft! She arrived on time and ready to go. Not only is she an amazing makeup artist, but she is super friendly, funny and easy to talk to. I gave her full artistic control for my big day and she nailed it. Sam is IT ladies!! Truly honestly and completely is IT for the MUA you need for your wedding and bridal party makeup , myself and all my bridesmaids were Thrilled when we saw her completed work, makeup is hard because everyone has different styles , Sam KNOWS how to accentuate features and glam you up the second you sit down in her chair… her personality is just as flawless as her makeup she is fun and outgoing and so communicative during the wedding planning process… Hire her and fast!!! Sam is absolutely amazing; I truly can’t say enough about her! I first found Sam when she did my makeup for my best friends wedding a few years ago; I loved how it turned out so much that when my now husband and I got engaged, she was my first contact. I knew I couldn’t have anyone else do my makeup. She is so easy to work with and has such a great personality…not to mention she is a true artist! Sam listens to what you want and does it SO perfectly! We had to change our wedding date 3 times due to COVID and Sam was always so responsive and flexible in working with us to pick a new date. She ended up doing my makeup for our engagement shoot, my bridal shower, our mini ceremony (during COVID) and our big ceremony and I just loved my makeup more and more each time. She is truly the best and I am so glad she was with me for all of my big days!!

I would highly recommend Sam for any bride looking to book a makeup artist for their wedding day! Sam was great throughout the entire process. For someone who does not get their makeup done very often I was not sure about what I wanted for my wedding day but when I went for my trial she made me feel comfortable right away and helped me find the perfect look! On the wedding day she was very prompt and finished with my whole bridal party including flower girls and mothers ahead of schedule. Everyone was extremely happy with how their makeup came out. Sam...where do I start? I guess I'll start by saying that I initially got a trial with another makeup artist and was not thrilled with the results. I came to Sam, and she knew exactly what I was looking for and how to make me look natural yet glam at the same time! I love how my makeup looked and still love it when I look at my wedding photos. Also highly recommend her for eyelash extensions. And to top it off, she is HILARIOUS and will make you laugh every time you see her! Sam is the greatest!! She did the make up for my sister's wedding a few years ago and I knew I needed her for mine (which wasn't even planned yet). Sam did our makeup for my wedding. We all have never looked better!! My mom has an olive skin tone and my bridesmaid is Indian. Sam picked out the perfect complimentary colors for their skin. We all felt so gorgeous which is really the only thing I could ask for from my makeup artist on my wedding day. Sam has a great easy and outgoing personality which made it that much easier to pick out a color palate that went perfectly with my wedding vision. I am so grateful I found her!

Sam is the absolute best!! I first came across Sam as a recommendation from a friend. For a trial, she did my makeup for my engagement pictures and I loved it! I’ve had my makeup professionally done in the past and I hated it so I was nervous about getting it done. But Sam does an amazing job at listening to what her clients want and their desired look. She really takes her time to make sure your makeup is flawless. She made me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day, which is what every bride desires. My bridesmaids all loved their makeup too!! She’s also the sweetest and funniest girl! Hire Sam, you’ll love her!

When I was looking for a makeup artist, I asked my hairdresser for recommendations because she does hair for weddings quite often. She recommended Sam and said that she was "the best". Fast forward to the wedding, and I completely agree. Sam is the best! She made my bridal party and I look like the most glamorous super stars! I felt so confident the day of my wedding. She took my requests for makeup, and made sure that it wasn't "too much". Her makeup is sweatproof and waterproof which is exactly what you need on your wedding day! I highly recommend Sam and her makeup services for your wedding. She is friendly, listens to the client's desires, and does a wonderful job.

The best decision I made was having Sam as my makeup artist for my wedding. Everyone in my wedding party loved their airbrush makeup. My mother in law who never wears makeup even made the last minute decision that she needed to have Sam do her makeup! Sam was professional, time efficient, and personable. She fit right in with my bridal party. 10/10 would recommend Sam for any makeup needs, you will not be disappointed!

I can not recommend Sam enough! I did my trial with her a few months before my wedding and had such a great experience. She tried several different looks until we found the perfect wedding day makeup, and she was just so friendly and awesome to be around. She did my makeup, my bridesmaids, mother, aunt, and mother in law on my wedding day. She did such an amazing job and was able to accommodate everyone’s individual styles while still ensuring the looks went well with the dresses. She was so friendly too - it was like hanging out with a friend while she did our makeup. I would highly recommend and look forward to the next event that I can ask her to do!

I have now had the pleasure of having makeup done by Sam twice - once for my brother & sister-in-law's wedding, and once for my own wedding. Both times I was so happy with the results - she is SO talented. I don't wear a ton of makeup often, and so like to have a natural look when I get my makeup done. Sam completely understood what I was looking for, and made my face look flawless!! I am especially thankful for how helpful she was the day of my own wedding. She was on time, got through 15 women in a couple of hours, and had a smile on her face the whole time. I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam was absolutely incredible and not only did I love her, my whole bridal party was obsessed!! Sam has such a light and easy going energy about her that really adds the perfect dynamic to wedding day preparation - there is absolutely no stress. As the bride, she made sure that everything was exactly what I was envisioning and even went out of her way to do the same for the entire bridal party. I couldn’t have felt more beautiful on my wedding day and my makeup lasted flawlessly throughout the entire night. We all joked that it would be a dream to have Sam there everyday to make sure we felt that beautiful always!! Can’t thank you enough Sam - highly highly recommend!

I would like to start off by saying I wish I lived closer to MA so that Sam could do my makeup everyday. She makes you feel flawless and beautiful with her gorgeous airbrush skills. My entire wedding party looked beautiful without the makeup looking or feeling too heavy. Everyone had a gorgeous glow and we really enjoyed our morning of getting ready with Sam, we felt like she was one of the bridesmaids! Do yourself a favor and book Sam, I promise you wont have to stress with your makeup coming out well, because Sam will execute a look that will last all day into the next morning! We all kept our makeup on until brunch the next day because we didn't want to take off such beautiful work that Sam had done. I also recommend to do a trial before your big day, as it helps you decide what look you want for your wedding day. Sam and I worked together to figure out how heavy I wanted my contouring/eyeshadow, and the trial was the perfect time to decide that without it being stressful. Do yourself a favor and book Sam, she will not disappoint. Thank you girl again for making us all feel so beautiful! Erika :)

A large part of what made my wedding day so perfect and special, was having Sam as my makeup artist!! Not only does Sam do amazing work, but she’s also extremely patient and friendly to work with, my girls loved her! We shared so many laughs during my wedding day morning so it made for a more relaxing experience throughout a highly emotional time. Sam is so talented and creative, she was able to perfectly execute my look and my bridesmaids makeup (which included eyelashes and application!) She also does airbrush which creates a beautiful flawless look! I am so grateful for Sam and the effort she put into my wedding, I felt like I’ve known her forever!
